Boulangerie Patisseries Haddad

I walked in to get some baked goods. I had a young lady serve me, who was not the friendliest. There are no prices listed on the menu board. I ordered 6 zaatar, 6 Lahmajoun and 6 cheese for a grand total of $53😱😱😱. Since service and decor were subpar, at least the food was good. All were delicious and fresh contrary to what other reviewers said. Maybe it’s luck of the draw as I was there on a Saturday afternoon

I really wanted to love this place. We’re visiting from Toronto so looked really hard to find the best manoushe in Montreal. This cannot be it. The baker was inside screaming so the entire atmosphere was electric. The manakish themselves definitely had potential but they were cold. We were in and out in under 5 mins so they were definitely just reheated and not made fresh. The lahmacun was supposed to be a highlight but really didn’t taste good - my husbands worried he’s going to be sick after. Overall, wouldn’t recommend. Try somewhere else

Delicious manakishs😋. The zaatar (thym) ones have the right amount of zaatar. The cheese ones melt in your mouth 😋. Each one is served fresh and hot, whether for local consumption or take out. Best of all is their thin, delicious crust. The owner is a lovely, kind lady.

I have to say this is one of the kindest and tasty bakery in Montreal, i got 3 lahmajoun and the dough was so great exactly like in middle east, the texture was amazing it reminds me of old memories. The lady that serve and women when they know that i didn’t have any cash to pay they gave it to me for free and say whenever you pass you can pay, and then she said you don’t need to pay this from us because it’s your first time here. So sweet to meet people like this in Montreal, remind me of my country.

Best Manousheh in Montreal. Ask for an extra pinch of cayenne and a squeeze of lemon on your Lahmajoun (meat pie) Delicious!

We ordered a dozen half cheese half Zaatar manouche and it was delicious ! The bread is the perfect texture with the right amount of cheese and zaatar! You can tell the quality from the smell alone! The lady who served us was incredibly sweet and felt like family and home. We ordered a dozen on the phone and she prepared a fresh batch within an hour. Looking forward to going back and trying the lahmajun and soujouk manouche next !
