"Chula Vista bowling alley Brunswick Zone has been transformed into another location of Bowlero, a sleek spin on an all-in-one entertainment venue that first opened in the area last fall in San Marcos. The freshly-renovated space includes 48 black light bowling lanes with music videos and classic family movies screened on high-definition video walls. Newly added are two sports bar outfitted with giant flat-screen TVs and the arcade has been upgraded with billiards and an array of games. Known for its over-the-top eats which are designed for sharing, the food and drink menu includes the Supreme French Fry Sampler, the colossal Party Pretzel, a 2-foot long hot dog known as the Chi Town Mega Dog and the Dunk Tank, a 123-ounce fishbowl-sized cocktail." - Candice Woo

We came for my sister's birthday. This is the first time we have been since the name change. The initial greeting once we were inside wasn't the best, however the manager quickly turned that around and we had great service the entire time we were there. I was easily able to use my Groupon. And we took advantage of the picture and pizza combo. I think Chuck e cheese has better Pizza and they can improve on the quality if they're going to charge more than $10 per pie. The boneless wings however were reasonably priced and juicy inside crispy outside lots of sauce 😋. I'd come back in a heartbeat. But I'm eating beforehand!

I decided to take the kids to this bowling alley. Cashier told me they have to place a card on file, which I did. When we completed our game. I was given a total and asked them to charge the card. I was told they can’t do that, so I paid with a different card. The next day, there were two charges for the same amount on my cards. I called the bowling alley a few days after to reverse the charge. They took my information down, they said the manager will investigate and give me a call back. After 4-5 days of no call back, I called back and spoke to manager. He was never notified of these overcharges, he told me he will investigate and call back. He was able to refund one of the charge. Lesson learned, be on a lookout for charges when you come to this establishment if you’re using multiple form of payments. Poor customer service, no follow through in resolving customer issues they created.

Very cool 😎 I really enjoyed it 😀 with my friends 🧡 it has other 🎮 games, and it is all fun and very good customer service 😀 👍

John & Andre went above and beyond for my family and I. We drove an hour away with 6 kids eagar to play. They made sure we got in with no wait time. I appreciate everything they did for us!! Definitely 10/10 recommend coming here!!

Google
Sadly totally overpriced!!!!! We will NEVER go back. The place is nice, it's clean, has games for the kids and typical (not good) bar food. Could be a great neighborhood hangout. BUT, who can afford this? It's ridiculous. This was a one and done for us!!!

Google
This place just got rebranded again. I appreciate the remodel and how clean the place is but… this is definitely more oriented for entertainment purposes than for people that like the sport of bowling. If you’re looking for a place to hang out with friends or throw a party this place is great. A bit pricey but still somewhat reasonable specially if you look for Groupons or specials. The food and the drinks are much better than they were before the re brand. Wings and fries are usually my go to here. They have a few leagues but I think the prices and the string pins discourage people from joining. I’ve joined two leagues and both times there haven’t been many people. Perhaps it’s early and there hasn’t been enough time to develop a community of bowlers in Chula Vista. All things considered this place is great check it out.

We weren’t sure what to expect when Bowlero became Lucky Strike, but my family has been nothing but impressed. The staff at the counter and restaurant are amazing. They’re super friendly and genuinely care about customers experience. The lanes are always clean and the entire place well maintained.

Google
This spot was dooope. First off the staff was so damn friendly. They greet you and and welcome you in at your lane — at least when you make a reservation. The food was good and the service was excellent. Love the vibe and would come here again. After my shoulder heals from 5 straight games!!

Yelp
We had a fun time! Place has tons of lanes, arcade for kids and good food. Didn't have drinks - but they looked good.

Joshua S.

Yelp
The staff here was excellent! I had my birthday here with my family and everything was amazing! It was clean, accommodating and we had an amazing time! I will definitely come back!

Yelp
It's been a long time since we've been bowling and decided to stop at Bowlero in Chula Vista to check out the ambiance. While there, we decided to try the restaurant inside the bowling alley to see if the food was any good. We ordered the Classic cheeseburger with Parmesan fries, Buffalo chicken wings and flatbread pepperoni pizza. I'm happy to report that the Classic cheeseburger (two quarter pound smashed burgers), was surprisingly delicious!! The burger was perfectly seasoned, juicy and went well with the Parmesan fries. The chicken wings were also delicious and crispy!! The waitress was very friendly and indicated that the food menu improved because of their professional chef. We're definitely coming back for this burger and chicken wings. The pizza was okay. We look forward to bowling and dining at this location soon. Happy Yelping :)

Yelp
Bowlero offers a straightforward bowling experience with easy sign-up for the waitlist. While the process of getting onto the lanes was hassle-free, the overall experience felt fairly standard. The bowling itself was enjoyable, but there wasn't anything particularly unique or memorable about it. It felt like a typical bowling alley experience, with nothing to really set it apart from other venues. One positive aspect was the flexibility to come and go as desired, which could be convenient for those with busy schedules. However, this also meant that the atmosphere lacked a sense of continuity and energy. Overall, Bowlero provides a decent bowling experience with convenient waitlist sign-up, but it may not offer anything extraordinary to make it stand out from other bowling alleys.

Yelp
It has been years that I haven't been to this place, but before I start talking about Bowlero. I remember the first time I went to this place. Before it was Bowlero, the name of the place was called Brunswick. I was in Elementary School and I went there, it was kinda of a tour thing but also got to play bowling and it was very fun. Spent there a couple of hours with the group then headed back. The second time was when My friend Hector invited me to play Billiards at Bowlero, when the name changed, and I had a great time playing there and the experience was welcoming. The third time was yesterday, May 17th at 4:45 pm. I decided, after work, to head over to Bowlero because I was having a rough day at Work, and when I got there, Everything got remodeled from the inside. The outside of the building wasn't to pleasing though. There is a Food place inside, which to my surprise was amazing, they have their own bar, the bowling area looks so much better, the arcade games looks so cool; Organized. Every area in there had their own sign of where to go which I totally loved. I like to know where I am going. The reception desk attended me well, answered my questions in a kindly manner. I went to play Billiards first and when I got there, It look sooo damn good. I totally got those Road House Vibes from the Movie from 1989 With Patrick Swayze. When I was playing Pool, I Noticed the the pool table was a bit dirty, the white ball was covered in red smudge; I believe because it was of the chalk for the pool sticks, the pools balls, when I started to hit them into the holes, the ball wouldn't roll smoothly as if the pool table wasn't leveled correctly. The music there was appropiate for the ambience there, there were tvs where i was enjoying the Padres game. A Thumbs up there. There was a a table with chairs next to my pool table if I ever wanted to eat there which was such a nice detail. Next Bowling. When I went to play Bowling, Everything was clean, Sparkle Clean. It was easy to manage to start the game, I enjoyed playing two games then I was done for today. I rated a 4 star because for the reason of the pool table being dirty and not leveled right. But overall, I would come back and enjoy my evening there again.

Yelp
Went here Friday night to celebrate my birthday with my coworkers & while I did have fun with my company, they didn't get the best nor the friendliest customer service. The lady at the bar was very particular about one of my friends since she had an outdated ID. She could've expressed her concern in a different way. My friends ordered a large drink and we needed to show proof of 4 ids. The food was alright, but the people in the lane next to us had some bomb smelling wings. Then when we were getting our shoes and paying, one of my other friends didn't get a receipt. Then she tried getting a refund because she wasn't going to play another round; they denied her because she didn't have a receipt that they failed to give to her.

Yelp
Used to come here often when it was Brunswick. Oh have times changed! The alley got an upgrade however the service and upkeep isn't what it used to be. Came on Easter Sunday and expected it to be busy, we waited almost 4 hours which was fine. Went to grab some drinks from the bar and opened up a tab. Came across a rude bartender who specifically told us "there are several bartenders here so make sure you close out with me because we keep our own tips here". The bowling balls were no where to be found. They were all stacked at the bowling ball return machines. Meaning you had to go find your appropriate size at the return machines where other parties were playing. The bowling balls were very very oily/greasy. It really grossed me out to say the least. This wasn't just one, two or three. It was all of them! I question the cleanliness of this place. For the price you pay, I'm disappointed on its maintenance and not so friendly staff.

Yelp
Bowling Alleys have really gone through quite the change! After renovations and style changes, the Bowlero Chain has made their places very hip and vibing to all sorts of ages. The lanes are quaint and have some bright colors to them with dancing music and a variety of video screens across the lanes. They decorate the tables now to accommodate trendy parties with a variety of quick eats. The garlic parmesan fries were good (as I watched my daughter down two orders) and the wings weren't bad. The pizza could be definitely better and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Long are the days when bowling was considered a cheaper form of entertainment as the pricing even with a discount comes to about $30 +per person. To be honest not even sure that included the cost of the shoes. And definitely not the food and drinks. The arcade seemed quite packed full of current games and popular crane machines which were very popular amongst the kids. Ironically while everything has been upgraded the bathroom is still remarkably the same old school bowling alley bathroom, if you know what I mean.

Yelp
I went last night to this location to celebrate my birthday & best friend. I must say from the moment I checked in it was really easy and great service! Then we had server Erica that was our designated server for our night. Erica was not only so attentive to our party, but was so nice and eager to accommadate with any request we had for her. I even had to go to the onsight manager before we left, to let her know how impressed we were of Erica. Bowlero needs to hire 10 more Ericas!! Thank you Erica for making our night so memorable!

Yelp
This place can be quite expensive if you don't have a deal. but keep an eye out for any specials/discounts. This place is huge with soooo many lanes, so you're likely to get a lane even if you come without a reservation. There are a lot of huge screens which add to the ambiance but they create a huge glare on the lanes that strain my eyes and I can't see the pointer markers which usually help me a lot, but maybe this is just a me problem LOL. They are a little slow to respond to needed repairs when your lane goes down which is a shame when you are paying to bowl by the hour.

Yelp
The kids have been wanting to go bowling and I found bowlero through a Groupon deal. It was a great deal as well! So glad we decided to go bowling here. It is super big with plenty of lanes. The lighting was perfect and the place was super kid friendly and clean. For 2 hours we were able to play a total of 2 games for family of 5! The bowling food choices were good as well. Their garlic fries are really good! The wings were good as well. The nachos were ok but the kiddos did enjoy them. Staff here is very nice and helpful as well. I really enjoyed talking to them. They have an arcade as well!! The arcade was really fun and the prizes were great as well. I will definitely have to come back.

Yelp
My family and I used a Groupon voucher and got a great deal on bowling. We went on a Wednesday evening and it wasn't as busy as I anticipated. We got food and drinks while we bowled. A waitress came to our lane to take our order which is very convenient. The pricing is not bad, we got pizza, wings and chicken strips. We also got pitchers of beer and cocktails. The service is great and the place is nice, definitely an upgrade from the bowling alley before bowlero (Brunswick). One thing I wish they remodeled when taking over this already existing bowling alley was their bathrooms. Their bathrooms look original and definitely in need of an upgrade, I was trying hard not to use them. Overall, a fun spot for friends and family, and at times it can get very busy.

Yelp
Bowling is fun. Bowling alleys that are run like Bowlero are still fun but give you more heartache than a 7-10 split. On two of my three visits they have failed to put my name on the waiting list properly resulting in extra long waits for our lane. On one visit, while waiting 2 hours in the bar, we saw many folks that came in after us leading for their lanes. When I went to the front to inquire I got a different response from each person, many very dismissive. Things to know: you *should* receive a text right at check in on the phone number you check in with if you are properly entered into the system. You'll get another when your lane is ready. They don't tell you about the first text... so you may end up waiting extra long and your name may be skipped over. Watch for league nights--if you check in at 6:30, league is just beginning and you won't get a lane until nearly 9pm despite staff telling you "you are first on the list" --- Food is average bar food, drinks are pricey, and the bathrooms are usually in disarray.... But darn it, there's barely any other competition and we like to bowl so I will probably be back. Fingers crossed the next visit isn't a gutter ball.

Chris S.

Yelp
Thank you to Max, and the entire Bowlero staff, for an amazing time for our huge group party! We had a group of 80 and the service was absolutely top notch! Everyone had a blast! If you need a fun venue for your next party, this location is the one!

Yelp
Such a fun time here! Would recommend for groups. I'm docking a Star because the pitcher of beer should specify the beers offered. We got a corona and was charged menu price as it did it Qualify for the discount.

Yelp
I rented out two lanes here for my church's youth group. We had our own private booths and the ability to order food from our lanes if we wanted to. Our servers were super helpful and friendly. Once the alley got busy they still did their best to make sure we had everything we needed. The reason for the three stars were due to the lanes themselves. One of our lanes glitched and we had to run to the front desk for assistance. But the main issue was that the balls every so often the balls would not return to us. Resulting in another run to the front desk. The trips to the front desk became more frequent the closer we got to the end of our reservation. It was a bit frustrating, but thankfully the staff were right on it every time we needed help.

Yelp
One of my favorite bowling alley. It's more modern inside, it has a great choices of arcade games. The arcade games are a little pricey. They have a nice area of multiple Billiard tables. I come here for the ambience of a modern bowling alley fill with projecting screen of sports playing at the same time. The music here is always nice to bowl too. All the front staff are great, Z and one more gentlemen I always see treat me very kindly every time I have an encounter with them. The finger food I would say 3/5, the pepperoni pizza tasted good just a tad greasy. The nacho supreme is okay, not the best. They have a nice bar area setup, they have a couple arcade games, corn hole and the service there is always great. Overall I am never disappointed coming here. I highly recommend for friends or family night out.

Yelp
My favorite bowling alley in San Diego. Sometimes this place gets super packed so be patient. I promise it's work the wait. Just be prepared to spend $20 for cocktails that's the only con. Pros: arcade, lots of lanes, bar, and good music. This is not a place to go for food. This for a good time with your friends or a nice little date night option spot.
google avatar

Cristina B.

Yelp
This place is tucked away near the Home Depot/Costco shopping areas, formerly known as Brunswick Bowling. This place got a major facelift and now looks more modern. There's plenty of lanes you can reserve online or in-person, a decent arcade, food court/kitchen, bar, and pool tables. Pricing is pretty expensive, but thankfully our group got a Groupon that let us bowl with 3 people for 2hrs including shoe rental at $50, so it all worked out. We got there right at open, so thankfully there weren't any leagues or cosmic bowling events going on. The front desk, setting up our lane, and ordering food were all simple and easy. It was nice to bowl with hardly anyone around the first hour but it got pretty busy during our second hour which slowed down our bowling and damped the experience. We ordered chicken tenders, fries, and pretzel sticks. The chicken tenders were alright, the fries were slightly thick and mushy, and the pretzel sticks were soft; I would definitely order the pretzel sticks again. Overall, it was a great time. If it weren't for the expensive prices, we'd probably frequent this place more often.

Yelp
This place is so much fun!! We had such a blast, we ended up staying until 11pm!! The staff were friendly and accommodating. A big shout out to Walli the amazing bartender there. She knows how to make a cocktail and took good care of me. Thank you sweetie ask for her when you go there.

Yelp
I had a Groupon for Bowlero and decided to do a Sunday to use it. Sundays are packed because many families come in as well as it being the weekend. The deal works on weekends except Saturday after 6PM. Since we were considered sort of a walk-in, the wait for us was an hour. We waited by the bar and got some food + drink orders in. If you plan on getting food, order it right away as it was ready just as our lane opened up. My Groupon had a time limit of 2 hours and it was barely used up between the six of us. I would say it could squeeze two games but we were content with one game. For food, we got a platter which was a lot of finger foods like fries, tenders, nuggets, etc. Pretty standard but something to munch on between turns. I do like Bowlero and I believe my experience went smoothly with adding the Groupon and waiting. I would suggest going a weekday to avoid long wait times.

Yelp
First time here celebrating our son's birthday. The set up was awesome, food was delicious and they refilled as needed. They were very helpful with getting our party ready, Max the manager checked on us several times and was very attentive. We will come back and hangout again soon.
google avatar

Sandy C.

Yelp
Came here with their Groupon this morning! It's definitely a newer/cleaner bowling alley so the ambiance was pretty nice. The folks who checked us in and got us our shoes were nice, but there's an Asian guy with tats running food and drinks who's pretty rude. We only had 2 hours on the lanes when they opened at 11, so my party of 4 wanted to get food and drinks in immediately. This guy came over to card us when we had ordered the shareable mega mule for the table and he asked my friend, "Are you sure? It's not even Noon yet." Have you not heard of brunch? People day-drink on the weekends all the time! The 'tude from that guy was really off-putting. One of my friends didn't want the mule and ended up getting a couple light beers and he slammed his beer down on the table so hard when he dropped it off it sloshed around. If you hate your job so much, please, please find a new one. We were in no way hammered, rude, or belligerent at any point when we were there, there was zero reason for the attitude. I said "thank you" and tried to smile at him every time he came by and I got nothing back. Hope his day improves. Everything else about the experience was fun! I wish they didn't charge $3 to purchase a card to play arcade games. I probably won't be coming here again in the near future (unlike Dave & Busters which is a much larger arcade), so I'm not about to spend $3 on a card I'm just gonna lose or toss when the funds run out on it. EDIT: Love it when the owner responds and obviously didn't read the whole review! One of your staff members really did not take good care of us and he needs an attitude adjustment.

Yelp
We booked a group reservation for 12 bowlers on two lanes for a Friday night from 6pm-8pm. We wanted to thank 'Steven' who took great care of us at the bowling alley as well as 'Melody', our Event Sales Representative from their corporate office. Our group had a wonderful time bowling. Steven took care of all our needs. We had no issues checking in, obtaining our shoes, getting waited on by our servers who checked in on us throughout our reservation, and we also had a smooth checkout process at the end when we settled our final bill. We were given a small discount on our drinks. All in all, everyone in our party had a great time, and we wouldn't hesitate to book another bowling group event in the future. Our lanes were clean and tidy upon arrival, our rental bowling shoes appeared to be near new, there were a variety of bowling ball weights and finger sizes available on our lanes, and their restrooms were as clean as we'd expect. Not a complaint to report... At least for this visit, Bowlero scored well on all points!!!

Terry C.

Yelp
I've been a consistent bowler at this Chula vista Location for years and time and time again. Akaylah and max went out of their way to make sure me and my guest for bowling got the most out of the night. Outstanding service and very appreciative conversations. Definitely a great place to go with friends to drink and just have fun!

Yelp
Celebrated my son's 12th birthday here and it was a blast! Probably one of the best birthday ideas ever! The staff was so friendly and attentive. Everything was so easy, from booking to check in to delivery of food. Stephen the manager, was wonderful and checked on how we were doing from time to time and gave us a head up on how much time we had left at our lanes. Shontelle, our lane attendant was continually asking if we needed anything. Definitely doing this again in the future for a fun, laid back celebration.

Yelp
This new review is for the great workers yesterday. We went for the league open house and it was surprisingly not as packed as I thought it'd be. Caitlynn and the general manager Thomas was sooo nice and welcoming so this review is for them both!
google avatar

Phamhong G.

Yelp
I haven't been here in about 20 years, back when it was Brunswick. I was impressed. They played good music, there were plenty of lanes, it was clean, there were decent arcade games, and the prices are fair. I had no expectations for the food and was so surprised at how good the pretzel and cheesy bread apps were. Check out Groupon for their great deals!
google avatar

Nicole W.

Yelp
Really busy on a Tues night, but there was no wait time. Bowled one game paid 48 dollars for 3 ppl. Nothings cheap anymore! There is an arcade. They serve food, n drinksProb b back next x in area.

Erin B.

Yelp
We came here for a kids birthday party. I spoke with the manager and asked him to change the channel in front of our lane to the Padres game because there were very inappropriate music videos being played. He said ok. The channel was never changed. A child came up to me very concerned shortly after and said there were 2 girls kissing on the screen in the video. So I went up a second time and told the manager that these types of videos shouldn't be played during a kids birthday party in what is deemed a family-friendly environment. He finally changed the channel to something more appropriate. I can't believe this place shows these types of provocative videos that belong in a 21+ nightclub!

Chris Y.

Yelp
A1 service from the start! The entire team took care of us and made our experience wonderful. The place was packed, the music was good and the shoes were clean. Max checked on us while we bowled and took care of everything we needed. I would recommend coming with friends, a date or with family, this is the best bowling in town.
google avatar

Yelp
Big shoutout to bartender WALL-E holding it down at the bar! I have never had to stand in line for a bar but Wall-E was there taking charge and moving things along. I thought she was the bar manager. The drinks she made were exceptional, her customer service was top notch. If you go to this bowling alley, go to the bar and make sure you look for wall-e and let her know I sent you! Thank you Wall-E!
google avatar

Jam R.

Yelp
Waited 3.5 hours never got a lane after we were told it would take two hours. Advice is you may want to book one to two days in advance. This place has gotten worse and worse, I could've sat at home and bought my own booze and ate greasy food for a quarter of the price. Then when we were told we were 10th in line then 11th then 50th then back to 9th it seems very strange. The AZ locations are way better, and the customer service is amazing. Last time at this club spot.
google avatar

James G.

Yelp
This isn't your typical bowling alley. It has a fun, cool vibe that feels more like a sports bar rather than a bowling alley. It's also really big- about 45 lanes or so. The small details matter and this place has considered all of them. At the end of the lanes are screens playing different things from Nickelodeon to the Padres game, so we were able to keep track of the strikes on the baseball game while we bowled our own strikes! The music overhead also kept the ambiance fun and entertaining. The booths were all redone with a ceiling fan over each lane so it kept the environment super comfortable. While we played a few games, we ordered beers, flatbread, and fried cauliflower - all of which were perfect for the atmosphere. Afterward 3 games, we turned in our shoes and played a few games at the arcade. It turned out to be such an affordable, great time! We will definitely be back!

Yelp
This place is loke the Bowlero in northern Cali. Fun atmosphere for the friends and family to hang out . Nice clean spot with ample parking. Large bar and clean arcade section for the kids. Lanes are open and clean . Workers are friendly. I have to add this but TIFFANY AT THE BAR IS AN AMAZING ADDITION TO THE BOWLERO TEAM! If management or customers don't recognize that . Then they missing out on a truly loyal, dedicated and hard working team member ... she delivers and remembers her customers wishes and needs . Anticipates them and adds to a great time dynamics . kiddos Tiffany and thanks for the above and beyond service !!!!!!! Take care of her customers and management ...

Yelp
Had so much fun! Quick service, and the lanes were available right away. No wait time. Lots of options for kids and adults bowling balls. The shoes were in great shape and I enjoyed the music and large TV's that were along the back wall for extra entertainment! Great movie choices and sports games were playing.

Erika M.

Yelp
Came here to continue the fun after Christmas celebration. My family and I had such a great time. The ambiance, music, drinks were great. Everything is on the Pricier side. When i came there was only one working restroom, and it was EXTREMELY FILTHY. toilet paper on the ground, flood in the restroom your stepping in, and DIRTY toilet bowls.. Laslty, I have to give my girl Tiffany the bartender a shoutout for taking such good care of us. She was attentive, fast, and just a good time. Happy even tho she out here working on the holidays

Yelp
I would not give it any stars if I could. Do not recommend this place. They quote folks but then say they can't honor that quote because it can change since people bowl at their own pace. If people reserve or have a lane for 2 hours, but want to extend their time they can even though there are 12+ people on the waitlist. They want to keep the waitlist people in house spending money on arcade games where half of them don't work and buying food that isn't cooked or glassware that isn't clean! Bought a beer and got glass with lipstick on the rim there was a game that took 6 credits from our daughter but when confronted, they only credited her 4 credits. How can a business be okay with cheating out a child!?! If people reserve a lane for 2 hours, then that should be their allotted time. It's their fault for not reserving it longer. Move on to the next person on the waitlist. You quote a time, you better be within that timeframe! Oh and if you buy the groupon, be ready to wait a long time on the waitlist because you cannot use the Groupon go make a reservation & your quoted wait time can be triple the quoted time. As for us...Bowlero won't be getting our money anymore.

Yelp
Dope bowling spot... But the machines kept keeping the balls. Other than that food was good drinks on par with a decent bar and chill atmosphere!

Yelp
The manager came through in the clutch. Went above and beyond. Great experience! Would definitely return.

Good bowling alley the food has gotten a lot better however the new wheelchair ramps for the game are horrible they're too low and not wheelchair friendly at all!

Yelp
My group of 7 came here on a Monday night for the $17 unlimited bowling deal after 8pm. We came at 6:30pm to put our name on the list and got a lane at 9pm. 2.5 hours is quite a long wait if you don't expect it. A few friends in my group actually tried to go on a previous Monday (they put their name on the list at 8pm and got it at 11pm... At that point though they gave up and left). They do have other areas you can wait at, like a pool area and an arcade. If you come late, it is definitely not worth waiting for. I personally only played 1 game before I had to leave so I did not get my money's worth, so you should plan to stay longer to make it worth it. Honestly, the place felt nicer than a typical bowling alley! Expect the food and drinks to be overpriced though (I got the chicken tenders, 4 pc for $10). The biggest downside for me is the long wait for unlimited bowling on Monday. You definitely have to plan for it or else it's not worth it! Also I noticed they don't play the funny bowling animations after your throw, not a big deal but I always like those LOL.

Yelp
I'm leaving this negative review, hoping I can change it later. We really like coming here. But we consistently have reoccurring problems with the lane mechanisms. Constantly balls not getting returned and damaging our bowling balls. They need to get somebody to come and make the equipment work right.we're going to still keep coming because we like it. But, something needs to change.

Yelp
We had my daughter's 13th here. The vibe and music and set up was great. And our server was beyond nice and helpful. We were so grateful to her. That said, the party was kind of a hot mess. 1. They still had the sign for the last party up, so it said a football club group name instead of "happy birthday" like all the other groups had. 2. Our lane was broke and we lost about 15 minutes getting that sorted out. It was stressful. All the balls got lost at some point later and that also took a while to fix. I miss the old school reset buttons and dont like having to rely on busy staff for every mechanical fix needed. 3. The food took 40 minutes to com out. all the tweens had been running around beforehand and were starving so we ordered the second we arrived. Another group who arrived after us got their food before us for some reason. The staff profusely apologized, explained there was a kitchen screw up, and later gave us some extra food, which was really nice, but didnt help with hangry tweens who kept circling teh food area like vultures. 4. The arcade cards we were given weren't activated like they were supposed to be, so that added more stress and sucked another 15 minutes of our time. 5. I had bought some Bowlero giftcards from Costco to pay for extra arcade credits and the remainder or the party, but they didn't accept bowlero giftcards for that stuff strangely, so this am I had to call costco, which took about another twenty minutes, and return them. I wish I could have paid for the whole party with those. It's weird that so little stuff at bowlero can be paid for with a bowlero giftcard. I guess its just walk in non-reservation bowling? They added ten minutes of time on to our bowling, and, again, our nice server gave us some extra food too to make up for all the craziness. I really appreciated that. But still, I'd just assume since they do so many of these parties that it would have been smoother and more professional. I wasn't really able to enjoy the party like one hopes they would be able to when they pay to outsource it since i was constantly needing to put out fires. The whole thing felt a little cursed. lol Like anything that could have gone wrong did. I'm not sure I'd book another party here.

Yelp
Racist!! I came in with a group and we left feeling very uncomfortable. I will never return to this establishment. The manager was an absolute nightmare and would not leave us alone all night, making us pay our tab as we order while other tables did not have to, rude, he was constantly circling us and staring at us, he threatened to kick us out without good reason. This was clearly targeted as we were the only group with African Americans. After expressing how we felt uncomfortable and felt targeted, the manager was extremely rude, being sarcastic and making up excuses instead of apologizing. Disappointing.

Yelp
Love this place! Great customer service. Max is awesome! He was patient and knowledgeable. When we had problems on our lane he took care of it right away

Yelp
Ladies working at the food truck Sat Dec 2nd were very rude. I placed an order for a half pepperoni half cheese and when I received it apparently you can't do that?? So why did 2 people before her tell me I could? Didn't make sense to me. They ended up taking it back saying they'd fix it, when we got it back it was more than clear that they just picked off the pepperoni... idk about anyone else but to me that's disgusting and rude. I asked one of the girls if they just picked it off and she denied it..

Yelp
Walle was an awesome bartender. She accommodated me and my party to a really good service. The drinks were delicious and even though the bar was extremely busy she handled the rush with a breeze, all while keeping a smile on her face. We appreciated her time and service. I would give her 5 stars as of the rest of the establishment probably about 3. Great job WALL·E

Yelp
I would love to give 5 stars, BUT.. BOWLING AND POOL here is SO OVERPRICED! Not to mention, they don't have specials for either, just arcade games. ‍‍

Yelp
Super fun experience, however being charged after it already being paid for by our party is quite ridiculous. Not to mention, we only played 3 games and were charged for 4... We were told, we were charged the same amount because we came at different times, makes no sense considering its never been an issue before. Guy with buzz cut and manager, both only had to say that its a occurrence that happens quite often and how it can be confusing. Not to be rude but why are the staff just as confused as the customers... None of this was explained to either our party who initially got here first before us. Fun experience but the prices are quite high. Seems like workers upfront were just as confused as us which is def not good, bar workers on the other hand were amazing. On top of their sh*t and made some great drinks for us, were very enthusiastic each time and Ill be honest, prices for the drinks are quite decent and very normal so no issue with that. We definitely did feel scammed(games) but oh well, I will say though, it was very disappointing that front desk workers were just as confused, seemed like they didn't know what to say. As for the arcade, good variety of games, we had one credit left and it didn't let us use the last one. Overall, nice place, prices are insane, I used to come here often as a kid, maybe like 10 ten years ago and I will say prices are CRAZYY. Be prepared to spend some money, and potentially lose some without reason LOL
