Bowlology

The food itself is delicious! The people there however aren't so friendly. The cashier doesn't really respond and has somewhat of an attitude. All because I asked to please separate the kiwis on an order because my daughter has an allergy to them but my son lives them. She just rolled her eyes. The smoothies are on the sweeter side but they're good. The portions are a good size. Also people who were dining in are very Judgy and stare so much.

1st time here came on a Friday night 1 hr before closing place was clean with plwnty of seating. Workers were friendly and nice. Ordered a Chicken Bowl ( the sauce was amazing gave it the best tasty flavor), one Ocean Bowl ( included watermelon, kiwi, starwbwrries and more) and my daughter ordered a Berry Bowl without granola. We all loved them. Too bad the one location closest to us in Southern CA is about 1.5 hrs north. 😪 will definitely return when visiting Summerlin!

Excellent food with great flavor. All fresh ingredients with a tremendous selection. The bowls are large and the portions are more than adequate. They offer fresh juices and smoothies which, are a nice complement to your meal. I recommend the island bowl with Poke. The staff was friendly and my wait time was minimal. The dining area is clean as well as the surface area used to prepare the food. If you want a quick but healthy bite, give this spot a try.

I am so disappointed! My husband brought my McKay bowl home and it was completely filled up with granola at the bottom, and the açai was barely in there. I asked for extra bananas and they gave me a container of granola and a container of mixed fruit. I wish I could attach a picture to this. The bottom of the bowl is filled with granola then there’s just three little scoops of açai and then granola again on top with a little bit of fruit. I will never order from this facility again. I am going to be willing to drive farther away to go to one that I know will do it correctly.

Never answer the phone. I literally called this store while sitting inside to see how the staff would react - no one cares to even pick it up, it just keeps ringing. The GM / managers really need to make an effort here, disappointing.

Refreshing spot to grab an açaí and poke if you’re into these cravings. Two regular açaí came out to be $28 which was decent price for the size of it too. Very delicious and icy cold for the hot weather out here in Vegas. Service was efficient and punctual with their speed in getting the order and getting the food out. Love it. Would be bookmarking this place to come back again.

DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. This is the reality of their “acai bowls” they do not match what they advertise online, these are granola bowls. Will never order from this place again. You’d be better off making your own.

The bowls are so good. They were nice enough to split into 2 bowls for us. I don't think i would've been able to finish 1 by myself.

PB Lover bowl is my favorite. And got a cute message on my bag that brightened my day!

Their bowls are overpriced and staff is not very friendly. Girl that took my order was rude, rushed me and made me feel dumb. I will not be returning.

I got the 9th Island Poke Bowl and though it was quite tasty, the amount of food I got for the price that was paid, was suboptimal. I think it was $13.99 and my bowl was barely half full. To be fair, I did get my poke on a bed of spring mix instead of rice but I would've thought they would've loaded the greens up. I would probably go back here but would definitely order something else or ask them to at least fill my bowl up.

Went in for a juice/smoothie and ended up buying Açai bowl ;) I wanted a nice cold yet healthy drink so my husband found this juice bar near Summerlin. It was their closing time, cleaning had already begun but they did take us in. Too many options to choose from and mostly it's a blend of strawberry-banana. The place is a regular juice bar/kitchen, good for breakfast & brunches! Got a little greedy and upgraded to a large chocolate dream Açai bowl (wasn't much of a chocolate dream, more like a berry blast) it had a nice crunch from the granola but again it was topped with strawberries, banana & choco chips (same as the blend). Actually had second thoughts about the order but it was too late anyway! Overpriced!!!! $13 for an açai bowl was too much for me. $14 for bohemian, same quantity! But the only add on would have been chia seeding pudding!

I love coming here when I'm hungry but want something light and healthy. I'm a creature of habit and always get the berry good bowl with açaí. Has so much flavor between all the fruit and granola and honey. Its one of my favorite bowls !

Bowls are delicious but good lord do they take forever. Plan on waiting at least 15-20 min, and that is if they aren't busy. I suggest calling ahead to place your order. But my kids do love this place and we will continue to go but only if we are able to order ahead of time.

*protein lovers* First time to Bowlology and it did NOT disappoint! Decided to get the Island-inspired chicken protein bowl since I was craving something light but filling. I was greeted by the staff upon entry and they were very helpful in answering my questions about the menu. Grace and Dion both answered my questions about options (such as brown rice or white rice and what was included with the bowl). I decided to eat in the store because the store was so clean and not too loud. They had some good music playing in the background to create a calming ambiance for those who were present. Overall, I loved the food and was so pleased by the customer service. I can't wait to come back and try more of their food and smoothie options!

Just got home with order and it's not filled completely. Looks like they didn't measure correctly and I got less for full price. Usually I get it and the top can just barely close but it's not over flowing or anything. Kinda bummed about this experience and the fact I paid $15 for this.

I took away the watermelon and added pineapples and Oh Em Gee! What a sweet treat right after hiking the Red Canyon. I highly recommended. This was my first visit here.

I placed a large group order online for 7 bowls! Not only did they get our entire order right, but our bowls were ready for pick up in 10 minutes! I always get weary placing a large order since the chances of something going wrong are very high. With that said, I appreciate their exceptional service in making sure our bowls were made accurately and efficiently. We ordered 4 super bowls, 2 poke bowls, and 1 protein bowl. Everybody said they liked theirs with the exception of the poke bowls. My friend said it tasted good, but they still prefer going to an actual place that specializes in poke. All in all 7/7 of us recommend this place!

Poke bowl was good but the rice was too hard and fell flat. Upon sharing this feedback with the team the team did not do anything to accommodate. I can see why this place has lower ratings.

Found this place and love it! Located on blue diamond and durango (same parking lot with the McDonald) Their smoothies are the bomb! Love the granola they add! I went to grab one today! All was perfect beside the lady who took my order. Not friendly at all! Smile that makes everything much better!

Yummy and fresh ingredients! The service is exceptional, and the Vibe is chic and chill. Love a quick and healthy snack!

Just ordered Protein Bowl with Beef Not sure about the other options but the beef is DISGUSTING I guess staying at the fridge for months / years

Im so disappointed with my experience at this place. I got a Rise n Shine yesterday at this location, the food was very good. But when I was almost finished the bowl, I found a long hair in my food. This really disgusted me because I did not expect to see it. A couple hours pass by, and I start feeling weird. Not exactly sick but something is off with my body. My stomach is in extreme pain and I was at a rehearsal, but I had to leave early because of this. I go home and go to sleep. I woke up today with a fever of 101 degress and threw up at 6 AM. Im so disappointed because this food made me sick, and ruined my plans as I had a rehearsal to attend today at UNLV today at 8:30. So thanks to this place, my weeks been ruined!

This is the most disgusting raw fish I could imagine for $16 with tax. I had to double check the menu to see if it was real fish. It tastes frozen and there was no flavor or offer of sriracha or shoyu. Also, when I ordered, they assumed I wanted tuna and didn't bother to ask what kind of protein.

First time at a Bowlology and I very much enjoyed it. I had been looking at the menu over the weekend and when I saw the Bohemian Bowls, I knew I had to try it. The location was clean inside, not too many people. There was a sign on the front door limiting the number of people I believe to 10. The seating was socially distanced as well, see my pictures. I ordered the Bohemian #1. I can't believe I waited until I got back to work to take a bite! The bowl is beautiful, all the colors of the rainbow. My favorite was the light blue, I can't tell you what it was but I want more of it. (Edited:Blue Majik Sorbet) Delicious bowl all around though, very refreshing and satisfying! I enjoyed it very much, especially with the granola on top and bottom. 10/10 I definitely recommend Bowlology!

I love the bowls but they are always made different . Sometimes not enough sauce and plain - sometimes just right ! Whoa the attitude I got when I asked them to please put enough sauce on it . I explained it's always made differently. The response was you can buy more sauce. Anyways maybe I would without the attitude ! Yikes with so many places to go I like my food without an attitude over sauce !

I have their locations marked for a while so finally made it. Luckily this spot isn't closed unlike some of their other locations. I walked in and only 2 people were eating inside. Place looked nice. Tables were dirty so I decided to eat at a park after. The girl working was ok, she seemed overwhelmed. The menu looks great. After reading some reviews I decided not to do a poke bowl but try their sweet ones. I went for the bohemian 1. With tip is paid a total of $12, so this better be good. And it didn't disappoint at all. I love the layered concept. Flavors were all excellent. I like the variety in my bowl, you have the best of everything: the chia pudding was yum, the dragon fruit sorbet yum and the coconut ice cream was even loved by my dog. Nicely cut fruits and delicious granola made it complete. Perfect size for lunch.

I literally CRAVE the bohemian bowls here! I love the blue magic and the chia seed inside the bowls. Plus they are big bowls, so they fill me up! The staff is always quick and friendly, making pick up and easy enjoyable experience. Perfect snack for a hot day that will fill you up without leaving you bloated.

I went here today, most likely won't be coming back. I have an hour for my lunch break and I think we can all agree that time literally slips through our fingers once we go on break so I like to call my order in where ever I go to make sure my food is ready when I get there instead of waiting another ten minutes to pick it up. So I called a 3-4 times and it rang but no answer. I get there and I ask the girl working in the front "hey do you guys take phone orders?" she said "umm, yea. Sometimes" And I replied back "sometimes?" and she said "sometimes when we're not busy" mind you... I am the only person in there but ok. I ordered the island style poke bowl (spicy tuna ahi) which was very plain. I actually took it home and ended up adding my own spicy sauce and avocado because I'm not paying $3 extra for a few slices. Coming from Hawaii, this is weak. I paid $12 for bland fish and mushy rice drenched in soy sauce where as freshness and flavor is guaranteed for half the price where I'm from. The first time I came here was better. I believe customer service plays such a huge role in overall experience. I think unpleasant attitudes make junk food taste worst.

This location particularly the cleanest place and the excellent customer service I totally recommend... I love their smoothie and fruit bowl...

6/10- picked up a large & regular acai bowl & the large was not filled up all the way. It looks the same size as the medium!!! (As shown in picture i posted) addressed it to the worker/ manager on duty, who made my order (Kara) and she said... " we measure out the ingredients for the sizes, if you want more acai you need to pay extra" the large looks the same size as the regular! Might as well have charged me for 2 regulars?! Rip off. Then... 6/11- my sister-in-law went to the same location to get a large acai bowl for lunch the following day (pictures posted) & clearly got her moneys worth.. Poor customer service & presents inconsistency.

I can only come in on one bowl. The ninth island bowl. It is fantastic. Aji tuna and veg over delicious moist rice. Plenty of add-ons. I chose corn addition. Would highly recommend this dish. We ordered for delivery, so I don't know what the restaurant is like.

If you are from Hawaii, the best way to describe this restaurant would be the love child of a poke bowl restaurant and Jamba Juice! An assortment of ahi and salmon poke bowls, açaí bowls and smoothies are what you will find here. Made fresh in front of you is what you will see. I had the 9th Island Bowl with brown/white rice and ahi/salmon. The fish was "previously frozen", which is to expect, but tasted alright. I washed it down with a chocolate monster smoothie which was BOGO for the month of August. If you want a quick healthy alternative to your typical fast food burger joint, then this is the place!

We love Açaí bowls and Bowlology. However this location is bad. The bowls aren't cheap but they're usually filled up to the top and have fresh fruit so we don't mind paying the amount. But every time we come to this location they only fill it half way and the fruits are always old and soggy. Staff isn't mean but just so passive. If you're going to go definitely go to the one in Centennial. We also ordered before other customers and our bowl was last to come out with a 30 minute wait. (we ordered two bowls) 3 orders came out before ours who got there after

In A Nutshell: -Bowlology is a nice place to grab a acai or pitaya (dragonfruit) bowl. -The prices are premium, but the product reflects what you are paying for. -You get plenty of fresh fruit & will be full even with a small size bowl. Overall, the bowls make a nice mid-day snack to enjoy.

I've liked this place for quite some time, but it seems to be steadily declining in quality. Today was the last straw. 2 bowls ordered to go...one was, at best mediocre, with the tuna being exceptionally fishy (usually a sign it hasn't been kept properly) and the tuna in the second bowl completely inedible due to being mostly tendon/cartilage) Tried to call to report our dissatisfaction. Nobody answers. I'd avoid this location until they acknowledge their shortcomings and bring quality back. Blech.

First time trying Bowlology and loved it! Fast and friendly service. I ordered the Bohemian 1 and subbed out bananas for blueberries. This was such a yummy sweet treat. The bowl had fresh fruit and I love that there was chia seed pudding in there. I'm normally not a granola person but for some reason this granola was soooo good it was lightly sweet and tasted vanilla-y. I definitely plan on coming back and excited to try more on the menu :)

These guys know their way around a blender & im forever impressed with their ability to handle smoothie & bowl modifications. Im sitting here watching people ask for some crazy concoctions like "i want the almonds in my smoothie to be a little to the left of the strawberries, & i want bananas instead of strawberries... & can i get fries with that?" & the staff are like "We got you, man." If you are an extreme smoothie-ing (ya, i made that up) give this place a try.

Place sucks. I had ordered a Makai bowl for pick-up on Saturday, May 21st at around 3-3:30. I was trying to call in to say I wanted light granola. However no one wanted to answer the phone so I could tell them to put light granola. Someone else was also picking up my order. I'm extremely upset as I didn't want this much granola in my bowl it is just way too overloaded with granola. With barely to no strawberries in it or other fruit. It's mostly just granola. This is exactly why I was trying to call in to say light granola but no one wanted to answer. Very disappointed. Person that made this should be fired, seriously how do you not know to put the right portions ? There's barley any fruit and it's all granola. Because I'm totally buying this just for it to be filled with all granola. I had even paid extra for blueberries & there was about 5 or 6, yeah....thanks.

I'm super bummed out because I used to love this place but they are giving way less tuna in bowls now and I'm like really unimpressed with the whole thing. They switched to ugly plastic soup containers and to me it just shows there's no love going into this business at the moment. Compared to other poke places for 16 dollars a bowl what you get it's quality of fish and toppings is way better other places. The smoothie bowls are awesome here, but to be honest I rarely order those, I'm always craving poke. I hope they can go back to how they used to serve bowls but unless they do I doubt I'll ever come in for poke here.

This review is for their poke only. I came here because I was craving some poke and it's close to work. They have an option to build your own bowl so I did that with an extra side of salmon (it costs $3 extra). You only get two toppings to add and avocado is extra which I think are both bummers. Other poke places have unlimited toppings and usually include avocado. I usually eat my poke plain and when I took a bite, the salmon was underwhelming. It did not taste that fresh - it was pretty bland. Plus, I asked for no onions and they were put in there anyway. Since I was on a quick break from work I didn't have time to get it remade, so I ate around it. This place is probably better for smoothies and acai bowls. Since I do the low-carb thing I don't eat those. I wouldn't recommend this place for poke. There are better poke places with better fish and better prices.

This place offers poke bowls, super bowls, smoothies and fresh squeezed juice. It's kinda pricey, but filling! The super bowls range from $8 to $12.50 which are like smoothies in a bowl with toppings hahaha. You first pick a base either pitaya or acai, then toppings that vary in many different combinations. My 1st time here......it took me a long time to choose an option. I have only tried their super bowls and poke bowls here. Some of my favorites include Spicy Shoyu Poke Bowl- ahi tuna, yellow onion, green edemame, onion, pickled veg, and sesame seeds. Bear Bowl with Acai- toppings include strawberry, banana, blueberry, dark chocolate chips, almonds, granola, and honey. If you come frequently, take advantage of their stamp card, buy 10 get the 11th one free. You'll catch me here once every couple of months on payday....because its expensive.

Workers are not friendly. Paid $13 for a regular makai bowl and it's not even filled up all the way. Hardly any fruit, mostly granola, little açaí packed in between. Not like before. :( Recommend the Centennial location...

With the weather heating up recently in Vegas, I've been venturing out for some walks & looking for a cool treat to hydrate that is also healthy. I found this gem near the Costco in Summerlin. Prices are reasonable, a variety of bowls, smoothies, and poke offerings available. I went with the Bohemian 1 because the blue sorbet looked delicious & I'm a fan of kiwis. This was delicious by far & very filling. Well worth it. With all the ingredients they added I was fully regenerated, cooled down, and the taste was out of this world.

Disappointed! I got here at 6:35 PM and there not serving any more food, Because of the simple reason that "it's too late" and they cannot prep food for "that time of the day". ( business hours 10am - 7pm)...

went in on 9/3/22 @ 2:45 Nobody in line. 4 customers eating in the store. Nobody was at register to take order. There were 2 girls in the back that saw me but never acknowledged me as I stood there for over 5 mins. at the register, waiting to order They were just talking and laughing among theirselves. I waited another min. or two and just left! A few of the customers that were eating looked at me and shrugged their shoulders. Whats worse than bad customer service... no customer service! Avoid this location at all costs!

This place has 5 tables. I'll let you Guess how many tables had old food and messes on them? Who's the owner of this dump?

I was initially skeptical, but decided to give it a try. I was met with a tasty treat that filled me with all types of flavors I didn't even know I wanted. I've been back a few times.

Due to the fact they never answer the freaking phone you can call and call and call and they never answer if you want to put in an order what a shame because I really like it it's just a shame they refuse to answer the phone they say they can't hear it and I know it's a lie because I've stood outside the door called it and see them in the back and in the front ignoring the phone whoever owns this business should really know about it because you're losing good business

Slow service. 30 minutes waiting currently and no hope of my order getting done in the next minute. After 35 minutes of waiting without even have had my order being made, I decided to get my refund instead. Maybe I just don't have luck ordering in Summerlin on a Sunday, too busy.

Every bowl I've ever purchase from Bowlology has been filled to the top to the point where the lid has a bulge, until today. I think I'm missing something

Cool spot for a Poke Bowl, Smoothie or Healthy Bowls. Took my grandsons for a healthy and quick meal following a hike. They have a comfortable place to hang out and enjoy your order. I ordered the Hula Bowl which was very good. My grandsons ordered the Blue Bowl and an Açaí Smoothie. Loved them.

Bowls are amazing but they are always missing ingredients and every time I come in it's a " oh we are missing ____" is that okay? And still expect you to pay $16 for it lol

amazing. i only had the one drink. green. it was amazing. the best smoothie i've ever tasted. way better than jamba juice. lol. i want to try there bowls but they were out of acia
