This place is very close to our house so we like to come here often but it seems like every other time we call in to place an order we are unable to get through to anyone even after several attempts and using a different phone to call. It seems to be the female that’s working when this happens as we have gone in to explain hoping it was just the phone lines being down or something. Our family loves the food when we are able to order so I’m hoping something will be done about this issue.

Best subs around. Pizza is awesome also. Friendly service clean environment. I won't go anywhere else oh the cheese fries won't disappoint trust me.

Google
Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Lost our business for good, I own a business and would NEVER treat a customer with the disrespect we received because brads pizza didn’t “receive” our order. Although I got a receipt and payed, the cashier refused to even help us in getting a refund. She did not want to help us just wanted to help the people behind us in line. What? Do better.

Many pizzas over the years. Great pizza!

We absolutely love the pizza. We also get their chicken sub and fish sub. Have never been disappointed. Our family highly recommends Brad's

I just ordered from Brads on Slice, it was delivered by doors dash. I was sent a text message from my DoorDash driver telling me that they gave my order to somebody else so I had to wait another 15 minutes. When my order arrived the meat on the cheese burger sub was raw and my pizza was thrown together haphazardly with one side having all the toppings and the other almost bare. Will not be ordering here again.

We stopped at Brad's today to order wings and eat in. There was no one in the restaurant. The customer service person told us they were not taking any orders for the next hour because they were too busy this morning. Mind you they open at 11 am and we stopped in at 3:15pm. The bad part about this is we have eaten here many times since this place opened and have never had this happen. Bottom line because of this we will never eat there or order from there again!!!!

First time getting a pizza here since 2015. I got a large extra cheese mushroom and pepperoni. To be honest I would give it half a star. The crust was burnt and super tough to bite for thin crust. The top was over cooked. I used to like pizza from here.

Yelp
I love brads! Food is always yummy. My favorites are subs, salads and calzones! Staff are usually pretty friendly.

Yelp
Decent pizza. Decent salad. Didn't deliver napkins, plates, or red pepper - to a hotel. Weird. Whatever. Will try other pizza places in the area.

Yelp
OK, i'm updating a review I wrote four years ago. One. Posted prices are 1.50 to 1.75 less than they are actually charging. Apparently, prices have been increased for awhile and never changed. This is illegal. Two. Fox News is blaring on a continuous loop. ANY news blaring while I'm eating or waiting is disconcerting. Three. As I was leaving, I didn't even want to touch the door. It was absolutely filthy. I am so glad I didn't look around any further... Four. Both my sandwich and the pizza were quite delicious. It's too bad that the previous three significant problems were so offputting that I won't return.

Yelp
This place is our regular spot. Cheesesteaks are awesome. Bread is always fresh. Lots of meats in the subs. & pizza's are always great.

Yelp
Don't eat here. They are not following Covid guide lines. Went to pick up my order I had called in, walked into the restaurant and not one single employee was wearing a mask. I turned around and walked out. I spent decades working in restaurants from fast food to three star restaurants. This is unexceptionable. Yes, it's hot working in a kitchen, but we're in the middle of a pandemic. Most of us are making sacrifices to slow the spread of this thing. Shame on you!

Yelp
I've passed Brad's pizza for years and never gave it a second look (Marcellos is right up the road and probably the best local pizza around), however having some spare time I stopped in last week to try it out. I was very surprised at the quality of the pizza. While it wasn't anything fancy, it was just enough of everything (good crust, sweet sauce, perfect amount of cheese) to make me want to go back again. It was very reasonably priced too! The ambiance of Brad's was an even bigger surprise. From the road, it doesn't look like much, but inside there's an incredible amount of seating and there are several TVs with news and sports playing. A man (who I assume may have been Brad?) was very friendly and chatted with a number of patrons as they came and went. Don't miss out on this hidden gem along Route 34! If you're in town for a car show and want a cheap pizza shop, it's right up the road from the fairgrounds!

Yelp
This is excellent food for the price. There are 5 pizza shops closer to me but I go to the other end of town for his subs or pizza. His dough is the best.

Yelp
Great subs and yummy strumboli's! Not a big fan of the pizza though but lots of people love it, just my personal opinion. Highly recommend this place!

Yelp
I am a sucker for a good meatball sub and have never really had one before that I didn't like. Unfortunately, the meatball sub here is pretty bad. The sauce and meatballs are rather flavorless and the flavor that is there isn't good. The fact that what is clearly American cheese is used instead of mozzarella or provolone just adds insult to injury. The only good thing was the large portion size for the money, but then again who wants more of a bad sub.

Yelp
I am still morning the death of Ashley's. They had the best pizza and subs in Carlisle. They had a 18 inch pizza that was to die for. One day we called and no answer. We went by and it had a sign that said Ashley's was closed . We checked back a few times and it was still closed.

Yelp
I wanted BBQ, Chuck wagon was not open on a Sunday. I heard Horner's BBQ was opening on Spring Road so I drove up but it is still not open. On the way back just before the fairgrounds I saw a sign "smoked brisket & fries $6.99". So I went into Brad's Pizza. The place was a lot bigger than I expected. It seats 50 + Behind the counter was Brad and a guy and a gal, two younger assistants. I ordered and paid for the brisket special and went to sit down. Several tables had dirty dishes just sitting there. I found one with out. The menu is a typical pizza selection. Apart from the pizza very little on the menu was fresh. The prices were very reasonable, very reasonable. Short wait and my brisket sandwich & fries came out. Everything was hot. The fries a good portion, they were frozen but the they did not have a lot of junk on them that many frozen fries have. The sandwich was big and crammed with meat. The roll was home made and a lot better than store bough bread. The brisket was juicy and tasty. It was thin sliced. There was not a lot of smoke taste now could I see any bark on the meat, but it was good. At $6.99 this special was very good and something I would look out for again. They also had a pulled pork BBQ special. I was pleasantly surprised by Brad's. I could not find a website , they have a FB page with 43 likes but it was not active, no pictures, no information. Brad's is open 7 days a week so obviously he is working hard but maybe not smart. Here are some suggestions. Get a website, use FB every day to promote specials. Clear the tables. Change the sign to Brad's Pizza & BBQ. Have the smoker in the front parking lot so people can see it and smell it. Offer some more fresh foods. When doing BBQ offer baked beans and home made cole slaw. This would be a great location for making home made and selling ice cream as there is no one else on this side of town doing this. Good luck Brad's. 9/20/13 I went a second time and tried the pulled pork BBQ. A mistake, stick with the smoked brisket.

Yelp
This place really has some great mini-bolis. I used to stop there pretty often when I was working up in carlisle. they have nice big parking lot with plenty of room. inside they have video games, a pool table, etc etc. Prices are pretty standard, 1.75 for a slice and so forth.

Yelp
Brads makes the best pizza around and he's open every day except major holiday's.Yowza
