I’ve always loved shopping at Brandy Melville, but my experience at the Americana location was truly shocking and completely unacceptable. I came in with my mother and grandmother to make a return, and from the moment we walked in, the girl at the front treated us with such rudeness and disrespect. She barely acknowledged us and immediately passed us off to someone she claimed was the store lead. I explained that my friend, who works at another Brandy Melville, had used her employee discount for me—and no one had ever told me discounted items couldn’t be exchanged. Instead of offering help or even basic decency, the store lead interrupted me and said, “That’s not my problem. This isn’t my issue to deal with,” and then told us, “You can just get out of the store.” Her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for. When we calmly asked for their names so we could contact management, both of them refused to tell us who they were. One of the employees—who was wearing a bull nose ring—began chasing me around the store like it was some kind of bullfighting arena. I wish I was exaggerating, but the energy was aggressive, unhinged, and honestly scary. As we tried to leave, both employees followed us out of the store, continuing to harass us all the way to mall security. We weren’t loud. We weren’t rude. We simply asked for help and clarification, and instead were treated like we didn’t belong there. This was one of the most hostile, disrespectful shopping experiences I’ve ever had—especially disturbing considering I was with both my mother and elderly grandmother. Brandy Melville corporate seriously needs to step in and hold these employees accountable. I’ve never been treated so terribly in a retail store in my life.

Not surprised by the reviews and comments left here. Honestly, not even a single star is deserved. This location employees people who are dismissive , biased and have perceived views towards you based on your ethical background. My sisters entered this place only to be disrespected by the employees at this store. From the moment they entered this place they were watched and followed. Reaching the cashier 3 of the employees accused them of changing tags without properly reviewing the cameras or attempting to reach a conclusion. Honestly after seeing so many reviews with the same issue not surprised this happens but surprised this place is still in business. Not a place you would want to spend money with.

Very nice brandy melville, staff were very nice. Went on a Friday morning and was very quiet. They have a wide selection of clothes, better than the brandy melvilles in london.

I usually don’t leave reviews for clothing stores, but this time I am really disappointed and want to help other customers by sharing my bad experience. I accidentally purchased a damaged item and didn’t notice it at first due to my poor vision. I only realized it after trying them on at home and had already recycled the tag since I really liked the sweatpants and wasn’t planning to return them. I took the item to the store with the receipt, but they simply refused to accept it because it had no tag and told me to contact customer service. I emailed back and forth with a customer service agent, providing all the required pictures and the receipt, but they ultimately said that they couldn’t accept the return because the tag was removed. Other stores usually offer a gift card or store credit in such situations, but this store simply doesn’t care about its customers. The store associates are often rude as well. Make sure to check items carefully before purchasing, as some products sit in the store too long and are prone to damage.

One of the employees I encountered at the store was rude and dismissive. She cut off my friend as she was asking her a question about whether an item was in stock in a certain size. We're both WOM of color in a store that is primarily; if not, all Caucasian. It's already somewhat uncomfortable walking into that store, so the attitude my friend received made her feel unwelcome and upset. They should take some pointers from the employees at Aritzia who actually make people feel welcome there, have a genuine smile, create a warm and friendly environment, and do their job.

My teenager loves the clothing and where we live the closest location is 3+ hours away so on vacation here in CA we decided to stop and shop. The girls that work here are certainly young and maybe not the rudest of workers in the Cali area but certainly not inviting and welcoming. We came to shop and could care less of the staff attitude but it does certainly leave a distasteful taste per se while shopping here. Regardless of a customer spends a $1 or $500 every customer should be welcomed to the establishment. Just my honest opinion.

Google
no workers helped me at all while i was there, and when i went into the change room i said excuse me multiple times because i needed a different size in a shirt i tried on. a worker looked at me then looked away, i didn’t expect the workers to be so rude, i’m from canada and was excited to go to this store.

Google
the staff (expect for the only asian one who was just normal which i genuinely appreciate instead of the over the top bubbly attitude) all gave off mean girl vibes. i asked one girl for help to find a top and she just looked so upset that i decided to ask her even though she did help me out without any complications, but i think it could’ve been done without the incredibly negative energy.

Yelp
Daughter's favorite store and we've been to many locations ... this one is really big and super organized.

Yelp
Its moniker is Brandy Hellville for a reason. I come here with my tween essentially to sneer at the low wage teen/ young adult workers who feel superior to their customers. As a PhD level sociologist this place is a magnificent microcosm of teen girl culture. It's so sad to see the plus size girls who come here and cannot fit into their one size fits all and then seeing them come out and show off their pieces in a skinny girl filled fitting room. I refuse to purchase anything for my dtr here but she has her gift money she can use as she pleases. Totally gives 90s Abercrombie vibes style and service wise. Moms be vigilant and have conversations with your dtrs about all the cons of this place. The clothes might be cute and overpriced but their marketing is exclusionary. Mean girl vibes all the way.

Yelp
The store's selection is great, but the service at the cashier was horrible. The girl at the cashier literally snatched the clothes away from me and rung me up, folded the clothes, and put it in a small bag, then proceeded to throw it at my side of the counter and didn't even look at me once. Super rude girl, but was super nice to the girl before me, who was not of color, she did the same thing to my friend as well, and we both walked out of there feeling super disrespected.

Yelp
My daughter bought a blouse at BM yesterday and wanted to return it an hour later. We were told that BM doesn't give refunds, only store credit, unless the clothing you bought is ripped or stained or something. I've never known a store that doesn't do refunds. I think it sucks. Two stars.

Yelp
My girlfriend love shopping here whenever were in town. We were here a month ago to look at some outfits for her lol. She dragged me along to help her find some sexy lingerie. Girls walked up to us and said hello. We didn't get a whole lot of attention, but we looked around and she found some interesting stuff for her to wear. Store is huge, with good size dress rooms for the ladies to try on clothes. We came out the store very happy. So, whether I come back here or not, my girl will come on her own time whenever she wants.

Yelp
I absolutely love Brandy Melville, they have the perfect basic tops and hoodies amazing sweatpants that are very comfortable and jeans that are also amazing! One thing that they can work on though is making their workers seem more approachable and ready to help, some of their workers seem very judgmental which shouldn't be happening in a clothing store. Another thing is when you order from them online the amount of days they say it's going to ship is so true, mine took about a week and half more. So if you want their clothes to be shipped by a certain time then I would suggest ordering early. Their packaging in their online orders is great, I got all my items and they were neatly packaged and organized! I would definitely recommend trying out their clothes if you haven't already, this shop will always be my go to store for clothes!

Tamy C.

Yelp
Audrey and Annika were so sweet and helpful. Loving the new location!! Bought a cute skirt last one in the color I got and I'm excited to wear it!

Yelp
I recently visited this establishment, and up until now, I have never encountered an unpleasant experience with any of the brandy workers. However, during this visit, I had an unfortunate encounter with a particular employee named Nana, whose behavior needs to be fixed. She was super super rude and gave me a face when I asked for something simple, a 2nd bag which she didn't even do. All she did was give me attitude I will be contacting corporate regarding the attitude of this lady and hopefully there's better customer service at this location.
google avatar

K L.

Yelp
If there was zero star, then I would give this company one. DO NOT SHOP this brand! No refund unless you ship it back but you are responsible to pay for shipping & handling for all returns despite you also pay a shipping & handling upon purchase as well. Such a rip off! The store only permits store credit and/or exchange. Oh yeah one register only accepts credit card and no cash so I paid $4 on my card. Why kids shop here is beyond me?! Overprice and how could one afford this at such a young age with overcharge items. Never would I shop or recommend this store

Alexandra F.

Yelp
If you want the workers to talk bad about you behind your back when you're in the dressing room, this is your place!

Yelp
Brandy is known for its controversial, sizing, and the attitudes of their employees. But I never thought that I would experience it myself. I went into the Glendora store today and was surprised to be treated so poorly. I was looking at a long sleeve and reached for it and was pushed, literally PUSHED out of my way by a blonde girl(employee) so that she can hang things back on the rack. I stood there in shock, looked at my friends thinking "maybe I'm being dramatic" but their reactions were the same as mine; shocked. I did not say anything to her because I am not confrontational, and genuinely thought that it was an accident. But I realized that it wasn't an accident when I was in the fitting room trying on my clothes and I overheard her say "yeah did you see me push that tall bitch out of my way" and they started laughing. Not only did she make that comment but she then continued to comment on how my Uggs weren't "made" for me and make my feet look like mans feet. I was wearing TASMAN UGGS, they're the most popular Uggs out there right now!! I'm also a size 8, which is the average foot size for a woman, I don't have MAN feet. She later commented on how I was skinny but not "skinny skinny" and should "eat less" and i know all these comments were about me given that I'm 5'11, 6 foot in the shoes I was wearing today and well, she was the girl who pushed me. I decided while in the changing room to buy 2 shirts but while I was waiting in line, I felt very uncomfortable. That same girl, the blonde one, was by the fitting rooms talking shit with the other girl employees and looking in our direction. I have never felt so insecure, embarrassed and uncomfortable in my own body until today. It was a terrible experience and I would think regardless if they (the employees) like the customers that shop there or not but that they would value their jobs enough to make the store seem welcoming. But instead I felt watched, judged, and literally heard them judge me without them even knowing. I decided to leave and not buy anything because of how rude, disrespectful, disgusting and absolute bitches the employees were. Will never go there again! Fucking bitches work there, they should all be fired given their attitudes and how they treat other people.
google avatar

Anthonette D.

Yelp
To the red head that usually works the cashier, you're a bitch. I don't know what that girls problem is, but she needs to work on her attitude. I had 2 bad experiences with her on separate occasions. The first, she threw the bag at me after I had purchased something. Not even a sorry from her. Honestly not surprised. The second, which happened yesterday, I purchased something for me and a gift for a friend. I asked the red headed girl if I could get another paper bag, she said "why?". LIKE BITCH I don't need to tell you why. I don't even understand why she needs to ask "why?" with such attitude in the first place. I've worked in retail and in restaurants, and I've dealt with a lot of rude guests and customers. But there's a difference between having to deal with rude customers as a hospitality worker, and having to deal with no - reason rude workers as a customer. Girl needs an attitude check ASAP. I get it, you're a teenager who works at BrANdY MelViLLe, and you probably think you're so C0ol. But to be rude to people for no reason? It's a no from me hunny.

Grace M.

Yelp
I just came here to say that the employee named tara is the sweetest angel i've ever met she was so helpful and she was genuinely so kind. The store is also very spacious so there is lots of options to choose from and it is fairly orderly which is nice to have the dressing rooms are clean and everyone in the store is always helpful.

Dont Worry A.

Yelp
The design of the clothes are basic and boring. Everything is overpriced and filled with white girls. The ladies at the front were nice but I just can't stand this place since it does advertises/encourage eating disorders. Plus, they only hire girls based off their image and socials. Wouldn't support this company in any single way
google avatar

Miranda M.

Yelp
love it here! the options and selections were so good. The service was also very sweet, ladies like to help. The clothes are of great value. Nice place definitely recommend!
google avatar

Nancy S.

Yelp
Really expensive for really basic clothes. The staff is nice, the store is clean, but I honestly don't see what the big deal is about. Everything is just so basic. Plain white tees, nothing really special about any of the clothes except the exaggerated price tag.

Al W.

Yelp
I was purchasing some clothes for gifts, this store has a large selection. However some of the items in website were not available in store. Staff is friendly.
google avatar

Layla F.

Yelp
Literally everyone here should be fired... almost all the girls have complete ATTITUDES , everything is always an issue for them here.. like isnt it your job . never once have i came once to this specific location without having all the workers stare at you like an animal or something. they dont even ask if you want help. other than the shitty ass teenage workers , i really like this store but only because of the selections they have.

Nareg K.

Yelp
Went shopping with my little sister and all the workers were gathered in front of the store talking. Didn't greet or notice us. Will no longer shop here.
google avatar

Zacks R.

Yelp
I brought my daughter here only to find out they carry only one size, "skinny bitch!" Don't bother if you're bigger than a size zero ladies.

Yelp
Let me preface this by stating I'm a mom of 3 teenage daughters. So I've heard of this store/brand lately & ended up stopping in because we needed a gift card. It's located next to Lululemon & the movie theater in Americana @ Brand. It's a small space filled with clothes that I personally just don't get. Half of the stuff is plain/generic and the other half looks like thrift store finds, only they are new and not vintage. But again, I know it's what's in and hip right now. I was really surprised to find that nothing is branded, but realized that's part of their shtick. The price points weren't outrageous, but I personally wouldn't want to pay $60 for a sweatshirt emblazoned with a generic font "NEW YORK" on it. But I will say this- One of my daughters bought a couple pairs of earrings. Super simple, small hoops with a little star hanging from them. The next day a couple-worker correctly spotted them by brand??!!! It made me realize teen/young adult girls are REALLY into this brand & despite lack of labels, they all just KNOW that things are from this store! I didn't experience any problems per se, and the cashier was actually helpful in getting me my gift card. FYI it's not a typical plastic card- rather receipts in an envelope. *If your gift card is meant to be a surprise don't give them the recipient's email!* They email you a copy right away. We did see the staff confront a shoplifter, who defiantly claimed she shopped there a lot and wore her basic white rank into the store (clearly a lie). Definitely lack of strong management skills displayed by the employees on the floor as no one really knew how to handle that situation (I worked retail for years). Other than that, an easy shopping experience. Don't forget to pick up some stickers before you go- they are free!

Carmela T.

Yelp
They should fire all their workers, never felt so judge at a store like this, 10 workers useless, they only stare and make socials while ur just trying to ask kindly or be helped, i grabbed stuff but they were such a fking bitches w attitudes that just made me leave everything and go. Please if your a manager or owner, at least hire someone that does SOMETHING. Fk this bitches its all i got to say.

Faith S.

Yelp
Always bad service. Just today two workers were talking about how a girl left a stain on a shirt she tried on and they proceeded to call her a dirty bitch. I get everyone that works here is basically a teenager but maybe don't call customers dirty bitches.

Gissel N.

Yelp
Met these girls named Mabel and Tera!! So kind and gorgeous. Helped me picked out outfits for my vacation

Matthew H.

Yelp
The customer service here is actually really good, I love coming in here often, to pick up the cutest new pieces. Overall the girls that work here have always been very kind, and helpful.

Marley G.

Yelp
If I could I would give them zero stars... they were so rude and profiled my friends and I. When my 2 friends and I (pocs) walked out the alarm went off so we stopped immediately and expected one of the employees to come check if they had accidentally left a sensor on something we bought. Instead, 4 employees rushed up to us and told us to take all of our clothes out and they checked our receipts. They checked each bag twice. They were already being rude at this point but whatever but then they proceeded to look through our purses. While they were doing this at least 6 white people walked out and the sensors went off each time. They did not care that the sensors were still going off and didn't stop any one of those people. Even though each of my friends and I all had our receipts they made it very clear that they thought we were stealing and seemed like they didn't want to believe we bought everything. They were also being bitchy at the cash registers...
google avatar

Ari H.

Yelp
The young brunette/blonde (I forgot) lady who was working at the counter today around 2:30pm was really nice and helpful! I asked for stickers with my purchase and she gave me a bunch too. Yes brandy melville is an overpriced clothing store but their clothes are so cute it's impossible not to go in.

nicki l.

Yelp
I feel bad for the workers here they seem understaffed and overworked most of the time. I visited this store twice this weekend, Saturday night they only had three girls running the store which was surprising in itself but my latest visit yesterday was truly an eye opener and showed me the true values of the company. I came late noon after lunch with some friends and while we were looking around to shop we hear yelling, the blonde manager named Taytum was yelling at the sales associate with red hair who was on the register which was so unprofessional given there were customers waiting to be checked out(red hair girl was the only one on register)after that moment we try to brush it off and shop around some more but me and my friends could not stop noticing the way this blonde manager was picking on the red haired girl the whole time, they truly are upholding the mean girl stereotype. Honestly don't blame the girls for looking miserable at times during work but not surprised as they barely treat their pay customers well I doubt they are respecting their workers. Overall the store is pretty large but always looks a mess since there's always like two girls working i'd say you're better shopping online
google avatar

Lusine A.

Yelp
Employee named Jordyn, short blond hair, African American. Attacked me while I was in line for not having a mask, after I asked for a mask. I was violated and humiliated in front of others. Completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. Could have been avoided had the employee been equipped with simple customer service skills.
google avatar

Alessandra L.

Yelp
I definitely see a lot of comment that are saying the staff was a bad and clothes are generic. Personally I have never had an experience with rude workers they are very welcoming,it's nice to see POC working here as well considering the brandy stereotype. Personally I love the clothes accessories bags and everything! I will agree that the clothing is very basic but I like having basic pieces. My advice: jeans are good quality but I prefer cotton on and Hollister jeans. I have a purse from brandy def recommend their bags the quality is very good as well I've had mine for a while and it's a go too. Jewelry is very cute a so far lasts for me. The shirts are the main reason I shop from there.

Elise S.

Yelp
Bella and Nat were super friendly! They both were complimentary, easy to talk to and explained the return policy. I am visiting from Texas and we had a nice conversation. The store was clean and well organized. I would definitely shop there if I lived close by. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Jady O.

Yelp
This is my favorite Brandy Melville location. I always feel welcome here and I felt they did a great job with handing Covid 19 safety. There was a line to enter the store and everyone kept their distance both inside and outside. Falize was my cashier and was very patient. I asked her for stickers and I was so grateful that she took her time to pick out a variety of designs from the basket. I'll always return to this Brandy location!
google avatar

Yelp
these queens were so nice and helpful. love them so much best brandy ever. always going to come back to this location
google avatar

Bored P.

Yelp
i like their clothes but a little overpriced for basic clothes -- the quality is better than most stores. the employees (most of them) are so rude&bitchy ... they're all teens & from my experience if ur a POC they seem like they dont care abt you/annoyed. like dude all the white girl employees i've talked to they all seemed so annoyed,, 2 times on separate occasions i've tried asking about something and they just looked at me & ignored me most of them seem so annoyed when i ask for a fitting room or smt. customer service 9/10 shit, but i noticed the poc employees are a lot nicer & actually helped like a regular store employee. i hate going into the store bc i feel so judged by the yt employees i usually just order online

Yelp
This is for last Sunday afternoon. I will no longer support this store, this brand. Something fishy & unprofessional is going on in these stores & management/corporate just doesn't seem to care. My daughter always wants to shop here but the closest one to us is either Glendale or Irvine, which is usually an hour away from us. When we do go, it's a special occasion for her (birthday shopping spree) & we always spend over $200+ minimum. This last time, just really pissed me off though. We spent $200 only to find out that 2 of the items (totaling $50) was not in the bag when we got home. It's the first 2 items charged on my receipt. By the time we realized it, the store was closed (they has a handwritten sign posted that day that they were closing at 5:30 pm, which now that I think about it, is another point of unprofessionalism, to close when they just want to). The cashier Daniela (per the receipt), like the other young girlies working in the store, seem to be absentminded & not 100% paying attention to the customer directly in front of them because there's other staff behind them talking their other social stuff. I don't understand how incompetent their workers can be! I am so mad being assed-out of those items. Of course, if I complain they will just deny & be dishonest, because why would these young silly girls care? It's not like they'll be majorly reprimanded. I am sure they do it daily. I did call into the store the next day asking to speak to a manager & what do you know, if course she's the "manager" who picks up & Isabella stated everything was all all cleared yadda yadda & to call back in 20 mins because she will text that cashier. I also asked if they have cameras over the cashiers. I call back & she's says no "they" didn't notice anything but she didn't specifically say she spoke to that specific cashier. Did she text all the staff? Whatever. So I have to contact their customer service# which seems like a landline to someone's home & again unprofessional, like she just woke up & I feel like I am gaslighted by them. So I have to write an email then they'll investigate. Corporate will receive my strongly worded letter. At this point I know I will not be getting my money/purchase back. I am just pissed these workers are getting asway with shit like this. Furthermore, the manager or person in charge (who was asking everyone where they were working & who was working what) was more unprofessional- dressed in short pj shorts & socks & furry slippers. She looked worse than a customer. When I was paying, she commented obnoxiously loud to an older lady next to me how much she loved her blue furry vest. When the lady left, she laughed & told the staff she thought that "vest was nasty & even worse it had blood on it." Then when I am done paying she says the same comment to another mom customer, how she loooves her sweater & then staff giggles. I would just like management or corporate to know how their staff needs attitude adjustments & training in honesty. Also, the Irvine store. We made a special trip all the way there to find out they are the only store closed, on a Sunday. It ruined my daughter's day. When we asked the other stores, they all had a fishy comment about them, that they always do do that, staff quitting, etc. I am done with this store, this brand & hope other mothers will be too. Most likely, these girlie staff don't give a shit & are just talking shit about you too.

Mila M.

Yelp
I am a huge fan of this brandy because the workers are actually welcoming here for the most part unlike their other locations. this review is purely about the glendale location/ their service, not the actual brandy melville brand.

Rachael B.

Yelp
If you like unpleasant customer service this is the store for you. I have been in this location several times and each time I feel it's worse then the last. Scowling seems to be the required uniform for the employees. They act as if their faces my break if they tried to smile. I said "Thank you" multiple times and was literally met with more scowling and silence. It's common courtesy to say "Your welcome" if someone says "thank you". I saw another item I wanted to try on while being checked out by the sourpuss cashier and she was extremely annoyed that she had to pause my transaction. Oh and there was only one other person in the store at the time and they were not waiting to check out so I wasn't holding anyone up. I wanted to see what other colors a dress came so I quickly stepped out of the fitting room to look and was promptly and snappily told that if I wanted to leave the fitting room I needed to put my own clothes back on-uh yeah because I'm going to walk out of the store with your dress on while leaving all of my clothes, purse and other purchases in the fitting room. She did offer to assist me or help me in any way mind you. I know the staff is all a bunch of teenagers who are probably paid minimum wage but I'm sorry that does not excuse the poor customer service and treatment of customers. This was not an isolated incident either. It's pretty much like this every time I go in there. The manager or corporate HQ really needs to train the staff better in appropriate treatment of customers and basic customer service. So if you live to shop in an unpleasant environment full of grouchy, scowling staff-this is the place for you.

Kathryn T.

Yelp
Everyone was so nice and sweet, so many happy girlies getting excited about waffle knits. Love

John H.

Yelp
My daughters love it here. The staff is exceedingly kind and seem excited to help us out.

Jack R.

Yelp
The girl who served in the fitting room was so rude! She rolled her eyes heavenward in disgust. Wtf?I did not do anything,OK?Attention! She is a blond and tall. Dont need to be polite to her!
google avatar

Gabi J.

Yelp
The clothing is so basic in this store that it's better to just shop online. The store was very crowded (much more than any other clothing store in the shopping plaza), but they had many fitting rooms to accommodate. There weren't enough employees to keep up with the customers messing with the clothes, so the store seemed cluttered. The employees were pleasant, but no one asked me if I needed help with anything or greeted me when I walked in. Compared to the surrounding stores, it wasn't impressive.

Sigrid F.

Yelp
Little help or enthusiasm from staff. This store is one size only aka "Skinny petite white girl" size only. If you have curves or like me are tall and a normal weight. Don't shop here. In fact. Run the other way. Also you will notice the people who shop here... they are all skinny like the brand. I think this store is toxic and supports an unrealistic standard. The customer service here is also the worst too. If someone comes in and is expressing that the clothes don't fit them and they are upset offer them options and show kindness. The girl at the counter just stared at me and kept repeating they only do store credit. (Offer accessories, rep the brand, and make a sour situation sweet...) Anyway. I don't think that my advice will be taken or heard so in other words. Your money is better spent anywhere else. Like literally anywhere else.

Alex M.

Yelp
my absolute FAVORITE store in the americana. the service was amazing and the girls helped me find everything i needed and were suuuuuper respectful. they items are also very well priced for the quality and the amt of time they last. will def be coming again

Grant H.

Yelp
I took my sister to Brandy today for her birthday. The girls on the floor were very sweet and helped her with everything from jewelry to clothes. When we were checking out we were helped out by two Meghans. They were very kind and complemented my sister on multiple occasions. Definitely come back.
google avatar

Maral Z.

Yelp
All the reviews mentioned about rude workers is 100 percent true. I walked in and the worker didn't even greet me she just looked my way and then looked back and was fixing her hair. I was walking around and she just kept staring at me. I didn't even find an item i was looking for either and her attitude made me so uncomfortable that i just left.
google avatar

Gabby Q.

Yelp
The staff are very friendly! Due to Covid, the fitting rooms are closed and they only let a few people in at a time. But that didn't bother me. The store is pretty spacious and they have a lot of items in the store. Tip: check the return racks toward the back of the store. You may get a chance to stag an item that's not on the website! Don't forget to ask for stickers before you leave!

Destiny R.

Yelp
If I could put negative stars I would because this was the WORST experience in a store ever. A rude ass worker by the name of JENNA with glasses and brown hair accused me of stealing. She made me go find a shirt I had put back because I didn't want it and I didn't find it because someone grabbed it so she asked to check all my bags and my purse and of course found nothing. I was so confused and hurt that I was being accused for no reason; she was so ignorant and irritating. They honestly need new staff, everyone is just rude as fuck.

Yelp
I usually do not write a review on a store but I went to this location yesterday and I definitely loved the staff. This was the first time visiting the store with my family and there were two workers that were so helpful my cashier as well as her coworker. My daughters had been wanting to come to Brandy so we went and this location is just great. The girl with red hair and my cashier were too sweet and helped my daughters find what they were looking for!

Yelp
Actually gross. The fitting rooms are messy it looks like a teenage boys messy closet. There's clothes everywhere lying on the ground. The employees all just huddled at the cashier. No one approached me not even to give my number at the try on. Overall a confusing and annoying experience would suggest the one at Topanga mall instead.
