"Once home to Gabee’s Cajun Kitchen and Art Cart, this historic building in downtown Dahlonega apparently includes a resident ghost who makes the sound of breaking dishes, roams unseen with only its footsteps alerting people to its presence, and enjoys moving chess pieces around on a game board. It’s unclear if the current owners have experienced these ghostly happenings, too." - Beth McKibben

My husband and I had dinner here with my in-laws last night. We originally went upstairs to the bar area, and almost decided against staying. It was loud and the temp was pretty hot. The hostess mentioned that there was also seating downstairs. We were so glad we decided to go downstairs. The dining room was so spacious and cool. It was such a cool atmosphere. The service was great, too! Now to the best part. The food. Oh my goodness!! I don’t think any review can do justice for the food we had. We started with the Crawfish Dip appetizer, which came with homemade pita tortilla chips. It was amazing! Then our main dishes showed up and, Y’ALL!!!! The food was out of this world! My husband and mother-in-law ordered the Seafood Platter. It was the freshest seafood, with the lightest batter. Crawfish, oysters, mahi, crab puppies (literally mini crab cake balls) and fries. It was incredible. My father-in-law ordered the Muffaletta Sandwich with roasted sweet potatoes. Those sweet potatoes were chef’s kiss 🤌🏻😘 I ordered the Crab Cakes & Shrimp. It was the most delicious meal I’ve ever eaten. Two huge crab cakes topped with grilled shrimp, served over top a bed of Bourbon Street rice, blended with colored bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach sautéed in homemade Alfredo sauce. I can’t even describe the flavor profile. My tongue was in euphoria! Bourbon Street Grille is a MUST TRY when you visit Dahlonega. The prices were fair, the portion sizes were large, and the atmosphere was great.

Just ate lunch on their balcony. What a treat! Such nice ambiance with the old building, plants and trees. I had the Dirty Shrimp that was delicious! Our server, Anne, was super sweet. Very pleasant place for a relaxed enjoyable meal. Prices were decent too! Will definitely try to come back if we are ever in the area.

Google
This place is Amazing. ! The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, with a warm and inviting decor that sets the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The service is top-notch - our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The food is Creole and Cajun-inspired Southern cuisine at its finest. We ordered the Rice and Beans, and shrimp and grits, all of which were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. If you're looking for a delicious meal in a charming setting, Bourbon Street Grill is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back!"

Google
Excellent lunch with a large variety of food options. I had the Bourbon club sandwich and my wife had the special of the day which was a fried chicken sandwich with cheese and a house made apple jelly topping which was excellent. Place can be loud but the food was excellent.

There are lots of good places to eat in Dahlonega. I've eaten at many of them. This place is a little better than average. Here are some pros and cons. Pros: 1. The service is decent. She forgot to put in our beignet order, but I get it that she was busy. All and all... it's a little better than average service. 🍽️ 💚 2. It's a really nice atmosphere. There are lots of windows and outdoor seating. The building itself looks like an old Victorian style home. (no booths though) 🏡 ✨ 3. The cornbread muffins are the best you'll ever taste! 😋 Cons: 1. Everything is super spicy - even the shrimp and grits, which our server told us was the least spicy entree. If you like the heat, you'll love it. 🔥 2. It's overpriced in my opinion. My mom and I had lunch there, and it was $60 which seemed too high for what we got. 🤑 3. The menus were dirty. 🤢 (that always skeeves me out) They weren't terrible dirty, but dirty enough to make you go wash your hands after ordering. Since there are so many good places to eat in and around the Dahlonega Square, we probably won't go back here. It's too spicy for us. With that said, if you like spicy food, you should give it a go! You'll probably love it. 🔥😋

Delicious! Gator bites were perfection. The doing sauce tastes like its some sort of horse radish mixture. I personally do not like horse radish in the slightest but recommend this sauce. The steak was fall apart tender and lightly seasoned so the flavors would mix with the other items of the sandwich. My partner got the shrimp and grits. I didn't expect them to come out with such a colorful and flavorful dish. The flavors came in waves and the shrimp was perfect. The corn bread piece is the size of a large muffin. The mixture had some pepper pieces in it but the flavor was just enough to make it delicious!! Will for sure be back for more! The atmosphere was very relaxed but fun. Outside seating and kids menus also available. The outside tables have a gated wooden wrap around dance so if your traveling with a pet you don't have to leave then I'm the car with this pet friendly option. Location was also a huge perk! Lord of local shops with anything and everything you could think of well priced.

Google
We were there in mid March 2025. The atmosphere and old architecture is very nice. The steps leading up to the restaurant are worn out pretty well. The small bar is cool. We only had apps, so no real comment on the food. The outside seating area is very nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I wish I had more pictures to post. Went back here for a late lunch and had the Shrimp Po Boy. It was loaded with shrimp (grilled) and was pretty good. It had a little more salt on it than I would have preferred. My wife had the Fried Chicken and Lost Praline bread, yummy. I also had a Strawberry Jalapeño Margarita. It was pretty good. I personally would have liked the Jalapeño flavor being a little stronger. Sorry for the half eaten sandwich photo, lol.

Google
Omgoosh what an amazing experience. We arrived for dinner and there was a 30 minute wait. We went downstairs to the downstairs bar. Drinks were so delicious. Once our table was ready, we had alligator bites, & Gumbo cheese fries. Gumbo on cheese fries is a fabulous twist. Okra, sausage, chicken all on fries 😋😋. On to the main course. Perfect temperature, flavored to perfection. We had the Red Snapper Pontchartain & Dirty Snapper. We absolutely loved every bite. The services was impeccable. Waitress were knowledgeable and friendly. We will defiantly return.

Yelp
I think we showed up slightly after closing time on accident, but they welcomed us just the same. We got gator bites, seafood sampler, red snapper pontchartrain, and Herbert sirloin. Everything was fantastic. We got the crawfish and shrimp sautéed on the sampler- oh my gosh delicious. Really neat layout and cool New Orleans feel. Highly recommend

Sasha S.

Yelp
Came here after a trip to Amicalola Falls and was pleasantly surprised. This is a New Orleans creole style restaurant with a lot of great options. I came with a party of 6 with no reservation and we were seated within 15 mins no issue. This is a very casual restaurant and they offered both a brunch and dinner menu. I had a hard time deciding what to order, concerned with how some of the dishes looked in pictures, but was pleasantly surprised. I decided on the Praline French Toast with Fried Chicken. I normally don't do really sweet dishes but the French Toast was perfect. As a person with very sensitive teeth I had no issues with the French toast which was topped with a praline sauce which was lightly sweet. I wasn't a fan of the chicken which were thin filets of chicken breast. I was expecting a juicy wing, thigh it breast. Other than that I was pleased with the food, pricing, and casual atmosphere.

Yelp
Stopped for Sunday brunch as headed out of town. Seated on the balcony overlooking the square in Dahlonega. Nice views and great food. Had The Abbey - two beignet sliders with fried egg, bacon, cheese with a side of Gouda grits. Awesome service, def recommend

Yelp
Mildly is a word I use when the high expectation of a great Bourbon Street Grille was at stake. This is a charming restaurant with an upper deck seating and balcony. We wanted to enjoy the musician at the square chanting zydeco tunes, and we climbed those stairs. It is a challenging feat for our ADA. As we also needed advice on vegan offerings, it was great to have knowledgeable staff make recommendations. The vegan "Maque Choux" (roasted corn) and grilled Asparagus were clear winners. The menu is long and wide. We came for the creole style of cooking. My jambalaya seasoned tomato rice came with mild Andouille sausage thin sliced with burnt edges and an ok set of trinity blend of vegies. The best on my plate was the hot buttered cornbread muffin, and adding a dash of honey makes for a sweet dessert.. We skipped the beignets as we had ordered the crab cake and seafood sampler for appetizers. The lovely missus chose The Papa Legba Cheesesteak with Cajun fries. We also wanted to try the Gumbo. It became a thickened brownish rice and roux mixture of some chicken and sausage. The best-looking and full of taste plate was the Red Snapper Pontchartrain. It won hands down as the meal of the night. The music stopped, and in all fairness, the staff came through and made our dining at the Bourbon Street Grille a better one.

Yelp
Had a nice relaxed dinner after a hike at Vogel state park. It's got a dive vibe, pretty casual. Parking was free and easy, a short walk away. We went upstairs and were seated immediately since we didn't prefer outdoor seating. Our server was very kind and attentive! Overall really pleased with the food! We got the crawfish dip appetizer and the house made chips were soooo good! Good amount of crawfish. I got the crab cake BLT with fries. The crab cake sandwich was DELICIOUS and came with a great remoulade sauce. The fries were good, however they were wayyyyy too seasoned. I was using a napkin to wipe off excess seasoning (and trust me, I LOVE seasoning) I asked for extra remoulade for my fries and to take home. I found out when we checked out that they charged me for them, which is fine but I wasn't aware. My friend got a cocktail and the shrimp po boy with blackened shrimp, which came with chips. She loved it! We were too full for dessert. I will definitely be back to try their dessert!

Yelp
Located right at the town square, this place offers a diverse selection of food options. You can sit upstairs on the outside patio which will give you a nice view of the town or sit inside and chill in the AC during the hot summer months. We started with the fried pickles as an appetizer which had nice dill flavors and crispiness. It was followed by Surf (shrimp) and Turf (ribeye) and Shrimp & Grits. I ordered the steak medium but it came out medium well (like most places, they overcook a level). I will keep reminding myself to lower the temp! The dish still turned out decent as ribeyes keeps the flavors well. The Shrimp & Grits came out in a bowl which is not something I'm used to. It also had green and yellow peppers as veggies, which made the pairing quite unusual. Again the flavor of the shrimp and grits tasted fine, probably not a dish I'd order again. The dining choices in town are fairly limited, so this is a choice to consider. Do call them and make sure they are open (despite their published hours)

Yelp
Well this spot really made me happy. Great service and delicious food. I was a little curious about how the food would be since it was an ode to New Orleans cuisine. Everything was really good! We ordered some drinks: I had the old fashioned and it was pretty good, my boyfriend ordered the mojito and he really liked it. I tried it to and thought it was pretty tasty. For food we ordered their wings, which were good, and the creamy pasta primavera with chicken sausage and wow! A flavor explosion. I was so so pleasantly surprised and would love to know where they get their chicken sausage from because it was delicious! The sauce for my pasta was amazing and so flavorful!!! My boyfriend ordered the shrimp and grits and enjoyed that as well. His meal came with this incredible jalapeño cornbread that I could've eaten all night lol. This was such a cute spot and it filled up pretty quick after we started eating. I heard they have a great upstairs seating area too. Definitely loved this trip! Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Yelp
We made a reservation in advance for Sunday Brunch. We requested the bottom floor. If you have elderly folks with you, there are many steps to climb to the upper dining. The staff was very friendly and attentive, no complaints. Service was exceptional.... Our food arrived in a good time, somewhat warm but acceptable. However, I was not thrilled by the smell coming from the plates, smelled consistently like a wet dog, possibly dirty dish water when cleaning them ? Was not impressed with the nickel and dime charges for salad dressings and butter, you really need to charge a quarter for butter sine my bagel was requested to have it buttered .... And seventy-five cents for salad dressing ! Really ..... The side of hot sausage was a little over cooked and dry, the fried chicken sandwich was good, the crab cakes Benedict was good, the crab cake appetizer was very questionable, very bad flavor, almost sour .... The swamp salad was average. The drinks were on the money Not giving a recommendation here

Yelp
I'm pretty easy to please. Give me an unhurried meal, an outdoor table, a rich red wine, and you won't hear a peep out of me. Bourbon Street's upstairs balcony offers a good view of the street below. If you arrive at the right time, sort of between lunch and dinner, there's a good chance you'll be seated right away. We started with salad, which comes in two sizes: one priced at $6, the larger at $8. Know that the large is ample for three or more people to share as a starter. I bet the $6 salad would've been enough for the two of us. My complaint about shrimp & grits is that it's often prepared with an overload of cream, making it nauseatingly rich. Not here! My husband's dish was light and flavorful. Really good! Even the corn muffin that came with it. I stuck with a shrimp po boy. Blackened. Yum. They did a good job with the homemade chips, too. While Dahlonega is most certainly a tourist destination, the town has several restaurants that are pretty good. Bourbon Street has never disappointed, with a Cajun menu that doesn't break the bank.

Frankie S.

Yelp
Writing this is making me hungry. Best place to eat in Dahlonega! The serving size is amazing!

Taylor J.

Yelp
There are so many good things to say about Bourbon Street Grille! The food is incredible and the restaurant is cool! We waited for the opportunity to sit outside on the porch, upstairs, and man it was worth it! You get the most beautiful view of the square while enjoying your meal. The Bloody Mary was so good that ordered another one and we thoroughly enjoyed the Fried Boudin Balls appetizer. Whatever you do--get the boudin! The BLT sandwich was great and had the best crab cake on it with the most delicious buttered bun. The Shrimp and Crawfish étouffée was out of this world!!! It was a bowl packed with flavor and deliciousness.

Vee A.

Yelp
Great food, ambiance, excellent customer care. They have gluten free options which is wonderful. Definitely will be back when we're in town.

Andrea M.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised at how great the food was. I guess I'm leery when places outside of Louisiana advertises Bourbon Street. I have to admit, the beignets were delicious. There were x4 to an order, and they were most definitely devoured by the group. These were pretty large in size and just the perfect texture. The fried chicken sandwich was super tasty. The chicken pieces were super crunchy and well seasoned. There was the right about of saltiness and flavor. In lieu of one whole chicken piece, I suppose they used leftover chicken or nuggets since the pieces were separated and kept falling out of the sandwich. The accompanying fries were golden and crispy. Though their thickness was of a medium size, they were great with a crunch at the end. And that's the only way fries should be!

Charles J.

Yelp
Disappointed. Staff and ambiance was good. Had steak and seafood platter. Steak was decent with smashed potatoes. However seafood was unacceptable. Gumbo was a stew, not a gumbo. Seafood platter was basic fried seafood - nothing Cajun or Creole at all. I am from New Orleans and know what seafood should be. No spice. Dinner made me sick later that evening. Sad in that the place is charming as was the staff. This was my 2nd visit in about 10 years. It was poor the 1st time - decided to try again. My opinion has not changed. Pappadeaux has what I would call New Orleans style food.

Febury H.

Yelp
Good food. Great service! The staff is always friendly. It's super cute, too. My mom, my daughters, and I came for Mother's Day brunch.

Joe H.

Yelp
Hidden Gem beautiful old building with a top deck very good food good service you need to put this place on your to do list.

Nicole W.

Yelp
Stopped by on a Saturday night during the holidays. I ordered the gumbo with grits and one of the local IPAs. Both were fantastic! The food came quickly and the server was attentive even though the place was packed out. Everything was decorated for Christmas and added a nice touch of festivity. Would definitely come again!

Nathan P.

Yelp
This review is not based on the food, but purely a service based complaint. I booked for a wedding rehearsal after party, and upon arrival, we were treated exceptionally rude by nearly every single member of the staff. I do not understand what we did to incur this, as our party, while large, was exceptionally respectful of the business and those who work there. One in particular was very egregious, a 30-something guy, most likely a manager who yelled several times at our party unnecessarily. While I understand the pressures of working in the service industry and the demands of customers, in no way, shape, or form were we asking too much of this establishment, and in return we were treated with only disdain and hostility. TLDR: rude employees, did not have the food, but would not return no matter how good it is

Tracey W.

Yelp
I got extremely sick after I left. The fried seafood tasted off. Thought it was me but I did get food poisoning. Doctor online confirmed food poisoning.

Chris C.

Yelp
Amazing red beans and rice. Got the crab cake and bacon sandwich with citrus aioli delicious and took the second half home. The chocolate beignet with strawberry reduction - chef's kiss. The service was OUTSTANDING even with a busy house. Will make the drive from Atlanta again just to dine here.

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Spent the weekend in Dahlonega GA for a weekend, at lunch on Saturday we walked to the bourbon street grille, it's not bad but not great, we had a party of 5 adults and 4 small children, the restaurant is fairly cramped but we managed. Our server was awesome, but the food was eh, my daughter ordered a fried chicken sandwich, it was not a piece of chicken just like little chunks, I got the mahi tacos, the flour tortilla was burned and the fish was "fishy", everything else was ok but just ok, unfortunately not many choices in Dahlonega

Kyle N Kristin K.

Yelp
My wife (2nd time) and my (first time) had brunch here yesterday(Easter) and the food was great! We also had the smoked crab dip as an appetizer and I thought that was really good! Service was good and we got a table right away! They sat us downstairs which I preferred with a baby, but with nicer weather upstairs would have been nice with the outdoor seating and the breeze! My only complaint would be the 10 dollar per mimosa, seems a little high in my opinion

Magda L.

Yelp
Loved this place! The food was delicious. There was a cooked banana desert we had that was amazing. The server didn't recommend it but I went with my gut and am so glad I did. It was the best part of my meal And the reason I would go back.

Lavinna K.

Yelp
This place was a favorite of our group of 8! Everyone enjoyed their food except me. I got the red beans and rice. Wasn't a fan of how they were seasoned. The corn muffin, the eggs and veggies and grits were the best though. Others got the burger, shrimp and grits, Shrimp and Crawfish Etouffee, Shrimp and Grits, Beignets and the eggs and veggies. Again, everyone enjoyed this spot so much that they went back the next day. We would have too but we had to head back. Our servers were great. Came often to check in and refilled drinks without having to be asked. We will definitely keep this place on the list for next y

Chloe S.

Yelp
Great food. Service was a little slow but it was super busy and a Friday night so that was expected. Brunch menu looks delicious but we were there for dinner. Good portions and honestly really good prices!

James G.

Yelp
Really enjoyed having dinner at Bourbon Street Grille. I had blackened redfish with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. Generous portion and lots of flavor. The table ordered fried pickles and those were good too. Our server was attentive and checked in on us regularly. I would recommend.

Kezia N.

Yelp
I celebrated my birthday here. It was a great atmosphere and food was delicious. We set at the balcony. I highly recommend and define LY would be going back :)

Amy L.

Yelp
Recently visited this restaurant, I'm a huge fan of Cajun food nd since it's Mari's Gras I thought fitting. The food was amazing! Had the ham and Gouda croquettes as appetizer and the shrimp and crawfish Ettoufe! The Hurricanes were great too! Definitely worth the visit!

Victoria M.

Yelp
Rude hostess Walked in not friendly, they act like there hair is on fire but there not even busy at the moment. When your visiting for first time, you expect a better welcome. I guide the help a 2 star

Cindy S.

Yelp
Great food. Great service. Historic building right on the square. We ordered the shrimp & grits and the Florentine Benedict. Both were delicious. The sautéd bell peppers added so much flavor without overpowering the dishes. I would definitely eat here again.

Jill B.

Yelp
Visited in a party of 8 including 4 children and 4 adults. We requested to sit in two tables of 4 or 1 of 8 whichever came first and we were fortunately sat within 15 minutes outside on the balcony right next to each other so we had a kid table and an adult table. We ate gator bites for an appetizer. The kids ate them and liked them too. They are almost like a chicken texture with a lighter fish type food. (Of course after we told our friend's son they were gator he said gross! Shortly after he said they were good.) I got the crab cakes and shrimp and it was delicious. Very tasty and flavorful. My husband got what the server recommended and liked it. Our kids ate all of their butter noodles and our service was good as well even though we got there a couple hours after noon so it was not the "rush". (I think we arrived around 1:38pm and were seated around 1:50 or so.) I wanted to go back again the next day when the other restaurant we wanted to try was closed but since we only had one more day on our vacation everyone else wanted to try some place new, but I would definitely gone back if it was my choice.

Rachel F.

Yelp
My husband and I enjoyed the vibe of this place! The gumbo was TOP NOTCH! The crawfish dip was "lick the bowl" good. And the shrimp po boy was awesome! I'm a Cajun girl, but I'm particular about how the "trinity" (celery, bell pepper, onion) works in my food. Not a huge fan of the chunks of onions and peppers. Overall, the service was great, the balcony seating gave off nostalgic NOLA vibes, and we enjoyed the food we ordered!

Brianna B.

Yelp
First time coming here, shrimp & grits were super yummy! Crab cake appetizer was also really good, a little pricy for just one but it was very good.

Nathalie V.

Yelp
Amazing Cajun food with a fantastic atmosphere. We like sitting out on the balcony. Met my Fiancé at Bourbon Street Grille on our first date.

Andrea T.

Yelp
The sauce was not as creamy as I would like it. However, the service was decent. It took an hour to get your food.

Erica S.

Yelp
How can you say an hour and a half when you literally have 2 tables available!!! Money must not be a worry

Cindy S.

Yelp
Amazing food, amazing service and great atmosphere! My husband and I tried Bourbon Street Grille for dinner and were very pleased. I had the gumbo and my husband had the chicken jambalaya, the dinner portions were perfect and the food was so good. We enjoyed a margarita and an old fashion for our beverages and topped everything off with beignets for dessert. I would give this restaurant an A+!!!!

Dazziyah M.

Yelp
Place is still bomb after almost one year! The food looks even better than before! I loved loved my po boy, it was VERY big and they give you enough shrimp and oysters you'd want in a sandwich. My oysters tasted fresh and so did my shrimp and they had flavors that were amazing, so crispy. My boyfriends fries were very crispy too! He loves the corn bread, but I do think it is on the dryer side. I loveee asparagus, I would say this asparagus didn't have much flavor, it was cooked so perfect that it didn't need it. They were slightly crispy which sounds weird, but it's so good! Overall everything was great and we definitely will be back again! Not covid friendly

Paige H.

Yelp
The service was impeccable, the food was of good portion and a great taste, and the overall ambience was fantastic

Alexandra D.

Yelp
3.5* Staff is really attentive and kind--all the girls were super nice. The view is really lovely from the terrace, you can see the entire Historic Dahlonega. Food portions are generous and the dishes looked appetizing, however literally everything we tried was very, VERY salty. Otherwise the food is good but it's hard to enjoy anything with this much salt in it. I particularly liked the Mahi tacos.

Jon M.

Yelp
After waiting 2 hrs for a table, I was hopeful that the food and service had to be incredible for a place to be that busy. Sadly, I was wrong. It was the worst food and service I had experienced. The waitress left early without checking to ensure everyone at the table had what they needed or that our food had even come out to the table; she was more interested in doing side work as we watched her walk around the restaurant for the next 20 minutes. The Mahi was bland. Calling itself Bourbon Street Grill is nothing more than a gimmick and insult to the actual Bourbon street

Brittany O.

Yelp
Bourbon street grill is the best place on the square in downtown Dahlonega! With several seating areas throughout this historic home turned restaurant, my favorite is the front porch. Overlooking the square and surrounded by fresh flowers it's the perfect setting for brunch or dinner. All good is Cajun inspired and the brunch is what keeps us coming back. The beignets are an absolute must. The fluffy pastry is cooked to perfect and swimming in powder sugar. The pot of gold, same ole thing and French toast are all 10/10!

Marcus O.

Yelp
This place seems to get some grief in the other reviews I read, but my party and I really enjoyed it here. It was a nice end cap to a long day of winery visits and is now my safe place to have a bite while in Dahlonega. :-) Eating on the balcony was nice. It's tight up there, but you don't notice too much with the way the tables are arranged. You get a pretty decent view of the square and the square activities. On a nice day, sitting in the shade, with a drink and a spring breeze ... so pleasing. Waiting for an outdoor table didn't take nearly as long as I had expected, which was a bonus. I guess we got there at the right time. The crawfish dip was pretty good, but I really enjoyed the gumbo. Those who had the etoufee said I was missing out, but I don't think so. The buttered up, oversized corn muffin was a nice side. Finishing off with beignets and a sazerac is the way to go!

James F.

Yelp
Great Sazeracs and people watching from second floor. Victoria was a great server/ bartender. Highly recommend.

Ryan R.

Yelp
Food was good. That's it. Service was horrible. Was a busy day in dahlonega and they as they're short staffed so I get being backed up but this was in a other level. Waited two hours to be seated...no problem...we I a lot to walk around and see. Saw our waiter twice. Was nice but didn't fill drinks. Other waiters delivered our food and took our dessert order. Not one of them cleared our plates or asked if we needed refills. I had to ask them to remove plates when our dessert came and that was met with a sigh. Super strange. I get the set or industry has changed but this restaurant does not do well with customer service. My guess is they are dependent on tourists and don't care about return customers...I doubt locals go here. Too bad the service is so bad and they are so slow...the food is good.

Amy J.

Yelp
AWFUL DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. if I could give it zero stars I would. waited almost an hour for our food which wasnt even close to what was described on the menu. I wanted to walk out but my sister said no. I have NEVER waited that long for food at any restaurant EVER and then for it to be subpar was icing on the cake. plus OVERPRICED, undercooked and the worst service I have ever experience. where was the manager?? no one came over to apologize for the long wait. the hostess was by far the most unfriendly hostess I had ever encountered. cannot believe they are still in business as the tables around us were waiting for as long as we were. no attempt to compensate or apologiz.

Lucille C.

Yelp
Absolutely a great dining experience. Been here several times. The last time we had Preston as our server. I have several food allergy issues and he was a dream in helping me finds delicious entree. Will certainly return and highly recommend!

Goose C.

Yelp
Came here for lunch, and I am happy I did!!! Delicious food, great ambience. I got the fried pickles as an appetizer and they are delicious ! Crispy but not overpowered, still get a great pickle taste. Entree was a fried oyster po-boy with roasted sweet potatoes , and it was fried perfectly . Very pleased with my visit, I will be back!!!

Kevin G.

Yelp
Another local delight hidden in the main area of downtown Dahlonega. My gf's mom mentioned this place so we followed her to get to it. We walked into a narrow building and made our way down a long hallway to find it. It's not a huge place: small patio with 2-3 tables outside, another larger area with 7-8 tables, inside area in the hallway with 2-3 tables and then a bar with 3 tables and bar seating. We found our way to the bar, which was pretty tight. The window view from the bar displayed an alley. I felt like I was in some backstreet pub in Ireland. Dank and dark. Interesting! We started off with gator bites and fried pickles. Both were pretty decent. The dipping sauces certainly helped here. My gf got a Mint Moscow Mule. Whatever ginger beer they used in that certainly made the drink ... probably the best ginger beer I've tasted. For my meal, I had the creole pasta primavera with chicken sausage. Maybe it's a good thing my expectations weren't high, bc this pasta was one of the better ones I've had. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the peppers brought out a great flavor with the sauce. The chicken sausage was very tasty, and I LOVED the toast points. Perfectly crisp! Highly recommend! Wasn't a fan of their beers on draft and our server was ok ... he seemed very swamped. Overall, this place has interesting atmosphere and good food. Worth checking out!

Yelp
Great burgers both the angus beef and veggie burger. We went there two days in a row!
