Place is fun but I ordered 2 drinks. A vodka soda and a bud light and they charged me 44 dollars. With a 8 dollar service charge and I paid cash. Wierd. I live in New York and it's cheaper. Place would be better if they didn't take advantage of people and over charge. Alos the bar vendor couldn't tell me what the 8 dollar service fee was for. She just say ok. They take advantage of people on vacation here. Fun Place but they take advantage

Security was super nice, helpful, and top notch! We had a young guy assist our table- I forget his name, we were a bachelorette party, and he took good care of us, brought us waters, asked if we needed anything, made sure we felt safe and had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. wish more security guards were like him!

Overpriced cocktails and they charge you sneaky fees. Got 2 green tee shots and 2 vodka sodas, each drink was $18, for a total of $72 for 4 drinks. I was charged $100 before tip on my card. They will price gouge you, I’d recommend patties bar or belle’s if you’re looking for affordable drinks, live music and more hospitable staff. Will not be going back to any of the bars in this area.

Went to check out this place this past Tuesday. They reqlly don't have anything like this from where I'm at. The atmosphere was great for being a Tuesday. Drink prices aren't bad but in sure in the weekends it's more. Customer service from the bartenders were okay but customer service from security was solid. A few people told me to come back in a busier nights to get the full experience. Which I might come because I'll be here the whole week.

The only friendly employee was security and the guy who brought out our pizza. There were two employees standing at the bar and two bartenders. Not one of them greeted us or even acknowledged us until we were seated at the bar and even then the gal acted like we were a bother to her. Never smiled once, we tried to initiate a conversation and she clearly did not want to partake in a conversation. We were their only customers, another couple walked in about 20 minutes after us and were treated the same way. We love Old Scottsdale, but will never go back to this place.

So we bought the.most expensive bottle service you possibly purchase for a crap bottle of liquor. We were only half way done with our bottle before the manager comes over and says we sold your table to someone else, and proceeded to kick us out of our table. They then poured the rest of the liquor into shot glasses, which we didn’t ask for, and sent us on our way. What an amazing experience.

This place was smoking! Plenty of staff roaming about to fill your order. Great music, and Scottsdale bar district is like no other. If you are single this is the place to try your game. If you are not? Well, you will wish you were. Enjoy

There was a AFC fight night and security kept pushing us and yelling at us to move. We could not stand anywhere to watch the fight.. why have the Fight if your not allowed to watch ... Don't recommend this place.. you can't dance and you are not allowed to be close to a bottle service area if your not a Rich person .. there was this girls celebrating there Birthday and dancing next to a Couch and security yelled at them and kick them out of the area because some Rich guy came with 4 service girls and don't want to be disturbed. So sad .. especially how so expensive the drinks are.

Ambience is nice. Very friendly bartender. Food is good. A nice place to spend a late night. Remark don't bring a professional camera here, it freaks out the security guys who have no ideas that a mobile phone is a camera too. They could be over reacting, specially the ginger hair security guy (down side).

Was here both last Sunday and this past Saturday. Not by choice. It's just where my friends want to go. We migrated here after some drinks in downtown Phoenix last Sunday. And came this past Saturday after HH at STK and Drunk Munk. Not sure why my friends like this place. I personally do not like this place. I don't care for the club scene anymore and prefer cocktail bars more. What we really weren't happy about was the fact that they automatically charge 22% gratuity on all orders. That's ridiculous!! I have never seen any other bar do this but will have to start checking from now on. Oh there's also a venue fee too... Idk if my friends ever noticed this before but I will definitely be informing them all about this before they suggest coming back here again.

Absolutely thievery scam by this establishment. We walked in as it was loud and it so looked fun. We were greeted by 20-30 security guards constantly sizing up every patron coming in to get scammed aka ripped off. We had a very pleasant bartender come to take our order before asking for our CC. We ordered 3 shots of Bullit Whiskey. We were charged $25 per shot, plus a restaurant fee, plus a walk in fee. And how bout the 18% gratuity for my 3 shots! But the topper, and I mean the Biggest BS of all-time was $11 for ICE cubes in the shot glass! Yes, $11 for ICE cubes? And another 15-20 security guards kept circling us, over and over after we paid the $125 for the 3 shots of whisky. (4 bottles could have been purchased for the 3oz. of whiskey). When I asked Katarina about the $11 charge for a couple of ice cubes, she said that we were lucky she was in a good mood, as we were supposed to be charged $33 for ice cubes. Not the $11 for ice cubes she charged us. Katarina would not look us for the next 20 minutes as we savored the most expensive shots of Bullit Whiskey the world has ever seen. Katarina claimed it was our lucky night. Only $11 for a couple of ice cubes instead of the $33 for 6 ice cubes which is standard at the scam club. What a joke as I am telling everyone I know and everyone I hope to meet what a scam they have going on. Ridiculous thievery by this establishment.

Had a terrible experience here. We paid for bottle service ($2000) and walking to the bathroom a few large men crashed into us when they put the bottle girls up on the bike causing us to bump into someone else. That someone else bumped into a bottle girli. We were then kicked out for something that wasn't even our fault. I didn't drink this night, so there was zero drunken shenanigans happening. Waste of money, super crowded, and absolutely terrible service.

To be honest if it wasn't for the exceptional service we received from our bartender Dan this would be a one star review, but because he made us feel so at home here this gets boosted to five stars. Thank you Dan for the incredible service and drinks

Fun for what it is ... a college bar. Music is great and bartenders provide great eye candy due to their revealing uniforms. Lots of security around, which I've found at almost all of the bars in this area.

Don't go here. They will take your money and pass you along like you're garbage. I spent $300+ here and they immediately kicked me out as soon as I closed my tab. This place is a scam

It was my first time here over the weekend. Ordered a Long Island from a bartender and 2 waters for the people I was with. As we were shoved away and pointed in another direction by security I noticed that my drink was made virgin! $27 for a virgin drink that should have had alcohol in it. Had those in my party try it, they said the same thing. So this was enough to make me leave to another club after about 10 minutes inside lol. It was too much of a hassle to address it because of how many people there were inside. I'm pretty regular downtown and at Westgate and the drinks are always made well other places. Definitely wont return or recommend to any friends.

I went to the pop up at the Phoenix open. Not only were the wells drinks (vodka and soda) $25 which is INSANE, the bartender gave himself a $6 tip on my credit card when I told him I'd tip cash and NOT to put tip on my credit card. So I paid $31 for one vodka soda. When I called him out on it all he said was "thanks, baby." I only know I paid this amount because I asked for a receipt. Everyone else that says no would have no idea they're tipping $6 for an insanely priced wells drink. I won't ever return to this place - at the open or in old town. *the business owner responded to this post saying they'd make it right and said to email them and never responded.

So this was my 2nd time coming here. I had been here once before very early, and didn't stay long so I figured..... hey it's my birthday....why not because I enjoyed myself the first time I was here. Looks like the 2nd coming back ended up being the last time I'll ever be back. First of all, my friend and I were here strictly to dance because neither one of us drinks. The place was crowded as to be expected..... the music was bumping so I head over to the already crowded dance area. Immediately, we are yelled at by 1 bouncer to keep moving. I look at him confused because there literally is no place to move and I'm not going anywhere I have to push my way into just to appease him. My friend is standing behind me and the bouncer puts his hands on her shoulders and lower back and pushes her to move forward. She's stunned and immediately uncomfortable. I am old enough to be this bouncer's mother and probably grandmother. I'm appalled that he felt it okay to put hands on people. Especially sober people like ourselves. I politely go up to him and explain " Look, I understand you are trying to do your job but there is no place for us to move. Where would you like us to go?" He lowers his tone and politely responds "It's not about the job, I just need to keep this walkway clear for my servers ". Okay fine we get it, but we are still livid over the fact he felt it was okay to put hands on my friend. I leave the area and not long after that, we leave the club completely. We were there for a whopping 15 minutes.

I visited your bar and ordered a single beer, only to be charged an exorbitant $17.56 for it. This pricing is utterly unreasonable and far above the industry standard for a single beer. Not only was I surprised by the cost, but I found it completely unacceptable.

Went to BB last week to check it out with some friends and watch playoff games. We visited early so wasn't super busy (nor did we expect it to be), but I'm writing this review solely for the food which was a shock. Chicken parm sandwich was one of the best I've had, and the pepperoni pizza rolls were great! I know the nightlife side isn't for everyone, but at the very minimum hit this place up for happy hour and try the food. Way better than I ever would have imagined!

What's not to LOVE about going to Bottled Blonde! The service and attention I receive when I'm there is awesome. It is truly my happy place! It's the staff that makes me feel that way Lalo, Caesar, Dante, Tanner, Sam, Jordan, Ashley, Alley, and everyone I have been serviced by three. Thank you all very much for always making me feel so special. Not to mention the food is fabulous. I can never decide what to order! 5 stars

I went Saturday night and ordered a drink from the back bar ( hence I was trying to get the bartenders attention for a while but she seemed to keep avoiding me when I would try and flag her down. ) finally was able to have her help me and told her there was a bug in my drink . No sorry or any empathy. She looked at me & gave me a thumbs up and then said " ok what was it ?" In a rude way like it's my fault there was a bug in my brand new drink. This same blonde bartender in the back bar on Saturdays is always so rude when I go in there ( not just to me ) and seems like she dislikes her job. I've never seen her smile or have any sense that she's happy being there . I asked for her name and she ignored me then I asked again and she said "Devin" rolled her eyes and walked away so I'm not sure if that's even her real name.

GRATUITY added to every check! Be careful! Go next door to Casa! Casa has nicer staff and they don't scam you! 22% way over for an auto gratuity! Greedy much?? What a joke and a disappointment!

So on the upside if you are into underage drinking this place is cool because they don't check your ID. On the downside the bouncers were insanely rude for no reason. Like I understand that they deal with a lot of drunk a**holes and people trying to start trouble, but also screaming at someone for asking a simple question such as "how much is the cover charge?" or "how late is the bar open?" is pathetic. $50 cover charge is insane. $30 for a watered down green tea shot is even more insane. But again I applaud their open-mindedness to underage drinking! Very cool!

Avoid like the plague. I came on a busy Saturday night, ordered a Long Island and was charged $27 with no tip. I get it, it's a club in Scottsdale but still over priced. The worst part was my drink was a virgin! Absolutely no alcohol in it, when I went back to ask them to remake it they completely ignored me & would not make another. There are PLENTY of other places to go for better priced alcohol, and to actually get alcohol!

I ordered a vodka soda during happy hour when they advertised this special. They initially charged me $27 !!(should've been $6) according to their Instagram post. They said that advertisement was a mistake. After consulting with their manager they dropped it down $10 to $17 instead of 6. I would run, very misleading.

Had a very bad experience. Manager was not helpful and threatened to call the cops. Will not be back!

One of my favorite places for drinks and dancing in the entertainment area of Scottsdale. Very lively and fun.

Spent over $200 on drink.. Was in the same spot dancing for over an hour. A rude bottle girl aggressively bumps in to me ( fyi everybody's bumping into everybody it's a club) but she then says Very unprofessional words calling out of my name. So I politely tell her to walk away from me and I continue dancing. Security come up to me who was very respectful but he had no idea what's was going and would not hear me out only care about what she is saying kicks me out. Extremely unprofessional extremely embarrassing. Especially after continuously spending so much money in there on multiple occasions. 100% would not recommend wasting you time at this club.

Best club with great vibe, music and lights all night every night! Must go here and check it out when your in town!

I have been to Bottled Blonde a few times since they opened the rooftop bar. I find the downstairs patio area overcrowded with an oversized bar limiting club traffic flow. Upstairs has a nice open view of the street and the great Arizona sky during the great Fall/Winter/Spring weather. However, I don't know how Scottsdale allowed them to open up this space without any new bathrooms or easy access to the existing ones on the main floor. If your on the rooftop on an average busy night, it will take you several minutes to with thru the upstairs crowd, down the stairs, thru the main floor patio crowd to the far back opposite corner of the bar to likely wait in line there to use the restrooms. Bad planning... The bars in the Old Town Entertainment District are generally all very similar. This bar is right in the middle in my personal ranking of the Old Town clubs for crowd and music.

Pros: hostesses are very attractive, usually popular spot on weekends (dead weeknights or during the day on weekends) Cons: outrageously expensive ($25 for 12 oz bud light), looks like an unfinished warehouse with grandma couches for bottle service, they increased prices for "holidays" - when asked what holiday they said Mother's Day.

If there was an option to put a 0 I would choose that as the option. I don't even understand how this place is still up and operating. I was there last night and dealt with inappropriate behavior from security. I asked multiple times peoples names and to speak to a GM and this was brought to no one's immediate attention. ALL of these employees should work on hospitality and DO BETTER. Very disappointing experience. DO NOT come here if you want to be treated respectfully.

I love coming here, especially because Lalo is such a G!! He's the life of the party when he's our bartender. Stop by bottle and ask for lalo he will give you a fun time.

So when I came inside, the guy at the door snatch my I.D outta my hand. He gave me the energy that he doesn't like people of color. So I ended up ordering a little Cocktail " Capri Sunday that was cost 17 bucks and when I checked out it was 27 bucks. The manger said its because of the holiday it's a up charge. Umm I'm okay with a up-charge but a 7 dollar up charge. First off when we sat down that should had been address before taking our order. Yeah the music is cool, the server was okay but the racism. Nah I won't be back. People are so quick to judge .

Went there this past Saturday. Not much of a club person as I recently turned 21. However this one was disappointing. The music was below average I'd say. Security kept you moving in a circle around the bar. Then when you went to dance they kept you crammed and security would push you away from the booths. At other clubs security didn't care how close you got just as long as you didn't try sitting in the booth if you weren't supposed to be there. Definitely most expensive out if any club as well and they try drowning out their horrible music and horrible dance floor by shinning a bunch of strobe lights in your face.

We were out and about in downtown Scottsdale and decided to grab some drinks to watch the Vegas Golden Knights game while we were in town. We stumbled upon this place. The inside of this bar is pretty cool. It reminds me a lot of PKWY Taverns in Vegas honestly. Just a local bar doing its local bar thing haha. There are plenty of lounge seating, and the bar opens up to a patio, which I love. It almost feels like the entire bar is outside which for the weather it was on this early evening, it was beautiful. The servers here look incredibly young but they weren't too bad. We sat down and they grabbed us some drinks pretty quickly. We asked for them to switch the tv to the VGK game and they did, which was great. I ended up ordering mimosas even though it was the early evening because I had been on a mimosa kick the entire time. We had to laugh because they served me in a champagne glass that was actually tilted, so part of my mimosa was spilling out. At first I thought, maybe that's how the glasses are, but when I got my second one, I realized nope, that's what it looks like haha. We didn't order anything to eat here and didn't stay incredibly long, but I didn't think it was too bad of a bar as I've read in other reviews. Definitely a cool spot to just grab a drink with some friends and watch a game. d

Absolute trash this place is. Charging a tech fee on top of an automatic 20% tip? Ridiculous

This place sounded fun and looked like a good time but the staff was unbelievably rude. My friend was pushed into a bottle service table on our way into the bar and was immediately kicked out. No questions asked, just escorted out by 6 people. Tried again the following night and the music wasn't good, the security team was pushing people away from empty tables for no reason, and the drinks we're very weak and small for the price. 10/10 would not recommend, especially with so many other fun places around.

Drinks are expensive $17.61 for a draft cider. $20.61 for ciroc & sprite. Waitress were nice but security was rude. There is 0 space to actually dance whether you are at a table or on the floor. Rooms are so crammed and they yell at you to keep moving. First time there. Last time there. Don't need to spend crazy prices, feel like hurded cattle & not even be able to dance going out on a Saturday night.

Service was awful and as usual with bars these days, automatic gratuity and a ton of fees added on. No reason for them to actually give you good service.

If I could give them a negative I would. My cousin and I were drugged here September 2022. We had only had a couple drinks over the course of many hours so we were not drunk. We both blacked out immediately for over and hour before we were found outside. I have a friend who knows the GM. We reached out for video footage, as we know where we were at the specific time. He did not cooperate. We even sent a picture of us that night to help identify us. I have posted on Fb and have since learned many women AND men get drugged here all the time. They do not want to cooperate and do not care about how vulnerable their customers are. Be careful when you go out. Many of us have a false sense of security.

Me and several colleagues (over 40 of us) were recently there after our corporate Christmas party and we were fortunate to have Meghan T. as our server and I was very pleased with how attentive, fast, friendly, and so much attention to detail she gave every one of us and her ability to multi task. She made our experience amazing and we will be sure to request her next time. Thanks Meghan!

Don't come to this trash establishment. Came in here last Friday with a bachelor party around 9pm. Drinks were awful and overpriced and to make matters even worse, they might be racist. While waiting, to ask the bartender for a glass of water, security walks up to me asking me to follow him. They escort me out the place and then accuse me of harassing women? I literally said nothing to anybody outside of the friends in my bachelor party that i came with. The bouncers outside then began to assassinate my character and call me out of my name. Don't come to this trash hole.

Cool venue for nightlife in old town Scottsdale. DJs are great on the weekends but be warned about when they advertise A1 talent- the artists don't show up. Cover is charged and it's a waste.

This place is racist. My brother and I were getting drinks and paid a fortune for them! They immediately singled out my husband after being inside for 10 minutes and asked him for his ID and then just led him out. He didn't even do anything or even get a drink. My brother and I were drinking way more. I know this place had a lot of white people and not a lot of color, so it was obvious what the reason was. Very sad to see this happening.

There is a reason that late Fri & Sat when all the bars have lines you can just walk into BOTT Blonde. Very Very Expensive. The bartenders make up the prices as they go, and sometimes they even include the tip without telling you. Crooked place. The bartenders might as well work for the mob. Nobody is watching what's going on.

They have now decided it's perfectly ok to add 20% to every tab regardless of purchase. It shows it on the receipt but if you're not paying attention you'd miss it. This is wildly dishonest.

Bartender messed up my drinks when I asked for 3 vodka crans. She poured doubles instead & charged me $124 with the tip automatically rolled in. I told them I didn't ask for doubles & she said I was wrong & the whole management team sided with her. I basically paid $124 for no drinks at the end because I gave them back & asked for them to remake them & they refused too. When I called management (Dante) he suggested to just give me a free round of drinks for the next time I come. I will never return again I've had nothing but bad experiences every time I visit bottled blonde. Not to mention the mangers were super rude.

Basically a scam, don't waste your night going here, the only way they can afford to stay open is by secretly charging 22% gratuity and random "tech fees". Also the security guards just get paid to tell people to keep moving in circles around the bar until they make you uncomfortable enough to leave unless you waste your money on a shitty table.

Wait in line for 30 minutes to go to the upstairs bar. Get up there and need to pee after a couple drinks. They say there's no bathroom upstairs and you have to go down. Fine. But they will make you wait in the now-45-minute line to go back up to meet your friends/family/significant other. If you want a trash hole of Scottsdale. This is it.

Was let inside on a Saturday night, bought a couple drinks and then left, an hour later I came back and they told me I couldn't come in because my shorts didn't have a belt loop which I guess I could understand, but I was let in earlier with the same shorts?! As soon as I complained and showed them my receipt that I was in their literally one hour earlier, they apologized and let me in. Then we go in and some guy offered my group shots, I moved to a spot where he couldn't see me and I noticed he was acting strange (kept looking back at my group) and I saw him sprinkle something over the drinks. I told my group what happened and they said nope let's go, when we told the security that the guy might be drugging people they just shrugged and kept moving..... scary how someone could easily get roofied at any of these old town locations and the staff does not give a single ****!

They are not only very very expensive, but the bartenders make up new prices all the time. A place to avoid there are lots of choices nearby that are not dishonest.

There are racial issues in Scottsdale but Bottled Blonde takes the cake as being upmost racist. They up charge drinks that are predominantly requested by Black people to a ridiculous limit. Yes. Scottsdale's bar are more expensive. But to charge $50 for a shot of Hennessy is absurd. There was a huge disparity with the way they treated the small number of Black patrons compared to their white counterparts. Not only that but the service was terrible and the bartenders were rude. There are other more enjoyable bars in Old Town without the side of racism on the rocks.
