Came here for couple times, and really love the warm and cheerful vibe here! Staff are very nice with a smile . Love to chill with friends and family in this lovely place. Ordered a quiche with bacon and cheese, salmon croissant, plain croissant, chocolate croissant this time. The bacon quiche will surprise you! Also the Salmon croissant, perfect match with the tasty cream cheese and all of the croissant is soft inside and crispy outside! Definitely recommend these two and should try all of the bakery that they have here !

We had a great experience trying the veggie roll, everything croissant, and the almond milk latte—everything was delicious! The service was excellent too. As a nice surprise, they even gave our puppy a treat bag and a toy, which made our visit even more special. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a sweet pastry this morning while in Jersey City and did a quick Google search and came across this fantastic coffee shop. I had the almond croissant with a cappuccino, and this is going to be my new go to place in Jersey City. All of the pastries are made in house and I can vouch that the almond croissant is one of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for an amazing cup of coffee, they use Counter Culture Coffee, look no further than Bourke Street Bakery.

Love this cafe! Everytime I come here the service and environment is always welcoming! What really stood out to me today was how genuine and kind the staff is aside from customer service. I had my two year old daughter with me who was sleeping and often times it's tough to use the bathroom if I'm eating in somewhere because there's no trust or warmth from staff to keep a close eye on her so as not to wake her up to come with me. Sophia assured me she was in good hands and nothing will happen to her while I go the bathroom. Dana was also just as warm and reassuring. Something they didn't have to do, but did anyway showed me that this place truly cares about their customers beyond the standard purchasing interactions. Thank you ladies! You guys have a customer for life 🫶🏼

Absolute treat. Bourke has become one of my favourites. Cool friendly staff that’s always a pleasure to see in the morning. The cold brew or ice mocha with almond is my go to. The meat pies are incredible. Carrot walnut cake tremendous. Lots of speciality loafs and pies to take home.

This place is awesome! Some of the best Crossiants I’ve had anywhere. Excellent coffee made to order. The staff (Dana and Victor) make you feel welcomed and appreciated no matter how busy they are when you walk in. It’s like going for coffee at a friend’s home. And don’t forget to checkout their prepared foods. The garlic bread is fabulous! I served it over the holidays and everyone raved about it.

Overall - great food and great coffee but avoid the take home pies - (frozen ones) the pasty isn’t strong enough to hold the filling which is not good for a pie. Would love to see them tweak the recipe as the actual taste of the filling is actually quite nice. Sausage Rolls (take home) are very good though

I absolutely love their iced mocha and their pastries! The mocha is perfect, not bitter and you can taste the chocolate but it's not too sweet. I love their sausage roll and their chicken pot pie. Even my 1 year old loves their food. Also amazing service by the staff and the manager!
