The New Atlanta Restaurant Openings You Should Know About - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"We're eyeing this new Norcross spot in case we need to make a new addition to our best Mediterranean guide. With hookah and a DJ, Bottles & Chimney leans toward party vibes. But also expect a menu stuffed with staples like kebabs, baba ganoush, and labneh." - juli horsford, jacinta howard

Found this place on Eater…and so glad we came across it! It’s nicely decorated with modern decor! Even the bathrooms are nice. It’s also a Hooka bar if you’re into that! We came for the food and it was worth the drive! The portions are substantial and the food is tasty. The King fish was a recent addition to the menu and could really be shared between two people. The lamb chops were juicy and flavorful. The Hummus was a little to loose for me, but the flavor was on point. Even the Baklava was delicious! Don’t let the name fool you—it represents the Hooka & cocktails, but the FOOD is what you should come for!

Super stylish and beautiful lounge with hookah & good vibes Yummy Mediterranean food + friendly staff I appreciate the cultural beats, but both times I visited the DJ mainly stuck to Indian music. I was hoping to hear more trending tracks and variety mixed in 🎧 Still a fun spot overall, but hoping the music could be more diverse.

This is relatively a new mediterranean place at Jimmy Carter. Their ambiance is great and so their servers. We tried their mediterranean platter; it had a range of options: chicken, beef, shrimp and veggies. All of the items were cooked and charred to perfection. This comes with saffron rice. Their hummus with bread and fatoosh was good too. Along with the food their drinks and hookah both were well balanced. The hookah flavors were good and it didn’t burn at all. A good place to hang out.

Bottles & Chimney is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is warm, inviting, and perfectly set for a great night out. The service is top-notch—attentive, friendly, and always making sure you have everything you need. The music creates the perfect vibe, adding to the incredible energy of the place. The owner truly cares about the experience and takes the time to make guests feel welcome. And the food and drinks? Simply fantastic! Every bite is bursting with flavor, and the cocktails are expertly crafted. Whether you're out for a casual evening or a special occasion, Bottles & Chimney never disappoints. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience here for our date night! The establishment is very clean and beautifully designed. The service was outstanding, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The beef and shrimp kabob were absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned. The food prices are also very affordable. The hookah was so smooth, my husband was especially impressed by the quality of it. We’ll definitely be coming back for more of the fantastic food and top-notch service. Highly recommend!

My friends and I recently visited Bottles and Chimney for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and the DJ was outstanding 🔥 one of the best I’ve ever heard in Atlanta. He played a diverse mix of music that kept our entire group vibing and wanting to dance. The hookah was excellent, and the overall vibe was great. The only drawbacks were the wait times—our reserved table wasn’t ready upon arrival, leaving us standing awkwardly for a while, and our drinks took a long time to arrive, with some coming out separately. However, our waitress was very apologetic about it all and made sure to keep checking on us. Overall, the stylish design, welcoming staff, and, most notably, the incredible DJ made the experience a 10/10. My friend’s and I are excited to return and bring more friends.

It was our first time there and the food was delicious, however, I’m not sure why a 20% gratuity was charged for a table of two on a Wednesday evening. We didn’t order any cocktails or hookah and they charged gratuity while also requesting a tip. Also be aware that if you swap your side of rice for a salad, they charge $3 extra. We weren’t advised of that while making the swap and I’m assuming that’s because our server was actually one of their bartenders? All of the extra fees should be listed on their virtual menu. Again, the food was good, but due to slow service and surprise charges/fees, I wouldn’t go back.

If you’re looking for a fantastic Mediterranean restaurant, this place is a must-visit! The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and experience. Their drinks are expertly crafted, making it a perfect spot for a date night or a casual outing. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with attentive servers and managers who ensure you have a great time. One of the standout features is their hookah – beautifully crafted and smooth. For sports lovers, there are multiple TVs, so you can catch the game while enjoying your meal. Overall, it’s a great spot that balances delicious food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!
