18 Best Things to Do in Las Vegas

"The Cosmopolitan has three pool areas that are among Vegas' best, and Boulevard Pool, exclusively for hotel guests, is the largest. The multi-level pool has unobstructed fourth-story views of The Strip, along with cabanas, daybeds, bars, and poolside noshes. The public space is, in normal times, programmed to the hilt, offering fun brunches, evening film screenings, and even concerts that transform the pool deck into a raucous venue. They even transformed the deck into a giant Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix watch party, with live entertainment, a DJ, and some of the best views of the track below, right along the Las Vegas Strip. There's an experience here for everyone. In the winter, the pool is transformed into a massive ice rink, where you can roast marshmallows over an open fire. In the summer, the bars in one fun, hot, sweaty dance party." - Andrea Bennett

It's a nice pool with a vibrant atmosphere. However, the large pool was empty when I visited. And I would love to have some space for swimming. Instead, I enjoyed my cocktail chilling the small pool, which was good as well. It gets pretty crowded by the mid-day, so I would recommend coming around 11 a.m. to reserve a chair. I liked the pool bar with good quality cocktails and quick service.

Google
Pool is good. They have two separate pools. One is more kids friendly. However, this is more suitable for young adults not for families with kids. Cool views all around

I had an amazing experience at The Cosmopolitan pool on the Las Vegas Strip! The atmosphere is absolutely stunning – a perfect mix of luxury and fun. The views of the Strip from the pool area are breathtaking, especially at sunset. The pool itself is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of loungers and shaded areas. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with drinks, towels, or anything else we needed. The vibe is lively without being overwhelming – great music, cool crowd, and an overall energetic yet relaxed ambiance. The food and drinks were also top-notch. We tried a few cocktails and snacks, and everything was fresh and delicious. It’s definitely a great spot to unwind during the day or enjoy a vibrant poolside scene with friends. Whether you're staying at The Cosmopolitan or just visiting for the day, I highly recommend checking out their pool. It’s one of the best pool experiences I’ve had in Vegas!

Google
$850 minimum spend on food and beverage for a day bed, yes that’s what I agreed to. We were only allowed to spend about $150 because the waitress only came by twice the entire day and she tipped herself 30% on the $850. We went to the desk to cancel the next day and got laughed at because we pre paid and were told we would be charged the full amount plus tip even if we didn’t show up. When we book cabana’s at the MGM pool the server is in there every 10 minutes making sure we are having a good time. Never again Cosmopolitan pool. Everything else is fantastic including the room, dining, and service (other than the pool.)

Joel Heidrich

Google
We had a great time at the pool. Great laid back pool party vibe with amazing views. Poolside service was top notch. Only negative is that there really is very little shade. We sprung for a daybed, and managed to use almost all of the $625 minimum spend as the poolside dining was better than expected. I wish the umbrellas provided more coverage, through most of the day there was only enough shade on the daybed for one of us. They kept updating us and close to closing we still had about $150 so we ordered buckets of beer, hard seltzer, and Fiji water that we took back to the room for the rest of our stay. After taxes/fees and 18% gratuity it came to $815.

Sam Isaacs

Google
I went to the Boulevard pool and for the price which was astronomical, the overhead umbrella should’ve worked, but it was broken so we were literally cooking. It took forever and a half to get a server to greet us and when we finally got a server to greet us, they didn’t seem very happy. I don’t remember them smiling. We eventually ordered food and drinks and it took another century to receive them. Save your money, go to the Mandalay Bay beach or even better the Moorea Beach club. The service is impeccable fast and you’ll save thousands. Unfortunately, the Cosmo pools are overrated very expensive and the quality in service is just not there. If you have endless amounts of money and want to experience this pool that is understandable but if you value your time, money, the service you receive, and the quality of that service, skip the Cosmo pools.

Ian Ballard

Google
Excellent Cabana experience at Cosmo. Food and drinks were excellent, service was great, and the views were impeccable. Will definitely come back.

Andrea “TheDrDrea” Arbona

Google
Excellent service, day beds are great for 4+, food is included in the price (not additional to the day bed price). Food is good, like this pool more than the Chelsea Pool, more seats & shade. Also has a covered area with TV's & sports on, pool & foose ball, & the occasional messeuse. Menu has changed a little since last year, no Chia Pudding, no Cobb Salad (bummer). Huge Spa too, if you like 100°+ air & water in the summer lol! Always our Strip Pool every summer! 🌞

Yelp
Helpful Tip: Boulevard Tower; 3rd floor. Take escalator to 4th floor Useful Tip: Locals receive complimentary self parking up to 3 hours The boulevard pool DIVE IN movie was giving luxury cruise ship vibes during my recently Monday movie night . My friend girl and I enjoyed the big screen viewing of Black Panther while indulging in strong, delicious Don Julio Cadillac margaritas at not so wallet friendly strip pricing. Boulevard Pool offered tons of complimentary lounge chairs throughout the upper and lower pool area and towels. It was very peaceful to see plenty families enjoying the pool and views in a fun safe manor. Highly recommended! The DIVE IN movie is great way to experience the pool without staying at the hotel and that's a win especially for us locals!

Yelp
Absolutely terrible service!! You're better off going downtown and being treated better. Boulevard Pool has gone downhill. They'll take your money, treat you like , demand you pay for it and kick you out. Would NOT recommend!!

Yelp
Went in April. It was quiet. Good poolside service. Well made drinks, and good selection. Limited vegetarian options, but food was good. Going back in June.

Yelp
This is about the pool & the, "Dive in Movies at Cosmo!" Basically, chillin' in the pool, while watching a movie. The pool was so warm! We were scheduled to see Aladdin (2019 version.) Been waiting for this. Never done something like THIS before; it was so exciting & fun! I'm in LOVE w/ this now, because of so many reasons!! Purple lounging chairs in the water. Can purchase food/drinks at the bar. Daybeds/cabanas available for rental purchase. We didn't do that, but the lounging chairs were totally fun. A beautiful view Cosmo has, especially at night of the strip at the pool area. $10 tickets for Nevada residence, $15 for non-resident, but the best part, just sign up for the, "identity rewards" & you can go to the "drive-in movies" for free. We will definitely come back again for this type of event. Worth it!!

Yelp
I've been visiting the Boulevard pool for years and it's been up and down...the last visit during Covid operations went very well... There's multiple levels to pull up a lounge chair and hang out by the pool. We decided to go to the second level vs pool side because we wanted to be right under a pool umbrella for shade. The servers weren't coming up to our level but that was fine as this wasn't a drink heavily by the pool day. This time..=) We headed to the bar, when we needed drinks Bar: One lone bartender and she rocked. Masked up and knocking down the line and getting the servers trays full quickly. I appreciated that she worked with a professional sense of urgency while still being friendly. The Dole Whip drink leveled up with some run is an absolute perfect Vegas pool drink on a hot day. Pool: The pool was chilly initially but after you submerge yourself it starts feeling pretty warm quickly. The water was clear, clean and not over chlorinated. There were families with children, couples, and groups of IG story tellers in all shapes and sizes. Everyone was chill and hanging out by the pool on a nice hot quiet day. I look forward to another pool day at the Boulevard on my next Staycation at the Cosmo. Cheers!

Yelp
I could have sworn I reviewed this pool after my first stay here, but I realize I factored it into my review on the hotel itself. I'll go into more detail here over all of my visits from 2018 to present time. Narrowed my pool selection down to the Boulevard Pool, and I'm so happy I did. Made it down there around 9am; for I heard how crowded it can get, but I didn't have an issue even though it was an extremely hot day in July. I settle in on a lounge chair near where you pick up your towels, then I wandered the area. There were plenty of levels for lounging, a lot of them reserved with either daybeds or loungers. The only downfall for me was that there was no shade whatsoever. I waded around up to my ankles, then I decided to dunk myself in the largest pool. My favorite was the jacuzzi tub which I had all to myself. You could constantly wander around this area and find something new around every corner, be it the central bar or the quieter one, to the multiple tv area/pool table/gaming area to the many cabanas. I spent quite some time here, and by the time I was leaving, it was getting pretty packed. I did visit the other pools and declared I was too old for Marquee, yet too young for Chelsea, which appeared to be rather family-friendly at least on the day I visited. One day, I hope I can do the Dive-In movies they offer during the summer on Monday evenings. On subsequent visits, it was in December so this was transformed into the ice rink. I didn't participate but I was glad they let me wander the grounds so I could check out the huge blue Christmas tree. Most recently during COVID times (June/July), I stopped by but didn't stay. When you're here, you want to enjoy eating and drinking, going swimming and you don't want to worry about wearing a mask, which pretty much no one did, rather understandably so. I only lasted maybe 5 minutes before I decided to leave. I can only hope things go back to 'normal' but I won't hold my breath.

Yelp
We weren't staying at this hotel but we came here for drinks and apps by the pool bar and it was definitely a vibe. I ordered guacamole and chips and I have the say, impressive. The guacamole was so fresh and tasted so good that I had to order more. The bartender was also friendly and provided good customer service. I would definitely come back again.

Yelp
Full caveat that I only came here for an event. I did not go into the pool or request any poolside service for drinks or food. I also did not see the bill, I suspect that may have knocked down another star. I guess like all things Las Vegas Strip, you have to understand that you are not getting value. That said, I expected much better from a hotel that's on the newer side, the design of the area was pretty terrible. Pros: * It was nice having a private space for the event * Food was okay, not great, but good enough * The pool looked nice, but you are removed away from the pool (which may be a good thing if your event is not utilizing the pool at all) Cons: * The area is completely exposed to the wind; during our event, the wind got really strong and everyone ended up cramming in the inside area * The food setup is a little ridiculous - food is tucked away in a corner, in order to get to half the food, you need to squeeze by people coming out, terrible logistics * My main complaint is that drink service was ridiculously slow - for an event where you are paying by the drink in an open bar concept, how can you only have one person taking drink orders for ~80+ people? On top of this, the bar was located quite far away, forcing our poor server to shuttle back and forth. Near the end of the event, they finally brought out someone else to take drink orders, but it was too little, too late.

Yelp
I had an amazing pool day! I book a daybed, the cost of it goes to F&B. I did this spurge for my sister's (early) 30th birthday and she was so excited and happy when she found out. We had a bunch of yummy drinks (some werent as amazing as others) but all of the food items we ordered were great. There were 3 of us and it really took all day to meet our F&B minimum. Service was fantastic all day long from the server and the other people helping. They would regularly rearrange our umbrella for best shade options. It was so nice to have a spot all day long to go back to. I'd book again for sure.

Yelp
If you are going during peak season/ summer, book a daybed!!!! The great thing about these reservations are that it is a food & beverage spend only. So, our $150 daybed is really $150 of food and drinks throughout the day. Anything we don't spend will be an automatic charge. And it's a guaranteed spot by the pool for the whole day. Win win! On our first day at Cosmo, we secured a daybed. The location was perfect- right on the water. At first, we had a super attentive pool server but as her shift changed, we couldn't grab the attention of our new server for anything. Every specialty drink is around $17 and they are on the small side (compared to pool drinks at Aria and Caesars). Overall, the daybed is a really great deal to have the space and if you plan to be out there all day (or have a party of 3 or more), I definitely think it's worth it. For our next three days, we were at the mercy of the pool gods. If you have ever experienced a Black Friday-run-in-a-store moment, that's what grabbing chairs at 8:00 am when the pool opens looks like. If you want a seat, you better be quick and better have some belongings you are willing to sacrifice to save the seats. We were out there early so this didn't matter but I really felt for the hundreds of people that came to the pool at 9 am only to walk around and around trying to find a seat. To my best knowledge, the pool servers only serve the daybeds and cabanas so we had to hit up the pool bar for everything. This was a minor inconvenience- the pool bar isn't far and lines were moving well. You can't bring in outside food or drinks so it was the only source of refreshment available. As far as the pool itself, it is definitely a great spot to lounge and relax. While it was lively with people, it wasn't wild. I would also say that this isn't a pool for kids- most of the actual pool is super shallow and it was busy with adults and beverages, etc. The lifeguards made sure that kids were attended by adults the entire time so if you have older kids and just want them to run and play, this is not the place for you. For 100 degree heat and overall Vegas pool experience, we loved it and found ourselves here for the whole morning/early afternoon. Do yourself a favor and book that daybed! We can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Post quarantine review: last visit October 2020 Marquee Day Club was booked so we went to Boulevard. I was fine with the lounge chairs but my friends are bougie and insisted on getting a daybed on the water. In order to do that, we had to spend $600, that seemed like a lot of money for drinks and food. Until you see that a bottle of champagne is over $200. I guess that's normal Vegas through the eyes of a tourist? I don't know. The food we got was good. The guacamole was especially fresh. Breakfast burrito was 90% egg and not enough of the other stuff. Buffalo chicken fingers were unremarkable. But food is still better value than the drinks. Though some of their mixed tequila drinks were tasty. You're on the 4th floor of the Cosmo looking out onto LV Blvd. The crowd is overwhelmingly couples, not really music and not a party vibe at all. It's an okay pool to stand around and drink with your friends. The staff is adamant about reminding you to wear your mask at all times unless you're eating/drinking or in the water.

Yelp
Ehhhh.... went here a couple years ago and had an amazing time. Went back today and not the greatest. Paid for a premium daybed and they tried to put us in the worst location so asked to be moved and felt like a bother. Ordered the breakfast sandwich with no meat and they brought it with meat so whatever I took the meat off and ate it. Well they suddenly brought another one without meat that I didn't really eat because I was full. Well they charged us for two breakfast sandwiches and we didn't order two. I didn't want to deal with it as I had already paid a minimum and didn't have much fight left in me but we could have had another drink or food with that money. Service was not as attentive as before and felt like we would have gotten the same service just going to the bar or finding chairs. In fact, the guy seating us at our daybed tried to say how nice the original location was because it was right next to the bar.... I'm pretty sure that defeats the purpose of the daybed.... So all things considered this would no longer be my choice for a daybed/cabana.

Yelp
Rented a cabana on a Monday. We had an amazing time! The service was amazing the whole time, never had to look for our waitress. The pool itself isn't really a big pool, they have a small area where the pool is deep but more than half the pool is ankle deep water. It's a pretty relaxed pool. A few families but everyone was chill. Amira (hope I remembered it correctly) and Woo were the ones helping us throughout the day and they are honestly superstars. They were on top of everything and were always friendly. Always asking us if we needed anything, which doesn't happen everywhere. Rented a cabana with a $700 food and alcohol credit. Which is plenty to last you the whole day. All the food we ordered was good (Caesar Salad, Chicken Tenders, Burger Sliders, Chips and Guacamole, Breakfast Burrito). We had a variety of drinks, I recommend ordering a Spicy Margarita. The Dole Whip machine wasn't working, a major bummer!!!! but highly recommend that if available. Covid handling was great. They require mask if not in the pool or eating/drinking. Pool wasn't busy so never had anyone on top of us. Workers always had their mask on. Felt comfortable the whole time. Definitely coming back due to the service.

Yelp
The great pluses about this pool are: -people watching is spectacular -the views are great -the music is loud and upbeat -if you like shade in the 100 degree weather, there's a section in front of the hotel tower that is perfect in the afternoon -the daybed option is actually a good deal because a single drink is going to be $16 anyway The minuses are: -if you don't like young party people acting crazy you will be annoyed -the drinks are so bleeping expensive. $16 bucks for what tastes like half a shot of tequila -it can be quite crowded and the shape of the pool isn't too conducive for maneuvering -the service isn't that great. No server taking orders and no one picking up the used towels.

Yelp
The absolute worst experience, for the second time. My husband and I stayed at the cosmo twice in the last year for a convention. Extremely disappointed with the staff at the boulevard pool. Bar tenders look miserable working there. Cocktail servers are unpleasant. I had to get out of the pool multiple times to find her to get our drinks. Rude when your talking to them, as if your asking them to do you a favor. It's their job! Management really needs to step up their game. Music is low and uninviting. I will not be returning to the cosmo for that reason. Poor training!!!

Yelp
We paid for a daybed $350 and could not get a server for a bottle of water. Then I left my AirPods and called down to the pool.... a guy named Colin said they had them and we're giving them to Security/Lost and Found. When I got to Security/Lost and Found they had no AirPods. Thanks for nothing.

Yelp
Amazing place for fun time with some drinks and appetizers! Friendly staff and super clean. We enjoyed it so much fun time

Yelp
I like this pool. It's more upbeat and definitely attracts a more party-type crowd than the bamboo pool. So as far as craziness goes: you have Marquee Day Club which is loud and wall to wall. You have the Boulevard Pool that is staring at PH across the strip and has a more uptempo musical vibe. And you have the Bamboo Pool which is the more chill of the 3. You have to get on it early to snag a lounge chair. I've seen it from being both a guest at Cosmopolitan and looking over from PH as a hotel guest with a strip view lookin over at the Boulevard Pool. I would say if you're not down there by 10/1030am during the Summer months and on a weekend, you're already too late. Haha... You just gotta hope to get lucky when someone leaves and alerts you so you can take their lounge chair or you gotta reserve a cabana or day bed. Bartenders and cocktail servers are super cool. Just bring your good vibes and just know, if you're looking to take a nap, this isnt the pool you're looking for. Ha! The Cosmopolitan. Gotta love it.

Yelp
If you are staying here- you'll still go- but just know that by Vegas standards this pool sucks. I like a lot of different types of pools. Upscale and not so much. Big and small. I have my fave summer hotels which are usually pool based- I was dating a guy who was into LV pools and We were planning a May trip- I had looked at getting a cabana possibly. I'm glad I didn't- the pool was just so so overall. I didn't even go back the next morning for full sun. Just too many factors were off- service, space etc This pool was poorly designed and the sun is non-existent by 3pm. You know those vampire movies like Interview with a Vampire where the have the vampire locked up and sunlight inches Toward them and their death- this is the opposite- as the sunlight goes away everyone heads to the same square of space it becomes strangers on strangers in inches of swallow water- it wasn't for me but it was hilarious to watch. Sorta like rats on titanic heading for dry ground. In this case the last rays of sunshine. This pool is also not very big, the cocktail service was super spotty and the drink I looked forward to have was just blah- there are just way better options of pool. Their party pool MARQUEE wouldn't be my thing but that was happening and very full of drunk people if you seek a sceneZ I still love their suites and will stay there- BLVd is the best tower because it's newer and closer to the main elements of the hotel- I'll come in for summer concerts but just know there are way better strip pool experiences.
google avatar

Yelp
If you're staying at the Cosmopolitan's Boulevard Tower, which I highly recommend, this is the pool area you'll likely be using. The other two pool areas are the Chelsea, for the Chelsea Tower, and the Marquee, for weekend un-tiss-un-tiss-un-tiss pool parties and weekday chilling with the adults. *** The Good *** - There are two pools in this Boulevard area, surrounded by plenty of chairs and some shade. Various reserved seating areas surround one pool; these include poolside chairs, daybeds, and cabanas. Still, there's plenty of the free seating to go around. - There are lots of in-water loungers in the shallow end of one pool - Great views of the Strip from the north end (and a secret great Bellagio fountain view spot past the bathroom and locker area) - Very easy access from all the rooms in the Boulevard Tower -- a quick walk to the elevator, press 4, and you're at the pool deck. - A series of big and waterproofed TVs line a wall by the smaller pool in a shaded area. Bartenders have the remote and can, say, put on TVG if you know someone who has a horse running while you're in Vegas and would rather not hang out in the cigar-polluted sports book to watch. - Friendly bartenders who make excellent Bloody Marys *** The Bad *** - That Bloody Mary will cost you about $15, pre-tip. But remember how easy it is to get to and from your room? And that you brought booze and snacks with you? Make that quick walk back to the elevators, head on up, fix yourselves a couple drinks, hang out on your balcony, watch the pool or Bellagio fountains or Strip from on high, and see how fast the oppressive heat melts your ice cubes and sends you back to the pool. - Some people bring splashy running kids, and why are people bringing kids to a very adult casino resort anyway? Parents take note: Vegas ain't Orlando, and the Cosmopolitan ain't the Disneyland Hotel. *** The Unexplainably Ugly *** - You simply can't pop over to the Marquee and Chelsea pool areas anymore without having to descend to and then traverse the casino. There's an outdoor passageway running along the south side of the whole resort that connects the decks -- at least it did. Now there's a temporary barrier to deter visiting other pools, and a security guy for when the barrier gets pushed aside. *** All told, or TLDR *** The Boulevard will get you a solid Vegas pool-experience that you can easily access from your room.

Yelp
We were there for the swim and movie night on a Monday. It was great prices were pretty reasonable. It was a fun summer activity and not too packed.

Yelp
We love this pool, this time around we rented a daybed right by the water and it was amazing. Definitely worth looking into if you ever visit the pool area. This is the larger of the pools that they have the other is in the other tower and then there is also the day club which every now and then they have guest dj's and also the house dj. The pools are amazing and definitely recommend getting there early to pick a great spot since a lot of people will put towels on the chairs and walk away, which should not be allowed unless your reserving a bed. But non the less this is one of the best pools there and definitely check it out in the winter because they have a ice skating rink as well which is fun for all.

Yelp
I cannot say enough about the SERVICE at this pool. I made a reservation for a daybed a couple months prior and failed to change the date when our plans changed. They were super accommodating and got us in even though they were very booked up. We were not on the water initially which was a huge disappointment but we were taken care of having our umbrellas moved as the sun moved to keep us shaded. Woo was fantastic. He made sure I had an extra bucket of ice to keep my drinks cold. They were doing a photo shop for hotel media and when they were done, Woo had us on the wait list to move to that daybed...directly ON the water. They moved everything for us and continued to have the best service all day. Zak was the mask police (when not in water) but he was even pleasant and moved our umbrella once for us making sure we got the shade we needed. The drinks were great. The dole whip was sweet and stout. One is all you need. I enjoyed my salad and fish tacos. They have a nice store adjacent to the entrance where I found my hat. So needed in this hot Nevada sun. The music on this day was not too loud and a good mixture of tunes. While busy, it wasn't the "pool party" scene which was fine by us who just wanted to relax and day drink. Water was cold but refreshing. The only negative I can give is on the umbrellas. They can only be moved so far and then are of no use in the afternoon sun. They need to allow umbrella stands IN the water to shade the daybeds we are paying for. Still giving it a 5 star simply based on service.

Yelp
Probably the best hotel pool experience I've ever had. Quiet but lively, sophisticated atmosphere, gorgeous pool with loungers in the shallow area, perfectly heated (but not too hot) hottub that holds up to 30 people and plenty of lounge chairs in various areas by pool or overlooking the strip, as well as daybeds available to rent. Overall just a wonderful way to spend a few hours and relax.

Yelp
Loved it! Such a fun and unique way to use the pool and signage at night. The rooftop pool is turned movie theatre with lounge chairs put in the pool for patrons to lie back and relax while Cosmo plays movies on their huge screen/sign above. ‍Had popcorn and a delicious dole whip float! Soooo good! Definitely a fun date night option to spice things up!

Yelp
LOVE the ambience here!!! What a fun/relaxing way to spend the afternoon! The view of the strip is incredible and instantly put me in the mood for a cocktail. This is a low-key, fun and simply put, GREAT pool.

Yelp
What a great idea. And for $5 on Groupon it seemed amazing. Did we have a blast? Yes! Was it worth the $200+ bar tab??? Uhh no. The average drinks are $16, only served in a solo cup size cup. 2 drinks, chicken tenders and hummus: $60 before tip. After four rounds it didn't matter who paid it sucked. It's first come first serve in the pool and the guests have free reign so you won't have a shot if your party is more than 2. At least not together. The bar looks like you can just wait, but then after 20 mins they say 1 line and attitude breaks out every where. It was bad. The movie was nostalgic and with the dark sky the Marquee works out just right. But it's night club expensive

Yelp
I'd recommend getting the premium daybed especially if you're having a bachelorette. The cost = food and beverage minimum. Our group had 8 people and we were well fed and well-drunk. If you want to get drunk fast, ask for a 4 horseman. 2 is max for people who have a high tolerance. If you can, come early and try to get one on the left corner of the pool (facing the pool from the entrance) so you have the option of shade with an umbrella. They can't put the umbrellas in the pool to adjust the shade. They can only move horizontally along the pool. If Simonette is working, she's amazing and patient. She looks out for you, all our orders were right and came in a timely manner, and you should tip her well. The regular daybeds are really small. Theyre the square ones around the outer wall. The premium ones are the type that are featured in pictures. They regulars are not long enough for you to lounge and you don't have instant access to the water. The premium daybeds are right along the pool. Everything was within an arms reach and the premium daybeds are spacious. We had space for all our belongings, food, drinks, and towels. All the food was good.

Yelp
Tonight was my first time seeing a concert at the pool deck. I had high hopes's. Now, I won't come back. I was going to see the backstreet boys tonight. I was looking around for my ticket before I got to the show and couldn't find it. I called ticketmaster and was put on hold for 25 minutes just for the agent to tell me to pick tickets up at roll call. I get at the Cosmo at 9:30. I go upstairs to told I have to go back downstairs to the box office. I start going down the stairs when the employee stopped me and told me that she just found out it was closed and to follow her to guest services. They told me they would find a supervisor. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to walk a supervisor to me or at least tell me when they got there. The employee that stopped me on the stairs and also got me to guest services completely forgot about me. She finally asked why I was standing there and I said "I'm waiting for a supervisor" She gave me a stupid look like she just saw the dumbest person in her life and pointed to the supervisor that was standing at guest services. Am I suppose to know what she looks like? Do I work here? You sure dont because your customer service skills are non existent. I'm probably the most patient person you'll ever know because I don't know anyone that wouldn't have made a scene waiting that long. I showed her my receipt and ID and no one told her what was going on because I had to repeat everything I said to the employee. She asked if it was only me and I said yes and she let me in. How easy was that? You ruined my whole experience because of a staff that doesn't know what their doing and everyone acting like this is the first concert they ever worked at. Also, your internet won't work here. Can't even share a live video to your facebook because you don't have a room here and you haven't paid a resort fee. Selfish. Horrible staff and horrible experience.

Yelp
Picture a warm summer breeze, sunset setting, the shiny shimmery lights of the Vegas strip above and you poolside.......ahhh That my Yelp friends is the picture perfect description of The Cosmopolitan Boulveard Pool. The Cosmopolitan Boulevard Pool is like a breath of fresh air in the busy hustle and bustle of Vegas. With a beautiful blue pool that is surrounded by palm trees and the lights of Vegas - one cannot help love being on vacation and being here. In the pool area, they have plenty of seating for folks who just want to sit and relax. They also have a pool table where people can enjoy a game of pool. A beautiful and purely relaxing setting. The Cosmopolitan Boulevard is a boulevard of pure (vacation) bliss! :)

Yelp
The boulevard pool at the Cosmo is fantastic. We spent the day in a cabana and they graciously moved us to a cabana closer to the pool. The staff was extremely accommodating, our busser particularly was amazing!! The food is amazing (THE HUMMUS!!!!) omg. I highly recommend the frosé as well. Definitely splurge on a cabana, you just have to meet a food / drink minimum but it is sooo worth it, you can spend the whole day there people watching, drinking, eating and hanging out all from the comfort of your own space! Thank you Cosmo!

Yelp
1 word to explain this pool PRIVACY! The boulevard pool is becoming one of my fav pools in Vegas. I always stay at the cosmopolitan when I come to Vegas. The boulevard is a guest only pool. It is the only, guest only pool at the cosmopolitan. There are plenty of lounge chairs along the pool and they have a area away from the pool with lounge chairs for sun bathing. The coolest thing about this pool is there is a basketball hoop. And a pool table with tv screens around. You can play some pool or ping pong. Jump in the water. Play some more. I love the lounge chairs in the water. There is a bridge above the pool that connects to the bungalows guests stay in it really is a private area. There is always chill music playing. This is not a party pool. It's more of a fun relaxing pool with games you can play. It's just a good vibes fun times place. Service is always good. My hosts are awesome. Drinks are normal Vegas prices $20 a drink. You can get buckets of beer here for I believe $35. Don't hold me to that figure. The bamboo pool was $35. The drinks are strong. Prob because there isn't just 1 type of liquor in them lol. I recommend coming early to this pool. I usually come here almost every morning. The amount of people vary. It can be hit or miss. If you want to be proactive. Make sure you arrive early to reserve your spot. You can always slip a hostess or security guard $50 to hold your spot lol just saying... Overall. This is one of my fav pools in Vegas. I recommend coming here to anyone staying at the cosmopolitan. The drinks are strong. The atmosphere is chill. They have pool and ping pong tables. Just a fun place to hang out. I recommend coming here. I will be back next week!

Yelp
Not only is it my favorite place to get a tan but, also, my favorite concert venue. I've seen Aloe Blacc and Childish Gambino here. Very cool venue during summer when it's warm and the sun is setting at 8pm. Great ambiance! You can, also, swim while the concert is on. No need for seats in that instance!

Yelp
We love this pool, my man gets down before it gets too busy, 10 am, and grabs a couple prime of chairs in the sun. the morning starts off chill and quite, by the time late afternoon rolls around, it is a loud, rocking party. We always make friends and enjoy ourselves wayyyy to much .....and that's a good thing ! Waitress and bar staff are very good, a few 24 oz Pacifico's and we were feeling no pain. Please don't get made at the staff when you show up at 1:00 pm and there are no chairs open... This is a very popular pool and it will fill up fast. Just lay back in the shallow water and enjoy the view :)

Yelp
Although drinks are absurdly priced, if you're here to see a show, at least the tix are decently priced. I mean $16.50 for a Miller Lite tall boy or step it up to a Modelo for $18. Don't drink alcohol, no worries, they've "got your back" w/ $11 for a Fiji big bottle or $6 for a plastic cup w/ soda stuffed w/ ice. Okay so I think you get the point, drinks are pricey. Now what makes this venue awesome...first, tix prices are always really reasonable (imo). Second the sound quality is never a let down. They get some of the best bands and performers to come through. The venue itself is all around awesome. Tons of comfy seating throughout. There's also the pool side for you to kick off your shoes and get your toes wet, if they know how to swim. If not, now worries, there's usually a lifeguard on duty. When you walk all the way to the rear you get some of the best strip views, almost as good as from Chateau just not as high. There's definitely plenty of room to not feel confined. The eats ARE more reasonably priced. I like the grilled sausage (no homo). The Neapolitan Ice Pop shop, when open, is worth every penny. They have these real fruit and alcohol infused pops that are amazeballs. When allowed over there, there's another area w/ great views and more seating. There's a pool table over there too. If you're pool side on a regular day they also have foosball, a pool table and TVs w/ game consoles hooked up. Definitely a chill spot to kick it. The service is good and the employees at the pool are always friendly.

Yelp
Pretty disappointed. I expect great service from cosmopolitan. Our server took the order and provided the check quickly. Had to ask for the items I ordered from a different server, a Busser, and the food runner. Waited a significant amount of time. In the extreme heat and couldn't get a bottle of water in over half an hour. I joined my friends daybed midday. I placed a credit card for my items. She did not communicate that my total would not be applied to the daybed minimum. So instead of spending $500 on the bed, we spent nearly $600. And we're forced to order items we didn't even consume. The crispy tuna was terrible. Mushy fish. Lacked in flavor.

Yelp
Oh my gah, Blair! Look at her...dress...it is sooo....short!!! I like people watching and I cannot lie, but these ladies' dresses...I can't deny..they are so short and the heels are so high, they are so tight - my oh my! Lounging at the Boulevard pool, where many unlucky patrons were denied entry to the escalator up based on what they are wearing, a group of us hung out in large blue couch-like chairs near foosball tables, facing a matrix of sidewalks with endless stampedes of traveling tourists, all carbon copies of each other. It was intriguing, really...I am a big fan of people watching on the strip, as people tend to wear things they would never wear in their hometowns. Every single girl had a strapless tight ruched dress that barely covered her tush, and 5 inch platform heels. The outliers included a few dresses with elbow sleeves, women who were trying to be like their friends but got their dresses a few sizes too small, a few wearing ugly ugg boots with teeny dresses, and a few wearing dresses that had NO BACK so you either saw a naked back or a mismatched bra. If I were the fashion police, I'd be wholly employed tonight. Apparently the cosmo is the worst offender in attracting wild touristy bachelorette posses, and the boulevard pool is the best place to find them. We even got to witness a guy carrying a super-drunk girl when security made her stop and lay near us on a lounge chair...and her guy ditched her! I didn't get to try any drinks up here, but the bar looked nice. The pool is spectacular and so is the strip view. The toughest part about the upcoming elite event is that it will be a private party so to catch the conga lines of tight-tiny-tush showing dresses and high heels, you better hang on the lower levels.

Yelp
This is based on my first time at this pool for Macklemore concert. The pool is not easy to find! We were walking for about 20 minutes. Signs should be better in Cosmo or at least people directing you when there is an event. There were no people in uniform in site. We saw a lot of other people walking around blind too. Great views of the strip. Not much seating is a bummer. I feel like they could have had more lounges setup. I would check out another concert here and try the pool during the day sometime.

Yelp
Getting here on a day that isn't the weekend is just about my speed. Relaxing at a pool that doesn't have EDM or dance music blaring is a real nice change of pace. You can just chill, either in a chair in the pool or one of the lounge chairs around the edge. If you're ballin' thee us always the cabanas. One thing I really like about this pool is that it's deep. It goes down to 6 feet. I guess in that way I'm a bit of a kid who enjoys something like that. Drinks A+ Food A+ Cosmo is one of my fave spots to just have a good time with cool peeps.

Yelp
We wanted to get the full Cosmo experience so we woke up early and headed to the pool. The Bamboo Pool (in our tower) was closed and we had to trek all the way across the hotel to the Boulevard Pool. At 10am, there was a decent amount of seating available, although most of it was on elevated levels overlooking the pool and not in front of the pool itself. There's something about the set up that made me feel like I was just sunbathing on a lounge chair instead of enjoying the serenity of a pool. I'm sure others like the view overlooking the strip and the endless visual stimulation from the billboards. I just did not find it relaxing and I would've preferred to be lounging amongst the trees at the pool at Encore. We were hungry and ordered a few items for breakfast. The food came from the adjacent Overlook Grill. My fish tacos (one hard shell and one soft tortilla) was pretty tasty.

Yelp
Booked a day bed for $500 f&b minimum. With service charge, tax etc. it came out to a little over $650. Jonathan was AMAZING as our all around goto person for everything. Stacy was a bit harder to find but she was still really nice. Jonathan ended up having to move umbrellas AND put in drink orders for us. Overall the pool was pretty chill/boring. Not enough for people watching/fun/dancing, but not quiet enough for a quiet pool too. There were also a lot of little kids which I can do without in Vegas. Not sure we'd spend $650 again for a pool day here. Oh they also charged us $3 for a cup of ice which was really weird since they kept bringing us cups of ice without us asking. I thought they were just being nice. We ended up spending $50 in cups of ice!

Yelp
I've visited the Boulevard Pool in the past to "check it out" and found it AWESOME. For this visit I was planning to spend some time at the pool when I heard about Dive In Movies on Monday nights in the summer. Just the event I was looking for in this crazy hot weather on Labor Day. We arrived at 7PM ON THE DOT at the pool to nab some lounge chairs with a view of the marquee where the movie would be playing. Then we spent the hour before the movie started playing in the pool and Jacuzzi and sipping on frozen concoctions from the bar. It was hot for night time, but that made the pool even more enjoyable. The movie we watched was The Social Network, which I had seen, thank goodness. Here is what I learned about Movies at the Boulevard Pool. The picture isn't great, but I didn't expect it to be amazing. The sound where we were sitting was really bad. Our seats were near the bar and that made it difficult to hear anyway what with the background noise going on, but the speakers near us caused kind of a echo or something that made it difficult to hear. Next time, we will definitely try another location. Because, if I have my way, there WILL be a next time! Sound aside, it was so much fun. Along with the booze, they also sell popcorn, hot dogs and you can even order a big picnic basket for two for $50. It's a pricey place to play, but it was worth the experience. It's a really awesome pool area with lots to do besides just swimming and the Monday night Dive In Movie was a hit for us. WHAT CAN THEY DO TO GET FIVE STARS? ~fix the sound! Really, that's pretty much it. ~Make it for adults only... please please please

Yelp
I really love the cosmopolitan! It is my favorite hotel in Las Vegas. Friends of mine were in town and stayed here that is how I was able to get into the Boulevard pool. The only way that locals get in is five dollar movie night on Mondays. The drinks are great and the cocktail servers are friendly.

Yelp
Visited the boulevard pool today during covid. They only allow 50% capacity. The pool opened at 8am and we arrived at noon and at no trouble getting in. Our waitress was Erica and she was AMAZING! Shout out to her for being so attentive without being pushy and being super friendly. The only con I have is similar to other reviews in that it is very hard to get sun at the pool. The building is always shading the sun, even after changing chairs we still kept losing the sun. Other than that it was a great day.

Yelp
I have a love hate relationship with the pool. The sun is always blocked with how badly the hotel is blocking the pool. Can't find a strip of sun after 2pm. I did want to give a shout out to Cody at the pool. He was our runner both times we got a cabana and then a daybed. He was so great and attentive. Even found me a grilled cheese sandwich since the pool menu was not so vegetarian friendly.

Yelp
Fantastic pool! My husband's and my favorite pool in Vegas! The pool is 4 stories up and provides great views of the Strip! Not sure if any other pools in Vegas offer strip views as we have only been to a couple others, but the Boulevard pool doesn't disappoint. My husband surprised me on our first day and rented us a daybed. A bit pricey at $500 (minimum food & drink order to rent the bed - before tax and required tip) but cheaper on Friday than on a Saturday :D We had our own waitress and all of the food and drinks we ordered were amazing. We couldn't even hit $500 and debated passing out food and drinks to others, but in the end were able to leave with a bottle of champagne ;) Our second day, my husband got down to the pool early (about 8:30am) to get us lounge chairs, which fill up FAST. By 9:30am, all of the chairs were full. Again spent most of the day lounging, drinking, eating snack bites. This pool is only 1-2ft deep for the main area. It's definitely a 'see and be seen' pool as you can't swim in a foot of water, however I imagine most people are not going to Vegas to swim laps in a pool :D We had a great time and can't wait to go back! Not sure I'll convince my husband to go anywhere else (if we're by ourselves!)
