The 20 Best Restaurants & Bars In Palermo 2024 - Palermo - The Infatuation

"Pull up a bench or the tiniest elementary school chair known to man and enjoy a cocktail at Botanico Bar, which you’ll find tucked away in an alley behind the Piazza Sant’Anna square in the historic center. It’s run by two Palermitan friends, and even with very little, they’ve turned it into one of the hottest spots in town.  Most of the action happens outdoors where they offer table service, though you can also order from the bar counter and take your drink standing out front. The food menu includes small plates like house-made hummus, olives dressed with breadcrumbs, or an aperitivo box with focaccia, bruschetta, and savory puff pastries. They also do brunch on the weekends from April through September." - Linda Sarris

One of the nicest bars we discovered in Palermo. It’s away from the overly touristy spots but still attracts a great crowd. Set in a charming, narrow street with outdoor tables and a unique, cozy interior. A great place to enjoy a beer or a cocktail in a relaxed atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it to travelers looking to experience Palermo’s nightlife from a more local, non-touristy perspective.

A great spot to unwind — this bar has everything you need for a fun night out. The atmosphere is vibrant, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the music always sets the right mood. They serve excellent cocktails and offer a solid selection of wines, along with a wide variety of alcoholic drinks to suit any taste. Don’t forget to leave your mark by writing a note or doodle on one of the many stickers decorating the walls — it's part of the charm and makes you feel like a piece of the story.

One of the prettiest bars we have seen in Palermo. Great atmosphere, great cocktails! One of the bar tenders didn't have a great day and looked a bit grumpy, we also had to wait quite a bit to get served but it was nevertheless a great experience. Not as touristic, a bit quieter and high quality cocktails. They were typically between 8-10 Euros, exactly what you would pay in one of the genetic bars in the tourist streets, but these were so much better.

Great wine and cocktail options, fun music, and a great vibe. This became our favorite late night spot in Palermo.

Cute little place. Got busy around 21.30. Nice vibe, friendly staff..there is only one toilet for a lot for guests and I find the wine rather pricy. But I had a nice evening there anyway and would come back.
