This retail center on Braddock Rd in Annandale provides a diverse range of retail shops, dining options, and a Giant supermarket for the residents and the community. While the parking area is spacious, it tends to experience congestion, particularly during weekends. The array of shops and dining establishments significantly enhances the overall shopping experience for visitors.

Amazing food options here near my parents home: Amazing Vietnamese place. Good Afghan kabab. New Filipino place. Average Starbucks. 7-11 if needed. ABC store for affordable liquor and wine. Giant grocery for everything else. A mosque next door. Only problem is occasional low class loud crowd playing Bachata or Cumbia from their cars and driving erratically.

A shopping center that has everything you need in your backyard is how my friend put it. We will be customers for life. The only drawback is the parking area , ( finding a spot) at Giant, and entering/exiting the Giant exit. It can be a bit congested after 4pm. Otherwise, it's a well worth shopping experience.

Good shopping center with all the essentials. It can have too much traffic at busy times with exiting left onto Braddock Rd being pretty bad. Also, everyone seems to think using their hazards to drop packages (or buy liquor) is ok.

Great selection of small restaurants. But, the parking spaces are very small and rarely available close to the building. The parking is full because of the gym that occupies one of the larger corner stores. If the gym customers parked in the back lot, they would be closer to their entrance and would make more spaces available in the front lot. But, I don't think I would feel safe back there.

Typical strip mall shopping center. Recently had a face lift to make it look a little more modern. Parking can sometimes be difficult, but there is generally sufficient parking. Restaurants are all acceptable and clean. A fair variety of specialty stores and service shops. Overall, a convenient location with a good variety of shops and eateries. There used to be a local pub (Little Italy), which left when their lease cost went up and the owner felt they could no longer make a profit. I wish a local pub/ tavern would take up shop there again, as it was a great place to eat and have a beer or two. Good shopping center with a variety of shops to shop at, but the parking situation can be cumbersome. I've seen cars get hit here just passing one another. Apart from that, great coffee at Beanetics, fun comics at Collector's World, and affordable groceries at Aldi's. Burger King is not far from there either.

The Giant food here seemed well staffed and the cashier was nice enough to wipe down the belt and credit/debit machine at my request; Which I really appreciated! I found what I needed but it seemed a bit pricier here than the Giant I normally shop at. Lots of parking and they do have a pretty good selection.

Yelp
This is an L-shaped strip mall that is anchored by a Giant Food, Golds Gym & Starbucks. There is a variety of restaurants & retail including a Banfield Pet Hospital, UPS Store, & Dollar Tree. Be forewarned that access to the shopping center as well as finding parking is a bit of a biotch!

Yelp
I like having the grocery, dollar tree, UPS store (returns!) and auto parts stores together. I seem to need all those often and end up at this shopping center 2-3 times a week. I also like the range of restaurants: Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino, Afghan, Subway, McDonald's, Starbucks, carryout pizza, and even Boba Tea. We used the veterinary place once as a less expensive alternate for a rabies shot. I've never used the gym, urgent care, bank, 7-11, or martial arts space. I've never had any problem with parking other than the line to get onto Backlick Rd at the light.

Yelp
So convenient to shop, but I'm always concerned that advanced towing will have my car cornered or blocked for Ransom $$(so bring extra 20$ bills). Or they will even just tow it. I've had my legally parked car hitched up to their truck and had to video tape and spend hours arguing with some Angey lady behind their lack of "Service" counter.
