The 11 Best Restaurants In Jack London Square

"When you have exactly 25 minutes to get food before your next errand or meeting, Boxi Kitchen is here for you. The mostly takeout-focused Mediterranean spot has the whole quick midday meal thing dialed in—their loaded fries, wraps, and mezze platters are easy to take home or back to the office. The chicken shawarma wrap swaddled in grilled lavash is a well-stuffed beauty, and ordering anything involving the golf ball-sized falafel is always a good idea. " - julia chen 1, lani conway, ricky rodriguez

The food was great! I got the mixed kebab, the meat was well seasoned and went really nice with the mezes. The house sauce on the fries was super flavorful and delicious. I also really liked the interior and colorful green wall! The staff was very friendly and service was quick. I definitely recommend!!

Fantastic restaurant with super delicious food. I was not very hungry but wasn’t able to resist eating my plate. The staff is super friendly and meat is Halal. See you soon!

Boxi Kitchen is such a top quality spot! Mediterranean food is my go-to and as a vegetarian I found their meal incredibly satisfying touching on a lot of different flavors. I can tell they function on high standards because the freshness and care of packing of everything my Falafel plate was top tier. I especially loved their homemade sauces and the texture of the falafels — you can tell when a place cares about the way they make their meals from how good the falafels are! 10/10 would recommend🤩

I love this wrap, so delicious! It reminds me I'm in my hometown Samsun, I'm saying that because the taste is the same and original. Try it, tell me what you think! Signature Black Sea boy! :)

The food was delicious, and the portions are well sized. Our server was extremely gracious. Recommend the falafel.

I was excited to try this place because of the lack of quick lunch spots in the neighborhood around my office, but wow, what a disappointment. Granted, I'm writing this review based on a single item, but a Mediterranean place should be able to nail a Greek salad with falafel. It had canned black olives (!) and an overly sweet dressing that tasted bottled. The falafel were soft and textureless. And I don't know what that was that came with it, but it wasn't hummus. Very disappointing, and very overpriced, given the quality. I won't be returning.
