It was pretty cool it was my first time going there. Took my nieces to the arcade. We did a little bowling.I won a course. The customer service was great 👍

When to my grandson B-Day part on the weekend. Hadn't bowled in years, we had a blast. Very fun for the whole family. The only reason I didn't give 5 star is because I added an extra lane for an hour for 6 and it cost $117. Wow, it was fun, but not that fun.

I went for a school event and the atmosphere was great. Staff were nice and helpful, everything seemed clean, the arcade games were fun, the bowling balls came back to you quickly, the pins set up again fast, and they showed cool/funny videos depending on how many pins you hit. You could also add/drop/skip people. Overall, so nice.

I celebrated my daughters birthday yesterday, this place is not ADA compliant and could NOT care less about its guests. They were reluctant to accommodate a simple request, which was to have our bowling lane closest to the exit since we have someone in our party that is disabled. The answer was that the manager wouldnt be happy, that he’s strict and picky. We had 6 bowlers. Ordered plenty of food for a total of 12 people including beer. This place does not sell cake and if they did, due to food allergies and sensitivities we probably wouldn’t have enjoyed it for our birthday girl. We were harassed by a staff member for simply singing happy birthday to my daughter. One staff member was bringing us plates and a utensil to cut the cake with. Then comes the manager, he was very rude and said if we were to eat the cake here we would have to adios. We are chicanos, i thought that itself was unnecessary language. We spent so much money here to be treated like garbage. We will not be coming back and will file a complaint with whoever we need to for lack of ADA compliance and accommodation

The guy on the front desk told me the game for bowling was $15 for the first game and then $9 after. I played with my brother and when I went to pay there was another person who told me it was $8.99 per person per game (do the math). At the end I paid way more than expected. No prices were posted either.

Great location, good food. Last time we were here, we enjoyed the Alley Sampler and the Cheese Pizza. Very delicious. They have half price arcade games on Wednesdays too. The kids love it here. Beer pong, giant Jenga, and giant Connect Four is located in the bar/ lounge area. Staff was super helpful and accommodating, especially Briana and Alondra. We will definitely keep coming here because of them.

Manager is very rude and makes up his own rules I guess… My sister works at castle park and recieves 2 free games as an employment benefit. She took her 3 friends and went inside and gave them her employee number and they verified it and gave them shoes to play… midway through the second game, my sister had an emergency and had to step up. She was on her way back there when her friend calls her and tells her they charged her $130 for the four of them on the way out while giving back their shoes, just because my sister wasnt there during checkout… Since when do you pay on checkout anyway???

Came here with some coworkers and had a blast! We definitely enjoyed ourselves. We reserved our lane and everything went smoothly. We ordered the sampler appetizer and a pizza with a fish bowl and it was amazing! Will definitely come back again

The wings are delicious at this bowling alley. The place is packed with fun. They have an arcade, a nice food menu and alot of lanes. The place is clean, and the staff helpful. We love going here. Pro-tip some weekend nights are really busy due to league night, so you may want to call ahead of time.

Idk if they recently got an upgrade or what but everything looks super new and nice. It's also really clean and has a lot of potential. One thing I just didn't like was there was literally sooooo many lanes open and they made us all squeeze in one side of the room. I mean I get it if they were busy but wtheck. They should've spread everyone apart to give us all some comfort. I get it for a restaurant if they have one server and we all have to be scrunched together but this made no sense. Another thing is that it is super expensive. The food is pretty expensive. I got one flat bread (not even a full pizza) and a large fries and two extra dips. It came out to almost $30. For two games and 2 pairs of shoes it costs almost $70. I guess that's how much bowling is nowadays. It does get busy during the night during weekends, but they do have a half off weekday special and isn't as busy during the mornings. Their arcade set up is pretty big I didn't even bother playing that bc who knows I would've spend another $50 on just games. The area kinda sketch, just beware of your surroundings.

Celebrated my daughter's birthday here and it was worth it!!! Food, service and decorations were very good!

It hurts to me to say this. Bowlero Riverside has officially hit rock bottom. The new redesign on the lanes look good, but the cheap hardwood has left dings, dents and all the above to ruin your throw. Forget hooking. It's been built to throw halfway down the lane at Mach 5 to hit a strike. The pins are now on wires. Looks like they had to make a few cuts in payroll. It's now a bowling alley resigned for casual players looking to have a good night throwing 60. I feel bad for anyone in league here. You're better off going to Arlington Lanes or any other Bowlero in the IE if you're looking to have a a semi competitive game. Rest in peace.

Nice bowling alley. Love all the big screens playing everything from sports to random funny videos. The bowler seating area is a little tight though. Nice bar area. Plenty of parking. This place is strictly "open bowling" Friday night thru Sunday night...no leagues. But of course, the per game price isn't cheap. On a Friday night it was $11/game + tax! Regardless, we had fun!

I never thought I would have so much fun at a bowling alley. Right off the bat I noticed how clean and organized the place was, the second thing was the customer service at the front desk and the Manager who helped us with our reservation. We got our lane and of course had to make a pit stop at the restroom cause we are old but then it was on the drinks and food were really good especially from a bowling alley had BBQ Wings, Some Classic Hot Dogs and Fries and some Cocktails that knocked the drinkers on their @$$ the server was prompt and super friendly needless to say the staff is amazing. The music selection was good and over all Bowlero had a total Vibe. Can't wait to go back!!!

Bought premium summer pass that come with $5 (10 credits) arcade card. The arcade is quite pricey so 10 credits is very little , the claw machine and most video game take 3-8 credits except on Wednesday arcades are half off. The arcade credit don't save ! So if you don't use it, it will expired the next day.

Had to wait a couple of minutes for a lane ,but after that everything was smooth.Beer is very cold and the pizza comes out very hot !

I am at bowlero riverside right now. My husband and I got here at 8:34pm tonight and checked in at that time to get a few practice games in. At the time that I am writing this, it is 9:25 and there are 14 lanes open from the league that they ran tonight. I have bowled league before and I honestly wouldn't care if people TEN LANES DOWN were bowling or not. But they refused to open the inactive lanes because the front desk person said that they can't sell any lanes "until the league is done". Also, keep in mind they have a wait-list AND an unlimited night. I'm not here for the unlimited, but honestly....come on. This is ridiculous. I will not be coming here anymore after my league is complete. I can take my practice and my money elsewhere. This is insane. **New edit: It is 9:33 and we JUST got a notification that our "lane is ready** BUTTTT LEAGUE BOWLERS ON 25/26 ARE STILL BOWLING SOOOOOO....what is it bowlero??? Are your rules changed for "certain circumstances" orrrr what? We'd all like to know...

I came with my sister after purchasing a Groupon. The lanes and staff are great, just need a few more employees and the air conditioner cranked up.

The one thing I liked most about the bowling alley was the music! We had such a good time here on date night. Good food and drinks. Also decent pricing for bowling. Going to come back for sure. Also shoutout to the managers for helping us with the few questions we had.

They are going to electrical pins on a string. This has completely changed how you bowl. Don't ever expect to ever get a split. I'm not a professional bowler but the strings won't go on the other side to bounce a pin off wall and hit other pins. Asia Manager is the only good thing they. Guess I will be going to Arlington bowl from now on.

We've had our kid's birthday parties here for years . Now all of a sudden they want to tell us who we can give the food that we bought to during our visit . That only those with wristbands can eat. Me and my wife were not bowling and were told that we had to add ourselves to get wristbands even we paid for the dang entire event. Absolutely absurd that this new ownership wants to come in and change things that worked for years into something corporate. Shame on you guys. I can't say we should go to castle park because they own that now as well. Better off going. Somewhere else. The employees and service however were beyond great as it has been for years.

The WORST experience EVER! We were there for a party, didn't even get through game 1 of 3 and the lights began to flicker then finally going dark. Security told us we had to leave. At $40 a person and not getring a refund is highway robbery! They were not accommodating at all. My family and I drove from Arizona to attend this and to be treated this way by a business is flat out WRONG!!!! AVOID at all cost and find another place to have a great time becuse this place is NOT about customer service.

Always fun place to bowl. Unlimited bowling after 7 Sunday thru Thursday Friday and Saturday it's at 10pm

First time at this location with family and friends, great experience, food was great, music and safe environment for our kids! Definitely coming back.

The managers are amazing! We had a party here for my sister and they were just so helpful and attentive. Atmosphere was awesome, good music and good food. Pizza, and drinks! Good place for any age party!

I had my son's 16th birthday party there and everything was great! Price was reasonable. Food was surprisingly good and the set up super cool! Not to mention Paul and Wyatt managers went above and beyond. One of the best customers service I've ever experienced. My son, family and guest were very happy. Would definitely recommend it.

First time to this location and my family had a great time! Usually we go to the rancho location since it's closer to our house, but we were in the area so we decided to check it out and I'm glad we did! I will definitely be back to this one!

Beyond disappointed, our kids threw us a 50th birthday party at this location. People from out of state came, people with little babies came. It was done correctly on our part, it was scheduled and paid for as a party. Not to mentioned there was no host or direction, once we finally got everything set up the electricity was flickering and shutting our games off. The AC was not working it was extremely hot and the electricity went all the way out. As a courtesy they let us sing happy birthday and gave us sometime to gather everyone & everything out. Management told us that night that the party would be refunded as most us of didn't even get our 1 out of 3 games completed. Waiting over a week we touched basis and have been informed they can discount 10% back. Completely different information than what we were told that night. With multiple of us being members of the USBC, a formal complaint will be filed with them directly, beyond disappointed and your business ethics do not go unnoticed.

my experience at Bowlero was fantastic. The manager Asia was very helpful. She was very sweet and nice. She went all out her way just to make sure my lanes were secure and to make sure I had fresh food and that it was hot. I really like her Thank you Asia

Izzy is the best in the world we love Izzy give her a raise she is so good at her job and so pretty and she got all of us to sign up for the summer pass and you should do it too

This place was fun for a Thursday! Definitely didn't think I would see this type of crowd on a weekday but man in man was it fun. Great music, well rounded crowd, wasn't ghetto at all and it was a vibe. The punch bowl will knock some sense into you or lack of I should say. The bartender there really was trying to make sure we felt the bowl lol. Besides that. Clean shoes , clean lanes, nice atmosphere, good music, friendly staff! Kuddos Bowlero!

My CubScouts den recently had one of our activity meetings here. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the facilities were clean well kept. The management for the evening also went above and beyond by identifying our lanes with very nice, illuminated metal sign letters spelling "CubScouts". This is not the closest Bowlero to our Scout families, but it's definitely worth the additional travel for the service.

Horrible experience. Manager and security definitely on a power trip here. Also some Karen was trying to cut in line and her excuse was she received the txt msg saying her lane was available which everyone else who was in line also had. Mind you my kids are with me all small children, the skinny dark cashier with a fro and glasses apologized to hispanic Karen for helping us first. We were literally first in line and the lady was standing on the side of the cashiers so not even close to the lines and there was multiple ppl behind me. Hispanic Karen tried to get into an altercation with us in front of our children and SHE gets the apology? Ridiculous establishment. I love spending money on my kids at places like this but eeww never ever going back. NOT a safe place for children STAY AWAY PARENTS . I rate this place zero stars negatives even ugh horrible experience. They lost a good lifelong customer with us tonight . Idk we're Hispanic Karen came from but they clearly are not from the states where ppl wait in line for their turns unless you're paying for a VIP experience

The cutest pizza display ever was set up for us as a surprise for my daughters birthday party, We had 4 lanes for 20 kids and they handled everything like the pros they are!! The Service was amazing Asia (the manager) deserves every bit of that promotion and more!! Loved it thank you for the best birthday she has had!! Also the pizza crew handling the pizza and drink refills was on it! no kid went hungry, he cleaned up after the cake was served and presents were opened.. really felt like family here!

We came here for my kids play date and everyone had the best time ever! We try to come here every three months

Upon walking in with a party of four we asked how much would it cost per game? The employee said 11 dollars per game and 5 dollars for shoes. He wanted to keep the card so again we wanted to clarify the price. We decided on two games. The service at the food truck was sooo slow. 30 min for 2 milk shakes. Then we were so surprised when the came to 120.00. Not to mention the 10 dollar milkshakes.. he told us "oh it's 11 PER PERSON plus 5 FOR SHOES. No other bowling alley charges like this. Never again

This place was FANTASTIC and always will be. They have an arcade for children and they have TV's to watch while bowling. The people there are kind bowlero's theme is really good to me, it gives me a good vibe. I highly recommend you visit this place!

Everything has gotten very pricey now, so I guess that prices here are justified. Overall the experience was very good. They had a decent arcade selection, some games to play while you wait like jenga and huge connect 4. The wait was 30 minutes longer than they said so that was a little bad. The worst thing would be the extra service charge that they charge you for the bar. It's a extra percentage that goes straight to the bar workers. You guys could just pay them better instead of charging your customers an extra fee and expect them to tip as well. Besides those the place was nice and clean and the lanes were nice, had games playing all across the lanes

Beware when it comes to using Groupon coupons here ! CANT use them after 6pm Friday , Saturday Sunday . Monday thru Thursday after 8pm ... Which it doesn't say anywhere in the coupon.!! The coupons says not valid for Saturday ! 9.99 per game . I give it two stars because the wings were actually good ! The arcade area is small but not pricey ! Ended up not bowling after all .

Monday Mayhem is always worth it here. It's so much fun and always so clean. I'm very happy with my experience every time I come also the parmesan fries are sooo good.

We came here to celebrate my nephews 16th birthday. The manager and his staff were so friendly and professional. We all enjoyed our time here. The kids had fun! Place was clean and the customer service was exemplary. Keep up the great work! We will definitely be back.

I came in with a Groupon and was told it is not honored on Saturday after 6. The very condescending lady at the front gave me this information. I obviously did not see that in the fine print. The lady could have been more empathetic when she saw this was my issue. I said I don't live in this county and it expires on June 29th. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be back.

Went in on a Friday afternoon hoping to play arcade games with leftover credits purchased 2 weeks ago. Card had 25 leftover credits but wasn't swiping at any machines. Spoke to manager who told us she couldn't help us since the card was purchased at another bowlero location. Asked if she could contact the other location or someone else to solve the issue and she handed the card back to us without a solution. It didn't seem like she cared or wanted to help. Since this location doesn't offer prizes or tickets, it would have been nice to be offered 25 tokens of play since our card was having issues but no such thing was offered. 2 stars for the corn hole and beer pong and giant Jenga that atleast gave us something to do while we were there.

Quoted 45 minute wait with their summer pass even though half lanes were empty and 8-10 empty lanes on other half. Total joke.

Staff is extremely slow and they have no interest working here. This is our 2nd time here and we were quoted over an hour wait, and after and hour forty five when we walked up to the front they finally told us our lane was ready this happened last time as well.

Absolutely the worst experience at a bowling establishment. We were quoted a 90 min wait time. We decided to wait there and order food. After 30 min we saw lanes started to open up. However, people were not being called to the open lanes. After seeing 12 lanes open for over 45 min we asked what was going on. They stated they were reserved within an hour and a half so they were not filling those lanes for that reason and we had 12 parties ahead of us. I explained we had to leave within an hour and they said to give them a min. After waiting for the original 90 min they told me I still had 11 parties ahead of us and they were not quoting wait times. In addition to this, when I went to order food at the food window a young lady asked me to please order at the bar. The bar was slammed and I was waiting for several people ahead of me. Meanwhile a line had formed at the food window where I originally was: when I asked why I was asked to move they said because the bar is faster. Everyone at the window put their order in before I did. Even though this establishment is updated and nice looking and convenient to where I was, I will surely travel further to a better place like Upland or Diamond bar next time.

Great place to Bowl at, lanes are oiled, awesome service gotta shout out the crew Asia, Alondra, Sarah, Paul, Chris. Always wanting to help out. They even help Improve my buddy ( CZR ) game from a 60 avg to 210!
