Branca Bar, Restaurant and Deli

I absolutely loved it in Branca! The atmosphere is lovely. We sat outside and the vibes were great. The waitress helping us was especially lovely (wish I knew her name! She had dangly pink earrings on!). It was a bit chilly outside but the food quickly warmed us up. Overall, I really enjoyed the family dinner I had here. Would recommend this place to friends and family for pretty much any occasion! Food ordered (enough for 5 adults!): - Chicken escalope (the meat was very tender and the taste reminded me a bit of Chinese cuisine) - Risotto (it was surprisingly sweet! So delicious - 2nd favourite item) - Lebanese spiced Aubergine - Grilled sea bass - Triple cooked fat chips - mixed greens (so good!) - chocolate nemesis + pistachio ice cream (what an amazing dessert! Would definitely recommend!)

We had dinner at Branca in Oxford Jericho. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere — lively but still comfortable — and the staff were friendly, though service could have been a little more attentive. The food was good overall but not particularly memorable. The duck breast with red wine sauce had a pleasant flavor, but the sauce was much too salty, which took away from the dish. The pork belly was very good — tender, rich, and nicely balanced — and the tuna was excellent, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. On the downside, there were no plates provided for the bread, which was a small but noticeable miss. On the positive side, they did make an effort to accommodate wheat-free family members, which was appreciated. Overall, Branca offers a pleasant dining experience with some strong dishes, but a few details kept it from being great.

We hired the garden room for a large party booking for my daughter’s birthday, and I could not have picked a better venue. Cora and Juliet looked after our large party and were absolutely amazing. We pre-ordered food and it all came out as soon as we wanted it, the food was really nice, staff were all lovely, and the venue was so clean and perfect for the occasion. I genuinely could not fault it, the afternoon felt so organised and relaxed- everything was prepared prior to arrival and we were really looked after. thank you so much Branca team!

Branca never disappoints. Another great evening served my lovely Sean and food was outstanding. We were celebrating a birthday and received a glass of bubbles when we sat down. I did not think any restaurant does that anymore. Paul you do go the extra mine. We had a lovely evening and will be making the effort to get into Branca more often. It really is the nicest restaurant in Oxford. Staff, service, food and atmosphere 10/10

Great attentive service very warm and welcoming The restaurant is full of vibes super vibrant full of energy Location is also great a touch away from the busy centre which is full of character Good value for money as per location and service The disappointed part is the food. Great salad but poor pasta. Not quite to the Italian standard but the intension is clearly there. Just need to brush up a bit to get there.

Branca is an amazing place. The food quality is amazing and has this unique Italian touch.

Overall it was a very good experience, the food is amazing, the attention was great and even so we had a misunderstanding with the reservation they resolved it quickly and we got a table. Was a lovely family dinner and hopefully we will come back again.
