Andres was our server; he was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and patient. Overall the food was tasty, however the Yuca fries were only okay and my sea bass was a bit too thin/ small, though still quite flavorful. I enjoyed my time at this restaurant mainly due to the excellent service and the company I went with 😀

Wow, this place blew me away. Value for the Miami Spice lunch was great and their marketing for couples is even better. We were able to substitute a dessert for two glasses of wine. We actually traded both desserts and got 4 glasses. Also the food was just incredible, appetizers were particularly great. Service was friendly and the interior was super nice.

Go for the drinks, skip the food. Came for happy hour and ordered an assortment. We had high expectations based on reviews. All the food was mid. Not worth it. The drinks were good. The service was friendly but at the end the server charged us the wrong bill. I’d recommend somewhere else down the street. Many other great options.

First time here! We sat outside and coconut grove is such a nice area. The yuca fires are a large portion, the wagyu sliders were super yummy! My boyfriend also said the scallops were delicious. We also had some drinks, the espresso martini was extremely good

If you try anything make sure to try the choripan, it was delicious. We went for happy hour, $12 drinks and $12 bites.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic happy hour at Botanico in Coconut Grove. The service was top-notch, with the staff attentive and friendly throughout. What really stood out was the extensive happy hour menu—there were plenty of great choices, both for food and drinks. The variety made it easy to find something for everyone’s taste. I opted to eat at the bar, which had a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, it was an excellent experience with delicious offerings and great service. I’ll definitely be back! Make sure to order the yuca frita with dipping sauces, the portion was incredibly generous, definitely shareable!

Google
Stopped for a bite to eat, and was pleased with our visit. Everything was delicious and as described. They have a lot of wine/drink options, the place is very clean, and the food is fresh and hot.

Google
The atmosphere ls great the place is fancy and clean. Service was good but there was just 2 tables to attend since I went for lunch, also the waiter forgot my side of French fries but I thought that It was a signal from god to don’t eat fried food but then he brought it and I was happy with it. I am going back for happy hour at the bar pretty soon to try a Gin tonic and the shrimp lollipops.

Yelp
What's better than Happy Hour? Well how about a Happy Hour that lasts All Day and Every Day!! First time at Botanico Gin & Cookhouse. Located in Coconut Grove near what used to be Cocowalk across from Mayfair, parking options include garage parking or street parking. Either way it's pretty easy. There are inside and outside seating options available. Outside seating was our choice and it's great for people watching and with a nice breeze on a hot day it was the obvious choice. They obviously had a good amount of gin cocktails but the also have beers and wine. I had a Gin and Tonic and it came in a massive goblet. At first I was confused if it was a Margarita or a Gin and Tonic but I am not complaining. For bites I had the Gambas al Ajillo which is like shrimp scampi. You get a good amount of shrimp and toasted bread to soak up all that garlic butter goodness. Also tried the Choripan which was also spectacular. Everything tasted fresh from the bread to the lettuce and tomatoes. It balanced perfectly with the chorizo. I wasn't able to snag some pictures unfortunately. But I will be going back soon and can see myself going back often. Very laid back atmosphere. Great food. Great drinks. Thats all you really need. Nice to find a reason to get Coconut Grove back as a to go spot. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
First time visiting the Botanico Gin & Cookhouse and had high hopes for it. The space is great with a very modern dining feel. There's outdoor seating that would probably be nice, weather permitting (it was raining for us). There is a good selection of drinks from gin to cocktails to wine. I came with two other friends and we tried the gin because of the restaurant's name. I tried the Bombay, while my friends tried the Conniption and Harry Blu's. I tried all of the drinks. Overall I was pretty disappointed. For the most part it's a gin and tonic for $18 that has a very faint flavor profile but damn does it look good. They were running a Tapas happy hour menu that seemed like a seasonal thing, so I'm not sure if it's all the time. We decided to order several different options off the Tapas menu to share. The Ahi Tuna Sashimi was okay. The best part was probably the jalapeño that added texture to the bite of the tuna. The citrus ponzu sauce that came with it was unimpressive. The jumbo chicken wings were tasty with the Thai chili sauce we chose, but I would not necessarily call them jumbo. The sticky cauliflower wings were quite good and flavorful and did not taste like cauliflower at all. The wagyu sliders were flavorful and juicy. Perhaps their main menu options are better, but I don't think I'll find myself going out of my way to try them. Highlights: Great space/ambiance Okay food Overrated/disappointing drinks

Yelp
Loved the ambiance for happy hour and light bites. They offer indoor and outdoor seating, as well as bar seating. I came here with a friend for drinks and we sat at the bar. The drinks were tasty and we loved the all day happy hour menu. We ordered the goat cheese dip and wagyu sliders and both were very yummy. I wouldn't come here for dinner but definitely loved them for happy hour vibes. There is garage parking available but it is not free.

Yelp
I went for a get-together last night and I thought I would leave fast and I didn't. The ambiance was laid back. There is outdoor seating if you like. It's in the grove so you get to people watch or I should say dog watch. It was fun. We arrived with happy hour and had a blast. I will definitely be going back. It's a gin place so if that's your drink, you should visit. We ordered from the appetizer list and we tried several different things. I ordered the yuca frita and the provoleta. Both were good and plentiful.

Yelp
Located in or around what was a Mediterranean/ Italian restaurant in the classic cocowalk, Botánico is a nice little tapas spot where I joined a friend for a nightcap and bites after a Holiday party nearby. It may be the bougie version of Cheers since I also happened to run into an old professional acquaintance but anywho. Coming in without a reservation, we were able to get a seat at the bar. The menu is pretty varied and with a couple of large plates that caught my eye for an earlier visit, but for late night their tapas are where it's at. We sampled their burrata salad and fried green tomatoes. While the burrata salad could have used a little more balsamic vinegar per my pickiness, it was a very delicious 4.5/5. The greens and tomatoes were fresh, and the burrata cheese topped with pesto was perfectly cheesecut video worthy creamy. The 3 lightly breaded fried green tomatoes were served with different flavor combinations on the pork belly "sprinkle". I actually enjoyed the one with guacamole as well as the one with some type of bbq sauce. Nightcap usually refers only to drinks, and my old fashioned was classicaly on point with a smooth pour, orange slice and subtly smoky aroma. The sambuca and Porto were sweet closing notes for the night.

Yelp
It's been a while since we ate here, but we saw they have happy hour all day every day so thought why not! Had a nice date night and tried the yuca fries and the tuna tostada with some $5 beers. The service was good and they gave a us a table outside because we had the dogs and provided a water bowl. The menu is small for happy hour but its good! Everyone could find something! Food was fresh as always.
google avatar

Yelp
My Negroni was good, but my boyfriend's cocktail was ruined by way too much salt that came from the rim of the drink. It tasted like ocean water. The provoleta was not too bad, but it did not come with enough crostinis and the crostinis it did come with were a little stale. My wagyu slider was good and so was his French burger. Service was a little slow and we didn't know why because they only had one party inside and a couple people at the bar.

Yelp
Brunch at Botanico Restaurant in Coconut Grove, Florida, is a delightful experience that truly captures the essence of leisurely weekend mornings. The highlight of the brunch menu is undoubtedly the bottomless mimosas and Bellinis, which provide a refreshing and indulgent start to the day. The chicken and waffles are a must-try, with crispy, perfectly seasoned chicken paired with fluffy waffles that create a heavenly combination. The breakfast sandwich is equally impressive, offering a savory and satisfying option for those who enjoy a hearty meal to kick off their day. Each bite is a testament to the culinary expertise of the Botanico kitchen. The ambiance at Botanico is a perfect blend of modern elegance and welcoming warmth. The decor is chic and sophisticated, with tasteful touches that create an inviting atmosphere. The staff at Botanico elevate the experience with their friendly and attentive service. Santiago and Jean, in particular, stand out for their exceptional hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels valued and well-cared for. Their warm demeanor and attentive service make brunch at Botanico not just a meal, but a memorable experience that beckons for a return visit.

Yelp
Still great!! Our favorite cocktail was the Margot! Super flavorful and refreshing! The yuca fries were delicious with great dipping sauces. **Happy hour everyday all day (drinks) Bites from 4-7pm only**

Yelp
It was a nice place to visit, and the server we had was on point. I enjoyed everything that we ordered (food and drinks) and it was nice to be able to enjoy the patio weather while we were here.

Yelp
Stopped in recently for a few cocktails. Had the "Gin & Juice" made with grapefruit juice & LOVED it. Beautiful restaurant & great cocktails. Would be back anytime & hope to try food next time!

Yelp
A cute spot for drinks and bites right inside CocoWalk. The Sunday night atmosphere was really casual , not too crowded or loud which was great for our group. Our bartender was friendly and helpful when accommodating our large party and got our drinks out really quickly. The Mezcal Paloma was yummy and honestly you can't beat the all day happy hour price. A nice find in the grove.

Yelp
While there was no wow factor at Botanico, had a good time with the bestie and we both sampled off each others plates for the Miami Spice menu. Best appetizer between the two was definitely the sticky cauliflower wings, with the impression of a healthier option bartered in teriyaki sauce, it was a must. The mashed potatoes that accompanied the salmon were a good laugh, pressed and flattened out to give the impression of a full plate, but still tasty. The salmon was not the best I've ever had with barely any taste. The burger was delicious and definitely got a mouth full as I had to unhinge my jaw to grab a full bite. Was very pleased. Brownie was basic, key lime had any overly salted crust, but best to taste was the mango sorbet. Ambiance was casual but upscale, with a friendly waiter who provided an apologetic service as they were backed up for the afternoon. So go for a lunch I'd say and try the Gin bar.

Yelp
Food was amazing and fresh. Service was great and the atmosphere is amazing for all ages. Can't wait for next time we go back!

Yelp
Came for a late lunch on a weekday, the ambiance was fun; calm but with good music. The bartender very helpful, drinks were great. Food was good as well, we had the steak, burger and a few of their happy hour cocktails.

Yelp
This place is such a bang for your buck! A huge selection of yummy tapas and cocktails! 10 tapas all day and the portions are generous. Amazing happy hour with $8 tapas and cocktails. Perfect place to have some drinks and bites with friends. Not too loud when I went and my server was very friendly. My least favorite item was my entree salmon I definitely think the tapas are the highlight. The Churrasco was delicious. Loved the Provoleta, Yucca fries, and Tuna tostada. My spicy margarita wasn't very good I'll definitely try a signature cocktail instead next time. Overall I recommend.
google avatar

Fernanda G.

Yelp
I love this place, especially for happy hour, but I'm disappointed in the increasing prices! The happy hour used to be $8, which was a great price. I came in with some friends a couple of weeks ago for their new all-day happy hour and noticed that the prices increased to $10. Not that big of a deal, but I went back with some friends the other night and noticed that they raised the "happy hour" prices again to $12! Not much of a happy hour at this point. Will probably choose other places that offer true happy hour prices.

Yelp
Botanico is one of our favorite spots in the Grove. Great happy hour prices, food is delicious, service is great and ambiance is amazing. Love people watching through the garage type doors that are mostly open all the time. Great Gin Drinks
google avatar

Myra D.

Yelp
Nice crowd. Drinks with friends. Love this place. Honestly can't go wrong with Happy Hour prices. Food and drinks are so tasty, so easy to order and share with friends. We love sitting at the bar, the bartenders are tops.

Yelp
It's amazing how quickly this place became a local gem in Coconut Grove! Whenever we go, we always hope to get Mike as our server. He always takes great care of us and is super friendly. The all day happy hour is another reason we come here so often they have a great selection of cocktails, five dollar beers, and super tasty food items as well. There's not a single one I wouldn't recommend. The decor is simple Yet elegant and the place is usually pretty full. I highly recommend heading over here whenever you're in the area.

Yelp
This place wasn't what I expected at all and I'm glad I reserved it for a happy hour occasion as opposed to a full blown get cute dinner. The interior id liken to a Yardhouse sort of feel, not very upscale like I expected from the pics. This could be because Gnats and small flies circled our table to the point of nonstop swatting we just had to leave. They were landing on our food and drinks and it was just terrible. We were sitting deep inside by the way. Server wasn't attentive at all we had to flag her down multiple times. Annoying. The drinks were really good I must say (and they'd better be with gin in the name lol) I had the Margaret (gin margarita) and mezcal Paloma which I really enjoyed both. We also made them spicy. Yuca fries were simple and overall a safe bet Tuna tostada - the quality of tuna wasn't the best and the dish had like no flavor it was like plastic. It could've used a drizzle of sauce or splash of lime or just something more. Provoleta I was excited for but it was terible. Good luck scooping the cheese onto the bread it was clumped together and good luck trying to cut the tomato as it kept sinking in the oil of the cheese. It had no flavor either despite how much green sauce I put on top. The best thing was the Korean cauliflower but I think at that point I was just hungry. It tasted like frozen cauliflower I could get in the target frozen section. Nothing too wowy about that I will not be returning here.

Yelp
We came here for a surprise baby shower, and I am absolutely in love with this place. This is the type of restaurant that is for any event! Whether it's romantic, for family, or group get-togethers (big or small). Oh, and the food! I ordered the churrasco, and it was absolutely perfect. It was cooked to perfection - super juicy and tender, and it came with veggies that were huge! The service was great too, our food came at a decent time. oh and don't forget the cocktails! Definitely a must. I didn't organize the baby shower but the person that did told me that they were absolutely great at accommodating their needs and at no extra cost to reserve for large groups. We were about 15 - 20 people. Might just celebrate my next birthday here!

Yelp
I had a wonderful exerience at Botanico Gin restaurant. The food was not only delicious but also well-proportioned, and there was a great variety to choose from. The standout, however, was the exceptional service provided by our waitress. She was quick, courteous, and incredibly patient with all the questions we had. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I highly recommend!!

Yelp
This happy hour sesh was everything! I left there content especially since I haven't really been eating out much. I love that they offer drink and bites specials even on the weekends, and the portions are so filling. I ordered the chori pan and the mezcal margarita (I think that was the name) and my friend also ordered the shrimp and Buffalo cauliflower bites which were amazing! I was so full. The bread for the chori pan was perfectly toasted and a really good portion. Def recommended!

Yelp
Tried this place for the first time during Miami Spice. It was a Friday night at 7:30pm and it was packed. You could tell a lot of people come after work for happy hour. Thank goodness we had a reservation. Everything we ordered on the menu for Miami Spice was good, but I think could have been a little better. I'm curious to see the difference when I go and order from the regular menu. First course was shrimp ceviche. I personally love ceviche and this was not up there with some of the best. It was barely a ceviche. It was shrimp marinated in a tomato sauce. The sauce was tasty but felt more like a play on a shrimp cocktail than ceviche. The shrimp they used was also not great. They have a lot of big pieces, but they were rubbery so you could tell they were frozen and not fresh. My friend's first course was better. She ordered the artichoke heart flowers. Second course we both ordered the center cut filet. You need to take advantage and order entrees you normally don't go for during Miami Spice. It was a decent steak with good mashed potatoes. It was very filling. We opted to forego a dessert for two glasses of wine. The bar was very backed up because of how many people were at the bar for happy hour so it took quite a bit to get our drinks. However, to make up for it, when they arrived they were very full and practically two glasses in one. We then shared the Botánico key lime pie for dessert. It was too much of everything. Very tart and they put a syrup underneath that made the crust and everything too sweet. But I am excited to return for happy hour because their appetizers look so good and drinks even better.

Yelp
The most place is great and the happy hour is amazing and very well priced. However their outdoor waiter (I think Michael, but not sure name on tab)had a terrible attitude, never bothered to follow up with we wanted more drinks or food, did not make experience good, almost like we were bothering him. Sad to explain experience in such a nice place.
google avatar

Tiffany T.

Yelp
Loved the ambiance of this place and the location. The waiter was a little slow even though it wasn't that busy but the service is quick. They have a seperate serverto brings out drinks and food. The salmon tartare was delicious but we needed more crostini bread. We were pleasantly surprised at the portion size of the salad! My husband was full. I had the octopus and it was delicious but it definitely doesn't feel like an entree because I was still hungry afterwards
google avatar

Onesha L.

Yelp
Nice restaurant but probably will not be back. Food: I had the lobster bisque soup which was a nice portion size, however it was extremely salty and only had one tiny piece of lobster in it. I also had the roasted chicken with fingerling potatoes which was very lightly seasoned and delicious BUT ...it was served in a very salty sauce that made the dish less enjoyable. Dessert was fantastic! Atmosphere: The restaurant and bar has a sophisticated and elegant decor. I loved the heavy wooden tables and large windows. They played good music and had good lighting. I did not like that in one part of the dining area they had wires hanging from the ceiling. It seemed unsafe. Service: The service was slow with only 2 tables but the server was friendly.

Yelp
Botanico Gin Bar is a beautiful and unique bar located in the heart of Coconut Grove. The bar is decorated with lush greenery and the cocktails are simply perfect. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Their Happy Hour is one of my fav...everyday 4-7PM

Yelp
What an amazing place for cocktails in the Grove! I normally don't like palomas, but I adored their smoky mezcal paloma. I'm also not usually a fan of gin, but the Margot (a margarita with gin and St. Germain) was amazing. The food was also pretty good. My guest and I had the Miami Spice lunch, which is a great deal. We started with the tuna tostadas and gambas al ajillo. Both were fantastic. For our entrees, we consumed the salmon and the Botanico salad with tuna. Both were tasty and generously portioned. For dessert, we sampled the key lime pie and mango sorbet. Both were good, but nothing spectacular. I feel they could have added some additional flavor there. Right now, they have happy hour all day, every day. I suggest heading over here to try their very tasty cocktails as soon as possible!

Yelp
Although I haven't eaten here yet...... I checked the menu, looks awesome... Something for everyone. Soon come. But today was a delay in the schedule before the movie started. Jumped in for a quick cocktail. Damn good. Nicole was the gin- ologist for today. Great Gin and Tonic, great French 75. Stay tuned for the food review.

Yelp
I met up with some friends here for drinks on a Friday and I was surprised to find out that there's happy hour all day, every day! We sat at the bar and I loved how it was open (no wall) on the side by the sidewalk, it gave it more of an open air feel even though we were indoors. I had a margarita which was really good. I had already eaten dinner so I didn't eat, but my friends got some happy hour appetizers and I did try a couple of bites. The whole happy hour menu looks delicious, and I can't wait to try some more. The bartender helping us was also fast, friendly and helpful. The only sort of downside is that it closes on the early side for a Friday night (closes at 10pm). But I'll definitely be coming back again for happy hour!

Yelp
We visited for Miami Spice, and with the lunch menu pricing ($35 pp for 3 courses), it's worth it. For appetizers, we ordered the tostadas and yuca sticks. They were both really good and the portions were large. We both ordered fish as our entree, and the portions were large. My husband had the tuna steak and loved it, while I had the salmon and found it to be good but not the best I've ever had. Dessert was the Botanico key lime pie and mango sorbet. All in all, the food was fine but I wouldn't pay the regular prices for what we got. The service was also lackluster. The waiters were very nice, but it was hard to track down our waiter and we waited for the longest time to order our dessert and then get our check. We ended up being in there for two hours. I did find them to be very accommodating to my allergies, which is always much appreciated and allows me to enjoy my meal that much more. All in all, visit during Miami Spice (their Spice menu is more expansive than others I've seen in the same area) but maybe not otherwise.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a nice restaurant in the middle of the Grove that has all kinds of gin. On this occasion, we were celebrating a birthday. Our server, Gustavo, took great care of our group. I have to say I did enjoy the gin cocktails, especially the martinis, and the food was good but not the highlight of my night. I ordered the filet mignon which came with cognac sauce and potatoes. The amount of sauce was good but it would've been nice to have a little bit more potatoes. The steak was cooked medium rare but there was something missing... For dessert, I chose the chocolate cake with dulce de leche. Good portion to share. Overall, it was a good night with friends.

Yelp
This Place is a great addition to the now trending coconut grove. We had the chance to experience their great value Miami spice menu ( sorry guys is Miami spice is over ) Here is a list of the yummy food waiting for you.. Goat Cheese dip, a good portion and delicious Ribeye came with a Bearnaise sauce and fries, however, the sauce came on the side and not melted which make the steak a bit flavorless and missing salt. I think the sauce was supposed to give it the touch I was looking for. As for the desert, they ran out of the pavlova so we went for the gin cake which was delicious and the key lime pie was super My friend had the artichoke appetizer I don't recommend I personally think artichoke does;t really need all the extra sauce they add to it. The staff was very friendly. I recommend the wine we ordered as it was super and well priced.

Yelp
Server : Nicole Alex The Happy Hour menu was phenomenal ! Everything we ordered in the menu was 8 dollars ! The shrimp was delicious and flavorful. The cauliflower wings were so damn crispy you didn't even miss meet! The chorizan nachos were phenomenal a band lastly the mussels. Highly recommend everything I just listed and thank me later

Yelp
Credit card users beware! My card was skimmed when I paid my bill. A $500 charge showed up 3 days later which my bank declined. I don't think it was the server, whom I tipped well. I think someone behind the scenes stole my credit card info. This was the only place I used this credit card in a 45 day period! Thankfully it isnt the only card I use, and thankfully, my bank alerted me to the fraud. I would advise the manager & owners to spy on their employees to find the thief. I would also advise customers to use only cash to pay!

Yelp
We've been meaning to come here since the Coral Gables Seafood festival where we tried their food. The owners seems very down to Earth and their cooking was great. We came early on a Tuesday night around 6:30, no reservations were needed. Happy hour was going on, 4 PM to 7 PM - available at bar and at tables. While we didn't get any of the cocktails available for happy hour (all $8), we did get the yuca fries which brought enough to share for 2-4 people. All tapas on happy hour were $8 and there was a variety. Most cocktails are around $18, we got the Bill Dog and Great Whale. If you are gin lovers this is definitely the place for you. The cocktails are large and definitely pack a punch. Now onto the appetizers. The yucca fries had a very good chipotle and cilantro garlic sauce. We also got the tuna tartare ($19) which was very good, definitely recommend. For dinner: - Grilled Spanish octopus ($31) - it was edible, but I've had better. The char on it was perfect but I felt like the texture was a bit rubbery and overall lacked flavor. The star of the dish was definitely the beet purée. Felt like it was overpriced for what you got. - Jumbo sea scallops ($37) - delicious, tender, served with a savory lemon-ginger butter cream sauce on top of asparagus. Definitely worth a try and the reason why I rated 4 instead of 3 stars. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely planning to come back to try their happy hour and have more scallops. Our waiter, Michael, was very attentive and gave 5 star service.

Yelp
Botanico has a lovely happy hour from 4-7 including drinks and small bites. I opted for a wine and friends had a cocktail. Wine was $6 and we proceeded to have some small bites which were good. You can never go wrong with queso. And I did not try the sashimi. I would check this place out for dinner in the future.

Yelp
Best dirty martinis in Miami! I had a Tito's dirty martini (i.e with vodka) and a Hendricks dirty martini (i.e with gin) and both were SO tasty and well made! I can't comment on the food as I didn't eat there, but the drinks were great and well priced, and the service was wonderful! Our bartender was very attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
Randomly walked by stopped had a gin cocktail with lobster bisque and artichoke. Excellent food and customer service I'll have to come back for dinner next time.

Yelp
Pros: Everything was perfectly seasoned. The shrimp lollipops were a delight. I had the spinach salad with the most amazing seared tuna. The salad was fresh and had the right amount of toppings, there was enough goat cheese and caramelized walnuts for each bite. My hubby loved his pulled pork sandwich. The drinks were also refreshing and tasty! Cons: It gets busy in the evenings, I recommend a reservation.
google avatar

Caroline S.

Yelp
The whole experience was extremely enjoyable. They have live music on some nights. I would order one of everything on the menu. All of the appetizers and entrees we had were exquisite.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I came here for drinks while we were waiting for our table at Mister01. We sat at the bar and were attended by a lovely bartender named Nicole. She was friendly and attentive with our drinks and check. My boyfriend loves gin, I personally hate it so I ordered an expresso martini. His drink came and it was the Harry blue's. It was surprisingly okay -- again I don't like gin so I can't give it a real review but when I ordered my drink, Nicole hyped it up saying it was going to be the best expresso martini I've ever had. Didn't mention my bf is a bartender and his is the best in my opinion. Moments later the martini comes and I hate to admit it but it is now my favorite expresso martini. It was so sweet and delicious I could have drank like 4 right then and there. I had to control myself to take small sips. It tasted like chocolate milk. My boyfriend admitted it was very delicious but he likes his more bitter and so he did not admit it was his favorite lol We left for dinner and ended up coming back after so I could have another one. If you're in the area, stop by for a drink. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, very dark and modern.

Yelp
Botanico is just good. There is nothing that makes it jaw dropping amazing. I went to Botanico for their Miami spice menu. We ordered the tuna tartar tosada, yuca fries, sirloin, and salmon. The tuna tartar tosadas we're delicious along with the yuca fries. The entrees, however we're nothing out of this world. The salmon was good and the vegetables around it were delicious but it lacked a lot of flavor. My boyfriend ordered the sirloin and said it was good but nothing crazy. He did enjoy the mashed potatoes though. For dessert we ordered the brownie and cheesecake. The service was good and the ambiance is nice.

Yelp
This place is right at Cocowalk. We came to try the happy hour which to our surprise does not include drinks but will give you tapas for free. This time were two slices of bread with fish on top. As for the gin tonics the menu has a cool variety with Gins from different places, however, I was quite disappointed with the drinks presentation, they were very simple as you can see. The glass itself is cool but I believe the bartenders have potential to create a better look to a great drink as a Gin&tonic. The place has ample space and tables, the bar is nicely decorated with all the liquor bottles and have sofas and tables for outdoor seatings

Yelp
We just had appetizers and the service was very slow. Someone else picked up the tan so that made it a bit better. I'll give it another shot. Not a gin drinker either.
