Boxed Market (Formerly MaxDelivery)

This place is bonkers, in the best way. We placed an order (of 14 cases of seltzer no less) at 11:06 pm. At 11:29 pm they were downstairs with it. Unbelievable. And they provide you with real-time updates. 6 stars if I could.

It’s my first time ordering from BoxedMarket after having been a loyal Boxed Express customer. While I was really used to my regular online grocery shopping and had a routine over the years from the bulk goods I get from Boxed Express, Boxed Market seems to provide a more reliable service with a lot more variety and options. I appreciate their gesture that for the first order I got a 30% off and also received a gift with sweet treats. Their delivery was both fast and quite prompt. Great customer service so far! I’ll be ordering again.

Loved my experience with MaxDelivery! Super convenient and received every item I ordered. Even better... I received my grocery delivery less than an hour after ordering. They were kind enough to also include a small gift bag of delicious bakery items. Will definitely be using this service again soon.

I ordered some snacks and medicine for my wife who was traveling to NY. They has it there fast and before she even checked in. The delivery guy called several times to confirm the address. Customer service was far better than I expected. Above and beyond. Make sure you tip well! They take care of you!

My order arrived today. It was very positive experience. Everything packed carefully and put in place. The delivery guy was very pleasant and respectful. Excellent quality and fresh products. The only issue I had was the time of the delivery as I couldn’t change it to a better time that will suit me. Thanks for making shipping easier for me.

Wow! I’m so pleased with my first experience using boxed market. The shopping process was super smooth; the delivery was on time and Jose was so gracious and polite - he brought my bags up the stairs; the products were well packed and felt like someone really cared. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Got my first delivery and everything was perfect. Sometimes when a "deal" is too good to be true...it actually turns out to be...true. I took advantage of the $50 off of a $100 order. So, not only did I get everything for half price (as a first time customer) but, I was sent a beautiful gift of sweeties. Really, when does that happen?
