Bowlero Garland

Had an awesome experience at the Bolero in Garland, Texas. Our server, Jack, took care of us from start to finish and really made the night smooth and enjoyable. As a mechanic at a Bolero in Edmond, Oklahoma, I see the behind-the-scenes side of this business every day — so when someone delivers truly great service, it stands out. Jack stayed on top of everything, checked in at the right times, and handled the busy crowd like a pro. With this center rocking 58 lanes, that’s no small task. Highly recommend this location, and huge shout-out to Jack for making our night even better. -Misael P.

Manager is on it! He was on the floor making sure everything was running smoothly. There are more options for bowling balls, than Rowlett. We struggle with finding light balls with holes big enough for adult fingers. Food service could be a bit better. But other then that everything was fantastic.

This was our first time visiting Bowlero, and more than likely our last. After waiting 30 minutes for our order, I went to ask about it. Apparently, they were waiting for IDs for the alcohol, yet no one ever came to ask us for them. I had to go get our drinks from the bar myself. About 45 minutes later, our food finally arrived—and it was cold. Nearly 50 minutes after that, I checked on a milkshake I had ordered at the same time as the food and drinks. It still wasn’t ready. The cashier explained they were behind and said she’d bring it out soon. An hour later, I went back again and was told the milkshake had been dropped. Instead of remaking it right away, the staff just complained about it. We still had to tip, even though I had to pick up my own drinks and no real service was provided beyond delivering the food. Over $400 spent for a family of six, and the entire experience was disappointing. To top it off, no apology or gesture was offered—not even a coupon or complimentary drink. Very poor service from start to finish.

We lived this location on Saturday. I gave gave 3 stars for the staff. They was super nice and funny, but everything else gets 0 stars. Prices are very high. Please note you Pay Per Person, Not Per Lane $168.00 for only 6 people. Food is Super Nasty. Chicken Tenders very salty, hot dog looks like they left it on the grill to long and Nachos was ok to many peppers.

I liked the place overall and the look of it. The food was good and I liked the restaurant feel, servers delivering food to the tables. But the service was very slow in a packed house and the lanes kept breaking down.

Terrible service, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT Connor has no customer service the wait staff needs more training and the draft beer comes with mold. Will definitely be reporting them and calling corporate. Spend your money elsewhere.

The lanes had enough oil on them that you could cook an egg! When you bowl 6 games on the same pair of lanes and still have oil all over your balls that's entirely too much! It doesn't matter whether you're bowling league or tournament! I had a give a star so I could make my comment, it doesn't deserve a star!

Hilarious characters working this joint! This is bowling life! Great bar and bar staff for sure. Easy access. Great service. Pays to tip these folks. Hook up The environment is Vegas on the cheap and it's glorious! The Proshop is the GEM of this whole operation. Amazing services and the guys are super helpful. Had my calls drilled out in no time! Barely dropped a a dime good selections. In and out! Very nice lanes and comfortable w space and table space for all your bar food grub.

If you still bowl or want to bowl, this is a great place. There are plenty of lanes and space to stay to yourself and the people you come with. Plenty of ball choices, decent food, and easy renting of shoes/lane.

this place is actually alright. the signature drinks aren't that strong but that i can manage. my only issue was that there were people who were clearly minors drinking. they were screaming and twerking everywhere. this is also a kid friendly establishment and i didn't appreciate my young brother viewing that.

Family atmosphere, very clean, well kept. Our toddler loved the small arcade. We didn't have any food, but the bar service was great. We'll definitely be back!

Booked online for the family. We arrived to everything set up perfectly, thanks to Hannah for setting up everything. The environment feels great- clean, and staffs were welcoming. Even the kids loved their time here

Came here on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy. Drinks were fairly cheap, however food was expensive for small portions. Difficult to add and take away names from bowling lanes without staff assistance.

Not the best service kids kept getting in our way and a fight broke down. Basically they started arguing because of the kids and some parents started to argue and they started saying stuff to eachother and yeah a fight just went down.

This places if fun!! The vibe is great! The food is ehh, but it's a bowling alley so you can't expect the best. Overall I had a blast

Discusting place!!!! We were in lane 28 and lane 27 had spilled soda all over the place. I called them to assist us 3 times, spoke to 5 different representatives, went to the front desk 2 times, about 6 different employees walked by and noticed it but no one bothered to clean it up. After asking for a manager than someone finally came to clean up this mess.

Alleys are pretty good. Plenty of space. Bar servic, not so good! bought 6 drinks and didn't get one free one. I may be old school but that is not good at all!

The pricing is ridiculous. If two people are on ONE lane they count every game as two games. Me and my Girlfriend played four games for $100. What's worse is the guy at the desk didn't tell us how much they'd be charging us. Which I can see how that could be my fault but the guy just told us he'd let us know how much it would be after we played the games. Almost feel like I got scammed!

Rude waitress, matter in fact whole Place is bad. Didn't want to serve us at 11pm, they close at 12am. Never again. Couldn't give it 0 stars.

Was gonna be late for my reservation but Tre at the front desk helped me out so much! Got my lanes ready for me and even helped me add someone to our reservation last minute. Super helpful, super dope and super easy to talk to and made me feel super welcome my first time there. Definitely will be going back, thanks again for your help Tre!!
