Atlanta Restaurants With Activities, Games, & Eatertainment - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"We hate to say any address is cursed, but the corner of Atlantic Station where this upscale bowling alley sits hasn’t exactly had the best track record for keeping businesses. Bowlero may have cracked the code, though, with an all-ages playground with 34 lanes, a mini arcade, and full kitchen. The buffalo-sauced cauliflower bites might sound like they have potential, but they’re better rolled into the gutter than chewed. Order the hefty double burger or crispy lemon pepper wings instead, and you’ll at least be full as you sulk about the 65 you just scored." - nina reeder, demarco williams, juli horsford, jacinta howard

We had an excellent experience today celebrating my sister's birthday. The GM, Mr. Dennis, was very attentive to us, welcoming, warm and exhibited true hospitality. We felt cared for from the second we walked in. Mr. Dennis had great food and drink suggestions and they didn't disappoint. We even received free chocolate chip cookies to help celebrate my sister's birthday; that was a kind gesture and much appreciated. Facility was very clean, well oranized and they had great music selection. Overall, we will 100% come back due to Mr. Dennis' exemplary customer service and warm hospitality.

A great family fun spot with bowling as a fun filled sport activity. The property is vast with plenty of parking and the staff is very friendly. It's a happening place to host family events like birthdays and anniversaries. We had a business gathering event and it was fun. The food is good and lots of drinks to choose from. A 'pitcher' is highly recommended for a 2 hour alley rental.

Received a groupon for bowling at this location and went in on the day it was set to expire. We were having difficulties with loading the bar code for some reason, so the cashier had to get the manager. He couldn't pull it up either, but thankfully, he still honored it and allowed us to bowl. I had my daughter and nephews with me, and they were very happy as well. I love managers and staff who are fair and helpful, and that's exactly what this location provided. Good music, clean, trendy setting, arcade room, and concessions/ food available. Overall, it was a great experience. I'd recommend it.

Haven’t been at this location before the name change. It’s use to be called Brunswick Bowling. Overall, no complaints. Food was hot and fresh. My alcoholic beverage was perfect! My child enjoyed herself. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family if they’re looking for a venue to have a party or just to go bowling.

What an experience! To start the booking process with Marissa was exceptional over the phone she definitely set the tone and expectations for my visit. Jason at the front desk greeted our family with a smile, went over everything with me before we started and provided top notch customer service throughout our play. Rosie our server was on point all night! Very pleasant, attentive and efficient. We never had to look for her, she had all orders correct and most importantly the bills were exactly as ordered. The pizza and pitcher combo is a win win! We will definitely be back!

Bowlers on Austell is okay. I use to work at a bowling alley and if you are a serious bowler, this is the place. The lanes are kept up and oiled for competition bowling. If you're looking for a place to just have fun bowling, with good music and a nice atmosphere, this unfortunately won't be it. The music is barely turned up, they do cosmic bowling I think 2 times a week..and the staff is okay; hardly friendly or welcoming. Ben the bartender is great and makes good drinks. Also, as far as food, this bowling alley's is really good.

Google
Always a great experience. When I arrived, I stood at the counter and the attendant was on her phone. I patiently waited until she was done but patrons shouldn't have to wait to at least be greeted. Other than that it was great

Yelp
We took off work on a Friday a few weeks ago and went to Bowlero in the middle of the day. There were a few groups there, but it was not too busy. It did seem like there was only one employee working both the ticket counter and the concessions counter, so there was a little bit of wait trying to order concessions. She was really sweet, though. We only ordered soda and beer on this visit, so I can't speak on the food options. This Bowlero location feels like it could use some updates and renovations, as it felt a little outdated and dirty. They do have an arcade area that we didn't use, but looked fun. It is in a convenient location, so I'm sure we will be back to give it another try when we are looking for something different to do!

Yelp
First off, the guys at the front desk were complete assholes. Questioned literally everything I asked. Snack bar couldn't keep up since multiple reminders are announced "no outside food and drinks" ... maybe this wouldn't be a problem if it didn't take 90 minutes for a tender basket. Restrooms were nasty, even from a man's point of view, I would avoid this and all Bowlero locations at all costs. Especially at $10 (!!!!) a game to bowl!

Yelp
Recently, I was banned from bowling at this location and not given an answer when I asked Warren, the district manager - WHY? - he replied 'I won't go into it at this time." AND handed me this sheet of paper.....

Yelp
My wife and I took our 7 year old granddaughter for some afternoon bowling before it gets crowded. we where half way into our game when someone notified us that our granddaughter could not have a water bottle from outside that we need to take it to the car ... ridiculous

Yelp
My staff and I loveeee this place. Good vibes and this is a very fun place. We are planning on coming here every Friday night for family night. Love it!

Yelp
Fun place, good food, good service, etc. I bought my bowling ball, shoes and bag with a huge discount and a friendly crew helping me all the way through.

Yelp
We've been to Bowlero a few times now. I've gone with my hubby as a date, with my family (with my kid), and with a group of friends (no kids). The location works for either vibe, but the games are fun with more players. You can have up to eight people per lane. I like this location because it has good food and the mini arcade gives you something else to do when you get tired of bowling. My food recommendations are the mozzarella cheese sticks and the nachos. I think that the $2 Tuesday gives the BEST value, with their drink specials and discounted games, but you can also pay a fair price on weekends in the evening. On weekends, (like most places) it is crowded, so you may have trouble finding the perfect ball size if you come later in the day/evening. Summer and Spring Break seems to have caused a bigger influx of people to show up. I recommend it if you live near the South Cobb Drive area or just don't want to bowl in Atlanta.

Yelp
Overpriced, the shoes had holes in them, the house balls are trash. Tables and chairs only, no couch seating and the music is corny! Definitely NOT a vibe on Friday night. We will never be back!

Yelp
Came here to watch a friend bowl in the league on a Sunday night. It was packed. There is a cute little bar area here as well as an arcade for the kids. The bathrooms and facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. There is plenty of parking available.

Yelp
Just recently I traveled for a bowling tournament. The prices I didn't find to be too bad. The customer service is horrendous. I stood at the bar for 10 minutes and the whole time not even being acknowledged. All the girl had to do was say, I will be with you as soon as I can. But she didn't. I told her I have been waiting and she said nothing. I said to her, you could have greeted me and told me I'll be right with you. So sarcastically she said, how are you today. And there are no servers coming out to the lanes. The bowlers don't have time to wait to be waited on we will get a zero if we are not there to bowl when are name is up. Very said that customer service is not a priority anymore.

Yelp
Great place to go to on a Tuesday night. They have great specials as far as $2 Tuesdays. Their prices has gone up so it's not exactly $2 and they have $2.88 tacos as well as Long Island Iced Teas and I believe the games are still $2. They have plenty of parking and the people there are always so friendly. A couple of friends and myself usually go almost every Tuesday. Everyone there is always having a good time. The music is great. And the bartender does a great job on the Long Islands.

Yelp
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Bowlero. My family and I were excited to enjoy an evening of bowling, but our visit was ruined by what appeared to be the managers behavior. We were rudely asked what we could do to keep things quiet, even though we hadn't been disruptive. My three-year-old's innocent celebration after rolling the ball down the lane was treated as if we were causing a disturbance. We asked for a refund and left feeling unwelcome. It's clear that the owner/manager prioritizes tournaments over the enjoyment of paying customers. Next time, they should have the sense to either close during tournaments or refuse our money if they value tournament attendees more than a family of five looking for a fun experience. It is not surprising that they have a 2.5 star review on yelp.

Yelp
Excellent establishment!! Friendly, down to earth staff, great atmosphere, great lane conditions, good food!!!

Yelp
I could start by writing; if you go to this place on Friday.... Ask who are you paying to go to college because those are the asking prices per game per person, JUST TO BOWL. Then one employee stated "you get what you pay for on the weekends". Keep those unprofessional snarling remarks to yourself. To the cashier..... if you don't like your job, as it seemed, you can join me in the Army were you aren't thinking about your hourly wages. The lady at the food stand was AWSOME. I did leave her a tip for her conversation and professional skills. The bar was good. The lanes are old fashioned based on not having the automatic bumpers for each of the kid bowler. Bumpers are put up and they have to stay up for each bowler. I hope this helps for anyone going to this place.

Yelp
This was my first time going to a bowling tournament l. I had a good time, I was able to have adult drinks and some food. There is an arcade for people such as myself that can not bowl at a professional level..

Yelp
We live close to this Bowlero location so we went to this one. The food at the other location is so much better! We ordered nachos, boneless wings and a quesadilla for our group and none of them were that great; but since it took 25 minutes for the food we just went ahead and ate it. We would be come back to bowl but not for food.

Yelp
I hate you bowlero. You're the prime example of why America is being ruined by corporations like this one. Putting local alleys out of business and making people bowl in a room that looks like a cheap nightclub. Not even to mention how RIDICULOUS the prices are. 6 bucks per person per game. 6 dollar fries. 23 dollar pitcher of beer?!?! Hello??? I hate bowlero, even the name sucks ass. Honestly this isn't even a knock on this specific location except I will say that I couldn't find the drink prices anywhere so I stood in line for 30 minutes expecting a pitcher of beer to be 15 tops but no. $23!! I didn't get any. The bartender was semi rude but I think he was just stressed because of the long line and the fact that he was the only one working at the bar on a Saturday night! Why wouldn't he have backup? Also halfway through our game the power went out in the whole building for like 30 minutes and after it came back on, I dunno I was kinda expecting to be compensated for the inconvenience by getting a free game or something but maybe that's asking too much. All I'm saying is that I love shitty alleys that are well lit and a game costs 3 bucks and the beer is flowing. And the guy working the counter is 60 years old, named Rick, and smells like cigarettes. Is that too much to ask? Anyway, I hate bowlero. I feel like they're taking over America. And the logo is ass.

Yelp
This is a very nice bowling alley! My only concern is with the cook not wearing gloves while making pizzas and dropping chicken in fryer, mask was pulled under chin. She's a sweet older lady who's always there but.......with COVID. Then the server (bar attendant) brought the food out, no gloves or mask

Yelp
I like this place. The staff is nice which is usually a sign of good management. The lanes are modern and clean. They have specials on some days that makes it a decent place to practice. The food is typical in price and quality and there is a full bar.

Yelp
My family and I came in on a Saturday night and it wasn't too packed surprisingly. The customer service was good and they made it easy to bowl with such a large party. I've never visited a Bowlero so I didn't know what to expect of the food but it was good for a bowling alley. The menu had a variety of items such as salads, wings, cheese sticks, and tenders. They also serve alcoholic beverages. There is plenty of parking.

Yelp
I have been here a couple of times here. I decided to take my family today ,and I had a poor customer service. The guy didn't even bother checking the groupon I had bought as soon as I walked in looking at me and my family from head to toe totally racist

Yelp
The center at this location is okay but the management there has made it a center that I won't bowl in unless I have to. The first incident that left a bad taste in my mouth was when I was speaking with Dennis the general manager there after coming back from the Covid closing. Because of the closing I had not bowled for several months. I wanted to come in to see what the difference was between before Covid closed everything and after Covid closed everything. I bowled a couple games and when I went to check out Dennis asked if I was a league bowler and I told him yes. He then asked which league I was in and I named the three leagues that I was participating in. He told me that because Covid had stopped those leagues he would allow me to use league prices for now but I would have to bowl house bowling prices moving forward. I next bought a league pass so that I would get three games per day during the summer . I eventually lost my summer pass and told Dennis. He told me that he could look up my information and allow me to use the pass. I came in today to use the card one last time at the end of the useful period and was told that because I didn't have the card I couldn't use it. I was confused but later found that he was under the impression that I given my car to someone else. I told him on the day after the card was lost that it was lost and he would not supply me a new card to use. I am not a person that would attempt to cheat him or their center out of $6 but him treating me like I'm a person that wanted to cheat him out of $6 makes me not want to bowl there again.
