"The Bouche B on the "Place Gourmande" of this village near Reims is the HQ of chef Thibault Laplaige (previously Michelin starred in Reims). His modern, well-crafted dishes rely on top-drawer produce such as tartare of scallops and fennel with soy vinaigrette or braised Black Angus in a sort of “applejack” jus with buttered green cabbage. Bouche B for "Bon"!" - Michelin Inspector
I came to this by chance. I was very hungry and it was very late. I didn’t expect anything but to filled my hunger but this place turned out to be a very good experience for me. I fell in love with food. The price also reasonable. Service is good too. I would come back here again for sure.

Perfect lunch for a stop near Reims!
We wanted somewhere that wasn't motorway food but also didn't require parking in town, and this seemed to fit the bill.
Great value menu for the quality.
Brought food for our son very quickly (important!)
Service was quick and friendly.
Highly recommended!

Fabulous Bistro Gastronomique South of Reims in the suburb of Bezannes. 3 course set menu on Tuesday evening was only €25 from a chef who has moved from the centre of town where he had a Michelin star! Super efficient polite staff and very quick service. Massive bargain!!

The restaurant is quite far from city center.
The food tastes okay. A bit limited menu to choose from.

Minimalist chic restaurant which expends its efforts on the food. Lovely presentation, delicious, perfectly-cooked Ibérique pork over lightly saffron-infused risotto and tasty lobster with a purée of celery. It is outside the city center in a calmer area. Make a rez as they fill up at lunch.

Very professional restaurant, bistro. Daily menu affordable, fresh!
The service staff team is perfect, they keep an overview and are not pushy.
Maybe a house wine which is less expensive would be great.

Thank you to the team at Restaurant Bouchet B. We were welcomed and served beautifully. The food was innovative and flavourful. This is so much more than a restaurant of convenience. The little appetisers were excellent - especially the celeriac with fish rillettes, quail tart was outstanding and the John Dory cooked well.
