Boxpark Croydon is a lively fun place where you can eat, drink, play, watch Sports or other events on large screens. The Food Court offers an unbelievable variety of cuisines including Italian, Thai, Malaysian, Afghan and many more. We went as a family to enjoy Single Malt, Beer and Gin for drinks with Italian Pasta, Malaysian Kothuriti, Afghan Bolani and Soup. The dishes were delicious. I remember when Boxpark opened; it was full of people, traders and with great portions. Now we pay £10 in Poptata when till 1 year ago for the same price the larch chips were in a rectangular box with much bigger portions. It is just disappointing and dishonest that customers are seen quality and quantity dropping down so much. I’ll never be back.

Terrible value and service. The Thai express guy wanted 2 pounds for extra veg. That’s ok. When I asked for extra chilly he said 1 pound. Disgusting.

About 20 different countries to taste, loud music, the spicy food is super extra spicy and the beer is so good.

Nice chill spot with tons of food options. Had Afghan rice with lamb (without raisins). Large portion and the food tastes great.

Excellent location, with a tramline running alongside and a BR station just a minute away. Great for catching up with colleagues. A wide array of food options are available to cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to Boxpark on Tuesday evening. My partner and I ordered food from Tortilla around 10:30pm and were enjoying our meal. The food and service from Tortilla were excellent. However, unfortunately, our experience was disrupted by one of the Boxpark cleaning staff. While we were still eating (well before the 11:00pm closing time), the cleaner approached us in a rude and confrontational manner. She raised her voice, saying things like “you don’t want me to go home,” and incorrectly claimed I had been there since 5:00pm. This was untrue, as I had only arrived at 9:00pm and met my partner at 10:00pm. Although I did not respond or escalate the situation, she continued making comments in a hostile tone, which left us feeling very uncomfortable and forced us to leave abruptly. It was disappointing and quite upsetting to be treated this way, especially when we were simply finishing our food within normal hours. I would like to stress that Tortilla provided a great experience — the issue was solely with the Boxpark cleaning staff. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure that customers are able to enjoy their meals without being made to feel rushed or harassed before closing time. Thank you for your time.
