Yelp
Tiki Night at Bowlero was perfect. Joe DJ-ing tiki exotica vinyl, Roland on stage performing, Rae behind the bar. Tiki night this evening was outstanding. Three drinks on the special menu. Strange Powers and Man with a Hex were delicious and filled with booze and tiki trinkets. This restored bowling lanes and lounge is the most beautiful Time Machine. Filled with good people, good music, and good vibes. Don't miss happy hour, bowling, live music, free parking, and good friends at this spot.

Yelp
For an alley to promote the "updated version" from prior owner but doesn't replace the rental shoes, shoe rental(s) @ 2 bucks a pair add up, worse it promotes SENSORY WEDNESDAY, I love all things advocating, hence my presence there tonight for a "best buddies" event, paid thru WSU gals, sadly the business didn't wave the cost of shoe rental, even worse the shoes are old., worn and torn - when brought to their attention, outside of a "replacement" no thank you, maybe with a refund for the shoe initially rented ; it's gross anyways but my goodness if your going to update - do it right and go BIG ; Get new shoes ; see attached photo

Yelp
This little bowling alley is amazing. They have a great bar and nice lanes. Bathrooms were clean. Looks like a brand new place on the inside although I think I went there decades ago but my memory is a little fuzzy from those days.

Yelp
Had some drinks in the Lounge. Really cool vibes. Jess was our bartender and she was awesome.

Yelp
This place is trash now. Used to love it. The staff themselves are great which is why we always went but they hired an outside security company that thinks it's okay to follow a person into the parking lot and pull a gun and cock it on someone. This dude was on a power trip the entire time hawking our group and running up on us for every thing we were doing when we were just trying to enjoy a birthday for our friend. I even went up to the desk before this happened to let the lady know he was making us very uncomfortable with how much he was on our group and assured her we 100% respected the rules of the lane and come here all the time. She asked me if i wanted her to talk to him and i said yes. That's why i think he targeted our group after this. This incident, our friend put his shoes on and step down onto the lane for a minute before going to have a cigarette when the security guard ran up on him aggressively about having his shoes on. Our friend told him that he was going to smoke a cigarette and tried to go out the door when the security guard followed him out. He pulled his gun on him and cocked it. Police were called immediately. While talking to the manager to get our money refunded the security guard kept coming up on me even though i was yelling at him to get away from me and asking the manager to tell him to get away from me, which she never did. He then kept running up on the guys in our group which he probably would have pulled a gun on them too if 5 police cars didn't show up just then. End of the day, this place needs a new security company and to take accountability for these actions. If your security guard thinks he needs to pull a gun in situations like that he is in the wrong profession.

Yelp
For $40/hr I would have expected a top notch experience. The lanes and pin setting equipment were absolute trash. The lane we were on was always a frame ahead of what we're were bowling. Ended up getting moved to another lane. Second lane we were in constantly wouldn't return the ball, lane was so oily that when the balls did actually return they were so wet. We paid for one hour but realistically only received about 40 minutes worth of bowling. We likely could have been compensated for this, but after over 6 trips to the front desk, it just wasn't worth the time to complain. Also the pizza they sell for $3/slice was not very good. They should really offer a traditional slice instead of a (un)stuffed pizza. I don't think there is anything this place could do that would make me want to return.

Yelp
Called to ask about open bowling and was greeted with an attitude and screaming HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND

David M.

Yelp
Came here for a surprise party, security was on our ass all night and stalking us. Long story short we had a friend that was about to go out and smoke and had his shoes on, security yelled at him then as he was getting kicked out, security pulled his gun on him. What a fucking joke. They have watered down liquor and security guards willing to pull their gun out for no reason.

Yelp
Racist & rude staff .. they'll treat you like s**t if you're not white. Went there with my kids and they immediately made it loud and clear that we're not welcome because what we look like. The place is dirty anyway and lanes are outdated. Better use rocks you find on the streets than using their balls.

Ashley A.

Yelp
used to love coming to this bowling alley and have always been treated with kindness and respect. but tonight, 12/10/24, was the complete opposite. was greeted with a security guard checking our ID's which was weird for this place but we complied. we brought our drinks to the booth, telling us that we needed to keep them off the bowling floor, which has never been an issue for us. but we still understood and listened. we hid behind the booths at one point as part of the surprise for our friends birthday, with some of us still holding our drinks to aid in the surprise factor. the security guard came over again and made a comment to us. for the rest of the night, the security guard was hovering over us all night and watching every move that we made. we had to even make a point to the women working the front desk to have the security back off of us because we was making us uncomfortable with how much we was watching us. at one point, one of our group members switched his shoes and went out to smoke, not bringing the bowling shoes out with him. not even thinking, he bowled with his normal shoes on, an honest and simple mistake. but the security came up to him and started berating him. our friend decided to leave to not cause anymore issues, and the front desk shut our game down. one of the other friends was walking towards the door to watch our friend, and the security officer was pulling his gun out of his holster, with no inclination of any threat or harm towards him. we were very understanding and complacent during our time there so there was no reason to bring any hostility into the situation. trying to have a conversation with the front desk, they were very condescending to us given the situation and just did not want to hear our side of the story.

Yelp
Cool atmosphere. I dig the retro feel of the bowling alley and bar. Unfortunately the condition of the lanes are also retro. For $40 an hour, I wish I could get my money back. The lane we were assigned was malfunctioning from the beginning. It kept flipping frames so much that the two of us were unable to actually play by the scorecard/order of how bowling is supposed to be played. By the time they told us to move over to the next lane we a had already lost time on the hour we paid for. You would think they would have reset our time because of this, but nope. The lane we were moved to wasn't any better. We brought our own ball and shoes. I was getting pretty nervous about my ball because it got stuck in the ball return a whopping FOUR times. Each time, after waiting and waiting for my ball to never return, we had to walk up to the front desk for assistance, every time, so even more time lost. The lanes are incredibly greasy. Our ball returned back each time (when it actually did come back) WET from the amount of oil being used. Look, I get that these lanes are old and clearly need a lot of help in order to keep them functioning, but this experience overall was absolutely ridiculous. Next time we are going to stick to the lanes closer to our home that are better taken care of. The internet was right, Bowlero is ruining bowling in the worst way. - __- If you're not looking for any quality in your bowling experience and maybe are throwing a party for children, this place will meet those standards. Otherwise, don't come here thinking you're going to get in some quality practice. The price is not worth the frustrating experience. PASS.

Yelp
GUNS and APPLEJUICE. Me and a few friends came to celebrate our friends birthday. Security guard at the front door was hovering over us from the second we walked in, we were the only people bowling at the time we arrived. We ordered drinks from the bar, crown apple was weirdly colored and tasted like it was mixed with apple juice. There were drinks added to our tab that wasn't ordered. There was a male and female bartender, the male was tweaking and seemed to be on something. One of the guys in our group was going outside to smoke and threw on his normal shoes and forgot he was up to bowl (we knew he shouldn't have gone on the floor without bowling shoes) security guard yelled at him, so he got his things and wanted to just leave, the security guard was screaming at him chasing him out of the door, our friend was in the door way and the security guard PULLED HIS GUN OUT ON HIM walking towards our UNARMED friend until we called the cops. Long story short, avoid this place if you want to save your life

Yelp
My friends/coworkers surprised me with a party here. We had a group of 13, all in the service industry and work at a high volume bar downtown, we understand the nonsense businesses have to deal with, and never want to be a part of such. The security guard was on a power trip the moment we arrived. He wandered around the building, basically stalking us. We understand there are rules, and we're never ones to cause problems. A few reminders no drinks down below, apologized and kept it moving. A friend came back from smoking and stepped below without bowling shoes and the security guard ran over and scolded him. Friend was fed up with his consistent badgering of our group, asked him not to speak to him further, that he was leaving. Security started going back and forth with him as he put his shoes on grabbed his things and walked out. He followed him out arguing with him, he stepped outside to smoke before heading out. Security pulled his gun out of his holster in the outside doorway had it at his side, cocked it and my friend replied "what are you going to do with that". "I left on my own", while standing outside of the building. My group instantly went into a full panic, I called the police as soon as I seen the gun pulled. Gave them my report and let them know my Entire group felt Unsafe. We were running out of there as soon as we could. As I'm doing this members of my group were talking to the front desk. Owner present. Trying to get a refund for our lanes. Letting them know the security had pulled a gun. Mind you this is a Tuesday night. My mind was blown. Owners first response to our panic was we don't racial profile. What it appeared to me was he was intimidated by a black man who had a response to his huge ego. A verbal Response. Zero aggressiveness shown. They refunded our money and the police arrive as we were leaving. We gave them our story and got out of there as fast as possible. Security continued to be verbally aggressive, especially with the upset woman in our group, in their faces. Our group was highly upset after the gun incident I won't Lie. It was a completely unnecessary show of force and dude read the room. We were there to have a good time and celebrate my birthday at a damn bowling alley. Nobody in our group was intoxicated. His ego is going to catch them a lawsuit. I hope he is removed from the establishment and never returns. My friend could seek litigation, but he's not even that type of guy. Pulling a gun and cocking it on him for a verbal disagreement is wild. He should not be security. He's going to end up shooting someone over a verbal altercation for not wearing the correct bowling shoes on a lane, someone who left on his own. And was walking away. imagine we would have lost a friend over this shit. He has to go. I'm scared for anybody that disagrees with him that comes across the man's path. Could have been an incident of another innocent of an unarmed black man shot over a security guard with a hurt ego. Will not be returning ever, nor will any other members of my group or friends in our circle. Beware of the security guard: light skin guy. Not sure what ethnicity. If he's still employed under bowlero , wether there under a third party or not, is crazy. Lawsuit to come if that's the case. I'm so apalled at what happened tonite. What is this world coming to. This should have never have happened. He needs to be removed of his right to carry. Or a cpl refresher course bare minimum.

Yelp
Super fun little bowling alley with a great cocktail bar inside. This is a smaller bowling alley so there is generally a wait to open bowl on the weekends and they recommend you schedule a time online, but the bar is a great spot to wait! We did not have a reservation and only ended up waiting 30 minutes for a lane to open up after they said it would be over an hour. They even host live music and serve food, it's a very retro and fun place!

Stacy S.

Yelp
What a fun place! Great retro vibe. We held a birthday party there (50th) and it was perfect! The teens went and bowled while the adults all enjoyed themselves in bar area. Great place! The live music started later and was great.

Kristen H.

Yelp
Great overall atmosphere, good drinks. Small alley though, so getting a lane can be tricky. If you have time to reserve online I def recommend it!

Claudia K.

Yelp
I've been Insta-stalking Bowlero's retro renovation for a while. The first couple times I was there, I just had a drink in the lounge, which was fine. One of the time they were having some major CC machine difficulties, and it didn't seem fair to review after that. I finally got up here to bowl a few weeks ago, so here we go... It's not large -- I think 14 lanes or so. There was a short wait for a lane. There was a DJ playin 80s music, and the whole vibe was really fun. If you squinted your eyes just-so, you could ALMOST imagine you're in an 80s movie. It's kind of a trip, because everything looks old, but it's quite clean. Set your expectations for old school bowling, not glow bowling. There's no food, but they let you bring in outside food. I can't speak to the cocktails, as I usually drink draft beer (I mean, it's a bowling alley -- you've got to, right?!). I especially like that the owners are invested in Bowlero being a place for the community. They had a holiday charity event, and they host sensory bowling afternoons for kids with autism, including providing headphones if a kid needs them. LOVE THAT.

Kaela K.

Yelp
Packed on a Saturday night!!! Went in with my sister after a quick ice cream trip to Ray's next door - decided it might be better for us to book a lane next time. Definitely recommend this place - plan ahead if you go later on a weekend night.

Nicole E.

Yelp
Bowlero had their soft opening tonight. The inside looks retro but quite nice and so clean for a bowling alley, then again it's new. The outside looks the same. Lots of parking available and maybe stop for some ice cream at Ray's before or after a set? I like the orange and black piping seat covers and the warmth of the orange palates and swirls on the walls, seems reminiscent of the 60s or 70s maybe. The music is also retro to the 60s and 70s, seems so fitting to the vibe and energy of this alley. It's great to see this place has reopened and with a new surge and energy to it too. They offered free bowling for all guests tonight from 6-11pm. There are 16 lanes inside. Checking in is easy and playing is even easier. Come check it out with family and friends. It's a great environment for everyone from tots to seniors.

Derek F.

Yelp
This isn't your mom's bowling alley even though it's got the '70s theme. We stopped in just for drinks, to check out the lounge and to see what it was all about. The place was jamming. It was a Saturday night and all the lanes looked to be filled, in the bowling area they had the DJ spinning tunes, very fun up beat vibe. They don't serve food but I'm pretty sure they let you order a from the local pizza place and have it deliver. The Lounge on the end was pretty cool too, it wasn't too loud and they had a single performer doing some acoustic music, there's not a whole lot of room but they have some nice windows facing the lanes so you can watch the shenanigans. It was a fun stop even though we didn't bowl, we had a couple of drinks and enjoyed ourselves just people watching and listening to the music. Pretty young crowd of hipsters but I still had a good time. They say they keep some lanes open for walk in bowlers, but on a Saturday night the wait was pretty long, so I recommend booking a lane if you want a bowl. Thumbs up Bowlero check it out.

David F.

Yelp
just did my b-day party with friends & family real fun bowling & disco followed. The venue & the help cant be beat!

Lee B.

Yelp
This is my favorite bowling alley. Literally the best. What sucks is trivia. We love the trivia but the hosts wife plays every single time and wins every time. Shocking. Literally her team always gets every single question right without fail. I don't care what they say, it's not a fair game. We will be back for bowling but we'll have to go somewhere else for trivia.

Robert P.

Yelp
I haven't been to this place in the years and I'm glad that I waited to come back because it is fantastic. When you step through the doors it's like you're stepping back in time in the best way possible. Everything has been updated but kept the original soul of the 70s. The paint the colors the scheme everything is on point in this place and adds to the overall ambience of this bowling alley.. I would recommend this place for birthday parties social gatherings or even photography shoots because they attention to detail that is paid is second to none. They've even got games from that era all over the Bowling alley and some even in the men's bathroom downstairs. This is the place that you wanna take your friends and family who come in from out of town. It will wow them and it will allow them to have a good time without breaking the bank. I give extra points to the staff here because they were super chill and very courteous when I had several combinations that needed to be met I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their bowl on and have a good time and a swank environment. I will be back again soon and I'll be bringing friends.

Jenna S.

Yelp
3.5 Stars. I want to love the new Bowlero, much like I did the original, but they are making it a little difficult. They're definitely into having various entertainment inside the bar, which is a nice addition and new place to hang. However, the bar has a lot to get up to speed on. I've been there twice and each time the bar was backed up. Two bartenders and a bar back, but I don't think the bar back is allowed to help with service. Management appears to be behind the bar as well, but doesn't step in and help with easier things like cashing out customers or doing easy tasks like getting beer. What really was disappointing is the attitude of the bartenders. The last time I was there I attempted to order a round of craft cocktails, they are toting themselves as a cocktail bar after all, and the bartender literally said to me "are you serious??" and I don't think she could have rolled her eyes in disgust any more. I get it, maybe she felt overwhelmed - but don't act like that to customers and if it's really that big of a deal, don't set out your cocktail menus during peak times or don't call yourself a cocktail bar. It made me feel totally unwelcome and we left after one round. Drinks themselves were just ok, I'd stick to the basics or not order a cocktail when they are busy. Hey, maybe that's what she was aiming for with the attitude!? The renovation itself is awesome. The owners really put in effort to update this place and it looks fantastic. They took their time and did it right. Bowling is decent. They have plenty of lanes and even if it looks busy on the outside, because the bar is such an attraction there isn't a big wait for lanes. Pricing is by the hour and prices are ok (maybe a little on the higher side - but I can't say what the going rate is). Depends on how fast you bowl a group of people can get in 1.5-2 games. I'm hopeful that the bar issues are a work in progress, I want to visit this place more!

Kristen P.

Yelp
Major attitude from staff, especially people running the bowling area. You guys are sooooo cool and hip, tho!

Suzanna N.

Yelp
What a great place to go and hang with friends and family. It's a wonderful newly remodeled bowling alley. It's a throwback in time with the cool retro decor. It has a great bar and an awesome little party room. It's a great place to host a birthday party. Can't wait to plan a great together with friends.

Mercedes V.

Yelp
Loved this cool, vintage themed bowling alley. It was a Sunday night and a lot of groups enjoying their games. The flat screen tv needs to be bigger to show the scores. Rate was per hour, we paid $50 for an hour, the shoes included.

Ted P.

Yelp
I'm very glad you are open and working through the bugs and learning curve. I am a bit saddened by some of the reviews but I'm sure you will take them with a grain of salt and use them to continuously improve and tweak things. As your staff get more confident hopefully they will get more friendly and outgoing. Debra could share some friendly energy with others!! A better happy hour special might bring back some of the old regulars. I love the vibe, great Thursday night entertainment! And I know that you will get it right after your soft opening! Thank you for being our neighborhood friend!! See you soon!

Jessica B.

Yelp
We came here last night for my husbands company party, so if you're looking to rent this place out read this review. The renovations and updates are amazing. The retro decor is amazing and I love the vibe of this place. There are 16 lanes in the main area of the alley, and a bar in a separate room. There's a lot of space to socialize, which is great for a party. All of the drinks were very good, the bartenders have very generous pours. Some of my husbands coworkers did shots and they said they were the largest they've ever had. I can't comment on pricing because I had nothing to do with it, especially since I was a plus one. I think the food was catered, from what I read the kitchen isn't done yet. The appetizers were bruschetta and cubes cheese. There was pizza, sliders, ribs, chicken Parmesan, pigs in a blanket, Mac and cheese and tacos. My husband and I agree that the sliders were the best of al the options. But everyone had their favorites and seemed to enjoy. In my opinion, if you are looking for a fun new place to have a party this is a great option!

Genevieve P.

Yelp
Place looks nice people are friendly but bowling is mire expensive here. Just tried to bowl for 1 hour with shoe rental for my son and I The total was l was over $40 so bring lots of cash.

Max C.

Yelp
Went there last night around 7:30 for a round. The atmosphere was cool, and everything felt clean. The bar staff was attentive, but the bowling staff was where I had a problem. During our visit the majority of the lanes weren't being used. As they were under "reservation." The problem was none of these parties showed. So for about an hour, hour and a half, 8 of the 14 lanes were completely empty as groups of people sat around waiting. These parties were told that there would be up to a two hour wait. I politely inquired about how come some of the lanes weren't open for play, and was met with some serious attitude from one of the bowling staff members. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but she came off extremely rude, unfriendly, and her demeanor made me want to leave. Throughout the night I heard similar experiences from my friends and others. It's unfortunate, because they just spent all that money on renovations to attract new people like myself and the group of 7 I came with. But after our experience with rude staff, I'm not sure I'd return for a second visit or recommend this bowling alley to anyone.

Gia D.

Yelp
$35 an hr for bowling (plus shoe rental) and $14 drinks Also, some of the least friendly service I've ever received. Yes, it's a super sleek retro remodel. Yes, they are absolutely trying to copy well-established nightclubs with their "new" music format and "dj" choices. Yes, there are far better places to spend your hard-earned dollars. Once the "OMG selfies in the bathroom" vibe dies down, I'm curious to see how it will fair. Overrated and over-priced. Will not return.

andrew S.

Yelp
Alright I know they just reopened, but after 4 visits (and a long time regular at the former bowlero) I feel compelled to express my disappointment at the new and "improved" bowlero. They took a friendly and affordable neighborhood bar and made it into a less-than-friendly and much more expensive bar that doesn't seem to have much interest in the locals. Drinks seem overpriced ($6 12oz cans of Modelo) and selection is limited if you are a domestic beer drinker (which seems to go hand in hand with bowling). The bar staff seems inexperienced and less than excited to be there. In addition, I have yet to get a hello or even see anyone look up from the phone when walking in past the front desk. You would think as a new establishment, the management would push for a friendly staff from the start, but I have yet to experience that.

Chris B.

Yelp
I had such high hopes for Bowlero! A year+ renovation, positive reviews from the soft opening, lots of press, etc. but my experience was far from any of that.... Overpriced - 1 hour of bowling with shoes $40+? You would think for that price I bought the shoes and the ball and gave money to St Jude., no just went bowling in Royal Oak. Staff - clearly they don't get the CUSTOMER part of customer service. A "Hi, welcome to Bowlero" or "Here is your lane" or "Do you have any questions?" I honestly don't think one word was said to us from the time we stepped foot in the door, which is simply amazing since we had to buy something and there were about 5 people in the place. Decor - there was a lot of press about the amazing renovation, how much money was spent, how retro it is? I love how everyone spends so much time on decor but forgets what the business is about...(ex. Livernois Tap) Now back to the decor... Orange booths - check. Orange wall paper -check - Fiber glass chairs - check. LCD TVs - check. New computers - check. Old bowling balls - check. New pinball machines - check. OMG so retro. Now let's talk about the positives... Lanes - the lanes were good, not to dry not to oily. The usual broken lanes and pins that got stuck Well that pretty much sums it up. I didn't have a chance to try any food or drink. But if I had to guess, a Miller high life can would be 10 dollars and there is no food since it seemed like everyone was bringing food from the outside, which is strange since most bowling alleys have some kind of food program. Will not be back!

Breana M.

Yelp
Very cute retro bowling alley! Fun themes for bowling and BUBBA is great at the bar! He showed me and my friends a good time!

Gary K.

Yelp
The only reason this place gets a star is because of the bartenders. Bartenders were great. The staff running the bowling section were terrible. We showed up at 8:15 and were told a lane would be available at 9 for us. At 9 they told us they needed 15 minutes to clean up the lane. At 9:15 they said another 10 minutes. At 9:25 they gave our lane up and told us it'd be another 45 minutes until we could bowl. Absolute joke.

Trisha S.

Yelp
What a cool bowling alley and lounge! Excellent drinks, fun live music, superb 1970's decor!

Sharon D.

Yelp
Cool place, very busy. It will be nicer when the food service is up and running. Deducted a star for not having the lions game on and not being able to switch the channel to the game.

Miya H.

Yelp
Love the remodel! Call ahead to reserve a lane or enjoy a cocktail in the lounge. Such a great spot for a cute night out!

Mack D.

Yelp
Am so happy this spot is in the neighborhood. Whether it's for bowling, pinballing, singing karaoke on Tuesday nights, or simply getting a happy hour beverage - I love this place. Great 70s retro vibe with all the fixings. Check this place out. You'll love it too!

Sandhya B.

Yelp
Such a fun spot to hang out and kid friendly to boot. I love the mid Century Modern Mod decor and great music is always happening

Britta A.

Yelp
The bartenders are incredibly slow and very rude. I wouldn't waste my time or money there.

Amy B.

Yelp
I would have given this alley a a decent review, at least 4 stars, until a guy (possible owner), came over to the lane where I paid $150 for 6 teens to bowl for 2 hours, and asked if we could cut it short because they had a party scheduled. What a joke. Let me just tell the kids to stop bowling in the 7th frame. NBFD. I told him not my problem.

Patty W.

Yelp
Outdated. Over priced. $36 for 1 hr lane rental plus $3 shoe rental. No food to purchase, only a bar that serves drinks.

Yelp
My family and I were excited to try out this new retro bowling alley. Our whole experience was terrible. Don't waste your time going there. First of all the alley is small and it feels crowded. There is no food to purchase which was a total bummer. Our ball kept getting stuck multiple times and we had to request help each time which made for an extra long game. After one hour our lane was shut off before we finished a game because of the ball situation. No apology or extra time was allowed for this issue. And you oh by the hour for the lane. Overall very disappointing establishment.

Yelp
Mangers here are a bunch of dicks. Respond to you in a rude manner and clearly don't care about giving proper customer service. Really disappointed at the end of my visit here

Yelp
The coolest place to open in a long time. You can do everything fun here from bowling to listening to great DJ's and bands. Fun for all.

Yelp
The bowling aspect is great! The customer service on the other hand is just horrendous and keeps me from wanting to come back. Lauren, a young lady that works at the counter, is quite the personality. We had gotten here at 5:20pm on a Saturday and had called ahead to ask about open bowling on a Saturday. The person who answered said come right in it is open bowling till 2am. We arrive and book one hour and are told we can add additional time as needed. We go to book a second hour and everything breaks loose. Lauren is aggressive and tells us absolutely not we have nothing available and that we can be added to the waitlist. I ask why would we be added to a waitlist when we have already paid and been playing. I offer that we can move another lane if ours is being taken. She eventually moves us to another lane one over from our original lane. Our time is almost up on our second hour we proceed to ask for another hour. I am then told no I am done going in circles you; I gave you a second hour for free(mind you I never asked for that and was fully prepared to pay for the second hour) we have a waitlist and reservations waiting you need to leave. I ask why were we kicked off of lane 6 when for the last 45 minutes it has been empty she has no explanation. In walked Eugene who acted like he cared but in reality did not and it was clear. He took over the conversation while she continued to add in side comments while helping other customers. I was told I was rude as hell ( which okay if I am that's okay I am the customer and she is the employee anyone in the customer industry knows the customer is always right, but I wasn't being. ) Moral of the Story we left at 8:30pm while 4 lanes were still open and were still denied lane time. I was disrespected and will never return. If this place wants to survive they need to re-evaluate their employees. meBby5-pirkej-fasdov
