To be honest, an hour ago, I would have given them 1 star because there was a problem ordering meat by the pound and they ended up charging me basically double after the order was out for delivery. I called, very frustrated, having a hard time even explaining what had happened, and Luis sorted it out and helped me immediately, and with kindness. I am so used to people in customer service really not caring about the customer at all, and was so grateful for his help and how quickly he took care of everything. They also sent a really cute gift bag full of NYC-famous baked goods which I thought was a nice touch. Will definitely order from them again.
