Cozy restaurant with very good mixed cocktails. The dishes are farm to table so everything was very fresh. Our meals were pretty good but for the prices I honestly expected a little more (thus the 3 stars for the food). The Almond Basque was excellent and the peanut butter bar was pretty good.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary last night and had a great experience. We opted for the tasting menu, and loved getting to try so many dishes! Standouts included the focaccia, warm farro salad, bourbon glazed salmon risotto (my favorite!!), and wagu meatballs. As a non drinker, I loved how they had several mocktail options (pineapple sour was incredible). Dessert was delicious and they brought us complimentary champagne for our anniversary, mine being non-alcoholic which was so thoughtful. Great experience, definitely would return!

This is honestly one of the best tasting restaurants I’ve had in the Cincinnati area. It’s a small menu but they do it will and are very good at adapting to dietary restrictions. My wife got tofu subbed in the risotto dish that originally had fish and it was still amazing! I will be back to try a few more dishes because everything tasted healthy and refreshing. It’s an older building but they stay true to their roots of farm to table. Certainly would recommend for a date night!

Four Course Tasting Menu for $70! The perfect farm to table experience for a birthday. Everything was cooked to perfection with incredible flavors. A very memorable time.

My second time for the dinner tasting menu, and everything was just as excellent the second time. Impeccable service both times, and the tasting menu is well worth the price in my opinion. Absolutely perfect place to celebrate an anniversary!

Came for our anniversary. Great concept, great atmosphere and amazing service! First 2 courses were great, but main course was a little on the salty side and wife's steak a little tough(ordered the 4 course tasting menu). But dessert was pretty good. Overall very good place and would return for another season when menu changes

An absolute gem. I’ve never had something I don’t like at Bouquet. They’re a farm to table kitchen with a seasonal menu. The charcuterie is to die for.

Such an amazing experience. Bouquet has such a fantastic modern urban vide while keeping traditional architecture of old Covington. The food was all completely unique and balanced with a wide variety of offerings. The tapas style helped to sample a variety of fantastic options. The wine/drink pairings helped to build upon the dining experience. The staff was superb with top notch service and offered great suggestions upon our palate. Alexandra, our server was so attentive and kind the whole experience. We 100% recommend Bouquet!

We had a wonderful dinner at bouquet with excellent service. Our waitress, Grace, was absolutely lovely and gave wonderful recommendations. All the food that was brought to the table was cooked perfectly and totally delicious. The menu is split up by courses. If you aren't too hungry, you could easily get away with just course one and two or just an entrée from course three. It is a pricier place, but nothing felt overly inflated for the high-quality food that was served.

Farm to table fine dining. I went for the tasting menu, which for me was a great experience and well worth the price. I did not consider the entree size unfortunately for those in my party that opted for only one or two items (my bad). The portions were perfect for me but I think most people need a tasting menu to be full. Everything was great! I love how the menu highlighted local items. I do think there's a little to be improved for some plating (for example, a dark sauce as the base on a dark colored dish could have been improved with a lighter dish for better contrast) and seasoning (the salt was a little heavy in some dishes), but those are tiny little things that don't significantly detract from the meal. The bread was amazing! SO fluffy. Loved the sunchoke; I have never had it before. I would come back here with foodie friends willing to drop some $$$. A meal like this in LA would probably be about $85 base so this was a great deal to me, but I think it is probably a little high for others.

Grabbed a last minute Tuesday night reservation here! It is a relatively small restaurant and reservations fill up fast, so make sure you plan ahead, especially for weekends! We got our table right away when we got in. We got an assortment of items, starting with drinks: Bouquet Old Fashioned and my wife got a NA Beet of Your Own Drum. Both drinks were superb! We started with their Pickle Board which had an assortment of pickled things (fennel, cucumber, carrot, onions, etc) and it was delicious, came with an assortment of crackers as well. Next my wife had the Seared Sunchoke and I had the Candied Beet Salad. Both were fantastic, though I think the Sunchoke was my favorite of the two! For our main dishes, we got the Tandoori Salmon and Maple Leaf Farms Duck. Of those two, the duck definitely took the win! The meat was tender and juicy and the skin crispy! For dessert we grabbed a slice of the Lemon Cake, also super yummy. Overall, an awesomely diverse menu and it all was delicious! Highly recommend checking this place out if you get the chance!

A very good experience here. We had a reservation set for 5:30 on Saturday night. We showed up a little early and they seated us right away. They asked us if we wanted upstairs or down. We ended up sitting upstairs. Kyle was our waiter and greeted us for our drink order right away. My friend and I both ordered the Gingerbread Sidecar. This cocktail was gingerbread rum, pear-infused brandy, and lemon shrub. I loved this cocktail so much I had another! They have a tasting menu choice on their menu and for this selection you get a dish from the first course, second course, third course, and dessert. My friend and I both chose this option but made different selections. I chose the braised carrots, smoked tandoori salmon, Mahi Mahi, and coconut chai rice pudding. My friend ordered winter salad, wagyu meatballs, maple leaf farms duck, and dark chocolate mousse. My favorite dish was the tandoori salmon. My least favorite was the rice pudding. With dessert I had a sauterne and really liked it as well. Our service was impeccable and Kyle coursed it out for us and did not miss a beat. The portions were also very nicely sized. We would definitely go back. I highly recommend.

We've been several times since they've opened, but we were in a time crunch last night, so we couldn't do our usual pick of tastings from all courses. We were able to get in and out in an hour, but that is not usually the case for this usually extremely busy establishment. The server was extremely friendly and prompt with delivery of our meal and drinks. We opted for the special, which was a tasty burger topped with house made pimento cheese and onion. The side was basic fingerling potatoes. The burger had a crusty exterior and juicy center, which always makes my tastebuds sing! My partner loved the salad with vinaigrette. Sadly, no time for desserts, but they always have a few delectable options. Our favorite part of this place is that they have a menu that changes frequently, it is always delicious, and they like to serve the most local and freshest of ingredients. Perfect for a date or small gathering with family or friends!

Fabulous service and food!! We had the tasting and throughly enjoyed every single bite! We will definitely be back for more yummy goodness!!

Amazing dinner! I'm vegan, they can make any of the courses vegan and even have vegan desserts. Highly recommend.

We found Bouquet on Yelp recently and looked forward to the right date night to try their restaurant. We were not disappointed! A very well decorated and cozy establishment and the atmosphere was perfect for a dressed casual date! If you haven't tried Bouquet, prepare yourself for an evening of delectable food! It'll be 2 hours of relaxation! We started off with a pickled plater for the appetizer followed by a strawberry salad and tomato cucumber salad. Both had fresh vegetables and the dressings were tasty. Our second course we had Wagyu beef meatballs and smoked tandoori salmon. Both were tasty and unique! Our main course we had the maple leaf farm duck and the black hawk steak! The duck was moist and not greasy like we've heard it can be and the medium rare steak was tender and delicious! We had their Cosmo and a painkiller for our drinks. Both were very tasty and the cosmo was strong. We ended with a lemon shortbread desert with sorbet and orange cream cake with gelato. Both were delicious! Troy did a fantastic job as our waiter! All the staff were friendly and we felt welcome! This establishment would rank in our top three restaurants in the Cincinnati/NKY market! We'll definitely return and we highly recommend Bouquet to you!

One of my favorite restaurants ever. I've had countless birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, and just because dinners at Bouquet. The service is always top notch, even when you have a large party. Their charcuterie selections are fantastic and shareable. Everyone in our table of 20 ish loved their food the last time.

Absolutely wonderful experience! My husband and I have had the pleasure of visiting several Michelin Star restaurants, and this was right on par with all of them. Service was a 10/10. Our server Chandler was exceptional. He did a great job introducing us to the restaurant, explaining the wines, and being there but not being "too there". Give this man a raise. My husband and I both did the tasting menu which I highly recommended. He got the salad with shaved pork, pasta, and ribeye. His fave was the scalloped pasta. I got a salad, carrots, and the chef's vegan choice for course 3. My husband also got the wine tasting, just do it. And the desserts at the end. All for $65?! Feels criminal. This place is wonderful, 10/10 recommend. Great experience, great drinks, just wonderful. Bravo, Bouquet!

Understated but very much the echelon on fine dining. Everything was on point, even the gender neutral bathrooms! We made reservations for 4 about a month ahead. When we came, everyone got the 4 course fixed menu that allowed you to pick one dish from each category. What makes it wonderful is that the ability to choose means that everyone can make a combination to their liking-- something you can't do at the fancy michelin 3 stars. First course starter was wonderful. Some of us has some roasted veggies while others had salads with fresh fruit and burrata. Then came the pasta course with scallops or if you were carb conscious a nice fish dish. Then some had steak and others had duck for our main course. Glorious. Dessert-- well, they ran out of some options but what was left was still magical. Poached apple with crumble topping or ice cream with orange cake. What makes this place stand out is that the food and service is wonderful and you don't get the pretentious vibe where you might feel unwelcomed if you aren't ready for a black tie affair. You can dress to the nines or be a little more casual and eat here ... and everyone blends in well. The food is Michelin star worthy! Lastly. There is street parking but also a giant pay to park garage next to the restaurant. There is both an upstairs and downstairs seating area so it is handicap accessible on the first floor. Second floor requires climbing a flight stairs.

Well lets first of all give a big round of applause for Covington, this place is no longer a dump which leads to awesome restaurants Loke Bouquet. Very cool building and ambiance seating was nice and we were able to hold a good conversation while dining. Now let talk about Troy, he knew his stuff, gave great recommendations and was knowledgeable about the restaurant and accompanying farm. For starters we had an amazing Focaccia bread with a magical spread and oil, second round was carrots and meatballs both high quality and very tasty. The salmon was spectacular and the duck was top notch. Finished it all off with a pumpkin cake which was decadent. Tried two tequila drinks the smoky old fashion and the spicy margarita both excellent. Got the bill and my the price is right Bob Barker, very affordable especially for the fantastic food. I'd highly recommended this place!!

What a great restaurant. The meals are as you order or coursed out. We chose the course out the meal as they suggested and added a wine pairing. This took the guess work out of figure out what would be best and what order. I loved the charcuterie board, it had a little bit of everything. I also thought the pasta was delicious and the dessert was delightful. The meatballs were "feed to table" so I was not use to that type of meat. The waitress was knowledgeable and helpful! Had amazing wine!

Delicious fresh food with seasonal variations and a great wine list. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here as well and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Can wait to see their fall menu.

** Vegetarian Review** Farm to table restaurants are usually meat centric but this place had a few vegetarian/vegan options that we could enjoy. The restaurant and the staff take your dining experience seriously, do everything possible to make it worthwhile eating at their establishment. A unique thing I saw here was that the waitress intentionally changed the silverware after every course. That's what I'm talking about! The menu changes almost every season, it's worth revisiting during summer to enjoy the next season's menu. For vegetarian protein, meat can be replaced with tofu and occasionally they have a veggie burger which they were out of when we visited. Parking is next door for $7 and the restaurant is set up an an interesting street with other bars and entertainment options.

Dined here for dinner great experience! The food was so tasty and beautiful presentation. The 4 course tasting meanu was a very good value especailly for the quality food. I had the beet goat cheese salad, Tandori salmon- (amazing, my favorite) and loaded carrot cake. My friend had a cocktail she enjoyed and loved the Costa Rican Mahi. The ambiance was cozy and relaxing but I felt the quality if food was more like a fine dining experience. I love this farm to table restaurant look forward to coming again soon. It has a seasonal menu to keep new dishes rotating so excited to see what is next. Our servive was excellent as well. The server was attentive and helpful with suggestions. Food was hot and courses came out appropriately timed!

I have wanted to try Bouquet for a long time and it lived up to all of the high expectations I heard about. I tried the braised carrots first and I was just blown away by the flavor and texture combinations. I also had the catch of the day which was mahi. It was amazing and I particularly enjoyed how the beet purée complimented the dish. On this visit I came with my book club, there were 6 of us and our waitress did a fantastic job of making sure we had everything we needed and explaining the menu. I'm anxious to come back with my mom and sister and get the full tasting menu!

Despite all the praise, it has taken me until now to visit the wonder that is Bouquet. I'm so glad to say this restaurant lived up to every superlative that has been foisted upon upon it! The atmosphere is comfortable here. Nice enough for a special occasion but relaxed enough not to be stuffy. Our table started with the focaccia. The star of this dish is the house made Boursin cheese. Herby and impossibly creamy, it would make a brick delicious if you slathered it on. Next, we shared several starters including the braised carrots and the honeycrisp burrata salad. Both amazing, but the salad was especially revelatory because of marriage of crisp apples with the creamy burrata. Next, small plates, including the scallop pasta and meatballs. The scallops were perfectly cooked and the chili crisp on the meatballs elevated them to a new level. Finally, I had duck for my main. When I ordered I was complaining about the overuse of stringy, shishito peppers in unnecessary places. Bouquet showed me just how wrong I was! The bitter shishitos tempered the sweetness of the duck for one of my favorite bites of the night. We managed to finish with the dessert and the chocolate mouse was our surprise favorite; with lovely texture from the shortbread crust and the deep, dense chocolate, it was more pie than mouse, but we're not arguing! Service was flawless! Our server noticed that we liked to taste around the table and unprompted brought us sharing plates for the next course. Our water glasses were never empty and recommendations were on point. Her attention to detail put our night over the top. Don't wait as long as I did to try this gem!

Very nice small venue. The restaurant has some outside tables, but inside is set up like a small home. I was there for business with my colleague. Jess was our server and did a wonderful job explaining the dishes as well as timing of the courses. She mentioned they're known mainly as Farm To Fork, but also tapas style. They offer a tasting menu as well as an additional $35 for wine pairing. Course 1 would be like an appetizer or salad while course 2 was small plates and course 3 was more like a main dinner plate. I ordered the Rooted Skillet from course 1 which included a wonderful variety of rooted plants such as turnips, beets, carrots, onions and mushrooms separated by dabs of creme fraiche. It was unbelievable and I'm not a fan of beets. It was perfectly seasoned and served in a skillet. My main meal was from course 2 which was the scallop pasta. There were plenty of scallops sliced in half and placed across the pasta dish---again- perfectly seasoned and very savory. My colleague had the Pear Salad as course 1, but also the Marksbury Pork Medallions/Chops she said was incredible. I'm not a dessert person either, but had to split the Bread Pudding Stuffed Croissant with caramel drizzled vanilla ice cream. Wow!! An amazing meal. Very pleased with the food, presentation, service and even the price. Way to go!!

We had reservations on Saturday night at 7:15. We arrived on time and had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. There are two floors, and we were seated upstairs along the wall with the "pew" seating. My wife said it was very uncomfortable, while my cushioned chair was very comfortable. Our server was very friendly and explained the menu well, but when she came to take our order, she did what I hate more than anything; saying "What are we having tonight?" We? I didn't know she was eating with us. I don't know if she was trained to say that, or if she just chose that pronoun. But if it is training, that needs to change. We ordered a Tito's and soda, and an Old Fashioned. Both were very good. We each chose the tasting menu which is VERY reasonably priced. We then could choose a dessert or dessert beverage. We started with the pear salad, which my wife loved, and the rooted skillet, which was a perfect combo of everything I love. We then had the meatballs and the scallop pasta. The meatballs had good flavor, but were very salty. The scallop pasta was very well balanced and our favorite dish of the night. Our mains were the chicken breast, and the baseball steak. The chicken dish was so salty that I even said something to our server. (I tried to eat my leftovers for lunch the next day, but it was still too salty). The steak dish was teetering on the edge of also being too salty. When it came to dessert, we decided to take it home. We were very disappointed that they were out of two of the four desserts. All they had left was the bread pudding stuffed croissant and ice cream. I know a lot of people raved about the croissant, but we thought it was misrepresented by it's name. All it was was chocolate pudding inside a croissant and then drizzled with caramel. There was no bread pudding at all. For a restaurant that is on Cincinnati Magazine's top 10 list, I would expect more attention to the details and more consistency in seasoning.

This is a beautiful restaurant in Covington. The menu is small but everything looks amazing. They have a large drink menu also. We ate outside the night was gorgeous and we love to people watch. I ordered the scallop pasta and they didn't scrimp on the scallops. Made with a delicious berre blanc with edamame Swiss chard. My husband got the Waygu meatballs. Only three meatballs for 15 dollars. A little steep but he liked them. I would love to give them a five star but I couldn't because the service was so slow. I love to relax when enjoying a meal but this was so slow between drinks ordering and getting our check and paying.

This place has been on my radar for the last year and I was really looking forward to our visit, sadly it was disappointing. I understand it's a farm to table concept, but we were seated in our table for 4 hours! We ordered immediately, but the food just took forever to come out. Every other table around us was complaining about the slow service as well. Food related... It was too salty and the flavors were not impressive. Meh. Need to step it up.

Wow is all I can say! Came with a small group to celebrate my birthday. We had a bit of a wait despite having a reservation but it was more than worth it. Troy too excellent care of us and made it an occasion none of us will ever forget. Service was impeccable. Between everyone at the table we were able to try most of the menu. Food was hit or Miss but the hits were HITS. The roasted carrots, salmon and risotto, and steak were favorites.

My favorite restaurant in the Cincinnati area! We always do the tasting menu with wine pairings, so we save it for special occasions. The menu changes frequently, so you get a great variety and it's always delicious. Wine too! The servers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It is the best special occasion or date night spot.

I've been wanting to try Bouquet for years and I'm so glad I finally did. We ate on the front patio and had an excellent experience. The service was attentive and our server knew about each menu item. Both of us did the tasting menu, which is a selection of one from each course, including a dessert. I had a roasted vegetable skillet for course one, meatballs for course two, and steak for course three. For dessert, I had the bread pudding croissant. Each course was perfection; my favorite was the meatballs, which were flavored with a chili oil. The steak came with several roasted vegetables and It was a nice portion size. For my drink, I had the pomegranate margarita made with a jalapeño tequila. It was very good and refreshing on a warm day.

Ridiculously good food. The flavors all worked well together, and every bite was perfectly seasoned. From the herb oil and salt in the burrata and the perfectly seared buttery scallops to the cream sauce pool the steak sat on and the bitter orange glaze on the cake, there was not one bite I didn't thoroughly enjoy. That goes for the bits I took home for brunch the next day as well! The only restaurant I've been to in recent years that earns the right not to put salt and pepper on the table. Fantastic, friendly, and perfectly paced service. Great value. Lovely space. Delicious cocktails. The tables are situated fairly close together, so not very private for conversation, but this did not detract from the experience once we had our first taste of the food. Our server, Gabi, was also amazing. When I asked her to scrape all the sauce into the to-go box, she put the sauce in a separate container so it would be protected from being absorbed by the paper container. Every detail was perfect. My new favorite restaurant in "Cincinnati." #LoveTheCov

This place is a mess! Horrible service and management. Food was just okay. AVOID!!! There are many other options in the area.

What a delightful surprise to dine here. We did the tasting menu. Several courses and we ordered different from each other to sample each others choices. I truly believe there isn't a poor selection on the menu. The service was knowledgeable, well trained and attentive. The restaurant itself is unassuming to a fault. It could use some spark to match the quality of the food. Will be going back for sure and will likely plan a private event for a group. Will definitely be back. My new dinner favorite in Main Strauss Village.

Amazing. I'm going to say one of my best dining experiences ever. And that's saying a lot. A friend suggested coming here, and rest assured I'll be back! Everything is farm to table and locally sourced. Except the fish...who would want to eat fish from here? Not you...not me. We started with the most wonderful wine (I didn't order and don't know the name) and a Motherboard. That's a cheese tray on steroids...so many pickled veggies, olives, mustard seed, chutney and large. We enjoyed so much and sent it back empty - there were 5 of us. I had a Honey crisp salad with whipped feta. Oh so good. I shared with a friend who had a broccoli dish. Others had meatballs and duck. Every thing was as delicious as it was beautifully arranged on plates. Alas, no room for dessert. My next visit for sure. Cause you know they have to be over the top. Make reservations, cause it was full. Service was outstanding...taking time to tell us the concept and answer all our questions. Tasting menu of 4 or 5 courses for $55. It's a steal. Also have wine pairings for an additional $20 I think? That may be low. We were told to take our time and enjoy...no pressure to turn the table that you sometimes get. Just go here...you can thank me later.

Bouquet restaurant in Covington is one of the few restaurants around the city that has a vegetarian friendly tasting menu! Perfect for a special occasion Our waitress also informed us that several of the menu items could be modified (music to our ears ) We were greeted with celebratory champagne, thank you for making our night so wonderful Cocktails: Rosé Spritz & Honey oat Anejo First Course: Honeycrisp Salad & Roasted mushrooms Second Course: Braised carrots & The chef was able to make the Ora King Salmon with roasted Tofu instead (the sweet potato rouille in this was delish!) Third Course: Ohio Valley with veggie burger (house made chickpeas, mushrooms and lentils) & 'Chef's Call' - Roasted tofu on top of collard greens, black eyed peas, sunchokes, fennel slaw and herb whipped tofu Dessert: Kentucky butter cake & a Decadent Bourbon soaked cranberry brownie sundae Our top 3 were: Roasted mushrooms * Braised Carrots * KY butter cake

Nice, low key ambiance. Excellent service and the food is some of the best we've had anywhere! Each course I of the tasting menu came out piping hot. You could actually taste every element of each dish...no additional seasoning required!

What a delightful experience! We went for the Tasting menu $60/person with wine pairing additional $40/person. Started of with charcuterie and it was grreat. Plating was pretty and everything was nicely balanced between salty, sweet and the sour. First, second and the third dishes were all delicious! Broccoli and Brussels were very tasty so as the smoked pork belly. The denver steak was nicely done medium rare per my request and well seasoned and very tender. The duck was very tasty as well. Capped with deserts, some were dry like the chocolate cake but it was all okay for me. All our dishes were paired with wine (half pour) and only the third dish was a full pour (no refills BTW! ) Overall experience was enjoyable, our server was detailed with explanations re: our dishes and wine pairings. I also love that all the staff were masked! Happy tummy again!

High hopes after seeing good ratings but unfortunately bad experience. Ordered simple drinks and found that they line the glass of an bourbon based old fashion with a ton of salt. Salt and bourbon are NOT a good mix. This after we had to send the first cosmopolitan back because it tasted like 100% orange liqueur. Many cosmopolitan drinks my days and this was not a good one. Waited a full hour for our first salad course. The strawberry salad was so salty that it was inedible. Carrot salad was good but the two small carrots served were burnt. Portion size left us wanting. Waited another 1/2 hour for the second course. Received a burnt salmon with another massive load of salt on top. Also ordered scallop pasta which actually had good flavor but was side dish size with what looked like only one scallop cut into five pieces. The restaurant facility was clean and and ambiance was nice. Service lackluster and food far less than hoped.

My girlfriend and I came here to celebrate her birthday, and it was honestly a perfect dinner. The waitress (Hanna) was super sweet and explained everything amazingly. She asked if we were good with tap water or preferred a bottled water, and asked us if we drank alcohol before bringing out complimentary champagne glasses to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. She also explained that everything is prepared fresh and can be made to accommodate any dietary restriction. Those little things showed that they care about their customers' experience. Now for the food.... it was amazing! The motherboard was full of delicious cheeses, meats, and pickled foods we never would have thought to pickle. It was a fun experience. I ordered the Ohio valley burger which was juicy, tender, and amazing. The potato wedges were seasoned perfectly and were nice and crispy. My girlfriend really enjoyed her duck as well. Our drinks were also excellent. She had some sort of bourbon pumpkin spice drink that was unique and delicious. We've been to other "upscale" places in the greater Cincinnati area and just felt it was overpriced for such a tiny amount of food. We'll usually look at each other after dropping $100 easily for a special occasion and say, "are you still hungry? cause I am!" But this place had actual good portion sizes for decent prices. We were stuffed by the end. Highly recommend Bouquet for a delicious and genuine experience.

It's expensive if you do it right, but man is it good. We got 3 courses and they matched each course with a lovely wine. Trust me go ahead and spend some money on a special night. The only reason they get should get 4 stars is because they allowed people dressed like they came in from the sports bar to eat there. A simple dress code would be nice. We unfortunately live in redneck Northern Kentucky and some of these a$$es need to be taught etiquette.

Amazing spot in Covington! Food is delicious and service was amazing! We went here to celebrate a birthday and they were more than accommodating with our cake and requests. I ordered the tomato cucumber salad, meatballs, steak and mousse for dessert and everything was delicious!

I just wrote another review for a similar place that was the worst. I am following it up with writing this review about a place that is the best. Bouquet is AMAZING in every way. My partner and I make it a MUST to eat here every time we make it to Cincinnati and Covington. Please feel free to move to Indy and we will make sure that happens. The food is unbelievably delicious. Have not had a thing yet. My favorite is the meatballs. My partner's is the carrots. The wine pairings are always perfect. My partner has food sensitivities to gluten and dairy. The kitchen is incredible at accommodating her in every way possible. The staff has always been helpful and service is excellent. We look forward to our next dinning experience.

Perfection. Another great find on a weekend road trip to KY. This is a must do if you are in the area. The restaurant is in a charming, converted house in Mainstrasse. We started with the cheese plate and I discovered my new love of manchego. The four course tasting menu is the way to go because you can try a little of everything. I was too full for dessert, which is really saying something. Service was gracious and well paced. The atmosphere is so lively, and they stock an amazing bourbon selection. They also have a small selection of bourbons for sale to take home.

Actually, my rating would have been 4.5 just so you know that it skewed higher than just a 4 for me. Celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary, but had to find a place that was Covid safe which to us means eating outside even when it's cold out. We went with the tasting menu where you choose something for each of the three courses plus dessert. We like to share so that we can try more of what they have to offer. So in all, we had roasted parsnips, braised beef stew, wagyu beef meatballs, salmon braised brisket and scallops. For dessert, I opted for the chocolate peanut butter bar and hubby opted instead for the after dinner cocktail. He ordered a 1792 full proof bourbon that was 125 proof! He said that it was strong enough to knock his socks off. Truthfully, I think the best part about our time there was our server. She didn't hover but attended to our every need whole being friendly yet professional. Her name is Corie so if you can ask for her, please do. The food was delicious, but I'm a huge fan of desserts when we go out because I want something that I don't normally make and the selection was a little disappointing in that sense - banana cream pie, chocolate peanut butter bar and angel food cake with compote. That was my only ding.

Incredible farm-to-table food, awesome staff, extensive drink menu for drinkers and non-drinkers alike, and an ownership team that truly cares about their clientele and the product they serve. Cannot recommend Bouquet enough! Also, get the meatballs. You will not be disappointed!

This adorable restaurant is located in a picturesque part of the Main Strauss village in Covington with tall street lamps and potted plants along the sidewalk. My first visit was with a girl friend on a Thursday evening and we were able to snag the last outdoor table available. We made reservations beforehand. The service was very well timed, with appropriate silverware brought out before each course very discretely and enough waiter check-ins to ensure we were pleased with our meal but not too much to be intrusive. We got the tasting menu which was 4 courses including dessert. I got the tomato salad as it was the last weekend for good tomatoes this season. It was very fresh and delicious. For the second course, I got the chicken and dumplings which was a lighter version of the usually heavy comfort food. You could taste the fresh farm-to-table veggies and freshly made gnocchi in this dish. For the third dish, I got the scallops on a bed of perfectly seasoned lentils. The scallops were seared but not tough. For drinks, we both got the cocktail with rose, lemon, gin, and Prosecco. It was light but flavorful. Perfect for a Thursday night. The desserts weren't spectacular. I got the lemon sponge cake which was dry Andy friend got the pumpkin turnovers which she didn't particularly like but I thought they were pleasantly flaky and well spiced. All in all, this place has top notch service, great locally-sourced food and a charming ambiance.

Bouquet has always been tied for my favorite restaurant in town. I hadn't been in a while and I know that they have some other enterprises around town. I did the tasting menu and everything was a little bit Disappointing - the flavors were a little "thin" with too much salt, I got dessert to go and came home to warm it up according to instructions. This is the stuffed croissant bread pudding. Disappointing all the way around and I'm a little bit heartbroken.

There is hardly a bad thing to be said about bouquet. They live out their commitment to farm to table and I love hearing about where they source all of their ingredients. They nailed the cook on all of their proteins which is something to write home about in my opinion! The only thing that is a bit lacking is the ambiance in their upstairs but haven't been sat up there in a couple years. Not sure if it's something they've worked on! That still does not impact the 5 stars they get from this yelper!

Always a great time at Bouquet! Jasmine was excellent as our waitress. The Motherboard , meatballs and steak that we split was excellent as well. We love that we're not rushed in any way. Very quiet (where we can actually hold a conversation) and very relaxing.

My husband & I decided to celebrate our 11 year anniversary at Bouquet Restaurant this month. I've had my eye on this place and I really wanted to love it, but unfortunately I just didn't. The staff & service was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful & knew the menu well. The dishes looked beautiful & you could tell that the chefs in the kitchen are skilled. The restaurant itself was beautiful, I enjoyed all of the decor & ambiance. Our waitress brought us sparkling wine to celebrate which was so nice & delicious. We both decided to order the tasting menu so we chose two options for each of the 3 courses + dessert, because we wanted to try all of the things! 1st course: We got the tartine - I ordered it because I thought it was real ceviche, but just chopped melon, it was ok. We also got the panzanella - delicious flavors, but the focaccia bread was difficult to chew. 2nd course: wagyu beef meatballs - interesting flavors, then it dawned on me that it tasted like a Big Mac. A deconstructed, very fancy Big Mac with elevated ingredients. Hey. I like Big Macs, it was yummy & the only protein we really enjoyed. We also got the shrimp & grits - good but way too salty. 3rd course: hubby ordered the sakura farm denver steak & I ordered their famous maple leaf farm duck. That day, I learned that I don't enjoy duck & my husband learned that he thinks farm to table steak tastes too gamey. Neither of us finished our dishes (I finished his steak lol). The waitress looked surprised & offered us boxes, we declined. Dessert: if I could do it all over, I would've ordered a charcuterie board, meatballs & every dessert on the list. We chose the chocolate peanut butter bar & the cookie trio. Both were phenomenal. The golden moon milk with the cookies was heaven in a cup, more of that please! & I'm a lover of anything chocolatey & nutty so my bar was divine. The dessert was definitely the best part of the entire meal. While each dish looked gorgeous & appetizing, we felt there was just too much going on with each dish. Ingredients we couldn't identify, sauces that didn't pair well. Sometimes a simple dish done well, is better than complex. Something we missed was some starch to balance all the acidity & strong flavors. Some potatoes with the steak would have been nice, some noodles with the meatballs maybe? Something starchy & comforting to hold it all together. Overall I'm still grateful for the experience. We still left smiling, I enjoyed taking photos of the pretty dishes & we couldn't stop laughing at how 'difficult' we apparently are to please.

Bouquet was absolutely lovely for my birthday dinner! The tasting menu was incredible - sadly, I forgot to snap photos of our second course because the food was just too good! We tried the peach salad and gazpacho, each had clean and crisp flavors which provided a great start to the meal. For our second courses, we had the waygu beef meatballs and shrimp and grits. Both were STELLAR. The shrimp and grits is the best I've had outside the south. Our third courses were the steak and salmon. Both were great, but the salmon really stood out! The desserts were both well composed and I was very impressed with the portion sizes! The only downside to this meal was the ambiance. Bouquet is on the smaller side so upstairs, the sound carries. We sat adjacent to a large party and it was quite loud, which made it difficult to hear our server at some points. With that being said, our server was very kind, conversational, and accommodating. He ended the night for us with the most perfect birthday martini. I'd definitely recommend a visit to Bouquet for a special occasion or celebration!
