"Bottled Blonde, an embattled River North restaurant and bar, will stay closed following a Cook County judge's ruling. The restaurant's business license was revoked after police shut it down, citing repeated violations and neighborhood complaints. Bottled Blonde, which presented itself as an Italian restaurant but operated more like a nightclub, had a reputation for causing disturbances in the area. Neighbors have been pressing for its closure since it opened in 2015. The judge denied the request for an emergency stay, which means it remains closed at 504 N. Wells Street. Bottled Blonde is owned by Evening Entertainment Group, which also operates locations in Arizona and Texas." - Ashok Selvam

"Chicagoans have been hearing this for nearly three years, but Bottled Blonde’s run in the city could finally end soon. That’s because a judge could rule that the barstaurant’s alleged overcrowding on New Year’s Eve could violate his “short leash” mandate for the embattled establishment that’s fighting the city to keep its liquor license, Block Club reports. A status meeting is scheduled for February 11 and a hearing for February 19." - Daniel Gerzina

"As Bottled Blonde stays open while it appeals the city’s effort to revoke its liquor license, the controversial River North clubstaurant now faces a new challenge that could close it sooner. The city is attempting to level the bar — which has brought constant complaints from neighbors since before it even opened — with allegations of new violations of 'nuisance behavior' such as more public urination and vomiting, the Sun-Times reports. If the charges are successfully instituted Bottled Blonde could have to close during the appeal process. A status hearing is scheduled for February 20." - Daniel Gerzina

Went here for their VIP first year anniversary party. What a great place to party! The drinks are outstanding as are the bartenders. There is a huge square bar in the middle as well as a long one in the back. The place is very classy and I recommend that you dress business casual or cocktail attire only. The food is good . The sauce on the meatballs lacks flavor. The pizza is very good although it is a very thin pizza. The Waitresses are good although it can be hard to get ahold of one because the place is very very busy. There are two huge wall screens as well as screen above both bars where you can watch any sporting event that is happening at the moment. In summary a great place to meet friends for a drink and small bites. #CityExperts @Localguides

Prepare to work to get service. All the plastic employees pay more attention to their reflection than the customers. We waited 20 minutes to be asked what we wanted for food! Never coming back, so many better restaurants in the area.

Great place to watch sports, lots of semi-private sectional couches for small groups, plenty of TV's from all angles, good food and service. We got the mimosa tower at brunch. Awesome!

I went here on a Sunday afternoon. It was okay. There was not a lot of crowd here. The staff was nice, the drinks are affordable and their burgers look good too.

This place is amazing! The pizza was delicious! The best thing about this place are all the games available for you as a guest to play around with!

The dress code says it all, awful crowd and staff. Two stars because if you show up plastered, it is possible to look past the bad music and dance until you sober up enough to realize how bad of a decision you made coming here.
