*****Update***** I am under order to send my child to this place STILL. We have been picking her up immediately after school when she is under our care. I only took this up one star because: The damage is done. My daughter loathes this place. It started to get better but she hates this company after she was discriminated against due to her allergy.
The person who did this to her is gone. Replaced by a very beautiful person who introduced herself. They corrected everything I was upset about . I did walk to the school one day to see what they were doing and saw they were monitoring everyone as expected.
We lost all faith in this place because my daughter still associates the after school care with that "mean lady".
The issues were- discrimination against allergy (singled out in front of the group, verbal abuse)
Letting kids wander and talk to strangers (comes home tells me about a man with dogs she spoke to)
and letting them outside in inclement weather.
Be WARNED. The previous after-school company focused on learning and homework, and it was much better. The previous company was WORTH paying the money for her to be there. This one I felt I was paying them to abuse my child. I hope they hire better people or have better methods.

I'm here to write about the after school care. Find an alternative. They send your kids out when it's freezing . My child has food allergies. One of the people she's supposed to "respect" told her if she wants to eat the same snacks that they do she needs to tell her parents that we need to change her food allergy status.
This is what she told me, like the staff leader told her to do. TELL ME TO CHANGE HER FOOD ALLERGY STATUS. She needs an EPI pen for her allergy.
I'm looking for alternatives at this point. They let her outside and now I think she has a cold. It's 40 degrees. We had another company who did the after school care- they NEVER did this to our child. I emailed, no response. Find a nice aunty who will care for your kids after school. Ridiculous. And we only send here there to socialize, not be verbally abused! NO EMAILS or REPLIES back about my complaint.
