I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one was earned. I get that Lucky Strike is on the higher end price-wise—$20 for unlimited bowling isn’t wild these days, and I was willing to pay that. But if you’re charging that much, the experience should at least work.
From the start, the lanes were a mess. Pins were malfunctioning constantly—people would knock down 9, and instead of resetting properly, the next person would get an automatic strike. This happened multiple times, and when we asked for help, the first response we got was someone who “fixed” it… but the same problem continued.
When we went to the bartender (the only person even around), her response was incredibly dismissive. She told us, “If you just bowled the ball it will fix itself.” That was not only wrong—it was unhelpful and kind of rude. After that, the pins came down halfway and we had to wait 15 more minutes for someone else to come reset it manually.
We paid for unlimited bowling from 10 PM to 12 AM, but only managed to play two full games due to all the interruptions. That’s frustrating, especially for people who actually enjoy bowling and came to play, not babysit a glitchy lane system.
The best of this experience was the sweet worker at the shoe desk and the lil arcade. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place for leagues or even casual friends who like a competitive game. For the price and the vibe they’re trying to give, the service and equipment should be much better
