Braganza Tea

We love Braganza! They serve the best bubble tea and smoothies! The team members work very hard, and are always cheerful and welcoming! The chai smooth tea is fabulous, along with the milk tea and orange cream. Add-ons are included in the drink prices, and sweetness levels are adjustable. The delicious cold drinks are refreshing year-round!

Great spot that you have to try. We enjoyed the honey Black & Orange Cream, it reminded me of the cream circles I grew up eating.A lot of options and helpful staff.

I love the straw-taro smooth tea with pearls. It tastes like a strawberry shortcake snd it’s so yummy! I love that you don’t have to pay extra for regular toppings like most other places. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and quick/efficient. ☺️

Great experience! Very fast and the drinks are consistent and superb every time. Even though there are so many other drink options around, this Braganza Tea is one of my go-tos.

Simply delicious. Me & my daughter became the fan of this place in this very first visit. Wish they have locations closer to our house but seems like a good reason to visit Washington square often. We got taro smooth tea with pearl boba,chai smooth tea with Pearl boba & dragon smooth tea with mango jelly.

The employees needs more training because don’t know how to take orders. Because the girl taking was typing it or clicking wrong I had to tell her 4 times and no it’s not about being warm out..it’s all about paying attention to thee customers not your coworkers

The employees that work here are so helpful and friendly. I was not familiar with the different drinks but I did find the mango ice tea with boba to be delicious!

I like a Honey Matcha boba and Caramel mocha boba!! Crews are kind and generous but busy all the time.

Fabulous service! It was crowded and the one person on staff handled the pressure with ease. The mango smoothie was perfectly blended and boba was soft and perfectly cooked. $5.99 for a medium which was worth the value.

One of the best mango smoothie I have (ever) had, and with the mango jelly, it was so delicious. Very refreshing and tasted fresh. The associates working were super nice and accommodating to any questions I had. They were lovely. Located in Washington Square, it was quiet as the mall was just opening but still received exceptional service. Not very loud and seating nearby to people watch. They have other locations that are in malls across the Portland and surrounding areas, too! Can't wait to visit again- I want to try the other smooth teas like orange cream, straw-mango and even the coconut. I don't think I can go wrong!

I absolutely love milk tea. I lived in Japan for four years and know what it should taste like. This place is legit! The milk tea was perfect and the addition of lichee jellies made it so refreshing! If you've never tried it, give them a try. It's not overly sweet and it is a great afternoon pick me up drink.

Best staff and drinks! The girls are so amazing and kind. They get out drinks so quick and there's barely any wait after ordering. Definitely recommend coming here!

I've been to other locations, and the bubble teas has always been tasty, and no difference here. I've been here a few times, and I've always been happy with my drinks. And I like how the topping is included with the drinks.

My family and I were shopping in the mall and we wanted to get a little bit of our milk tea fixing for the day. This place is located on the food court in the upper area. They have a variety of smoothies, milk teas and fruit teas. They also have a good selection of toppings to choose from as well. They offer two sizes, and let me just say to get the bigger of the two options if you can. Strawberry Mango Smoothie with Boba. I like the little pun they have for their smoothies. The flavor I got was Strawberry and Mango, and I added some boba to it. The flavor profile was not overly sweet and it felt refreshing and cool. The bobas was were standard and everything worked well for me for the price that was paid. Overall, I would see myself stopping by if I am in the area again

Short: Decent quality and reliable to fill your boba tea cravings. Visited week of Sept 16th 2022. There is always a line since it is in the food court. The Taiwanese boba tea place closed and I decided to go back to this one. I was a regular for many years and it was nice to come back. The register worker was quick and promptly professional. The wait for the tea was about 2 mins, considering there were at least 5 people in front of me, it wasn't too bad. [The Tea & Price]: I ordered Taro milk tea with Rainbow Jelly and Pudding [in house-made]. It cost $5.45, regular size and iced. The Taro color was a very light purple, so I assume it is natural and not that artificial powder. It did taste natural and I got the full sweetness. However, it had a really light taro flavor, which was a bit disappointing. The in-house made pudding was flavorful but it was too soft for my liking. To add pudding, it is 50 cents. It just started to deteriorate into my drink halfway in. But I think I will get it again, because it really had a good taste and I liked that it was freshly made there. Plus what I like about Braganza Tea is that all other jellies/boba is free to add on. You can get multiple kinds, they have rainbow jellies, green apple jelly, mango jelly, lychee jelly,and classic boba. As I mentioned, to have pudding is an additional 50 cent, like most boba tea places. Overall, I was happy to visit after so many years and it was decent quality and flavor to fill my Boba tea cravings. I will come again to try if the Taro milk tea will have a stronger yet still natural taste and the in house pudding. I would give 3 and half stars, but since they have been reliable throughout the years, they deserve the extra half star from me.

Fantastic product at a good price! 1st time here but I have had boba before. This place has so many great flavors to choose from. Service was excellent.

Pls open a Braganza tea here at the Woodburn outlets your drinks are so good plus the service is always good I've never had a bad experience.

Best bubble tea in all of Tigard. The orange cream one is excellent. Also a fan of the strawberry mango. Service is top tier.

Unlimited toppings! (except the egg pudding). If you are looking for an authentic boba place, this place isn't for you. I was skeptical but I enjoy trying new places.. I got the honeydew smoothie and was able to throw in boba and apple jelly. The boba was super soft, too soft for my liking.. but the apple jelly was pretty good. This is located inside the mall so it's great for a quick pick me up - they have a good selection of flavors and toppings.

Great drinks and amazing customer service! They have a good selection of smoothies, milk teas, and iced teas. It was fairly busy but staff were friendly and the service was very fast. Braganza is definitely a go to option anytime!

Amazing drinks first sip sent me to another dimension and back. Made my entire week. 10/10 and service was really good and fast. I blinked twice and my drink was already made even though there was a huge line of 20+ people.

This place was packed at the mall. I had never had their bubble tea and it was really good. I had their coconut slush with brown sugar jelly. It was good. If you love bubble tea or just tea in original you should check this place out.

I love to buy iced tea here when I stop in the Washington Square Mall. The drinks are very refreshing. My favorite started out as strawberry-mango iced tea with either white or jasmine tea, but lately my favorite is the honey matcha milk tea with Taiwanese non-dairy creamer, lychee jelly, and less sweet. The service is very good with such nice people, and the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is nice and clean in the mall food court.

Their coconut with extra boba is amazing. Their staff is very friendly, courteous and consistent. My drink always comes out consistently delicious. It's always a pleasure to get my favorite drink and to be greeted by their exceptional bobaristas!

Really incredibly customer service. The two folks working in the morning on 3/7/2023 were so kind to me and so friendly. I forgot to ask for non dairy until they handed me the drink and they were very friendly about offering to remake me a new one! Thanks guys!

First time trying this tea place out in the mall and boy was it delicious! I only tried the matcha iced tea but still, I would definitely come back here to try the other drinks. I'm just glad I can get yummy bubble tea while shopping now!

Located upstairs in the food court of Washington Square Mall. It has a bright and simple look. I went during lunch hours so it was busy (which is always a good sign). Their menu is well laid out and easy to understand. The milk teas are made with whole milk so not recommended for the lactose-intolerants. I opted instead to order their peach black tea with boba and rainbow jelly. It was only $3.75! It was a deliciously flavored tea and the boba was on point! Not too hard, not too soft, but perfectly chewy. I noticed a sign that said they made the boba fresh every 4hrs. Quick service, delicious tea and a great price. I wouldn't come to the mall specifically for this, but if I'm already here shopping and need a refreshing cold drink, THIS IS THE PLACE!

This boba shop is located in the food court of the Washington Square mall. Overall, delicious drinks and chewy boba. They have a variety of smoothies, milk teas and iced teas to choose from. Drink prices range from $4-5. Fast service despite busy line. I love that their boba and jelly are free of charge with any of their drinks! A great stop to refuel after a long day of shopping!

Love this boba branch/chain. This spot in particular allows you to get a small milk tea whereas in Washington they only allow for regular size. Friendly staff, quick service, and delicious boba are the reasons I go here!

This place is Amazing they have wonderful selection of drinks and my favorite is Orange Cream with green apple jelly the most I like about this place is consistency with which the team makes every single time I visit ,I should mention about the Great people working there as this place is really busy all the time and they are fast ,efficient and serve your drink with a smile credit should go the Manager who works very hard every single visit I see her Great Work team keep it up ,will definitely come back

The smooth taro tea with some fruity jellies is such a tasty combo and gives you something to suck on while shopping. The purple color calms me & and the chewy drink gives me a weird zen peace as I wander aimlessly through the throngs of shoppers at WA. Square. FYI - The small size is smaller than I expected, but it hits the spot just right. Nice change from a soda or coffee. I'll be back grasshopper.

Good drinks and great boba. The new salted mousses are wonderful and pair nicely with their milk teas. Customer service is great, and all of the employees are very kind. Their teas are the perfect size and leave you satisfied. One of the more inexpensive boba places in the Beaverton/Tigard area but is on par with some of the higher end spots. If you're at the mall and want a boba fix, this is a great place to stop.

If you want to find the absolute best boba tea, go there. It's an awesome place with smooth and milk teas. Also, boba is free of charge there! I personally think boba is the best add on and strawberry-mango is the best smooth tea, but go there and see for yourself. Who knows, you might become obsessed with the place like me!

Good boba is hard to find. This place is a generic, bland spot capitalizing on that idea. No personality, and no flavor! It's what a boba place would be like in an Orwellian dystopia. Ordered the Taro milk tea with boba. It didn't taste like taro or look like taro, and the boba was not fresh. You gotta make fresh batches crew. Pretty disappointed with this place after driving 20 minutes to try it.

This is the chain I go to for boba. It's a better value than other places and the boba isn't overly chewy. They are pretty quick since they have 3 or more people working a shift at a time so don't get intimidated by the lines. I don't love a ton of sugar in my drinks so I'm happy they can customize them easily here.

I love going here. It is not expensive unlike the other brick and mortar stores. The only constraint I'm seeing is the quality of tea. Or is it even real tea. They are powders. And I don't think they will change. So until I climb the second floor of this mall, good luck.

They have an excellent selection of drinks with a variety of toppings. My favorite by far is the rainbow and green apple jelly! Staff is super friendly and they complete orders very quickly. I'm for sure going to frequent this establishment!

Great crew, amazing customer service, and a selection of drinks that are "tried and true"! I want to give a shoutout to RJ and his team for doing such a great job handling the line while still giving great customer service. Typically, I avoid buying boba from malls because of the bad rep they get but Braganza is different! Totally exceeded my expectations and I'll be back more ! If you are trying to find them, they're inside the food court (inner left corner). You won't miss it, that's for sure !

I've tried most of the menu from Braganza and the excellent customer service keeps me coming back for more! The bobaristas are very friendly and fast in making the drinks. My favorites are the Jasmine milk tea and Original milk tea. Try it with less ice so it doesn't dilute the flavor. They also give samples of the milk teas. Sample as many as you want! If you're indecisive about flavors just ask and they're always happy to answer your questions and help recommend flavors. You're always guaranteed with fresh tapioca here too.

I waited for a great amount of time, and was not served ! They kept ignoring me, terrible service. They need a new morning crew!

Excellent tea with always great service. Real testament to a well managed store!!! If you want classic bubble tea stop here and don't bother with that copycat at the bottom of the escalators. Fun fact: Braganza is locally owned by a Portland native,.. so support local businesses and not other bubble tea shops that may be owned by a slick Californians.

I come here every time I'm at the mall! The employees are very helpful to answer any questions I have, and make it fun and are friendly. They even helped me try new flavors so don't be afraid to ask. One of them suggested a flavor I thought was unique, coffee taro, which I was hesitant about to try... but after I tasted it, it's my new favorite flavor!!! Be sure to also try their strawberry mango with boba and mango jellies. My favorite boba spot for sure because their drinks are consistently yummy and fresh.

They can get busy on weekends, but service is quick and prompt. There's a few places in the mall for boba but this one is my favorite.
