Bourbon St. Daiquiris

Would not be getting my business EVER AGAIN!! Should of known 4lbs which was not really 4lbs for $20 they need to just stick daiquiris and stop serving I food! The seasoning is so salty I know all they used was old bay seasoning in boiled water, you’d think how long I had to wait for it I wouldn’t have any complaints but I have several. It’s sad you can’t support black owned when they spend absolutely no effort in giving you good quality food but willing take your money!! I couldn’t even finish my food because I was given a bag full of shells, mushy tails and some when you opened them looked like they were infested with something. Seasoning also has a bad after taste! DO NOT GET ANY FOOD FROM THEM!! And they have a no refund or exchange policy because they know that their service/food is trash…do better!!

This place has more of a bar feel than regular restaurant. When you go in you might see people dancing, and the music is very loud. They do serve food though, but the highlight is the selection of frozen daiquiris. The daiquiris are poured in mini plastic jug containers that can be taken to go. The drinks are not too strong. There is a drive through, outside patio/ cabana with tables, and inside dining area. The tables were wobbly and dirty. I saw napkin dispensers that needed to be refilled and other areas not maintained. Don’t come here with the wrong expectations and you should be okay. The cashiers are not friendly.

Sadly to say I have not been suburban Street in years since I've moved to Katy in Houston I come back and there's no music because there is a meeting of bikers in there and they don't know when they're going to turn back on the music the drinks are fabulous of course the service is not as great as it used to be they used to be more friendly and sadly and very disappointedly saying that the turkey necks potatoes and corn tasted nothing but like salt that's how it used to be years ago and I used to complain it was ridiculous the potatoes and corn were saturated like it was three days old I was very mad about it and hungry need to think about the cook cooking of the place for sure and definitely get some other kind of sausage other than pork people are Hebrew and Muslim and would like to come and chill and everything is made with pork but I'm pretty sure of course cuz Louisiana is full of pork and Gators that's what happens still am a loyal customer I use the one in Katy and don't have any issues but want to visit all the locations again and it just was very disappointed we expected to hear Lyle Louisiana music people being happy and upbeat and it really wasn't I'm sure it was because of the biker meeting but you could still have the music on low for the other patrons thank you all Praises due to the MOST HIGH & THE HOLY MOTHER ONLY 🖤🤎💜💯🤲🏿🕉️🤲🏾👍🏿🥰🕎

The food was horrible they seriously brought my crawfish out in a zip lock bag and on top of that the crawfish had been warmed in the microwave smh these businesses has to do better! My food was horrible the turkey necks had no flavor the corn had no flavor the pig feet was dry with no flavor get it together black ppl please way over priced

Great first experience. I would definitely come back. Polo took our orders and was extremely patient and knowledgeable on what we should get and how everything tasted! Love the N.O. Vibe and that a DJ came in! Black owned and supported. I love this place. Great drinks AND food!

Would leave no starts if possible . The wings are literally 2-3inches very small the size of my pinky! So so disappointing paid 15$ for 8 tiny wings . I might as well went to wing stop. Also the beans and rice/sausage they have advertised is no where near the same as what they serve . It’s in a very small dish with a few pieces of sausage. It was just a big waste of money . Also customer service was horrible we stated we would be outside waiting and they said okay. After waiting for a while we looked and our food was just sitting in the bar . No one came and told us the food was ready so it was no longer hot . (We went yesterday night November 3rd)

My first time here and OMG instantly I fell in love with the energy in this place! The staff is very friendly with smiles which makes the environment even more welcoming. I got crawfish ($6.99 a lb) and I have the Long Island Rita and this drink is extremely strong for me! (Im not much of a drinker so...) The corn and potatoes are a dollar extra. There is a DJ here tonight playing up to date jams. There is an outside seating area also. Smoking ok outside. Im so glad I came here! I'm really enjoying myself! Its like a mini club with good food!

THESE DRINKS PACK A PUNCH! Wow I am no lightweight and these babies here had me super buzzed! They've got a vast menu of what seems like endless flavors to fit any ones frozen boozy needs. I was greeted by a nice lady who gave me a recommendation of a drink with strawberry, pina, and hypnotic. I can't remember the name but it was a pretty drink and deadly! Whew all you need is one of these things and you're good. They also have some food that looked great but they were closing so I'll have to try next time! Enjoy.

My husband and I drove a long distance from our Airbnb to try Bourbon St. Daiquiris. We were vacationing in Houston, so day drinking is very much expected. These frozen drinks did not disappoint. I sip on this drink most of the morning on a Friday and by 1pm, tipsy doesn't describe was I was, LIT is definitely more appropriate! If you're in Houston and looking for nice and strong drinks at an affordable price, Bourbon St. Daiquiris has got you covered!

It was a nice atmosphere. The drink's list was extensive and were amazingly good. The service was top notch and their recommendations were spot on. Will return when in town.

The daiquiris here are amazing. I'm a Louisiana native so these daiquiris are a taste of home. I hope they get a full menu one day because some good New Orleans food would be great. I've tried only 3 daiquiris Victoria Secret, Mardi Gras and I'm not sure of the other name. Check them out! They recently updated their prices. The manager made things right for me and gave me my daiquiri on the house due to me being given a different price the last time. The staff was patient and friendly. They care about their customers . Thank you!!! Latest review ***** The manager is really nice but my experience with the staff at the window (non managers) has me hesitant to return. My daiquiri was fixed wrong and they told me I had to take it no refunds and the wouldn't make over. This has me disappointed. I don't want to ask the manager to fix my drink EVERY time. The two women that work in the shop lack customer service skills. Who tells a customer no refunds when you messed up? The manager made things right because I insisted on a refund.

This is a specific kind of night type of vibe. Loud music, lots of cool flavor daiquiris including no alcoholic ones. The poboys was the best I've ever had! The drinks came out quick but the food took awhile, still worth the wait though

The food and daiquiris were excellent. The catfish perfectly seasoned and fried crispy. The boudin balls were delicious with the dipping sauce. The seafood was delicious as well as the sides. Gumbo and Yakamein was delicious, I will definitely be returning

If i could give 0 stars I would. They add tips to your order and claim they do not know what Gratuity means. please pay attention! This is my first time here, why would I just tip!? They claimed it was a charge for using my card, negative...it was a tip they added. Receipt is attached. Also these soo called boudin balls are cooked in old grease and they are not that pleasing. Just go to Bourbon St. Poboyz in Mo City! You will get ya money worth!

Came here for the boudin balls,had no clue they sold them until my daughter came over with some. Well,as I'm driving off,wait. Let's talk guest service. Can we say amazing,young lady Caucasian decent,tattoos/piercing,girl you rock. Loved her energy! Now back to the "BALLS"! They come in sets of 4,with cheese sauce. I order 2 sets,one for my kid. I get down the street,take a bite.... Frozen inside. I called them,told them I will return. They obliged. I get there,young lady at the window (SameLady) In return I was given extra balls . Thank you for taking care of me,customer service can really be a huge impact on your business. You guys handle that very well thank you so much. Those balls were so fresh and hot!! 5 stars!!!! Cooked to perfection!!! Drinks are pretty good too,but I wasn't in a drinking mood. Again,continue to take care of the people that make it possible for you guys to be a prominent business,you will go far!!!

This is the closest to an authentic New Orleans daiquiri you will get outside of New Orleans. The flavors were good, they were not watered down.

I forgot what type of Daiquiri I ordered but it was damn good!!! This will be my go to when I come to Houston. The girl on the register was very sweet and fast!

This is literally my favorite place for drinks above any bars, anything. A lot of daiquiri places will use cheap liquor in their drinks which give me terrible head aches, but from many visits there I'm pretty sure they're one of the few who don't. The drinks are so worth the money because by the end of 1 drink you'll most definitely be feeling good. Not to mention, they're not even expensive for what you get anyway. On holidays they often have specials on their smaller 16 oz. size (normally making it about $5 instead of the normal $7). But I do wish sometimes they would do specials on the 32 oz. since that is the size I almost always get. No matter what drink I try on the menu they're always just great. My apartment is right around the corner from this place and I'm sad my lease will be up soon, because I'll be away from this great weekend spot! If you want something super strong they often recommend the IDGAF. My boyfriends favorite is Drunk In Love. I'm still trying out the menu but so far my favorite balance of taste and strength in the drink was Soulja Slim.

Music was so loud I damn near needed ASL to order my food because we couldn't hear each other. Waited 45 minutes for someone to let me know my food was ready and sitting in a window that was out of sight. Fries were limp and soggy, fish was soft, they gave me ONE tartar sauce for the TWO fish platters I ordered. The best thing on the platter was the small lettuce, tomato and pickle side salad. Never again!

How are you a daiquiri shop with only one daiquiri that has alcohol? I didn't order any food however my boyfriend enjoyed the gumbo with a side of grill cheese to dip with. Be concerned with parking FYI your car might be broken into if your not careful.

Omg the vibe is so there between the great food and the awesome service there's no where else to go for happy hour so relax this place definitely got the drinks.... drink up!!!

Hit and miss; That's all locations. Drinks are always on point obviously, but I'm speaking on the food. I also dislike the fact that every location doesn't sell the same food yet, they have the exact same menu in person. It's just odd.

The ambience is pretty cool. We were there on a Monday afternoon so not much happening but there was a spot for a dj and and good music was playing the whole time we were there. It's not a huge space but it seems like it can get pretty lit without being uncomfortable. The service was great. Everyone was really nice and accommodating with helping pick out flavors and food. The wings were good. The Zulu bag was better. The shrimp po boy was AMAZING. I Wasn't a fan of the shrimp fried rice. Pros: pretty good food. Definitely get a po boy Drinks are strong They come in the little cute jugs Service is A1 Cons: Depending on when you go, they can be out of some stuff or daiquiri flavors not be ready to drink But overall, food and drinks were good and I'll be back at night to see what the late night vibe is like.

The drinks here are fire! The turkey leg combo was delish. I had the IDGAF and I'm taking home the I don't get tired and the Taste of Home. This place isn't near my house but it's worth the drive to try the drinks and luckily I was in the vicinity today. This was just what I needed after a long day!

I went to Bourbon St. Daiquiris when they first opened on Westheimer and they didn't even serve food. They sold just the daiquiris and they hadn't expanded yet. After having not gone here for quite a long time I decided to go back the other day to get some drinks and some gumbo. I don't know who was back there in that kitchen this particular night we went but the gumbo was inedible! I knew as soon as I took off the cover it looked light and color and soupy. Definitely not the traditional dark roux and traditional flavors of a gumbo it was so nasty I took a few bites and gave the rest to my boyfriend. You would think the drinks would be the saving grace but they were anything but. Before the drinks used to be too sweet for my taste now they drown them in liquor. I also didn't finish my drink. Safe to say I will not be returning.

Nice little spot. Our first time here.. love the way they serve their daiquiris.. food looks good but havent tried it. And I like that they have a drive through.. a good night time hangout on the weekends they have a dj, and patio for those nice nights in Houston..

The first time I went, it was cool, the second time I went they didn't have change or flavors. And a little rude you could tell the staff is heavily irritated. Then I think The Boss walked in like everything was OK. So I could kind of see he was probably the problem. Lol nonetheless The bottles are cute.

First time trying a daiquiri spot in Houston. Was impressed with the many options they have to mix the many different styles of daiquiris..I tried the booty call which is a pina colada strawberry and peach combination it was refreshing and delicious..

Wow so i stopped in to grab a drink and decided to grab some beans ... well I don't know if they looked at me and thought hey let's turn up this music so loud the customer has to yell to get in an order .. after asking the guy 3 times yelling .. if he was keeping music that loud I would have to leave .. it actually is painful to my ears .. he squinted at me twice looked at the other guy like he didn't understand... sorry bye .. crap customer service..treated me like crap.. I will not stop by here again

I would like to start by saying I LOVE this place. With that being said it saddens me that I cannot give them 5 stars. I come here only for the crawfish, and for the last 2 seasons it has been 5 Star worthy. Today I went in ordered 3 pounds and 1 order of potatoes. The potato order was a lot for the price so that's awesome. The downfall today was the crawfish itself, there was absolutely 0 flavoring to the crawfish. They were tough over cooked and tasted like hot water. I love this place so much because it has always been my opinion this is the only place in Houston to get a truly New Orleans experience. In addition to the crawfish tasting terrible, as I was going through my bad I noticed I had A LOT of arms and claws just floating around in the bag. I took a picture but that was after I had already eaten 10-12 thinking they came off my crawfish. I feel like I had 3/4 or a pound worth of just arms and claws. I won't write them off, but I won't be sending anymore people there way, and it will probably be a while until I return.

If I could give them a 1-star I most definitely would! I'm a pregnant woman who has come here twice in one week and thought I'd give them a second chance. I ordered my food online at 8:39pm, got to the location at 8:45 to pick up my food (currently at 9:16pm) and I am still waiting in the line JUST TO PICK UP MY ONLINE ORDER THAT I PAID FOR! When I came here two days ago I called the restaurant to ask them if they were giving people their online orders in the inside (she said no), I asked her well what if I finally get to the window and my food is cold are y'all going to remake it (she said no we are not). I let it roll but to have me waiting in line for over 20 minutes TO PICK UP MY ONLINE ORDER I PAID FOR is just absolutely poor customer service. Oh, I also forgot to mention that when you call the phone number to speak with someone (I called 5 times) it goes straight to voicemail! I love supporting business that have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE but this ain't it! This will be my LAST time coming to this establishment Y'all be blessed and have a grand evening! UPDATE: It took over 45 minutes for me to get to the drive thru window and finally got my food at 9:43pm. Also my food is soggy and cold

Came to try the Cajun fish po boy. It is a good size portion. The poy boy was delicious! I highly recommend trying one. Even the fries are very good and have a nice crisp to them. Will be definitely coming again for the food. I would post a picture but I was so hungry and it was so good I forgot and ate it all

The daiquiris are delicious. The perfect frozen treat for a Friday on the way home from work, which is my favorite time to stop by. Be warned that the parking lot is a pain. There is a really steep slope when you enter and you will mess up your car if you drive a compact and hit it too fast. Love that this place has a drive-through. You enter the drive through line by going around the far right side of the building. The line can move pretty slowly on busy days. I got stuck in it for almost 30 minutes one Saturday afternoon. But the daiquiris are worth it to me. If you go inside, they have had a DJ there both times I went around 5 in the afternoon. They also serve some food inside as well as some smaller snacks.

I really am torn in how to express how I feel about Bourbon Street Daquiris. How can a place where the food is actually good, great even, exist in such a mediocre environment. First, I believe the restaurant is trying too hard to fit into some scheme of being the "hype" restaurant because the music is so loud that you can't hear your thoughts. You have to almost communicate in written form because verbal communication is a moot point with the high volumes illuminating the room. Then to wait 40 minutes for food that was only feet away from us, and not knowing or being told, is something altogether different. My food sat waiting for me to acknowledge it!!! Not one associate announced the food orders that were ready. At first I thought to myself, "maybe I'm being hypersensitive," but then I saw other's with the same issues. Sometimes less is more. Will I return? For the food, absolutely, but it will never be my first choice, nor an option if I'm in a rush or have multiple people to feed.

The new location isn't as good as the previous location. We ordered 2 shrimp Po boys 2 nights ago; they were dry, unseasoned and just very basic. Also the fries were very bland. I have no problem with restaurants having an off night but what isn't acceptable is the attitude of the staff, to be specific the girl at the front of the house. She was unkind, unfocused on her job and seemed like she couldn't care less about our needs as patrons. Short responses, lacked eye contact and the over all vibe was that our business was bothering her. I don't want to rip the business for a sub par night but an attitude change is much needed! Idk I prob won't be going back anytime soon.

The food is good I always get the fish plate It's is fresh. So it is a little bit of a wait. They give you enough for your money. It's always a deferent person at the check out. They changed from Texas toast to Hawaiian rolls. They need to bring back the toast

Born and raised in New Orleans and wasn't impressed. Shrimp poboy thumbs down Sorry. However the turkey legs were on point. Daiquiri's maybe I'm too old now but a little too sweet for my taste. I want this spot to say open just improve on the shrimp batter and the quantity of shrimp on the poboy. If you're from Nola remember Reed Seafood and We Never Close. Remember the amount of shrimp.

The family and I went to the one on Yorktown Crossing Parkway. There was only 1 cook but our food was well worth the wait. We all ordered wings and fries. We also all decided to take a cup of gumbo home along with 32 oz Daiquiris. The staff was great as well. Also, there's large playing cards and connect 4 available. If you are ordering to go, I suggest calling ahead.

I don't care what anybody says. This is the only daiquiri shop worth going to in Houston. If you're from New Orleans then you know what a real daiquiri taste like and this is it. From the food to the entertainment it feels like home. The fried fish platter is the bomb and so are the fried wings I don't know what seasoning they use but baby let me tell you it's good hands down. They have a variety of Daiquiris to choose from just pick your poison. They also have virgin daiquiris as well as board games for the kids. If you haven't tried them then your definitely missing out.

Ok so we have tried every drive through daiquiri place in Houston, and we have decided that Bourbon street knows the correct balance between flavor and alcohol! And the lovely ladies at the window always are ready to hook you up with a great drink! If it is your first time here, go ahead and get the little jug! We like their fun twist on names too! Victoria's Secret is our favorite flavor!

It was well worth the drive from Baytown. Everything was seasoned to perfection. I ordered the turkey neck combo which came with corn, potato, and sausage, plus 2 lbs of crawfish and an order of snow crabs. Everything had the right amount of spice. I only waited about 5 minutes for my food to come out. The daiquiri was strong and good. Often times daiquiri places have daiquiris that taste more like slushees. We will definitely be back

i have only gotten the daiquiris here but they are soooo amazing!! so far ive tried the booty call, spongebob, and sorry 4 da wait. i think my favorite out of those is the booty call. i cant wait to try more flavors and i must try some food sometime, im from louisiana and it smells like home in there! the staff are all sweethearts :) love love love this place

First experience here today was awesome* I asked Al what He suggested and He recommended the Super Sunday with a sample.. It's mango, peach, and Mardi Gras* I ordered the 16 oz $6 .. Well worth it and it comes in a nice sealed plastic bottled too* On the other side of the business is the food where crawfish is sold. I was able to sample the turkey which was seasoned well along with the potatoes* My friend purchased an order for $4 with a side of 3 slices of potatoes for $1* I highly recommend this place for some good Cajun drinks and cuisine*

I've been here like 2 times now with some friends and every time i come it's always good laughs and good drinks. The prices are super reasonable & you're bound to have a good time from the funny staff and the DJ. The only reason i didn't give 4 stars is because they only have 1 restroom for men & women & that's not convenient when you have a packed house. Other than that the food is good and so are the drinks.

Their Daiquiris get you right not too many flavors. I had a 16oz peach and hurricane together. My friend had a 16oz house special, we on our way back today . WHO DAT WE DAT N.O.L.A UPT

I love everything about this place. From the food, the vibe, the staff, the entertainment and of course the daiquiris. This place is spot on for Louisiana food and daiquiris. I have never had a bad experience here. My favorite food options are the wings, gumbo and catfish. I'm also really happy they have opened up a few more locations. I also enjoy that they have different events that you can attend and often offer a live dj. It's a really fun place with great food, drinks and people!

I love this spot ! I'm from California and stayed in Houston for a month . I was here like everyday . The drinks , the seafood are all bomb !

Worst service ever I waited 15 min didn't receive a drink because the person working the front counter decided to skip me and take someone else order who didn't want to wait in line. So I guess if you know someone there you don't have to wait you can just skip the line and order whatever you want.

I have been here 7 times for the best daiquiris I have ever tested. My 4 star is for The cashiers are always smiling, full of positive energy and give great conversations and have made my decisions easy by selecting variety of flavored daquairis for me test. If i had to rate my 5 star it would have been for the cashiers, food and drinks, my reason for not giving the extra star is the manager I have witness twice inappropriately talk to his staff the way he does, it's disrespectful and rude and that's not how management is suppose to handle their employees in front of paying customers that loves the atmosphere of This company. He has to know to be respected you give respect. Overall i will continue visiting because you guys are the best in Houston. Love you guys food, daiquiris and most off all the friendly cashiers you have . Will visit again!! Ashley :)
