I have refueled here on numerous occasions and have washed my vehicle at the self-serve car wash as well over the years. As I stopped in today, my favorite pump had another vehicle using it so I decided to go to another one. Horrible mistake. I went to Pump 8 on the end, that has the 87/89/93 and Diesel. I tapped my card, pressed 93 and began fueling. Moments later, I glanced at the pump, and it was on 87! I know what I pressed, and my car is tuned/DME remapped specifically for 93...why the hell would I purposely pump 87!? I immediately stopped, took a photo, and ended the transaction to go complain after 3.5 gallons were already dispensed. I went to the attendants booth, and no one was to be found for almost 10 minutes. An older "gentleman" then appeared, reviewed my reciept and the pump information on his kiosk, and accused me of pressing 87. Needless to say, he obviously reset the pump, and when I attempted to recreate this issue, it did not happen the second time. I now have an off ratio of 87 and 93 in my tank, thanks to the failed input at the pump and lack of accountability of this BP station. - 0/5 ⭐️'s
