Botanique Knokke

I am Flemish but writing this up in English -to safeguard international tourists from getting scammed. Wanted to order mussels but after ordering, I was explained 'they are out of mussels'. Then ordered a Tuna salad which was way overpriced; just some simple salad leaves and 3 little stripes of tuna. However here is the kicker: when settling the bill...two portions of mussels were served next to us. Turned out they did have mussels but only enough to serve 2 people -not 1 as it was for me. Never ever experienced such a poor service.

Service super rude. So rude we were about to order but we left .

Waited 45 minutes for pancakes and a salad. Customers who ordered 10 minutes after us received their food prior to us. Did not receive a clear answer on why that was the case or why it took so long for our food. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Would not recommend this place.

Didn’t have food Service was a little slow but the drinks and place was very nice

Could be a cozy place, but unfortunately it's super noisy. If you're unlucky like me and the restaurant is crowded by old people that are talking super loud, it's so noisy that you can't enjoy the evening.

A cosy restaurant, We ate salade Goujonette and steak tartare..all these plates were well served and delicious , Thank you to the chief🥳 i really recommand it , very friendly staff and so Kind

Great restaurant: the ambiance is amazing, the food the most delicious I’ve had in the area and the service is incredible. Can’t wait to come back!!
