A pandemic pop‑up turned cult favorite for Chicago tavern‑style and deep dish, operating via carryout. Covered by Orlando Weekly, Brad’s meticulous pies scratch a very specific Midwestern itch.

Is the best pizza in Orlando? I think so. We got the thin crust cheese pizza and a deep dish. The sauce is my favorite part - it tastes like a clean tomato sauce, super fresh. We live far but don’t mind the drive. 11/10 would definitely recommend!

Google
Really good Chicago style deep dish pizza. I didn't give it 5 Stars because the dough is based off the Tuscany region of Italy where they do not salt the bread. The pickup is a little weird as it is just a little 8x8 counter with kitchens in the back. But the order was done on time an easy ordering online

Nancy

Google
This is a takeout/delivery only place that shares kitchen space with several other restaurants, but they have very good deep dish and tavern pizza for FL. If you like to load your deep dish with toppings, expect a longer wait. Prices can get high because they charge per topping outside of cheese. I'd come back if I ever get a craving for Chicago style pizza

Google
Amazing pizza. Being from Chicago I love both styles. But personally I love deep dish. Brad’s underground makes it hard to decide which is better!!! That’s a good thing. The Italian sausage is legit, the cheese is from Wisconsin, and sauce/dough is homemade. Thanks Brad for the Za!

Google
Chicago natives... moved to FL two years ago... ordered a thin and a deep dish... both were OUTSTANDING!! Totally reminded me of the pizza back home! If you want true Chicago style.... you won't be disappointed!! :)

Google
Big time Chicago pizza fan, family is from there, frequent often, I’ve been searching for Chicago tavern style thin crust and I didn’t realize Brads Underground had that until recently, been 4/5 times in the last few months and will continue to go back for their Chicago tavern style, 10/10, hasn’t disappointed yet. I see there are some less than favorable reviews purely based on the fact this isn’t a sit down establishment, I mean there’s verbiage “TAKEOUT+DELIVERY” all over the websites and pictures, so not sure Brads Underground should take the brunt for your own incompetence 🤷‍♂️.

Google
It's a shared kitchen with other food places. Take out only. But the pizza. Got the deep 9"cheese. Looked great. Thinner than I hoped. Tasted great. Chicago great not florida great. But it could have be me being super hungry. But the smell, amazing. Driving home my car smelled like Pequod's Pizza in Chicago. IYKYK. I WILL GET MORE.

Google
Best pizza ever! This was my first time trying deep dish pizza and this place is such a hidden gem with nice, authentic Chicago food. I will definitely be coming here again.

Yelp
BAM! KAPOW! BANG! I don't know who has been gatekeeping Brad and his pizza, but whomever you are, your like the villain of this review. NOT COOL! I just finished my first time eating a Brads Underground Pizza-14 inch, Half Pep, Half Sausage/Black Olives. Take out only, at bradsunderground.com. I suggest ordering the night before to make sure you get one of the prescribed pick up times. Don't question me, just read the rest of the review and you will understand. Trust me, it is worth it! If Orlando was Gotham City, Brad would be the Caped Crusader of Pizza and the distress signal in the sky would be a Large Chicago Tavern Style Pizza . I really did not know what to expect ordering online and showing up at a prescribed time. I thought it would be sitting in a box, getting soggy, I arrived five minutes early. Brad greeted me and got my pie right to me. It was no doubt the freshest pizza I have purchased in Orlando. He has a method, don't ask questions. When I drove the 20 minutes back home, the pie had only cooled slightly. The "girl wonder" was more pessimistic than me when I told her what we had to do to get our hands on the pizza equivalent to the "keys" to the city. Holy Pizzaman! Despite GW's snobbery on sauces (she has a Penguin like counter ego when it comes to complaining about pizza sauces), she loved Brads authentic and full bodied sauce which complimented but did not overwhelm the other ingredients. Someone should call the Mayor and tell him we have a Pizza Super Hero over at the Collaborative Kitchen! He deserves a gold pepperoni medal. He should rename his shop Brads Pizza Batcave, because this chef has seen the signal from those of us out here stuck in mediocre pizza city and saved the day!

Yelp
Pizza Perfected! If you were trying to find the best full pie the way it is up North at your favorite spot.. Give Brad's a Try. Only drawback is other pizza won't ever stack up.

Yelp
We are huge fans of Brad's pizza ever since we were introduced to it during Covid. And once again, Brad did not disappoint. The crust is delicious. It's one of the best pizza crusts I've ever tasted. Great toppings, great sauce and just overall a great pizza!!!

Yelp
I had my first visit here and it was just okay. As a lover of thin crust pizza and tons of sauce (Midwest native), I was excited to check this place out. I didn't realize it was carry-out only and you had to order online (I found this out upon arrival). Once informed, I placed the order and was told it would take about 30-40 minutes. When going back into the restaurant for a "status check" (after waiting for 25 minutes), one of the staff members told me it would be another 25-30 minutes, as they had "just" gotten the order (not true). This was very disappointing, but I waited anyway. After finally getting the pizza, a different staff member apologized for the wait. The pizza was definitely hot and fresh and bigger than I thought! However, the sauce lacked flavor -- more on the bland side. The meats (sausage, bacon) were good, along with the crust, but I can't say I would order this again. Maybe I'll return for the deep dish one day...

Yelp
Down in the underground you'll find... pizza! And pretty good pizza at that. Copious amounts of cheese, great sauce! And the crust is alright.. it tasted kinda sourdoughey so if you're into that you'll love it. Overall a great pie. We agreed that the deep dish was better than the thin crust. The only way to order is online. No calling in. It's located next to Publix and it's take out only. We ended up getting a couple of pies to go and eating them at hourglass brewing which is only 2 minutes away.

Yelp
Brad's Underground is a collab kitchen pickup type of business meaning they share a kitchen and only offer pickup or delivery. When you walk it it's a bit of a tight space, just a small counter, kitchen window, and a help button for assistance. There was a few people waiting for orders when I arrived and the worker asked me for my order name and advised me it's gona be 5 more mins. I got my order within those 5 minutes and the pizzas were super hot. For being 14inch pizzas they look bigger which I was happy with. I like that they cut their pizzas into square pieces. The pizza tasted ok to me, I wish it was more flavorful. It was to bland for my liking. Both the cheese and pepperoni were lacking flavor. I ordered thin crust but if I order again I'll try the thick crust, maybe that will be better.

Yelp
My husband and I saw the glowing reviews for Brad's and thought to try their thin crust and a deep dish. So glad we did! Thin crust is perfect. It's not heavy and has that necessary crispy crust. The deep dish was great! The cheese on the pie is super good. The pizza slices are big so one slice went a long way. Between the two of us who ate more than we should, one pizza is easy to split between two people. We have what is basically a whole pie in the fridge now! But hey, who doesn't love leftover pizza? Would hands down recommend and will be back!

Yelp
Finally tried Brad's Underground Pizzeria and it did not disappoint! They are located in Collab Kitchens at Curry Ford and Conway. I'd initially planned to cook, but wasn't feeling great. I decided to check to see if they happened to have deep dish available (they often sell out) and saw three left in stock and jumped on it! We ordered a deep dish with mushrooms. My bf went to pick it up and mentioned how nice the person handing the order to him was. Online ordering was easy peasy as well and it was ready by the estimated time. The pizza had a layer of plastic over the top to prevent cheese or sauce from sticking to the box which was a nice touch. It smelled and looked amazing. We each started with one slice. The sauce tasted fresh and delicious, there was an ample amount of great tasting, melty cheese, and the crust had a nice consistency. We both kept going "mmm" the entire time we were eating our first sliced (knife and fork style for this pie!) We both went for a second slice and couldn't quite finish it since it's thick and very filling, so had plenty of leftovers to enjoy. It's on the pricy side (about $30 after tip), but for the quality and how many meals it gave us plus supporting a local business, I have no complaints. We will definitely order from here again! I want to try their tavern style next and am excited to be able to satisfy a deep dish craving so close to home!

Yelp
Ordered tavern style pizza. And it did not disappoint. It took me back to my hometown, Chicago. It was absolutely delicious. The service was great and pizza was ready on time. Will definitely be going back.

Yelp
Awesome, LEGIT chicago style deep dish pizza made with good ingredients. Delivery is through Door Dash FYI.

Yelp
Amazing pizza! It never disappoints, I definitely recommend the pizza if you're in the area

Yelp
First time in. Part of a shared cooperative kitchen type of place, located in Collab Kitchens. Step up, ring the bell and place your order. I ordered the same pie I always do when I'm trying a place for the first time, plain cheese with pepperoni on half, we'll done. They hit on all points. Fineness, sauce to cheese ratio, taste, appearance. All on pout. I will have to go back the next time I am in the area to try the deep dish!

Yelp
Fresh ingredients, be sure to order ahead, pickup only I've been hearing about Brads Pizza for over a year - since before he had a brick and mortar location. We finally gave it a try yesterday. The new location is inside a collab kitchen and offers takeout only. Depending on day/time, the wait can be several hour. On a Sunday afternoon our wait was 2hrs for our order which was fine since we expected this. We ordered one thin crust and one deep dish pizza. The deep dish came with plastic wrap on top to prevent it from covering the box lid I assume. It had a pastry like crust, and was full of lots of cheese with sauce on top. It was very good and extremely filling. However, I preferred the thin crust as I usually do. This dough was crispy and thin, with a delicious sauce and cheese. The prices are a bit steep, but fresh ingredients aren't cheap. I wouldn't say it's the best pizza I've ever had, but it's very good. I would definitely order the thin crust again, and deep dish lovers will probably really enjoy the deep dish. Give Brads a try!

Yelp
I recently discovered Brad's Underground Pizzeria. It's in a shared kitchen, so it's a bit hard to locate in the plaza. Once we found it, we put in an order and it took about 30 minutes to complete, which wasn't too bad considering it's deep dish. I'm going to start with the pros. I loved the sauce, the toppings were delicious, and the pizza was fresh and hot upon return for pickup. It has a lot of sauce, which I absolutely love, and it was very well put together. The pizza part was FABULOUS. For the cons, I would say it was a bit on the pricier side for pizza, about $30, and the crust itself was very plain. I would've loved to see more crispiness on the crust, or some kind of flavor or seasoning option for the crust. I'm not too picky about pizza crust, but it just didn't do it for me. I would come back here, and would recommend.

Yelp
If you are involved in any way with the foodie scene in Orlando, you had to have had heard about Brad's Underground Pizza. It started out I am assuming in his kitchen and people would Rave about the quality of his pizza. People would literally wait months for their order to get a pizza from the elusive Brad, who is based in the Maitland area. Brad's Underground Pizza has since opened in Collab Kitchen, a ghost kitchen located on Curry Ford and Conway in a shopping plaza with a Publix as its anchor store. Wall the lead times have gotten considerably better since they have joined up in this ghost kitchen, you can still wait several days to get an order. Being in the mood for pizza, I took a chance. I went to Brad's Underground Pizza's webpage and as luck would have it, I can have a pizza within a few hours. So, at about four o'clock in the afternoon I placed my order for a Double Decker pizza and was told that I could have it ready for pickup at six o'clock that night. I headed that way a bit early and stopped at a produce store not far from where Brad's Underground Pizza was located. As I was picking out some produce, I received a text saying that my order had been pushed until 6:15. Not a big deal, but be aware that they do keep in contact with you and your time might change. Just as I was pulling into the parking lot, I received a text saying that my pizza is ready. This was now 6:07. Once again, really not that big of a deal, but I did want to mention it. I picked up my pizza and headed back home. Upon opening yet, I had to say that it look good. With my first bite, I knew that it was good. In case you are unfamiliar with what a Double Decker pizza is, it is two thin crust pizzas bunched together with a single crust. Between the two slices, they add a layer of tomato sauce, as well. I have to say that it was a very good and interesting introduction to Brad's Underground Pizza. In addition to their Double Decker pizza, they also offer a tavern pizza and a Chicago style deep dish pizza. I look forward he trying all of their pizza and I definitely will be returning.

Yelp
Wow. Brad is the man. A local pizza entrepreneur who was doing so well selling pizzas out of his home he got a kitchen to deliver the high demand of his deep dish. I LOVE DEEP DISH PIZZA, so although I might be bias this is my favorite pizza in Orlando. Also love how he's gives you the ability to fully customize your pizza with different toppings on right or left side.

Yelp
I've been dying to try this pizza and let me tell you it was delicious. Probably my new favorite. The thin crust is the perfect combination of that fluffy crisp. I couldn't even wait till I got home to eat it.

Yelp
I have to be honest and say that I'd probably eat more Brad's if I could get a slot, but I'm not really a pizza plan-aheader. I'm more of a "man, I want a pizza" guy and it seems like every time I want pizza it's several hours before I can get a slot. I've managed to sneak in 5x now and I've enjoyed all of my pizzas. I will say that the one I found myself least likely to enjoy was the one I actually enjoyed the most... the doubledecker. I thought it was going to be not so good. I tried the deep dish and the tavern style and put off the doubledecker out of fear. I loved it. I'd put my ranking as: 1. doubledecker 2. tavern 3. deep dish Ordering online is super simple. Getting a slot is luck. I will say that one time they flat forgot to make my pizza, but I'm not going to slam them too hard because it was what looked to be a super busy Saturday night. I got there and they were like "Ohhh... it's... um... not done yet. It's still cooking. It will be about 15-20 minutes." which immediately spawned Jon Lovitz from his SNL days saying "Yeah, that's it, that's the ticket!" in my mind. I love supporting local small businesses and gladly will stuff my face with delicious pizza.

Patricia C.

Yelp
Best pizza of my life. Will order in the future when I want to impress someone. Had food delivered and it was on time and hot.

Yelp
Holy Crap! Best deep dish outside of Chicago! Lou Malnatis style and so friggin good! Definitely worth the cost!

Becky R.

Yelp
Finally ordered a Brad's Underground deep dish pizza. Being from Northern Illinois, I have been on the hunt for an authentic deep dish pizza for years here in Orlando. Brad said that's why he orders some of the ingredients from Chicago and makes these delicious pizzas here. I am sold! Tons of sauce, cheese and sausage on every slice. A taste of home. Well done, Brad!
google avatar

Ray H.

Yelp
I'm from the Chicagoland area and I've been searching for almost 2 years for anything that resembles Chicago style pizza. Saw the previous reviews for Brad's and had to give it a shot. Thank God I did because this pizza is off the chain! Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because only Chicago pizza gets 5 stars lol but seriously this is going to be my go to pizza place from here on out!
google avatar

John A.

Yelp
Well after seeing all the hype for this place we finally got 2 pizzas from there. Ordered on Tuesday and it was ready on Sunday. I was not impressed by them what so ever. First when picking it up at the time they gave us, the pizzas was not ready and they didn't add the meat to the pizzas. We ordered the thin crust pepperoni and deep dish sausage and got just cheese on both. The dough on both tasted like cardboard. The only good thing was the sauce, nice flavor but I didn't enjoy them. But that is my taste buds. You should still try them and you might have a different experience. I won't be back.
google avatar

Yelp
I was excited to try Brad's infamous deep dish pizza. This spot has been a main topic of Orlando pizza for a while. Service was spectacular. Unfortunately I was not so thrilled about the pizza. As an entirety, it lacked salt and overall flavor. The crust has a very nice flaky texture and gets better with each oven reheat but I found an overall lack of flavor between all 3 elements: the crust, sauce, and the cheese. Needless to say I arrived home and sprinkled it toppings which made the pie fabulous but I expected more overall :(
google avatar

Nathan T.

Yelp
Found Brads while searching online and they are in collab kitchens (I refuse to eat the big chain pizza). I have to say I was a little hesitant but this place is legit. Brad is the only employee and he takes pride in his product. I had the thin crust (Tavern) pizza and it was great! Now I have to order the deep dish. I love the ghost kitchen concepts because they let owners like this showcase their product without all the traditional overhead that keeps them from opening in the first place. Keep spinning out those pies Brad!!
google avatar

Ashley L.

Yelp
So this is a bit of a local legend as of late. Brad started by only taking orders through Instagram DM for delivery. Word got out about his amazing pizza and he had a multiple month wait list so he opened this location in the Collab kitchen. I had been wanting to try his pizza for nearly a year. I placed my online order (which is the only way to do it) and there were still almost no available slots for almost a week. We planned a pizza party with my sister and got a deep dish with pepperoni and a double decker with onions and bacon. Both were delicious and very filling. Our two pizzas made about 8-10 servings and it took us several days to finish it. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of toppings and quality that you get. I will definitely be taking on this adventure again soon.

Yelp
The best Chicago style pizza in Orlando. Cut up in squares. Perfect Italian sausage and thick cheese. Can't get any better than this.
google avatar

Danielle B.

Yelp
Considering all the hype surrounding this place, I was not prepared for how bad it is. Considering all the hype surrounding this place, I should've known it would be terrible. What a disappointment.. the crust reminds me of those microwavable personal pan pizzas
google avatar

Jordan O.

Yelp
The pizza is both amazing and different from the normal pizza we have in town. I wouldn't say it's authentic Chicago deep dish (it's not THAT deep). But honestly I like it better. You can eat it with your hands if you see fit which I prefer. All in all, this is probably our most consistently favorite pizza place now. The quality hasn't gone down now that they can take consistent orders.

Yelp
I have known about Brad's for over a year but when I would look to place an order, the slots were always full, so I was surprised today when I planned to get pizza on my way home from work and there were many spots available-from 4:30 on, every 30 minutes. I was sadly very disappointed in the pizza. I ordered a deep dish with pepperoni and half mushrooms and a thin crust with half cheese and half green pepper, onion, and mushroom. The deep dish price was reasonable for the size and typical for deep dish pizza. The thin was priced a bit high and my order was almost $57 with tip-that hurt a little, but we wanted to try both styles and don't live close by. When I got to the kitchen, there were a few people waiting for orders and no one to serve them. I rang the bell as instructed and someone yelled, "be right with you" from the back. I stood there for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to just hand me my pizza which was annoying since it was ready. As soon as I smelled the pizza, I knew I was going to be disappointed. It had an odd smell which was very unappetizing. That killed my interest immediately. I think it was the crust but I really don't know. The sauce was fresh but bland and a little salty. The crust was dry but not in a bad way; it reminded me a bit of Lou Malnati's. I couldn't taste the pepperoni at all. The cheese was good but the sauce and smell ruined it for me. The thin crust was just as disappointing. I usually only leave positive reviews because everyone has different tastes, and maybe this just isn't for me, but it was so far from what I expected after all the hype that I had to leave a review. I hate that it was not up to par, especially being a local business. Maybe things have changed since it opened-that would explain all the open order slots on a Friday night.

Yelp
If you're looking for Chicago Deep Dish Pizza in Orlando you'll have to try Brads Underground Pizza it was really good! It's not a sit down restaurant you'll have to order in advance. But it never disappoints!
google avatar

Jennifer C.

Yelp
I consider myself a Chicago pizza snob. Let me say, Brad's came to play. Deep dish cheese pizza. Smelled, looked and tasted like the real deal. So hard to find here in Florida and I'm so impressed. Also ordered a tavern style pizza, a personal fav, and happy to report that this is the best outside of the state of Illinois. Love the sauce. Love the corner pieces of the round pizza. Great texture and crunch. We ordered around 11am for a 1:40 slot. It worked out perfectly! Definitely a do again! Grateful to have some great pizza in the area!
google avatar

John L.

Yelp
Pretty good pizza. Ordering from here is a real pain. It is a rogue kitchen restaurant which isn't a problem. But you have to reserve a time slot to order. Once the time slot is reserved you can't order for that time. It seems odd because it looks like time slots are every 15 minutes. If you order 100 pizzas at 6 or 1 pizza at 6 it still appears to block the time slot for anyone else. Very odd. The pizza was good but ordering was kind of a pain so I probably won't go back. I guess they just have 1 person cooking in a small oven? You'd think a rogue kitchen would have a lot more space.

Yelp
Live in chitown and this deep dish is wayyyy better than Giordano's by miles. Crust is buttery and the cheese and sauce were phenomenal. A+++++

Yelp
I was hyped up about the place for a long time before he had somewhere we could actually order from. We had pretty high expectations and I felt it was decent but not blown away. I will admit I'm not a huge fan of deep dish pizza and just felt like it's a ton of cheese but the sauce and the crust were delicious. Overall I probably wouldn't get again between the price and just not being overly impressed. I would recommend trying all the types of crusts to get a real feel.

Karl B.

Yelp
Dear Brad, if that even is your name, I recently ordered a pizza from your restaurant, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the pizza. While the delivery was prompt and the staff was NOT friendly, the pizza itself was VERY disappointing. The crust was undercooked and doughy, and the toppings were sparse and not evenly distributed. Additionally, the cheese was not melted properly, which made the pizza feel greasy and unappetizing. I wanted to provide some constructive feedback in the hopes that it could help you improve the quality of your pizzas. Here are a few suggestions: Ensure that the crust is cooked thoroughly, so that it is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Make sure that the toppings are spread evenly across the pizza, so that every slice has a balanced amount of toppings. Use high-quality cheese that melts properly and evenly, to avoid a greasy and unappetizing pizza. If I were you I would close down your Pizza shop.

Yelp
Talk about a surprise - I knew nothing about this place. I found it on yelp and gave it a try. Pizza just like it was meant to be.

Yelp
Great zah! The deep dish pizza reminded me of the authentic deep dish I have had in Chicago. We opted for half sausage and half pepperoni with all the veggies as well. Aside from tasting authentic it was packed with fresh ingredients and had great flavor. The tavern pizza w/pepperoni was also very satisfying as well. The ordering process online was simple and worked well and my pizzas were both ready right at the scheduled pickup time so it was piping hot. The quality boxes they use kept the pizzas hot during the drive home too. Way to go Brad!

Yelp
Ordering was easy and straight forward. When I arrived I was greeted by someone who asked for order name. As I mentioned it, I could see someone coming with a pizza box. Taste was great. Would try again

Yelp
They hype is oh-so-real! As a native Chicagoan, I could've shed a tear at how amazing my first bite was. The crust is out of this world! Crispy, tasty, obviously fresh and perfectly executed.. And that's just the crust! The cheese rests like a glossy, beautiful blanket atop that crispy, masterfully cooked crust. My go-to Chicago style is a sausage and cheese and Brads did NOT disappoint. The pepperoni was just as good and the plain cheese pie was just as delicious. I can NOT wait to try the deep dish. I typically never go for anything other than thin crust, but Brad has the pizza game on LOCK! And I think this may be the first deep dish I'd like. Hands-down- best pizza in Orlando! All other pizza spots need to take more pride in their crusts, and Brads should be the STANDARD they all follow! It's pricey for sure, but definitely one of those treats that's worth the splurge! 100% the only pizza joint I'll be frequenting!

Eric W.

Yelp
So, I was craving deep dish pizza, but...Orlando. I stumbled across Brad's Underground Pizzeria and decided to give it a shot. Got the deep dish with mushrooms, onions, and sausage. Picked it up and the weight of the box told me right away, this thing is loaded. Got home and with the first bite I was transported back to Chicago. From the perfect crust, the thick layer of mozzarella, the mild Italian sausage layer that completely covered the pizza...it was all on point. Perhaps the only criticism is that the tasty, chunky tomato sauce perhaps could have benefitted from a bit more reduction. It was slightly thin. This is now my go to for Chicago-style deep dish.

Jade O.

Yelp
Brad's pizza is a delicious treat for pizza lovers. It's different than your average slice at the corner pizzeria. High quality Detroit style pizza. Love ordering this on a Friday night or whenever we host a football watch party!

Taylor S.

Yelp
I am from Chicago and crave deep dish pizza! I came across this spot accidentally and It was AMAZING. I'll be going back.

Yelp
Brads Underground Pizzeria has finally revealed its new location. We are lucky to be close to this location and immediately placed our order as soon as we heard they were taking new orders. Be patient and understand that this is a one-man operation and he is currently moving into the new facility. Your best bet is to place an order for the next day, or check the website and see if they are taking same-day orders. We ordered the Chicago Style Pizza and it was fantastic! We lived in Chicago for almost 20 years so we are quite familiar with all the different competing brands. Brads step up to the plate and give the original Chicago brands some serious competition. Our next order will be for a thin crust (Tavern) and I am sure it will be just as good as the Chicago Style. I will come back to update reviews as we continue to experience their other creations. In the meantime, it is as good as it gets. Check them out on Instagram @ brads_underground_pizzeria This is really good Pizza, give it a try with a bunch of friends, share the good news.

Yelp
The Deep Dish Pizza, it isn't built the same as other deep dish Chicago style Pizzas I've had...but that's not a bad thing. The crust is a bit more thick, and the toppings aren't running 2 inches into the pizza like a bowl. But the cheese was flavorful, the sauce was great. The sauce is almost bitter, more natural tasting. I got pepperoni, but honestly for the cost of topping it wasn't worth it. I couldn't even tell they were in the pizza. Overall the pizza was very good, and I would definitely recommend trying it out. I can't wait to try the other types of his pizza.

Yelp
Best Chicago Tavern pizza in the Orlando area! Hands down! I drive 30 min to the east side for Brads pizza! Wish he'd open a restaurant:)!

Yelp
When it comes to pizza - especially Chicago Style Pizza - It's the ONLY real deal in town! Others have tried, but can't come close. It is truly authentic. The deep dish and tavern style (thin crust) are utterly delicious - but wait! there's more! Brad's hand crafting of his unique "double decker" cannot be compared to any other pizza you've ever had! All fresh authentic Chicago ingredients - skillfully prepared in the perfect amounts to make your pizza dining experience like no other. Try it. I guarantee you'll be craving it often!

Yelp
Whole pies. Only take out. In a ghost kitchen with a bunch of other stuff. Just not my thing.

Yelp
Refreshingly Delicuous. Brads underground pizza did not disappoint. Fresh ingredients, the tomatoe sauce tasted like they were picked yesterday. Enjoyed this pizza for 2 days ! I'll be back
