Okay you’re actually so silly if you don’t come here. I think it’s the best restaurant in montreal. For everything - food, vibe, service. Our group ate almost everything on the menu, as it’s sharing plate style, and each dish was better than the next. The menu changes all the time, which is so much fun and allows you to have new experiences every time you go. The scallops and oysters and duck were all out of this world. They make an incredible pasta too. And can’t forget about drinks!! They have an extensive wine list and will make you cocktails or mock tails to your hearts desire. Vibes are perfect with cozy lighting and comfortable seating with views of an open kitchen. Back patio is also gorgeous!! Go here!! You’re dumb not to!!

Spectacular! I’ve been wanting to go here for a while, and I’m glad I did. The variety and freshness of the dishes is notable. Excellent service and a great ambiance. We tried everything on the menu and everything was top notch.

I came here for a date night with my husband. Loved my experience . Everything was delicious and paired perfectly with wine. They have a large selection of wines if you are a wine lover and foodie I am sure you’ll like this place. Their dishes are very good and beautifully presented. Their portions are a bit small but that allows you to try different things on the menu. Very cozy place with a good vibe.

Love this neighborhood gem - the food is delicious and the chef is creative and works with the best ingredients and the menu changes according to what is in season. The smoked butter that comes with the bread is out of this world ! I tend to go early as it tends to get quite loud with the crowd and music.

Really good restaurant with a nice terrace. The food was fresh and innovative. All the plate are well presented and the service was really good but sometimes a bit slow. Good choice of wine and cocktails. Definitely going back!

A wonderful dining experience. Great attention to detail went into every plate that came out. All dishes were very well balanced both in flavor and texture. A lot of thought has also gone into the small but well crafted farm to table type menu. The ingredients were fresh and prepared in some unconventional methods which elevated the experience even further. Best of all you don't leave hungry, portions were not big but not lacking in any way. A good selection of natural wines and an original twist on some classic cocktails. The ambiance is quaint. The open kitchen concept gave insight into the well oiled machine which is Boxernans. The service was 5 stars with a kind and well organised staff.

love this spot. Went for the first time and had the best cocktails, amazing fish, really interesting veggie dishes, delish dessert. will absolutely be going back. vibes are immaculate, super cozy.

first dine-in experience in 2022! it was absolutely lovely with a very relaxed and cool ambiance and the food was excellent (the carpaccio is great). the wine list is the reason we went and it did not disappoint. only problem is that we could not try more bottles! même des bouteilles du vignoble Lieux communs... 😍

Great discovery ! I have been there during summer so I had dinner on their terrasse behind, it was really nice. Even the interior in beautiful. It is several tapas to share, I love those kind of restaurant. But here they know how to revisit common plate by mixing unusual flavors together. I spent my time being surprised. Big plus: the ratio quality / price is really good I took 7 or 8 tapas, 1 beer & 1 glass of wine for 90$ with taxes and tips

We came for dinner on a Friday night and were seated outside under one of their tents in the parking lot. The atmosphere was very casual and relaxed. The wine list is extensive, but I didn't see any options by the glass. We ordered 6 dishes, and they all came out relatively quickly and coursed out. Everything was quite delicious, and we especially loved the tomato dish! Taking off a star though because each of the dishes ended up being about $20 each and they were not very big (and mind you one of the dishes was just a tray of bread).

I went here for a late night business meeting. What can I say this place us what I miss about Montreal now that I live in Ottawa: Cool vibes, amazing tasty food, trendy feeling, packed and alive after 10pm. The stuff were also super nice (but that we do have in Ottawa). My friend liked one of the dishs so much he wanted more so they arrenged a large portion of the side dish just for him, and with that they won the 5th and 6th(if I could) star.

So pleasantly surprised with this little gem of a neighborhood restaurant. Went on a whim with a friend earlier this week and had a wonderful time from start to finish. A great seat upfront, welcomed by friendly waitstaff, delicious main course complimented by a perfect dry red wine from Chile. Atmosphere was cozy and warm with jazzy music playing. My dinner selection was spot on delicious (the veal cheek coupled with pillowy bed of fresh gnocci with a delicious reduction sauce - to-die-for. One of the best meals I've had out in a very very long time. Will definitely recommend to friends and will be a return customer.

Small menu with seasonal items. Fun option to make your own cheese and meat plate. AMAZING list of private importe sulfate free wine. Recco ordering 2-3 plates per person. Good for groups of 4 would not recommend larger. Great neighborhood ambiance. Perfect for a Saturday night dinner plan for a few hours.

Walking into this space on a Monday night, with its bricked wall, chic dark bar, and warm atmosphere, I was excited to snag a reservation at this Outremont bistro. It's literally one of the only hot spots that is open on a Monday night so yes, it was busy at 7:00 pm. As lovely as the indoor space was, we opted for the small terrace in the back of the restaurant. Although it doesn't have much of a view (basically overhead residential balconies and a parking lot), it is nice to have the option of outdoor seating. The tables were cozy and candlelit, and offered a relaxed feel. The music inside did get louder as the night progressed but the repertoire was awesome, and added to the neighbourhood hangout feel this space seems to have become. We were warmly seated and greeted by the wait staff who patiently explained the menu as well as the various wines on their list. The food menu was comprised of seasonal sharing plates, as well as a variety of side dishes including cheeses and charcuterie. In order to get the most of our experience, we opted for the platter option where they assemble a sample of their sides dishes including cheese, charcuterie, pickles, beets, olives and bread. As recommended, we also ordered three of the most popular sharing plates including the Boxermans sandwich, the tomato provençal, and the stuffed zucchini. From start to finish, the food was impeccable! Great flavour, perfectly executed, and great ingredients; you can taste the freshness of the produce. Three plates was much though after having such a big platter for an opener. The waiter was also bang on in recommending a great crisp and light white wine; loved that most of the wines are also available by the glass cause we finished that bottle fast! This place is my new coup de cœur, offering great food at very reasonable prices, a great bar and drink selection, and a laid back feel in a beautiful setting; it doesn't get better!

I brought a group of 6 who were visiting from out of town and was a really good experience sharing dishes, drinking excellent red wine and simple/delicious desert. The staff was very kind and attentive helping to offer gluten free and daily free options. Overall nice atmosphere - highly recommend to check this restaurant out!

This is a neighborhood gem. Had a delicious cappuccino, the smoked Arctic char and half of the Boxerman sandwich. It's delicious and elevated deli/bistro food. Loved it!!!

Sick atmosphere, it's very cozy and I dig the lighting. Great staff, they're always chill and make good conversation. Food is hit or miss, however.

The food and environment here are incredible. We ate outside and we allowed the chefs to bring us their best selection and it was way beyond what was expected. The wine they suggested was perfect to pair and overall it was our best meal while visiting for the long holiday weekend. For a nice, light, tasty, and unique dining experience, enjoy some dishes from Boxermans

Wonderful food and wonderful experience. We were at the bar right next to the open kitchen so got to watch everything being prepared. The aubergine, carpaccio and rissoto were all spectacular and they even gave us a free chocolate mousse which was excellently done. The wine list was also very impressive. Over all one of the best restaurant experiences I've had to date.

So happy this place exists. Its cozy and accommodating, the staff is very warm and always makes you feel welcome. Whether I need a table to work for an afternoon, have a quick drink or to celebrate birthday dinner, I've done all at this wonderful place. This versatility, along with great food and drink, is what makes Boxermans so special.
