Lets begin by saying this is not a 'normal' restaurant. You cannot just walk in and expect to get a meal. You make a reservation by phone, and only by phone.
But then, the food.. delicious Lyonais, served by the marvelous Hanneke who does *everything* herself. That includes making the food, serving the food, and also the drinks. Everything is made with pure passion.
She is a wonderful host, that also expects you to behave like a wonderful guest. Important note: being picky is not a virtue here, as there are always only 2 options per course, and no changes are made to the menu. Eten wat de pot schaft!
Vegetarians be warned, alergic people be warned, and also picky eaters or people who like their meat well-done be warned. That is not done here!
If you can abide by these rules, it is perhaps the best food the city has to offer. Bon appetit!
