Tilman Fertitta’s Glitzy Post Oak Hotel Is Now A Dining and Drinking Destination | Eater Houston

Beat patisserie in Houston, HANDS DOWN. The chef really captures the point of French patisserie (being playful with the flavors and ingredients while beautifully presenting it - AND not making the pastries overly sweet as sugar is NOT the main ingredient in a dessert). After having had the privilege of trying good patisserie in multiple countries, including France, this place still brings me back. Also, for the quality you are getting, the price is absolutely fair. Do not miss it!

I ordered The Ruby, Blueberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Royale, Chou Chou, and a lavender cappuccino. The Ruby – This was a beautiful bright red pastry that lived up to its name. I loved the tartness of the raspberry, which was bold and refreshing. The surprise in the middle (a firm chocolate mousse) paired perfectly with the fruit, creating a rich yet balanced bite. The flavors complemented each other so well that this one stood out as both striking in appearance and taste. Blueberry Cheesecake – This pastry felt whimsical, almost like something out of a magical cottage. The blueberry flavor leaned more toward jam than fresh fruit, which I enjoyed, though the cheesecake itself was more dominant. The biscuit base added a nice crunch against the otherwise smooth, creamy texture. A delicate purple chocolate flower and glossy plum glaze made it as enchanting to look at as it was to eat. Chocolate Royale – Unfortunately, this was the least memorable of the selection. It was mostly mousse with little else to break up the texture or flavor. Compared to the other pastries, it felt one-dimensional and a bit underwhelming. Chou Chou – My favorite. A light pistachio sponge cake wrapped in a crisp white chocolate shell, topped with a charming pink chocolate flower. It had the perfect texture, and presentation. I devoured it instantly but I would have liked more pistachio flavor. Lavender Cappuccino – I usually enjoy experimenting with flavored syrups, but this one missed the mark. The lavender was far too strong, overwhelming the coffee instead of complementing it. A lighter hand with the syrup would have made this much more enjoyable.

Google
Beautiful place, but the experience was disappointing. The cafe was clearly understaffed — it took over 25 minutes to get our order, which is unacceptable for a place with premium pricing. What was even more surprising was being given plastic cutlery in such a fancy, upscale setting. For a patisserie that charges top dollar, real cutlery should be a basic standard. The atmosphere is nice, but sadly the service and details didn’t match the luxury image they’re going for.

It has become a stable patisserie for me and my family now. The cakes were pretty, and our love for matcha were fully appreciated here. The matcha latte was rich (both ice and hot), not sweet at all (this is a Plus, since we love to taste the matcha flavor with slightly bittersweet). The cakes tasted good too. The price was cheaper than we expected for the location, decoration, and cake design. Our staff was fantastic, she made us feel welcome and appreciated. I forgot to get her name. A lovely smile and friendly service was very great to start our day. Recommending park at the valet for $8.

Google
I read the reviews here beforehand and there were a bunch of negative reviews, though I came anyways because I was in the area. Unfortunately, the service was very slow and they did not have gelato when I came, which I was very excited to try. Other than that, the pastries are pretty but small.

This bakery has desserts that are so uniquely beautiful and delicious. The coffee is also good and has a variety of options. The decor also contributes to the overall experience and is lovely for any group/gathering. However, the one concern is the customer service. Upon ordering, I ordered three Turkey pastries and instead received three ham pastries that came out cold. They asked us if we wanted it warmed and we responded yes. 1). It would have been particularly bad if we don’t eat ham, since we did not notice it was not turkey until biting into it. 2). Biting into a savory pastry with meat that you are expecting to be warm is disappointing. The outside of the pastry was almost burned while the inside was cold. Then the coffees were delivered to the table, then after we all took a sip, the employee came out and just took my sisters coffee and then said “sorry gave you the wrong one”, then proceeded to give her a new coffee. The staff all look so confused and things did not flow well and not friendly at all. This was a Saturday and at the time there was not a line but still very slow service. This could have been a much better experience.

Excellent service, the desserts are amazing. I tried similar ones at another place but it wasn’t as tasty. Definitely recommend this place.

Google
The high-end coffee shop is located within the Post Oak hotel. They also serve delicious pastries to go with the fantastic coffee. I had a chance to taste the key lime gelato, which didn't disappoint. You can sit inside or outside. The atmosphere is very laid back. I found the prices reasonable for the location it's in.

Yelp
One of the prettiest coffee shops in Houston! Located inside The Post Oak Hotel (the only Texas Forbes Five-Star Hotel and Spa), you will find delicious Illy coffee and pastries. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you are in Paris. The decor is so cute and you can't help but take pictures. They have booth style as well as regular seating. Service is always good and prompt. Pricing is a bit higher than other coffee shops but definitely worth it. I'll be back!

Yelp
I'm truly disappointed! This French pastry shop is proof that it doesn't matter if you're located inside the most prestigious hotel in the entire country--if your service is awful, people won't want to come back. My daughter and I visited this pastry place. The pastries looked delicious, and since it's located inside The Post Oak Hotel, we expected nothing but a great experience. The place is cute, with beautiful French-style furniture. You can access it from inside the hotel or from the outside. There is no self-parking; you have to valet. If they stamp your ticket, valet is $8. Everyone at The Post Oak was nice and attentive. Once we arrived at Bouchée Patisserie, there was a line--which gave us time to look at all the options: macarons, pastries, gelato, and gorgeous desserts. When it was finally our turn, the cashier was less than friendly. She seemed like she was just going through the motions. I didn't think much of it. I placed my order, gave her my name, and patiently waited to be called. About 10 minutes passed--which felt like a bit too long, considering the desserts are ready to serve. When they finally called my name, my daughter went to pick up the order. The cashier told her the order was for "Sandra." My daughter replied yes, and again the cashier said, "It's for Sandra." My daughter once again said yes, and then the cashier, with even more attitude, asked if all the pastries were for her. At that point, my daughter became upset and said, "Yes, Sandra is my mom and she's seated. This is our order." You'd expect the cashier to respond kindly, maybe say, "Oh, okay! Here you go--enjoy!" But no. Instead, she gave my daughter a look and just moved on to take the next customer's order. When we opened the boxes, I realized she gave me the wrong pastry. I went back to let another employee know. She looked at the cashier, who--again, with attitude--said "Okay." Then, the other employee just stood in place and started chatting with another employee in a suit, leaving me waiting awkwardly. After about 3-4 minutes of them talking, I asked if I could please get the correct pastry. She gave me a rude look, paused for another 30 seconds, and finally went to get it. It took her another 5 minutes to bring it out--even though the desserts are ready-made. She handed me the box and looked away with the same unpleasant attitude. By this point, I was completely dissatisfied and disappointed. My daughter and I were seated, talking about how terrible the service had been. The employee in the suit stood right next to us, overhearing everything while trying to assist another unhappy customer who also received the wrong order. In their case, they weren't charged--but the employee never addressed or acknowledged our concerns. The pastries are good--but definitely the worst service I've ever received. Not worth dining in. You're better off taking it home and avoiding the attitude.

Yelp
What a cute spot! feels like a hidden gem. Cutest pastries ever I wish I could try all of them. We ordered the ruby, meringue tart, pistachio gelato, peppermint tea & sparkling limencello. Everything tasted great except the limencello. It was a bit off and we weren't sure if it was supposed to taste like that or not but it was giving a hint of cough syrup. Everything else was so awesome, we were greated and attended accordingly. Friendly staff.

Yelp
Cute little French pastry shop in the Post Oak hotel. They have quite a selection for desserts. The pistachio brûlée was way better than expected but the presentation was a bit disappointed. With a fine place as such and got serve on an aluminum container ??? They could have used on a ceramic cup or something. The eclairs was not good at all. It was too dry , maybe it was too old ? The other desserts were good. Service was not to impressive. We got served wrong flavor of gelato and the staff was unapologetic.

Yelp
So, this is my first post in quite a while and the event that brought it about was organized by my friend Sara I., through Yelp for a coffee and conversation meet up on a lovely Saturday morning. The pastries were very good and I did a sampling of a few and was pleased with the quality. The coffee is by.Illy, so II went with an Americano, since Illy is a darker roast and not my typical preference

Yelp
Great service, easy table seating and yummy croissants! We came here in the morning for a little brunch date. We each got coffees, a latte and a cappuccino, and we tried an almond croissant, a raspberry lychee macaron, a palmier, a ham and cheese croissant and a chocolate madeline. All were great except the macaron tasted very artificial. Overall, a good time and I'd come back. Other: parking is hard to find. There's short term retail parking across the street but only 6 spots. They accept Landry's giftcards!

Yelp
Highly recommend this wonderful shop. Every this is beautifully presented and is every bit as delicious as it looks. The service was exceptional and beautifully packaged. Would recommend that they provide spoons. Parking is the only downside of this shop.

Yelp
Apologies for not snapping photos. This was an early morning pick up order, my phone was left on the bedside, oops. It is a beautiful location. Everything from neighbourhood, aesthetics, service and presentation drips high-end. Grabbed 3 lattes, an almond croissant, a pain au chocolat and 2 desserts. All fantastic, all worth the splurge if you happen to be in the galleria area of Houston. Next time i will go for a sit down, though do note their to go packaging is very well designed.

Yelp
A touch of refined pastries and rich delicacies inside the heart of Uptown! Friendly staff, delicious sweets and savories, plus coffee beverages that are hard to resist!

Yelp
These desserts are very pretty! I got the berry tart, and I'm not sure what the other one is called, but it had a milk and caramel flavour. Unfortunately, the desserts didn't taste all that great to me, and I have a huge sweet tooth. I think I may have been expecting a richer flavour of more substance, but the filling of both was very light without much of a flavour. I thought the crust looked tasty, but I was disappointed by the lack of flavour once I bit into it.

Yelp
I'm not sure the name of the pastries I tried but boy were they delicious! My favorite had a taste of cheesecake which I loved!

Yelp
The parking is kind of hard to figure out, but that's not the fault of the café. Upon entering, the ambiance is stunning, I love the decor and the look of it. It feels like you're entering into a different country. The menu is pretty broad, I like how many options there were with the prices easily listed underneath and a description of each dessert. Service was pretty standard, just seemed like a normal cafe. The reason I gave 4 stars was primarily due to prices; of course it will be higher considering it's in the Uptown area. It's fair when it comes to location and the fact it's directly connected to an upscale hotel. But I will say the creme brûlee I got was delicious. It seems like a nice place to go to for a coffee date or like after a light lunch/dinner.

Yelp
Even though I don't care for coffee much I always get their cappuccino. It hits the spot. Their gelatos look better than they taste but their crossaints and desserts are off the charts! It's great to come here between 10:00 pm - 12:00 am. Good service! Always an enjoyable experience!

Yelp
Wow. It is SO beautiful inside. We love bakeries and this one has one of our favorite almond croissants!! We tried 5 things and enjoyed them all (the tiramisu fell a little flat). The staff answered all of our questions and even gave suggestions. Definitely visit if you are in the area, you will not regret it! It feels almost whimsical inside.

Yelp
This place was amazing! Where do start with! They had all kinds of pastries and had plenty of options to select! It differently had a French vibe. Decor felts like we were in some other world. The staff members were patient as we were deciding what kind of dessert to try. We ended up getting chocolate croissant, beignets and cafe latte.

Yelp
I received pastries from this place a while ago for Valentine's Day, and absolutely loved them. I loved them so much that I got them as a gift for my friend leaving for college and she loved them! This place is so aesthetically pleasing inside and very darling. This place is inside of a hotel and so it's quite hard to find parking. You choose an assortment and they put it into a nice packaging. The pastries also look phenomenal, the mango flavored one looks like a mango.
google avatar

Sandra K.

Yelp
Not as pricey as you would think and pretty good pastries. Not the best but not bad. Beautiful ambience and area. Hard to get to if you aren't staying at the hotel.

Mari V.

Yelp
The place is super cute! Great for a coffee with friends. Parking is terrible tho, it took me a good 20 min to find a spot. The staff is well prepared and very friendly, the desserts and gelato bar is incredible everything looks so tasty! I would say I ended up here because according to Yelp they serve different gluten free desserts and sadly they only offer a banana nuts muffin... that was disappointing. The chocolate gelato was great, I tried the tiramisu and even tho it has a beautiful presentation the flat was ok...

Yelp
Absolutely an amazing treat and treasure to find in Houston! Talk about spending quality time with loved ones in this wonderful cafe where you have the options to have coffee, pastry or Gelato. The ambiance to this place is so parisian and very inviting. And don't get me on the selection of pastries. We order a Cafe Au Lait with a Raspberry Beignet and it was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend loved it so much he grabbed another one to go. I totally recommend this French Pastry Cafe. Best time to stop by is after 9 pm, when the traffic dies down and there's no big crowds in the Galleria/Post Oak area. It's a hidden gem.

Yelp
Love this place! Has a bougie, upscale feel. Very clean. The pastries are pricier than other coffee shops. FOOD AND DRINK: Caffe latte with caramel syrup and whole milk - tasted very good. Served warm but not hot. Rating: 5/5 Raspberry danish - this is in house made and tasted so good. The raspberries were fresh and on the sweeter side. It's like a croissant danish. Rating: 5/5 Amaretto bundt cake - it has a light frosting on top but I barely tasted it. It's very moist and not that super sweet. It's a good cake but I don't love it. Rating: 4/5 They have other pastries that are not listed on their online menu. And they do blended coffee drinks, which involves gelato and espresso shots. ATMOSPHERE I love the interior decor!! The chairs, pastel and warm colors, white ceiling mounted lights, tables, hexagon tiles, and marble just all together look elegant. I love that they use fresh flowers as a centerpiece on all tables. Adds a cute touch. They have some power outlets indoors along the lounge seats. It's a good place to do some work on a laptop or meet up with family or friends. Surprisingly, it's not freezing cold. The wifi speed is fast. There is also covered outdoor seating with big ceiling fans. SERVICE Service is very good. They ask if you would like your pastry warmed. My friend ordered decaf coffee but it wasn't hot so they had to remake it and it was served hot. The waiter came back and made sure she was fine with it. Parking, just like many have mentioned, can be difficult depending on the time of the day. I was able to find free street parking at 12 pm on Thursday. Depending on the day, you might be able to park in the parking lot for free. Been in the area twice and haven't paid for parking so far. Will definitely come back to try more pastries!

Amazing little patisserie located inside of the Post Oak Hotel. Very cute and love the vibe

Yelp
Honestly one of the most darling cafes I've ever been to. The decor is pink, girly, and absolutely lovely. We happened to stop by late night a couple hours before close and it was nearly empty. The staff wasn't the nicest but I attribute that to it being late and them being ready to go home. They had a beautiful array of desserts they're like cute little art pieces. We ordered a few items and they came out to our table fairly quickly. I can definitely say that they desserts are as good as they are pretty and their gelato is fantastic! The only thing I wouldn't recommend are the salted caramel macaroons. They are SALTY. I felt like I was eating straight from a salt shaker and couldn't even taste the caramel. Besides that everything else was great and I'd definitely recommend trying it out.

Kristine L.

Yelp
Awesome! Parking is hard to find. It's like hidden gems but you can look out to the tall building in Galleria. Very chill!

Yelp
I attended their Galentines Tea which was $90.93 (including tax). I wasn't sure what to expect since I had heard mixed reviews of Bouchee Patisserie but my friend wanted to go for her 30th. I don't think this place is worth it for high tea but it would be a nice bakery to go to if you're in the area. However, if you're willing to drive out a bit there are places with better desserts at the same price point but the ambience isn't as cute. I wasn't going in with high expectations so I was disappointed that even those standards weren't met. High tea: 3 This was a preset menu where they set up all the items in the tower and allowed you to select as many teas as you wanted. The tea selection was really extensive which was a nice touch. I enjoyed the sandwich since you could tell the ingredients were fresh but they were average sandwiches. I liked the scones and I liked that they weren't dry. However, when it came to dessert I understood the vision but it didn't pan out well. Most of the desserts played into the tart/sweet or bitter/sweet combo which are hallmarks of most high end desserts. However, for both me and my friend the tartness was too overwhelming and it gets tiring when you have multiple desserts that have these combo that it stops being enjoyable. However, two items were taken from the set menu and weren't replaced until asked which may be the reason for the imbalance. Service: It is hard to rank because as normal bakery staff they were nice and friendly. However, they were below average when it came to high tea. For one they completely confused the time of our reservation so we had to wait for a bit while they set up. Second I didn't appreciate that for a pricy high tea that they simply took items off the preset menu that was pre-paid for due to my food allergies without consulting me. At other high tea establishments they have normally asked what I wanted to do (I was actually going to take the items with nuts home for my family members) or if I was ok with substitutions. I ended up asking what was going on with the 2 missing items and they just replaced it with one item. Ambience: 5 This is an extremely cute cafe with a beautiful interior. I loved how the ledges were molds of macarons and madelines since it was a cute detail! However if you're going for high tea you won't get the ambience of high dining since this place does function as a normal bakery This is for Valet which isn't associated with the bakery. The restaurant provided a 1/2 off coupon for valet but I would be super careful. If you valet I would take the time to record your car before leaving it with them. My car was completely fine when I dropped it off but when I came back a significant amount of my gas tank was gone and my door handle fell out by me simply pulling it (Both the latch and the part covering the key portion fell off). Unfortunately I didn't know until I had left the premise and tried to get into my car. I was surprised that I couldn't even pull it without it coming undone. I called to report the issue and was told that they had flagged an issue with the door handle so they wouldn't get in trouble. They said that they'd call back. Unfortunately they never did so please be careful. I know my door handle was fine because I was able to get into my car to drive to the bakery and the valet opened the car door for me. I guess what happened will remain a mystery but please be careful. (If anyone was wondering my wonderful brother fixed it for free)

Yelp
Fabulous meets exquisite! Probably best way to describe it Bouchée located inside The Post Oak Hotel! Delicious bakery/cafe in fabulously decorated ambience. Pastries, cakes, macaroons, ice cream and coffee plus more are all top notch. This time I had berry tart which was to die for. Friendly and happy staff do make a lot of difference!

Yelp
Great service. Lots of tasty options. Got a coconut croissant warmed. And it was delish. Will grab a couple macaroons while I'm in town.
google avatar

Yelp
Place is adorable on the inside and out! I got three items, a raspberry beignet, a coconut truffle, and a tiny palmier. The beignet was great. A little dry though. The others were also dry but not as good. Maybe because I came later in the day. Service is nice. Would definitely try again.

Yelp
It is really a lovely place. We stopped here for a cup of coffee and some pastry. The pastry was great and this place is just so cute. Will come back to try their high tea!

Yelp
I'm that GIRL! The one that loves a good bougie cafe to dress up or dress down. Let's get into my favorite Hotel in Houston and it's darling Cafe'.. Bouchée Patisserie has an award-winning pastry chef. Bouchée serves up both traditional and extravagant Parisian-inspired indulgences with a modern twist including house made bonbons, celebratory cakes, gelato, quiches, carefully-crafted chocolates and specialty coffee. You do not have to be a guest at the Post Oak Uptown Hotel but if you are it is certainly the bees knees in the morning . It gave me the feeling of The Tiffany Blue Box Cafe at Harrods and everything looks so picturesque!! I mean really too good to eat. They have all the regular coffee drinks for us coffees Connoisseur and lots of herbal teas. So whether you are stopping in for a sweet treat or staying at the hotel as a guest it's definitely worth stopping by for a visit.

Yelp
Impossible to park unless you valet at the Post Hotel for $7 The shop is located in the hotel The place is beautiful chip, indoor and outdoor seating with big french chair style Staff is friendly Coffee is good Pastries are wonderful and so beautiful Order at the counter- they bring to your table Will recommend but the parking us a turn off

Yelp
We visited Bouchee Patisserie last week for the first time and because of the reviews and how cute and fancy it was, my hopes were high. I think maybe that was why I ended up a bit disappointed, unfortunately. I want to say that if I was rating the croissant alone, it would be a 5/5. It was seriously one of the best croissants I've ever had - competed with those in France, even! The rest of the items we got, though, were not on that same level. The turmeric chai tea to me didn't have enough flavor, although the heart on top was a cute touch. The berry chocolate tart we got had a pretty nice crust - the texture of the chocolate tart was excellent and the chocolate taste came through nicely. It was the pastry filling that they lost me on - the texture seemed off somehow like it was too heavy and the flavor wasn't there. I think a mascarpone/whipped cream filling would have been better to balance out the sweetness of the berries and chocolate. We didn't end up finishing it. Now for the macarons: I thought the texture was quite nice and you can see the feet on the sides in the video. They were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside without being dry which was nice, but the flavors were, well to us they were bad and I rarely say something tasted straight up bad. Pistachio macarons are my favorite and this one just didn't taste like pistachio. It tasted artificial and left a poor aftertaste. Same with the salted caramel - the name didn't match the actual flavor. We didn't finish them :( If I return, it will be for that epic croissant but I'll shy away from the other items we ordered this time.

Yelp
The bakery was amazing! The pastries were very tasty. The service was also amazing. The parking was horrible, so definitely remember to bring cash for the valet. I did not stay in so I can't speak much of the ambiance.

Yelp
THE. BEST. HAM AND SWISS CROISSANT IVE HAD. We went to Switzerland for a week and this damn ham and Swiss croissant is amazing. A healthy serving of ham vs normal places only putting one or two slices Healthy amount of cheese and baked cheese on top of the croissant. Heavenly. Please try.

Yelp
First and foremost it's difficult for parking, bring cash for hotel valet ($7). I loved the ambiance and setting of the place. The ceiling detail and decor on the walls were chefs kiss. I had The Ruby which was a bit sweet for my taste but not bad. The almond at the base gave it a nice taste. Iced Mocha was my fav and their ice cream is also delish. 2 large iced mochas, a ruby and creme brûlée came out to around $30, you decided. The lady's tone and energy who attended us was not it which explains the reason for my 3 star rating. I'm sure I just caught her on a bad day.
google avatar

Ravi K.

Yelp
Parking- could be a painful experience since most of the parking around is paid valet. Ambience: This is one of the most beautiful shops in Houston. Probably its way beautiful then most of the jewelry shops in Houston. Its something beyond magnificent and I was blown away the beauty of this store. Customer service: 5 star. The staff is polite and they take their time to explain the product. They know what they are making and selling. Taste: We ordered latte, mocha, machiato, lavender coffee. Taste was okay and latte was nothing but milk. When it comes to taste of coffee there are certainly other places in Houston which serves far better coffee. Prices: Reasonable

Yelp
Pretty cute place located in a hotel And hard to find parking for sure The dessert is ok not like surprising but ok The service the boy with glasses curly hair is so amicable The girl was not quite attentive The vibe here is pretty good for night tea

Yelp
Stunning cafe! The seating area, pastries on display, and overall vibe is very stylish, lux, and had Instagram worthy decor! The staff and service was great! The cafe was very clean and well taken care of! The food looks great and the displays are so beautiful! A work of art really! The gelato though was very...simple and bland. The pistachio gelato didn't really have a pistachio flavor. They can turn up the flavor factor just a tad bit more. Overall will definitely check this place out again!

Yelp
Croissants, gelato, pastries, cafe au lait and more. Have been wanting to check out this patisserie for a while, but plans were put on hold, because..... Went this weekend with a plan to take our order to go, but since there was no one outside, we enjoyed a nice sunny, chilly Texas day on the patio. Thanks also for the overhead heaters. Who knew? Too many choices. Pastries included opera cakes, tiramisu, cheesecake, chocolate crunch, lemon meringue, scones, cinnamon rolls, huge almond and chocolate croissants and more. The pastries were all so beautiful and looked so tempting. We chose the most delicious almond croissant. Ask for it to be heated. Such a light croissant and the almond filling was divine. The lemon meringue was decadent and decorated with a cute candy flower. The tart tangy lemon filling paired perfectly with the meringue. The berry tart had a chocolate crust with a creamy vanilla custard. The chocolate crust was a nice surprise from the typical vanilla crust. The chai tea latte was perfect and not too sweet. Loved how they asked what type of milk. Whole, skim, 2%, almond, soy, oat or coconut. A nice set of options for someone who may have lactose intolerance. They also had a couple of gluten free muffin options. Nice for an afternoon of tea and sweets with my bestie for her birthday. Hint: sign up for the Landry's card. Your $25 birthday voucher can be used here.

Yelp
The place is gorgeous and fancy, however i felt the desserts were ok, did not meet my expectations. Might give it another try in the future. The service was fast. Would give it a 2.5

Yelp
Tres bien and Merci Beaucoup to this Post Oak Hotel delight. A true French Patisserie in the heart of Htown. Gelato.Croissants .Pastries. . Lattes.I am in heaven. Selection: Celebrating a belated birthday with warm delicious almond croissant filled with almond creme large enough for 2, berry tart surrounded by a decadent dark chocolate crust and lemon meringue tart enough to share with 2 of my favorite Yelpies. Atmosphere: Outside comfortable seating with warm heaters available if ask server to put them on. Customer service: Excellent all around.Servers wore masks (which I appreciated since still in red for Covid in Htown) They were friendly, attentive and gave many choices in what milk would like in lattes Parking: limited but can valet or park on side by hotel Return: Absolutely we will be back. A true gem in the middle of the city!

Yelp
It's a beautiful and clean place. They have a huge seating space both inside and outside. It's pretty much coffee and pastries. I ordered coffee and coconut cookies and some almond croissants to go. Their packing was great and I liked the coffee too. The service was fast.

Yelp
Beautifully designed little sweets/pastry shop! But, I was there for the pastries and sweets....so, the following is my opinion: The cinnamon beignet was "melt-in-your-mouth" goodness! Took me back to the old days at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans! Also purchased the blueberry cheesecake and tiramisu both of which were wonderfully smooth with great flavor and not too sweet. All 3 marry well with a good espresso! Being a self-proclaimed scone aficionado, I will try the berry scone later!

Yelp
Very cute spot inside the Post Oak Hotel. Service was great and the pastries and coffee are so yummy. 10 out of 10 recommend. I will be back for some more goodies.

Yelp
One of the cutest, fanciest coffee shops I've ever been to! Our go to drink here is the mocha, which is sweet with just the right amount of chocolate while maintaining that coffee taste. My favorite pastries here are the scones, which are so fresh & delicious. I find some scones to be too dry but think the ones here are the ideal consistency. We have also tried the cookies & cream gelato and their coconut pastries, which are really good as well. Bouchee Parisserie is located in The Post Oak Hotel, and there is also a crazy car dealership to walk by while you're over there. While the prices are a bit high, we think the quality and fun ambiance make up for it. It's a coffee shop that's definitely worth a visit.

Yelp
Looks very nice but place is small and mostly has two seats on table. They also placed reserve sign when nobody sitting down. We have couple dessert and coffee. Coffee taste ok. Dessert was so so. Overall I don't think it's good. Employees were ok. Not great or not bad. Over price for sure.

Yelp
The inside of this place is immaculate. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The creations here are very unique and appealing. I'd recommend going, but be sure to go early as items will sell out.

Yelp
I came back here because they offered High Tea (Afternoon Tea). This require reservation. The set up was gorgeous! They put a a few vases with flowers which I was surprised. They even made my friend a birthday sign! The whole service for the High Tea was (5/5). The staffs were so nice and patient. Savory (4/5) Desserts (4/5) Tea (5/5) - I love how they let you select your tea and let you put it in the tea pot yourself. Overall, definitely worth the price.
