Don’t think about it just go !!!! I went for my 35th birthday this last past 2/15 First and foremost GO AND SEE AMANDA she’s amazing! The customer service is A1 from All STAFF MEMBERS ! it’s a very chill place good vibes good times they even have a little game section for the kiddos . The bar and kitchen area were excellent and clean. Wether it’s a date night a family night or a group event I really suggest you to go while you’re in Williamsburg I made a whole video however unfortunately it won’t post so enjoy the screenshots of my video below 😂😂😂.

I had amazing experience here with the family. The staff is so kind and awesome. The manager there is doing a wonderful job with the place as well! All my expectations were met and exceeded at how awesome of a time we had there. Definitely come check it out!

Stopped by a few times and was served by a worker named Briona/Briana (short bow legged young lady). Each visit, she displayed excellent customer service. Her personality is warm, and inviting. She’s very friendly, great communication, and is knowledgeable of her job’s requirements. Most of the staffs are friendly. Their wings are good. Their boarding pass liquor is 10/10. Lovely atmosphere, and good choice of music. Highly recommended! Be sure to say hi to Briona/Briana when you visit.🤗

They tell you they give military discounts but charge you regular rates after placing card on file, bills you and tells you to sign card..all this after showing military ID for verification. 🤔 10.99 per game “premium”, $5.99 per shoe rental. Shoe rental doesn’t matter for children. All same price regardless of age. Came during the “3rd game 50% off” promotion. 4 Premium Games: $43.96 2 3rd game specials: $11.00 3 shoe rentals: $17.97 Tax: $1.26 Total: $74.19

The Bowlero team is exceptional!! We normally go here when visiting Virginia. But this is the second time my entire family goes (16 people), this time for my son’s bday. The set up was beautiful, the food was scrumptious and the service was superb. Thank you for making my son's birthday so special. My son, along with all of the guests were very satisfied and impressed with the experience. May God bless them!

Had a kids bday party and had a great time. Only thing is the lane kept breaking down. The staff was amazing. Kelsey was our waitress and she did amazing.

$12 for large fries and the waiter couldn’t even tell me the price off the top of her head. She was like yeah it’s probably around $5. Bowling was solid nice spot cool bar, friendly staff. Prices just unnecessarily expensive. $11 per round per person… I’m a young single dude, imagine bringing a family. Still fun times and had a great experience.

Always such a great experience at Bowlero! We love coming with the family. We had such a warm welcome and lots of help from Megan, Cassie and Shelli. They definitely made the experience more enjoyable. The food was delicious. Can't wait to come back!

Went there on a tuesday night and they had unlimited bowling for only $18 AND they had a DJ and karaoke! It was so much fun! Food was really good too!

Excellent unlimited bowling packages and arcade passes. Good and drinks were fairly cheap and good portions. Bowling was a lot of fun and it was a laid back, chill atmosphere. There was some issue with the bowling balls getting stuck in the return for our lane and it was promptly addressed and corrected. Love their air hockey table. What a fun evening we had today! We will be back!

With little advance warning, Bowlero hosted my management team for an evening of bowling. Expecting little more than a reserved lane my team arrived to find a festive set-up waiting for them and staff eager to see they had a good time, and a good time they did have! Amanda had them all set up, welcomed them and checked back periodically to ensure things were going well. And Kelsie made sure things did go well. Busy though she was with a house full of league bowlers, my team, with spouses and kids as well, never lacked her attention. The wings were a big favorite but all the platter food was good. And may I say to my team; "y'all some lousy bowlers! We better come back soon and often!" Thanks Bowlero, thanks Amanda.

They forgot about my breadsticks and I never got them. By the time we reminded them we had about 45 minutes left. When we checked again 20 minutes later they showed no sign of starting them. We had to cancel the order and I left with NO breadsticks. It is the only food we ordered! The bowling was fine.

Used Bowlero for a group outing. The preparation ahead of time was great. They were very responsive and on top of getting the event order exactly what we were looking for. Estrella was great to work with in preparing the event. The event itself went over fine the only glaring issue is that this bowling alley is severely understaffed. There were maybe 5-8 concurring events going on at once by my estimate with only 4 total staff members working. The biggest issue with this was food as they simply did not have the man power to keep up with demand. This spot could be really great but until they hire more staff it will be held back.

This review is mostly for their manager Amanda. She assisted me in choosing the best gift cards for the purpose of my gift. I was confused by the options and she took the time to explain the benefits of each. Thanks so much, I know the family will enjoy coming here to bowl.​

Someone hit my car in the parking lot. That was wild games were fun. Teenage mutant ninja turtles was the best. Saddened by the latter heavily reflected my views. Parking lot is terrible

It didn't work at all, we bought three games, we barely could play three. Lane thirty three was so didn't work at all.

Called for 4 hours .. no answer no response. Show up .. all lanes full all day . No notice for that on the website , or social Media or their phone message .

If I could give it ZERO stars I definitely would. Upon arriving we were told we would pay $25 for the unlimited play but did not inform us that the unlimited play started at a specific time (8pm) and we arrived at 6:30pm. So being that the person at the desk did not inform us of the time, we were told that we had to pay full price after finishing our games. We brought it up to the people at the desk and they gave us nothing but attitudes and lied about being there when we first walked in. Absolutely NOBODY mentioned the time the unlimited play started so it was completely unfair for them to continuously argue with me about what was not said and not offer any compensation. I will not be returning. I will not recommend anybody to come here. Terrible service. Please hire new hosts or just consider closing it down completely. The place was empty and it should not have taken so long to receive our food as well. My time spent here was not pleasant.

Please do not go here. it was incredibly expensive for a mid bowling experience. $118 for 3 players playing 3 games. absolutely outrageous. they also were not clear about the pricing beforehand. there is no reason bowling should be this expensive. literally go anywhere else

Went here to celebrate my daughter's birthday without committing to a birthday package. The bowling place itself is nice. Lots of lanes and a decent snack bar. One of the things I love most is that they have a great military discount! There's music playing throughout and I could see why birthday parties or other celebrations would choose this location, as the staff has been pretty helpful when necessary. The thing I would note is that the shoe rental is a little pricey and the quality of the food is pretty average. Overall, when visiting Williamsburg we would certainly come back. It's a place for just a good time.

We had outdoor plans and the rain came :( checked out several options before choosing bowling. It was so much fun! Great music, garlic parm. fries were so good. We didn't play the arcade this time but it looks fun.

I came in town to hang out with some friends and we wound up going to the bowling alley on Friday night. I haven't bowled in years and it was a great time. We did the unlimited bowling and we ordered the pizza and beer special. All the service was great and the food and beers were delicious. Will definitely come back the next time I'm in town.

Probably racist! The board glitched so my husband went up to the front desk and ask for help. I was ordering food and noticed that he was waiting quite a while and then I saw him walk back up to the front desk to ask again. They basically just made him wait. They didn't even give a reason as to why they didn't reset the board. Subtle racism against Asians. Come, Lord Jesus come!!. We're not going to let anyone rob our joy so my husband did not even waste our time telling me until later. We still enjoyed our time as a family and had so much fun! I even had strikes!

Parents - this is a great spot! From the minute we walked in the door (late!), it was clear that making this a great visit for our family was a top priority of the manager and staff. From helping us find the right bowling equipment for our toddler, to adding someone to our group last minute, to the food service - everyone was super responsive and accommodating. We had almost given up on this place from our original visit, but it is clear that a great manager (Nisha - asked the team for her name!) makes all the difference. It may have limited games and be an older facility, but - it's a bowling alley! It had everything we needed for a family night out (including kids fav arcade racing game). PS Never leave yelp reviews but was so genuinely impressed by everyone working here.

Had an amazing time with my friends and family. The management and staff were fantastic! My first time at this location and definitely won't be the last!

First let me say that the Manager Wendy and some of the staff are the nicest kindest most helpful and professional people you could ever want to meet. This review is about the people that work at the front desk when Wendy is working her self to death, cooking, preparing and serving food for all the guests and the person at the front desk could care less if you live or die. Go to the front desk and see how long it takes to get this lazy, good for nothing person to come out and help you. They never smile, no hello or welcome to Bowerlo, in fact, she goes out of her way to make you feel like a criminal. Some of the front desk people will not even look up at you. Here's a tip, if you are a miserable, lazy mean, rude person and don't want your job then give it to someone who does. You are not doing anyone a favor by letting them bowl at your location. When the new bowing place opens you will see how many unhappy people you have because this location will be a ghost town soon. In closing, no one looks forward to coming into your place of business and being ignored, treated poorly and frowned at....No one.

Great family fun on a rainy day. Even being crowded our group of 6 adults 2 kids and 2 infants had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Arcade is very small

The website over advertised the food . It was a basic bowling alley... pretty typical with sub par bar food.

It was horrible. We were at a party there and the food was not cooked, came out so late the kids were starving, no napkins or spoons for the condiments. Staff were arguing in the kitchen and everyone could hear it. Service was bad !
