Best Restaurants for a Date in Dallas | Eater Dallas

"The hip, retro vibe of Bowlounge on Turtle Creek in the Design District makes it a solid spot for a first date if you want to look like you have good taste (even better if you can actually bowl). Enjoy a few frames of bowling before selecting a drink from the inspired cocktail menu — go for the Jesus (a spicy marg with jalapeño-infused tequila). Bowlounge offers Taco Tuesday, when bowling and tacos are half off all day, making it an affordable first date. There’s so much space in this part of town, so you know it has a parking lot with plenty of room." - Rachel Pinn

Google
This location was one of the once advertised in the “date night” passport on Dallas 101. We came here with zero expectations and it was actually so much fun !! The atmosphere is very nice and the music is not too loud so you can absolutely have a full on conversation with your date/ friends without having to scream. The food was very good and they have options upon options for drinks. Also $2 jello shots ! How fun !

I went to Bowl Lounge last weekend for Father’s Day, and it was a great time! The manager and the rest of the staff made sure to take care of my family. He even got my dad something special for Father’s Day! This place has been here for many years now and every time I go, I always have a great time. It has an old-school bowling alley vibe while also offering great food and drinks. I’ve been here a few times where I didn’t even bowl, but instead got some really good drinks and played patio games outside. Highly recommend!

Google
I'd been wanting to go Bowling for 2 years and we met up with some friends and they suggested we go to this cool spot to have cocktails and bowl. I was so excited to go. Once we got there I really enjoyed the atmosphere and decor. Their Bowling lanes were original old lanes from back in the days. Their scoring system was easy to use and up to date technology. They also have 2 large pool tables, shuffle board, ping pong table and Dart boards, 2 inside and 2 outside. They have a large outdoor area with tables and seating around a fire pit. It's a fun place for all the Family, large groups, parties and more. I didn't try their food, but it did look good and everyone seemed to enjoy it. I suggest you go for a fun time.

We had a great Sunday experience! Big ups to Connor and Dallas for making it so enjoyable. Food and drinks are really good here.

Google
Bowl Lounge is a great place to go with friends after work or for lunch. The food is great! They have almost 50 beers on tap and their bartenders really take good care of you. Josh, Austin, Connor and Travis are so friendly and awesome. Definitely recommend coming to Bowl Lounge for your next outing! They have options for group outings as well. Or just sitting at the bar is fun, too.

Google

Not only are the drinks really good but the food is also really good for a bowling place . The staff is always nice and the atmosphere is not overwhelming.

We had such a blast at our office lunch n bowl event for our Real Estate Office at Bowlounge-Dallas. Chris, our server was incredibly attentive and on top of his game at all times. We loved the food, bowling, drinks, lounge area and outdoor patio. Would definitely recommend this venue for anyone looking for entertainment with down to earth vibes. We'll definitely be returning.

Yelp
My husband raved about this little bowling alley that he had gone to a few times with coworkers. The first time we went there they had an incredibly long wait since they only have something like 12 lanes- its a small place. We left and decided to come back another time. We made another attempt recently and surprisingly had no wait for a Saturday! Not sure why we were so lucky, but it was perfect for grabbing a lane with some food. The wings were really good- the garlic parm especially- and the loaded tots. A litttttle bit pricey, but it was good for bowling alley food. Overall its a cool little hole in the wall bowling alley. Id prefer to come here over something like Pinstack.

Yelp
We came here on a Sunday at 11am and had the place to ourselves for about 30-40min. Loved the look of this place. It is old school meets new school. Old warehouse meets trendy bar. There is also an outdoor patio with some games in addition to a lounge room with pool tables. Our group had 3 adults and 3 kids... our oldest child said she didn't feel like this place was geared towards kids. (Note: there are no bumpers for kids but they do have the ramps that help kids roll the ball). Price on a Sunday 11-3: $15pp for an HOUR of bowling. Shoes were included, luckily. Needless to say, we didn't even finish the one game of bowling and we paid a staggering, $113. (Gratuity included on parties of 6+). Never in my 40+ years have I played one game of bowling for $113. (Our previous ridiculously priced bowling was at a Bowlero years ago at like $60 for one game.) Staff were friendly. We'd come again... but not sure if we'd bring the whole fam.

Yelp
We came after we got the Dallasites101 Date Night Passport and included 2 games of bowling. This was a cool spot. It felt like a dive bar meets a bowling alley. They had a huge patio too that was nice. They said it was $20 an hour per person regularly. We didn't get food or drinks or anything but would definitely come back. The bowling was an old school vibe and unique. They also had billiards.

Yelp
Our group of 12 came on a busy Saturday afternoon and unfortunately there was a private party that prevented us from bowling due to a 1.5 hour wait. We got drinks and enjoyed the cornhole, connect 4, pool, and other indoor/outdoor games. The fireplace kept us warm despite the 50 degree weather. Plenty of Texas beers on tap to choose from, we got samples and ordered our favorite. The bartender Boom was very friendly and helped us decide on the best options based on our preferences! Overall a great experience and WAY more than bowling and a few tap beers!
google avatar

Yelp
Had a lot of fun here. Staff was all great. Huge beer tap. Good munchies. A little pricey for a normal bowling game but cool vibes. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
This doesn't make me happy to write this review. I have been coming here since 2013, basically since they have opened and yesterday, July 3 was a complete cluster. We arrived at 7:30, waiting for a our group to show up so we sat in the bar area and had something to eat and drink. The food was fine, but the bar was clearly understaffed. I stood waiting and had a tall bartender with glasses make eye contact multiple times but ignore me so I made my husband go back up. Annoying but whatever. Our group arrives and we get on the list at 8:30. They say it will be 45 minutes. At 9:30 we asked bc there are empty lanes at this point and they answer "we are waiting for that group to "show up'" Then they throw out it's taking so long cos our group of 10 is "so big." The general tone of all the employees working that night was sheer inconvenience. There was no toilet paper the 3.5 hours I was there. Never checked. We made a list of shoe sizes and finally at 10:18 we get a lane. So we have 42 minutes to bowl. The girl literally throws the first couple pairs of shoes on our table, even startling herself with the carelessness and loud noise so she didn't do that again. We are bowling now.... Until the 7th frame when we are receiving zero balls back. We call the guy, looks like Fak from The Bear, opens the floor and gets the balls out, but leaves the floor open... Closing Time is now passive aggressively playing as all the child like employees are scrambling to leave their place of employment faster than the guests. At no point did anyone try to remedy the situation. We didn't even get to bowl 1 whole game. Honestly, to reiterate, it felt like this place was being run by a bunch of junior high kids. No one gave a shit. I'm sure it's bc they felt pissed to be working on the even of the 4th- but that is literally not the patrons fault. And OH I'll be back, rest assured.....

Yelp
Spent a few hours here on a Sunday afternoon bowling with friends. The beer and food was reasonably priced and we enjoyed the boneless wings! We got the Nashville hot chicken and sweet chili Thai. The women checking us in for bowling was quite rude and short. She seemed disinterested and annoyed the second we walked in. Also found it interesting you have to pay the shoe rental fee for EACH game - not just once. The Yelp check in for free shoe rental doesn't work, apparently it's an old promo fyi. Aside from the service, there's plenty to do here and a great way to Sunday funday!

Yelp
Bowling with my coworkers here for the first time was quite fun. Good atmosphere. Full bar and a nice menu. The wings looked yummy, but I didn't eat anything here (so I didn't give 5 stars). That said,, the service was efficient and friendly. Definitely a spot to visit for casual bowling.

Yelp
We had a fantastic time at bowelounge! We had a very large group and the staff was very accommodating to all of our needs, shoutout to Connor. We'll definitely be coming back again soon!

Yelp
Nice bowling experience with very good food and service. This is finer bowling experience. It's modern, clean, and offers a personalized experience.

Yelp
Seems like it could be a cool place, we came as part of Dallas Burger Week, so this review is only for their food and bar service. We came on a Saturday night and the place got progressively busier and busier. They have a gated parking lot in the back, so park there instead of getting stuck in the front lot waiting for people to leave. It's kinda of confusing when you walk in, they have a check in area for the bowling by the looks of it, and then a huge long bar, where you can order food and drinks from. However everyone congested around the check in area and bartenders weren't stationed down the length of the bar. They were understaffed and weeded by the looks of it, the bartender wasn't very friendly taking our order, we got drinks and two burgers, and didn't get to finish our order before he disappeared to ring it in, and keep our credit card. We thought we'd just get our fries after the burgers, however the burgers alone took about 35 minutes to come out, we didn't bother with the fries. The bartender asked where we'd be seating for our food, as we had never been before and weren't really sure on the seating, we wanted to sit outside, he asked as where outside, as it's a big place, but we had no idea as we'd never been before, he was rude - so we just ended up sitting at the seating by the bar area and were just gonna take our burgers outside but it took soo long, seating filled up, we were hungry, already finished our drinks before the food came out, we were ready to leave. Burger was ok, nothing special, it was the mac attack one, not enough mac, couldn't taste it, didn't do anything for the burger. Unimpressed.

Yelp
Always a great atmosphere! Love the food and all the different beers they have on tap

Yelp
Previously, I really enjoyed this restaurant. After my last experience there, I will not be back. My family went there for my daughter's 4th birthday, as this was her favorite restaurant. We ordered on the app outside. After waiting 40 minutes, I went inside to check on the status of the food. The bartender, a man, told me that they hadn't noticed it on the app due to a technological issue and advised me that if I were to order more food, I should really come inside to do it. He made it sound like it was my mistake and was not in any way apologetic about my wife and two children sitting outside waiting 40 minutes without our ordering having been received. A waitress, who was more professional, told us that they would hurry to bring our food out to us. About 10-15 minutes later, when she brought the food, she asked if we'd like our chips and dip and pizza now too. We said yes. 30 minutes later, I went to check on the pizza and chips and was told they'd forgotten. Once again, the male bartender was very disinterested. For some reason, he was letting a drunk patron make his own mixed drink and ignoring my situation. I asked him to make it "to go" given that it had been nearly an hour, and my one-year-old and four-year-old daughter were losing their patience. The woman waitress kindly told us the pizza would be comped as a result of the inconvenience, which I appreciated. While we waited, I took my 4 year old to wait in the car given that she had lost her patience. However, when the waitress brought the pizza out, it was not packaged to go, and she was irritated at my wife for requesting that it be boxed up so we could leave. All told, it was my worst customer service experience in recent memory. I am not one to complain generally speaking, but this was pretty wild. It would have been comical except that it ruined my daughter's birthday dinner. Also worth nothing I wrote them to inform them of all this and they just ignored me. Looking at the other reviews on here, I'm not surprised, as this is apparently par for the course.

Yelp
The bowling lanes are horrendous! The lanes are uneven and the balls and shoes that are available are so beaten up they don't function properly. This place is cool if you don't do bowling. Just grab some drinks from the friendly staff and chill outside with the fire pits and fun games outside.
google avatar

Casey M.

Yelp
We came to this place with high recommendations from colleagues. I'm assuming it's the drinking and atmosphere late at night. The service was a bit slow, the place is a bit dark and dingy....very divey. They were out of cheese sticks....something that makes them popular. The fried pickles were good, but nothing that makes them amazing. The salad was huge and really good, I enjoyed it! The pizza had basically no sauce whatsoever. The other two entrees weren't anything to remember either. The bowling was fun, but messed up for several lanes while we were there (including ours). Maybe try having a fun drinking night here?
google avatar

Alexei R.

Yelp
It's a great chill place to come bowl. It'll cost you around $38 for two people/2 games/and shoes. They do provide service to order food or drinks so it's pretty convenient. They have beer towers and pretty decent choice of beer on tap. They just acquired Yuengling and it was a nice treat. Their patio area is cool for a night out after bowling and still mingling with your crew. I came on a Sunday and there was no wait time. Come check them out. Been here multiple times and its a fun time. Our bartender Evan was the man. Ask for him on sundays.
google avatar

Josephine L.

Yelp
Ambience is great and food was actually super decent. The menu is simple but actually surprising delicious. A great hang out spot.
google avatar

Stephanie C.

Yelp
Fun local bowl lounge to bring the family. They have a menu of drinks and food to have while you wait for your lane or while you play. They had a couple of arcade games. The staff was very friendly. I would return.

Alicia P.

Yelp
WORST PLACE EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! If you are a big group, I repeat, DO NOT GO TO this bowling alley and do not pay a deposit upfront. Just walk in!!! Your deposits will NOT be included in your total bill. Conor and the general manager is are unprofessional!!!! Point black!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I would give them ZERO STAR IF I COULD.

Seth M.

Yelp
The food was good and the staff helpful but the music was turned up way too loud. If you want to have a conversation with the other people in your group while you're bowling then you should go somewhere else.

Josef S.

Yelp
This unfortunately was one of our worst nights in Dallas. Security guard let myself and my friend through, but then stopped my brother, who is 26 years old, because he "looked younger in his ID", which makes perfect sense as he's older than he was when he took the picture. He then began to quiz my brother on the ID, interrupting him with an extremely condescending tone and demeanor, making my brother frazzled and frustrated. When I asked to speak to the manager, the Security Guard first said there was no manager to speak to , then refused to let me speak to them, went and talked to them himself, and then would only give me the card of the bar manager without letting him speak to me. We have never been faced with this level of disrespect and outright ridiculousness in all the years we've lived in Dallas. Please avoid this place - It's not worth the hassle to simply have a fun time bowling. Feel free to visit any of the other wonderful bowling locations in Dallas who don't have a security guard for a bowling alley, and have a much better atmosphere overall.

Vanessa L.

Yelp
Nice vibes, decent food and prices especially on drinks at happy hour. Outdoor games and fire pit arcade games and billiard. It's honestly like a better adults type of Dave and busters
google avatar

Linda H.

Yelp
Cool vintage Lakewood theatre that they converted into a bowling alley. The lanes are not great, it's just a good chill spot. The bartender was attentive and they have a full service bar. They serve your typical bowling alley food pizza and wings.

Cecilia S.

Yelp
So disappointed owner / manger should go under cover and watch the service. Horrible service staff walk by and act like they don't see you!!! I've never been so invisible in my life! spent almost 200 hundred dollars on food and booze was quoted 1 hour 15 minutes then checked and was told another hour...... they had lanes open find another place should even get one star
google avatar

Debra V.

Yelp
Cool relaxed bar/restaurant with lots of bowling lanes. We stopped in to check it out at 11 a.m. door open, and people were already bowling and eating. That was so cool. The bartender was nice to talk to, and told us about the nearby Design District. Outside the patio has corn hole, a fire pit with seating, and picnic tables for hanging out. Check it out.

Kelly O.

Yelp
Let me first say I typically come her for POSITIVE reviews and I'm really not certain which this will be. I love the concept here (except maybe the 40+ beers on tap and the single "white wine" offering). I've been to multiple Celebrations and never realized the excruciating process of reservations which now clearly explains the dicey late night crowd. Millennials rule and trust when I say there are a LOT of rules, all bent to the discretion of the staff. I hope the owners read this as the entire "system" needs a revamp or it's doomed. Don't go for the food although It's ok for the setting Don't try to reserve, even for the party of ten we were it's impossible to navigate. Don't plan on the quoted 30 minute wait for alone. Plan on 1.5 hours. Do go for the entertaining, fun atmosphere. All the rest is just, well, millennial.

Lauren W.

Yelp
Bowlounge totally screwed me on the "free" birthday bowl...changed how they charge players from this year to last without including these new details in the free game email. Terrible way to operate a business and I will not be returning. Two free games means two free games. If it's a per person charge you MUST state that, especially when it wasn't like that in years past. Staff was mostly friendly, although a few were subpar, beer and food were fine but not good enough to bring me back. Hate u bowlounge.
google avatar

Lenore S.

Yelp
If you come here to bowl, make sure you're not concerned about scoring accuracy. Machine frequently misrecorded the # of pins down in a frame. Sometimes it didn't even record a stroke! And the drinks.... Way overpriced. A cup of ice with about 3 oz soda cost $3. Only redeeming value was a free game of darts to make up for the screwy bowling
google avatar

Remi W.

Yelp
This was a good bowling place. Please remember that all bowling lounges are like scuzzy and gross. So the fact that this one wasn't that scuzzy was awesome. The floors are hardwood instead of the typical neon green carpet.
google avatar

J M.

Yelp
Low key place not too crowd. Fun and games. Great customer service. Also enjoyed the atmosphere and the type of people that's surrounding
google avatar

Jennifer B.

Yelp
Fantastic place for a group setting or a date night! The staff here were so accommodating and attentive to us, as we had booked a bowling lane at a specific time but something happened with their system that didn't block out a lane for us. They were still able to squeeze us in for the full time that we booked a lane for and we're very nice about the whole situation! All in all, it was a great time and they had a great bar. I recommend booking a lane in advance since there are only so many lanes and it was pretty full when we went.
google avatar

Marcus R.

Yelp
Cool place to hangout with friends on a night with drinks and food but can add up pretty quickly. Ended up paying ~$100 for two games with shoes, two drinks, and sharing some wings and fries. It can be pretty hard to place an order as you can only order drinks and games at the bar, and food has to be ordered with one of the staff walking around the alley, but it can be difficult to find someone on a busy night. On top of that, after placing our order for wings and fries, we were waiting for over thirty minutes for the food to come out. Cool concept and vibe, with great music, but will likely try out other places before coming back here.
google avatar

Yelp
I visited with a few buddies on a Sunday afternoon, and we had a grand time! We didn't bowl, but we enjoyed some drinks and bites! I got the white russian (aka caucasian) - a cocktail of vodka, kahlua, and cream. This one was a bit on the sweeter side for my tastes, but I still enjoyed it! I wanted the red velvet belgian waffle after I saw my friend eating hers, but when I ordered, our waiter told me that they had just run out, as it is a popular brunch item. But then 10 minutes later, he brought one out for me and said that they had a bit of batter left to make half of a waffle! :) What a win. And, just as you'd expect, it was so so good!!! Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside. Sweet throughout. Hit the sweet tooth just right! Would totally go back for it again. Thanks, Evan!

Yelp
Good vibes, great date night or get together spot! Good for big gatherings as well. Love that there is a bar. Love this place!

Maddie G.

Yelp
The staff was extremely rude/argumentative. We purchased drinks and waited for our lane. Once we bowled, we purchased food and played several games. At the end, a friend came late and joined us to bowl. He didn't wear the proper shoes and Bowlounge terminated the entire game over one player. The rest of the players were not aware of the situation and were penalized unfairly. Our group explained the situation to the Bowlounge staff and were spoken to in argumentative and dismissive manner for several minutes even after we had asked to end the conversation. Bowlounge has now lost frequent neighborhood bowlers and we will encourage friends to spend their money at Pinstack or Bowl & Barrel. We feel that the staff were trying to empty the lounge and wanted to begin cleaning and prepare for closing - thus searching for a reason to push us out. We will never return here and now know now that the customer is always right - except for at Bowlounge.

Yelp
This was a great spot! I visited with a friend for the first time and got the apppe maple mule and it was delicious. They were out of crown apple but regular crown was still great. It had a little kick to it for sure. It has a great thing of finger foods like wings and mozzarella sticks and stuff. The cheese sticks were great. It was $8 for 4.. Would definitely go back and definitely recommend due to the laid back atmosphere & good drinks.
google avatar

Katie G.

Yelp
We visited early because we didn't want it to be too packed or crazy. The staff is alright. They weren't friendly but they also weren't rude. We ate first and the food was meh. We got wings and they were ok. Not worth the price in my opinion. We bowled which not much could go wrong and nothing really did. Enjoyed the time bowling. Once the lanes got busier we moved over to the pool table for a bit which was nice. Definitely would not go at a busy time because it seems to get hectic and like you end up just waiting long. If you really want to check the place out, go early but also it's nothing wildly special.
google avatar

Ebony E.

Yelp
Pretty cool place gives retro, dive bar vibes! Be patient if you have a crowd over 6... one it will take time for your food to come out, there will be a need to fix your bowling pins often, and gratuity will be added to your tab. The wing and fries were a good choice. I heard the drinks were a bit pricey for what you get. Just maybe safe to say grabbing a beer maybe a safe option
google avatar

Mike K.

Yelp
I absolutely love Bowlounge. I went with friends today to get out of the house and the service and experience was amazing. We played two games and they allowed us to play a third game even though they were starting to pick up at prime time. Great experience, clean, covid safe and they mandate masks. They even have a slogan up on their billboard inside that says "Don't be a maskh*le". They do a great job of partitioning each lane and even have every other lane open and plenty of outdoor seating for those that want to eat and have drinks. Great gas fireplaces outside too. Prices are pretty high and about $20 per game but you will have an amazing time and play in a vintage 70s bowling lounge. We had a blast and loved the experience and great service. The best bowl lounge in Dallas!

Yelp
My fiancé met up with some friends after work on a Friday evening. This was my first time here. I was really excited because I hadn't been bowling in a while and it had a retro vibe that I loved. So I believe how it works with bowling is you have to put your name down on a list and they're supposed to call you or come find you when a lane becomes available. We didn't want to start bowling until around 7ish so we just hung out in the patio, enjoying happy hour, catching up. They had $5 margaritas and they were actually pretty good. The service was slow for some of my friends. They had been waiting for their food to come out for about 30 minutes and it turned out that their order wasn't put it. My fiancé ordered some boneless wings and they came out pretty quick. Once we made it to our lane, I ordered a margherita pizza. Again, my food came out pretty quick. It was hot and delicious! I loved that they had actual slices of tomato on it. Thanks to Yelp, there's a check in offer for free rental shoes so we all pretty much saved a couple of bucks! We were only allowed two games since there were other people waiting but that was enough for us. We had lots of fun!
google avatar

Claudia D.

Yelp
Very cool atmosphere but poor experiences in both bowling and lounge areas.Got charged for 18 games when we played 12. Got the refund with a side of attitude. Then we went to eat and watch the game and our food had to come back out not twice but 3 times because apparently the kitchen has a different menu than the customer menu, so we kept getting sandwiches with everything we wanted to exclude and eventually had to write down exactly what we wanted because they couldn't read our order. Overall very odd experience that made it not worth returning.

Yelp
I used to be a pretty avid bowler in my 20s so it's been awhile since I've even stepped foot inside a bowling alley. This place is so cute! Old school equipment and pin resets. It reminded me of the 80s for sure. All of the other games were closed (shuffleboard, pool, etc) which was a huge let down. We came for our daughters after dinner bowling party and were looking forward to having a variety of things to do. Everything was very clean and the lane staff was helpful. We didn't order any food or drinks but they brought us complimentary waters. Masks while you bowl was a TOTAL bummer. They do take your temp upon entry as well. Counter guy was nice and informative but did curse a bunch while explaining the lengthy rules we had to abide by. There is a 2 game maximum. But you can ask for more time if no one is waiting for a lane. The extreme shocker came when the bill was presented. $75 for 2 games! Inflation hit bowling big time since I've been!

Yelp
Told us we'd get 2 lanes after 45 minutes and instead gave us 1 after an hour and a half and that we needed to finish quickly

Yelp
Had food there recently and decided to take a couple friends back to try it. The food was still great and kitchen staff was apologetic and friendly about the mixups. However, the bartenders were very rude. As a service industry worker it takes a lot a to post a negative review but the extremely slow service, bringing food dropped off from another table 15 minutes prior, eye rolling, speaking disrespectful to and about your customers within ear shot really earned it. To put it in perspective there probably wasn't 100 people in the place with at least 10 servers and bartenders yet the bare minimum of service couldn't be met. Not sure if it's incompetence or homophobia but definitely made the list of worst experiences.

Yelp
Great for a night out with friends! Though they do offer kids shoe sizes, this place isn't family friendly based on the fact they don't have lane bumper or the ball booster for kids. The food and drinks are also good. I had the fried chicken which is well marinated and appears to steam fried. The fries are amazing.

Yelp
Poor and careless service. Had my Jordans stolen here on 8/27/23 around 12:25 am to 12:45 am prior to closing while we were bowling. Security had no idea what happened, even though one security guard literally was standing right behind our lane "watching". Reported it to the manager, Juano, who was completely insensitive and offered no solution--he literally walked away without a care, did not even offer any refunds for even a drink as a courtesy which shows he doesn't care for customers or bringing back their business even when a crime was committed in the business. Work crew members were more helpful than he was so thank you to them for at least showing some type of concern! Security guard was also of no help and had the audacity to tell me that since they were closing (mind you this is while I was on the phone with 911), I had to walk to my car in my socks (it's literally 100 degrees out in Dallas, even at night, esp on concrete that's been baking all day)--completely disrespectful and rude. How would they feel if they were in my position? They likely would want help as well I would assume. Highly do not recommend coming here if you're wanting reliable service if anything happens to you or your personal belongings. They need to work on their security and management, considering there were more than 5 security guards and this manager had no interest in customer care. It's ok to honestly not know what to exactly do but at least offer some help to your customer--it's never okay to be useless, especially in business.

Yelp
I took my fiancé and her mom here since her mom is visiting from out of state. We got there around 5 and asked to bowl. They put us on a lane and in less than an hour a giant party walked in and they made our second game our last game. Nobody told us about the party or that our lane was one they were using. I'm not very happy and our night was cut short.

Yelp
My first time here. Pros: -Friend ordered 12 wings and got 24. Nice bartender to charge for 12 only. So tipped him well! -Wings tasted good Cons -Cold and boring ambience -1 bartender for everyone. I understand being short staffed so letting this one go -Didnt have a couple beers on tap and no signs on the tap either -ordered Veggie pizza- came out burnt, tasteless Refused to bowl in such a boring place! Definitely wont be coming back!

Yelp
We decided to try out the new brunch menu that they recently added. First issue was, what time do they open. We showed up a little after 11 and doors were still locked. So we decided to grab some coffee down the street and then come back. We finally went in at 11:45 because we saw another table go in. We got greeted quickly, but that was the only thing that went quickly. Server took our drink order. Then it finally showed up ten minutes later. He said he would be right back to take our food order, but that wasn't the case. We were there so long before he finally took our order, at this point the patio was full. Food took forever to get there and was meh. Nothing awesome. Best thing was the toast, of that says anything. Never got more drinks because one server cannot handle all the patio. Overall, this place is not staffed enough to manage a Dallas brunch scene. I would save your time and money and just wait until they get the bugs out or hire more staff.
