This was our first time visiting Bowlero, and more than likely our last. After waiting 30 minutes for our order, I went to ask about it. Apparently, they were waiting for IDs for the alcohol, yet no one ever came to ask us for them. I had to go get our drinks from the bar myself. About 45 minutes later, our food finally arrived—and it was cold. Nearly 50 minutes after that, I checked on a milkshake I had ordered at the same time as the food and drinks. It still wasn’t ready. The cashier explained they were behind and said she’d bring it out soon. An hour later, I went back again and was told the milkshake had been dropped. Instead of remaking it right away, the staff just complained about it.
We still had to tip, even though I had to pick up my own drinks and no real service was provided beyond delivering the food. Over $400 spent for a family of six, and the entire experience was disappointing. To top it off, no apology or gesture was offered—not even a coupon or complimentary drink. Very poor service from start to finish.
