"Bottled Blonde, an embattled River North restaurant and bar, will stay closed following a Cook County judge's ruling. The restaurant's business license was revoked after police shut it down, citing repeated violations and neighborhood complaints. Bottled Blonde, which presented itself as an Italian restaurant but operated more like a nightclub, had a reputation for causing disturbances in the area. Neighbors have been pressing for its closure since it opened in 2015. The judge denied the request for an emergency stay, which means it remains closed at 504 N. Wells Street.
