Chicago’s Most Festive Spots for the Winter | Eater

"This sports bar pours 40 beers on tap every day of the week, ensuring variety and good vibes for an array of occasions. For the winter season, the behind the bar approach turns slightly more spirited with several concoctions, including eggnog (with BACARDÍ Black, nutmeg, and whipped cream) and peppermint martinis (with BACARDÍ, peppermint schnapps, crème de cacao, and a candy cane garnish)." - Vox Creative

Updating review: Updated to 1 star because an hour after I wrote this review, I realized I had food poisoning from this place, and had to get on my flight extremely sick. Would not recommend getting on a flight with food poisoning, and definitely wouldn't recommend chancing the food here. ------ This place was not it. I wanted to love it; it had modern vibes and looked like a great spot to drop by for a bite. Looked super busy and in passing, the food looked great. But unfortunately the only thing I can recommend is the beer. When we talked to our waiter and asked him for recommendations, he had none at all. That was the first red flag (and now I understand why). We ordered the chicken tenders and a pretzel to split, both with a miller on the side (about $85 worth of food and drink). The pretzels were unseasoned and came with cold queso. We asked if the queso could be heated up at least, and they gave us a second cold queso. The chicken tenders were cooked perfectly (breading was great!) but not a single ounce of seasoning or flavor. You'd never catch me leaving chicken tenders on my plate, but today I did. The miller was exactly as we had hoped, refreshing and cold, and that's why I left at least two stars. I enjoyed the miller, and if I would've known how the food would be, I would've probably just gotten another miller and called it a night. Overall disappointing experience. And for $85 for two people, you expect the food to at least be decent. I wouldn't recommend. If you find yourself in the Dulles airport, look for food elsewhere unless you like your food unseasoned.

Great service and fully staffed, good beer on tap at $13 beer. Wines we tried pinot grigio- not good $16 glass and prosecco was sweet and fizzy. Had an old fashioned it was over sweet at $17. Food is good, sandwiches $17 and steak $40. Why does the menu font need to be so small? Music is on a very short loop, we heard the same list 3x in about 2 hours. All in all good option if ur in Terminal B but expensive as all airport options.

Food is subpar and the pinching of mustard, onions, and pickles for a burger was laughable for the price they charge. I asked for mustard, and they gave one packet!!! The fries could use a bit of salt and were the best part of the meal, which doesn't say much as you have to actually try to mess up fries. The order included a mixed drink, which was supposed to include bourbon, was severely lacking. The bourbon, if it was in there, was missing from the flavor and buried in ice. There is such a thing as too much ice for a mixed drink. Photos provided are of the meal as it arrived. No thanks! The customer service was spot on and professional though.

Oof, I really expected more from this place. It is prominently placed, but that’s no excuse for terrible service, tiny drinks, and the bare minimum of effort put into the food. The hummus you would normally get for $3 elsewhere was $17… and embarrassingly small when delivered.

Trash- Save your time and money. This is my $40 filet mignon. It’s just cooked food. Steamed/boiled veggies, cooked meat, no seasoning AT ALL. Slow service. Even the cokes were super flat. All plastic ‘silverware’. Very low end.

I tried their tomato soup with grill cheese, the soup tasted sweet and tangy though the quantity was very less than the priced, the grill cheese didn’t have any taste it was very blend, wouldn’t eat this again here. Overall I’d not recommend the grill cheese and tomato soup here. Thanks!

I ordered the steak at Bracket Room for $46 (before tax), and unfortunately, it was a big letdown. The food came out cold and was completely lacking in flavor. For the price, I expected a hot, well-seasoned meal, but it tasted like it had been sitting for a while before reaching the table. The service was decent, but the quality of the food did not match the high price. Overall, not worth the cost. I’d recommend trying another spot in the airport if you’re looking for a good meal.

I ordered a crispy buttermilk fried sandwich to go with me on my flight. The sandwich was good. I cut it in 1/2 and as I was about half way through one half and felt a hair in my mouth. Pulled it out and it was a black hair, about 4 inches long. Not my hair, I have gray-white long hair. I have a very weak stomach and gag reflex. I just tried very hard to dismiss it and not make a scene (already on plane). Discarded the rest. So gross and disappointing.
