"A chic bar known for its sophisticated cocktails and champagne offerings, another establishment under the Republic Hospitality group." - Erin Perkins
"Upper King bar Bourbon N’ Bubbles now offers a sophisticated brunch service with caviar deviled eggs, bomboloni, a crispy rice bowl, and plenty of espresso martinis." - Erin Perkins
"Many a girls’ night out, impress-your-date evening, and Instagram photoshoot have taken place at Bourbon N’ Bubbles, a sleek, moody space with black tile floors and velvet green couches. While the bar is known for its dozens of top-shelf bourbons, the seasoned bartenders also know what they’re doing when it comes to tequila. Here, the fresh rosemary and splashy cherry in the Blood Orange Rosemarita take a classic margarita to new heights. Sipping on said cocktail, visitors will certainly feel the luxury here, whether it’s the dim-lit, sophisticated aesthetic or the caviar deviled eggs and blue crab fondue. This spot also hosts fun community-centered events, like ladies’ nights and bourbon flight evenings." - Kayleigh Ruller
"Bourbon N’ Bubbles, a new bar from Republic Development and Management Group, offers a luxurious experience with an array of brown liquors and sparkling wines. The venue features opulent decor including velvet, brass fixtures, marble, and antique mirrors. The bar is divided into two rooms: a smaller front bar facing King Street and a larger semi-circle bar in the back." - Erin Perkins
"Republic Development and Management Group opened new bar Bourbon N’ Bubbles at 570 King St. this past weekend. The group also runs nightclub Republic Garden & Lounge on Upper King and has two more additions in the works. The title of the bar kind of gives away the concept, but the establishment serves plenty of brown liquor and fizzy wine with Taittinger champagne and Buffalo Trace bourbon being the house pours. The small plates pairing menu will come from executive chef Steve Jackson, who has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Bourbon N’ Bubbles will host a grand opening next week, so the buzz has been fairly quiet, with a few in-the-know-party-people posting sneak peeks to glitzy interiors. The bar is decked out with lots of marble, velvet banquettes, and bronze fixtures. Eater is currently working on getting photos of the space and a menu for readers to peruse." - Erin Perkins
