Pretty good! Atmosphere here is awesome. Food ingredient quality was a little lacking but the recipes were delicious. Wings, tacos, and beer were all satisfactory, but the price wasn't low enough to warrant some of the subpar produce that showed up on my plate. I'd definitely come back for a drink though, and the tacos were very good. Would visit again.

We love Boyle Heights Bar! The service, the drinks, the music…. Everything is great here. We come by every Friday evening- Lily makes the best drinks, and just keeps it real- she holds this place down.

Was not expecting this great food worthy of any restaurant. The ceviche was good. The stake was amazing. The tacos were amazing, chicharon was on point ,and taco shrimp was amazing , and I was not expecting this kind of quality from a bar. O and the music were on point. First time here, and I highly recommend

This place is a bit above average. The drinks are great. No happy hours. The only reason I gave it a 5 star on food are the chicharrones, they are amazing. Didn't try the mix drinks when beer is worth a 3pk tall can. 😆 the atmosphere is amazing chill drink food music. Not bad. May be top 10 in Boyle Heights comunnity.

First time here and really enjoyed the margaritas, good prices ,the music was not for me,dj could have mixed it up a bit. Our server was mario and he made some good margaritas, restrooms super clean,good crowd. 👍. Hoping to become a regular.

I visited on a Saturday Wednesday afternoon and spent the evening with some amazing people that welcomed me into the bar and town! Lily made amazing drinks and the regulars were full of fun energy.

First time here with my wife and i had no expectations... Liliana was our Bartender and she made a DELICIOUS Micheladas!!! Def a good spot for a yummy michee!.. Had the cheesy Garlic Bomb! They were Bomb AF! Lolll it was the ROSEMARY for me!. I love rosemary and a lot of my dishes I cook so trying the rosemary on the cheesy garlic bread bomb. Just hit the spot and just made something so simple upscale delicious I approve can't wait to go back and try more food. The ambience is really clean. Very cute. I love how clean the place was, also enjoyed getting to munch on some spicy peanuts and pistachios with my Michelada. Don't sleep on this place. Can't wait to go back and try more foods looks so delicious.

Dropped in the place because I had a couple of questions but ended up staying for a michelada. There was absolutely no one else here but me... until a friend came in to have a drink with me. Can't say much about the place because it's my first time here. I did notice the $3 bag of peanuts. That's a cool little snack. T

Don't Judge book by its cover Great food. Drinks special. Great time for music bands. Awesome local spot. They have plethora of beers. Bartenders are always welcoming on top of things. I recommend to come and have drink or food or just to hear music, watch ur local Teams Lakers Dodgers cowboys except raiders or 49ers... joking I love this spot.

Second time here for date night! Hubby and I had to return for some drinks, the chicharrón with guacamole, and the music is the VIBE!

I really like the inside and outside look of this place. It's like a cool little hangout. I like the art pieces they have up. Prices are reasonable. Try it at least for one drink.

My neighborhood CHEERS & I love it! This place has great food, drinks and awesome staff from the bartenders and owner Lily! Every time I come thru that door I am always greeted with a smile & great service. Great place to come hang out with friends/family and enjoy a day or night whether it's just to hang out and listen to jukebox tunes or watching sports on the TVs. Love that they have great selection of beers on tap, especially IPA's and mixed drinks. Food is delicious as well as their dessert too.

Great service. Delicious food and drinks reasonably priced. Wasn't too crowded. Music volume was just right to allow for conversation. The decor was welcoming. Seating booths were comfortable.

This is a hidden gem right off the freeway. Great drinks and the wings are killer! I have tried the karaoke night and it was fun. Usually a good crowd with some characters but it's always a good time.

Great, yummy food. This place has an Ami juke box so you can play your own music. The food is delicious. American, Mexican and everything in between. The tortillas are hand made and their salsa is also fresh and made there. All the food is tasty and has flavor. The caldo de res was delish! Check out the torta hogada, freshly made churros and pop tarts along with other desserts Finally a bar that has great food to accompany your great drinks in your neighborhood. Boyle Heights. The bartenders are lively, happy and fun. The owner Lilly....hustles and is always on the move making sure everyone is taken Care of. The parking is a bit difficult and only street parking is available, but it's worth it. Drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. Their instagram page is very informative. The place is clean and spacious... They have karaoke nights every Sunday night. NFL and NBA games are always available as well. Great place all together

Boyle Heights Bar has the best burgers. We just love them. You can eat at the bar or one of their comfortable tables. Located in East LA, it is a great place to grab some food. They serve late which is great. They have a full bar, lots of fun. What I really like is they don't let people get plastered there and then get in a car. They know when it is time to have a glass of water or a cab. You will love this place.

Came in on a random Sunday since we were in the area. First time here and the food was really good. My husband got the burger which he said was a 10/10. I got the cauliflower buffalo wings and the mushroom taco. Both were really good. The service was good and there was karaoke as well.

You wouldn't expect that you were going to get a great cheeseburger by driving by this place. Very unassuming front and then you walk in and it's a nice bar. Clean and friendly place. Food is legit and the drinks were great as well. The tamarindo Paloma was very tasty. The cheeseburger and fries were great. Delicious patty and buns made in-house. Korean bbq sauced wings were delicious and juicy. Well done!

Ever since moving back to Montebello I came across this bar (which is also a RESTAURANT). You can easily pass by not thinking of it much from the outside but glad I took the time to look at the pics here of the place and furthermore drive out to check it out. The place is an absolute gem in Boyle Heights. Inside is always clean filled with regulars/locals that are welcoming to all. The staff is great and owner is always on sight keeping everything in order. If you're looking for a great meal stop by ANYTIME and if you're looking to sing a song or two judgement free stop by on Sundays for their karaoke night!

This bar is trash. I am a veteran of 24 years and I have a disability that I have to take my service dog with me everywhere. This restaurant bar denied me service because of my dog. The bad thing about it they even had a sign posted. Service dogs are welcome BS. Also manager/owner is trash. They don't even deserve the one star!!

Awesome service the bartenders were super nice and attentive to all of family needs. I highly recommend the limón pepper bites my wife and i i loved them and the pizza omg super fresh. My wife originally didn't think the place was going to be nice from the inside but its really nice inside. We will be coming back for sure.

Wow wow wow! I was shocked at how good the food is... When I walked in, I thought I was just walking into a dive bar with typical bar food... The food is exceptional! Flavorful, clean, well-made, food, kudos to you, chef JESSE!! I don't leave yelp reviews, but I had to leave one for this place, I truly was so surprised at how great the food is... Chicken and waffles are the BEST chicken waffles I've ever had and I love me some Roscoes, chicken and waffles but I'm sorry to say this was so much better!

My first time there - You would probably walk by it if you weren't looking for it - It's got an open space with decent bar food - The Paloma's are pretty standard- the crowd is definitely regulars- that included some mariachi ppl - they gave some beautiful performances over the karaoke mic - the best part of being there Overall it was good but nothing amazing- if someone suggested to go there I'd be game but I wouldn't make it my 1st pick

We brought some family here on a Friday at about 5pm They live walking distance away but we drove. As luck would have it we found parking right outside in the street! I had studied the reviews here on Yelp and we were cautiously optimistic. We opened the doors and loved the vibe, the decor and ambiance (is that the same as the vibe??). Let me tell you, the music that was playing was PERFECT! It was a mix that literally anyone would like. After selecting our spot we were greeted immediately by the server (who was amazing - patient, kind and always smiling). We ordered some margaritas, palomas and a brave soul ordered Long Island iced tea. They were really good. The paloma could have been a little more balanced but I'm probably nitpicking in the interest on being objective. We ordered some wings. Six of the classic style and six of the Asian style. They were perfectly fried and the texture was excellent. I never eat ALL of a wing but these were so perfect there was nothing left! Oh, their menu on that day was super simple which I think is a plus! I would rather have less items that are executed well than many items that are just mediocre. After a few more beers (the selection of IPAs was pretty good) we ordered some tacos. I ordered the pork belly taco. It was awesome! It reminds me more of a meaty chicharron taco than a classic pork belly taco I've had at other places, but I prefer this one. It has a slight crunch and the pork was tender. Flavor was well balanced. It could have used a little more heat, but the kitchen was happy to add chopped serranos to my second taco! We will definitely be back to try some more drinks and items from the menu!

So much promise in this spot. Stopped by on a whim, with a friend, and we both had good things to say overall. -- Atmosphere is great. -- They're taking health precautions. -- Food was good. (I recommend sharing the nachos, they're tasty and plentiful) -- Manager was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, several of the beers listed (and wanted) weren't available. Seeing as how we were two of the 4 people in the place, this wasnt an issue of too much demand. It was a let down but hopefully something they can fix for future visits.

Fresh food, you can you can tell all the food is made from scratch. The pizza is delicious, and the crust is amazing. The pork belly taco is delicious. I love the homemade tortillas. Drinks are great. Great ambiance. The cleanest public rest rooms I've ever been to.

Food was horrible. I ordered a burger had no tomatoes , onions or lettuce. Wings weren't good neither, tasted like bar food, literally. Too expensive for what's it's worth and tastes. They don't have many options to order from neither. The girl that took my order sounded lost when I was talking to her. She must of been in La la land.

It's about time EastLA/Boyle Heights has a top notch bar/restaurant. The food is the bomb! The drinks are just a bonus. Food is served almost all night long, which is great for when you've caught a good buzz. I love how the owner and bartenders serve you water when they know you've been drinking. That's showing love to the customers right there. Do yourself a favor and stop by to eat and drink. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Here on a Saturday Night. We ordered the Birria French Fries and a Pepperoni pizza. Birria fries were tasty, the birria itself had a great flavor. Pizza was deep dish, individual and had good flavor. Had Margaritas on the rocks all night. Lime margarita was a miss, but mango margarita was good. They have a variety of beers on tap and a full bar. The crowd is a mix age wise, from your tios to your primos, Earlier in the night it was the tios but later at night it was the primos. The decor is great barrel tables, loteria cards and this big ass gold quinceañera like chair, I dig the upgrade. Stop by the relaxed ambiance.

This was a wonderful spot to have Happy Hour. Beers were delicious and refreshing. Food is amazing. Will definitely go again.

This is my neighborhood bar. The food is incredible. The drinks are a good price. And the owner Lily is so nice (as well as all the other bar tenders and regulars). Whether it's for a quick bite at 6pm or one last drink at 1:00am, I love coming here.

Thus time I'm stopping by to test out the Blue Corn Tortilla Tacos: going for a Mushroom first then the traditional Asada.

The guacamole is I also order the torta which came with plenty of meat. I recommend trying the mango cart miche. Overall, will definitely come by again.

Found this as I yelped Pizza and so happy to have a spot near by with yummy food and a great selection of craft beer. Also felt very comfortable with a crows flawlessly switching from english to spanish and back. Enjoyed the screens for soccer and basketball games.

Came here in a Friday, last call was a little before 1. My friend was the DJ playing ol school hits. The vibe was cool, but is was not that packed which is cool. They have a wide variety of drinks at the bar. The bartenders where very cool. I saw that they also serve food which I didn't get to try but at least I know now. Maybe next time. A security greets you at the entrance to check ID and covid protocols. Over all I would come here again to chill ,relax and knock back a few beers with friends.

my wife and i had to check out our local watering hole, few blocks from our place . off the bat you can tell the put in some money and time into renovating this place. food is tasty, drinks are stiff, security is friendly and the crowd is a beautiful blend of old regulars and young kids. def will be coming back

New bar & restaurant worth checking out. Had a late morning breakfast (egg & bagel) and it was great! They have a lunch and dinner menu too. An awesome full bar and unique decor sets this place off as something special in East LA.

Nice bar. Jukebox and big beer selection. Lilly is friendly and attentive. Bathrooms are clean. They have a large food menu and security at the door. Micheladas are really good. I enjoy going there for a few beers

This is a concept that we really needed in boyle heights. The owners is super nice. The TV and full Bar is a hit in this side pf town. We will definitely come back!!!!

Y'all, Y'ALL, show this place some love PLEASE! The pizza, to die for. The drinks, cheap and delicious. The music, bangers all night. This place just opened and is a major hidden gem in ELA.
