"In their brick villa, Tim Boury and Inge Waeles have clearly puzzled and pondered over each tiny detail from the attentive service and felicitous wine-food pairings to the fashionably stylish interior and the gorgeous patio and bar. The buzzy casual vibe is ample proof that perfection is not necessarily starched and stuffy. Chef Boury’s painstaking recipes mingle classicism with creative peps and he cannot be equalled for his ability to enhance exceptional ingredients, particularly those from his region whose praises he frequently sings. His cuisine attains a pinnacle of high-flying virtuosity, whether by the complexity of flavours and textures or by a prodigious sauce that hits the spot every time. Take for example the three variations on a langoustine that our inspectors sampled. They kicked off with a tartare in a buckwheat and caviar cannelloni, flanked by a perfectly balanced dashi beurre blanc and wild garlic oil. Then came a langoustine served in shellfish jus with a duxelles of roe and a spicy thyme butter. This ode to the langoustine finished with a tail cooked in an intense stock. Striking, velvety, crunchy and exotic spices, all of which underpinned by wholesome Flemish earthiness depict this unique and truly marvellous dining experience." - Michelin Inspector

Amazing experience. Went for lunch and left around 6pm. From all the different flavors that made each dish a discovery to tbe beautifull plating, the friendly service, the lovely wi e selection. One of the better 3 star restaurants I have eaten in.

Food and service at Boury were exceptional elegant, precise, and full of flavor, truly worthy of its three stars. The cheese trolley was to die for, with a fantastic selection and perfect presentation. The only detail that felt slightly out of place was the neon sign in the dining room, which didn’t quite match the otherwise refined ambiance. We also booked one of the rooms and really enjoyed the stay, it felt like a boutique hotel experience with lovely amenities and great attention to detail.

Truly spectacular! We've been 3 times, and every time has been perfect. We've been fortunate to go to many 3 star Michelin restaurants, and we generally find them focusing beyond food to maintain some degree of (perceived) excellence, which we find a distraction or just going for a Schock factor. At Boury is all about the food and the creativity involved, as it should be. All dishes from beginning to end were perfect, finding difficult to chose a favourite. The signature dish with caviar and wagyu is certainly a feast for the eyes and palate. The service is a perfectly oiled machine, yet approachable, very friendly and attentive, absolute top. Paying attention at how they operate gives excellent insights on how much passion goes into it, no doubt at the hands of Inge, power woman indeed! We stayed overnight at their Capsium rooms, which is a perfect way to enjoy their excellent wine pairing. We will definitely be back, again.

We went for for the full-blown signature menu. A cheese cart, a caviar dish and an oyster dish were offered as optional additions. A beer pairing was available at a reasonable price, featuring generally good beers from all over Belgium. Overall a super-opulent meal - elegant, classic, if that’s what you’re looking for in a dining experience.

The Full experience. Simply great. For us from la galleria also a strange experience to taste the olive oil from our Spanish client Priorat Natur and to see our product next to the served oil.
