The care and dedication in this place is evident as soon as you step through the door. Bottega is gelato for those that appreciate tradition, quality and luxury. The flavours are unique and of such high quality, each mouthful is a treat. Serving size is so generous, worth every cent. The service is lovely and the passion and love for gelato adds to the whole experience, truly a beautiful way to end an evening.

In love with their affogato and the version in the photo with the chocolate cone 🤩 (don't remember the name). The only thing is that in summer it is too crowded, but it's always worth the wait.

I just love the flavors they have got. They’re unique and tasty too. I love the pistachio and salty pecans combo as the sweetness blends well with saltyness and gives a nice taste that’s not too sweet. A good combination for anyone that doesn’t have a sweet tooth. It gets crowded and busy during the weekends. But the wait in the queue is worth. I tasted their dark hot chocolate which was lovely too. Pleasant staff.

The flavors are so good and the vegan options are even better. Tasting scoops available if unsure what flavors to choose from. A serving comes with complimentary chocolate dip or waffle. The staff are always friendly and patient. The servings are generous for the price so the queue is worth the wait.

Upset really like this place, lady in front of me got served and then when it came to my turn the lady didn’t say a word and just turned around to make a coffee, it wasn’t busy. Even a ‘I’ll be with you in a sec’ would have been appreciated instead of just being ignored. Went next door instead and they were pretty good

Visited this place as it was suggested by a colleague who has been here before. Long queue when we arrived—it was late afternoon and weather was warm hence perfect to have gelato. It wasn’t a long wait and it was worth it! Ordered the Californian pistachio with dark chocolate topping (inside coating for the cone) and it was delicious! Not a very sweet which was great and the texture was very smooth.

Old world process with the taste of today. Feel good ambience, clean, and with a great list of options on their handcrafted gelato.The hot chocolates are very nice, plus no extra charge for lactose free milk 🙌. I gave it four stars because the presentation (crockery) could be better.

Alongside with an impeccable customer service, attention to details 10 out of 10. Bravissimi!!!!
