Trendy yet casual drinks and dining in the Lowry HIll neighborhood of Minneapolis. The lamb hash breakfast was phenomenal, and their chicken and waffles were also a cut above the rest. Wednesday nights they have a "burger and a pint" special for around $10 (can't remember exactly, but it's definitely worth it.) Also check out their craft cocktails if that's what you're in to.

Nice selection of drinks but it'll cost you $12 a pop. It was fun just sitting at the bar watching the bartenders (mixologists?) work. Happy hour 4-6 pm and 9 to close; at which time you can get a Hamm's beer and cheap shot for $5. Try the Professor.

My first time there was about two weeks ago. The service was okay. Our server didn't seem to have any interest in her job or maybe she just didn't have any interest in helping my partner and I. I asked for drink recommendation and she looked at me and said "well all our drinks are great". Lesson learn, don't ask for a recommendation cause you won't get one. Aside from that, our drinks were great. We were impressed. The foods were delicious. I don't like fish but my partner ordered walleye and I tried some and shockingly I loved it. My scallops were amazing. The best I ever had. Came back last night because my partner and I were in the mood some good cocktail and food. We sat at the bar this time and a male bartender helped us. He said, "aside from water, could I get you guys something else to drink, possibly a cocktail?" We ordered our cocktail and he was not in a helpful mood. Right away I just received a vibe that made me uncomfortable. As if my partner and I wasn't good enough to be sitting in that bar. He seems happier to be helping others than us. He served us our drinks and they were great! We were also interested in ordering food and thought he would come back to check on us but it took him a little longer to get back to us. We had to flag him down to order some food. We ordered some food and our food were amazing! The couple next to us saw our food and was interested in ordering what we just ordered so they did. When their food came out, he immediately handed them plates, silverware and napkins and my partner and I looked at one another and said, where were our plates and silverware when our food arrived? Afterward, I realize that we never received our water. So we waited and waited for him to get back to our side of the bar to request for water. We sat there at the bar for 25 minutes and finally we said to one another, we're done. He is taking too long. Finally his coworker came up to us asked if we were ready for another drink but we declined and asked for our check. His coworker ringed up our transaction, we paid and left. I don't believe I would go back there again. I love the drinks and food but the service is terrible. I felt as if I was not treated equally and I wasn't. Maybe it was the way I was dressed, casual, but that doesn't mean I couldn't afford to pay for my food and drinks.

Unlike other reviews, I was actually not as impressed by the drinks as I was with the food. I ordered the fancy BLT, and it was the yummiest "sandwich" I'd ever had. You get a large array of sauces to choose from. We had four people in our party, and we tried three different sauces. The truffle cheese sauce was PHENOMENAL. The curry ketchup and the chipotle lime sauce were also great. The drinks were overpriced, but tasted good and were presented well. I didn't like that we had to sit with our backs against someone else's, but it was all part of the atmosphere. I would recommend.

Great food, courteous staff and a convenient location make this a great place. Their patio isn't the greatest with a busy street right next door, but it's still worth a look on a nice day. I recommend the lamb burger, although the chicken sandwich is great as well. Some specialty drinks and a constantly evolving line up of taps makes this a good seasonal destination.

Craft cocktails are some of the best in the cities; the bartenders like Jake and Ryan know what they're doing. Some bartenders also have experimental drinks they're working on and will make if you ask - they tend to be pretty unique and memorable. Atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. Prices are affordable.

The ambiance in the restaurant is the best I've seen for a "craftshouse". The chairs were comfortable, the Juliet and Romeo cocktail was genius, and the service was perfectly timed. I could have sat there all night. My husband said that the lamb burger with goat cheese was the best he's ever had. The placed wasn't packed on a Friday at 7:30 pm, which is usually a bad sign. But I couldn't figure out anything wrong with the place. I just gave it four stars because the brussel sprouts were a little under cooked.

One of my favorite places for cocktails in Minneapolis. Right on Hennepin, you get a great view of downtown while sipping on a Black Walnut Old Fashioned. Good food; however, slightly lower marks for hit or miss service at times. Sit at the bar for a great atmosphere and top notch Bartender service.
