Brann's Steakhouse and Grille

It's a chain sports bar with burgers, steak & beers... The highlight for me is the fresh rolls with the whipped cinnamon butter, but the last ones tasted like they'd been under the warmer for awhile. The service was fine, no complaints but nothing to write home about either.

Used to love this place, food quality has dramatically declined. Out of 11 adult meals and 2 kid meals, 1 meal came out correct. Acceptable plating is no longer a big deal for them. I'm attaching photos of 2 lbs of ribs for 2. Heavily sauced, more bone than meat, burnt. Manager was not attentive to the issues. Since we have always loved it here we decided to come again. This time we had 9 people (6 adults, 3 kids) ribs looked the same, steak was over cooked, fries were cold and the kids mac n cheese still had ice chunks in it. So very sad to have to let this place go from our regular dining out rotation.

Great meeting place. Food was great too. Service was superb. I do recommend this steakhouse.

Worst steak ever!!!! My husband and I both ordered 12 oz prime rib as Branns claims to have sizzling steaks. To our greatest dismay, instead of our steaks sizzling.. boiled steak comes out. The steaks were literally boiled and soaked in gravy, no sizzle what so ever. We both ordered medium well and the insides of our steaks were red. The waitress did offer to take it back to be cooked some more but we decided to box it up immediately and take it home to cook it our selves. The mushrooms were sour as well. Never in our lives have we ever had steak so terrible. How can Brann even call that a steak? If I wanted a home cooked steak, I would have done it my self and would not have spent all that money just to take it back home and cook it myself. If you are steak lover and you are on your way to Branns for steak, please expect it boiled and swimming in gravy. Never again. I repeat, never again!!! This is preposterous!

I don't know why anyone would give this place a good rating. The food is nothing special and the wait staff is terrible (high top section). And then there is this: There is a disgusting odor present from the second you open the door. It is a combination of sink/sewer and dirty mop water (mold). It never goes away and has been there for over a year as far as I can tell. Why am I visiting then? To see if they ever get it cleaned up to be honest. It is a nice bar to sit at - a nice 'sports bar' atmosphere up front. I cannot eat here due to that constant smell. I feel sorry for the staff having to put up with it.

Surprised by the quality of the steak for a chain sports bar steak house. The value is here as well as quality. I had a steak salad, can't recall the exact name but the steak was cooked and seasoned perfect. For not being a $30-40 plate the quality of the steak was great. Younger less seasoned staff however they were great with our kids and over all did a good job. We had a great time.

First time eating at Brann's was a great experience. If you like to combine eating with watching sports, there are more TVs than anyplace I've been. Brann's menu is a combination of steaks, ribs, burgers, and unique combinations. I had the Korean Pulled pork tacos and my wife had the 6 oz steak. Both were delicious. Everything on the menu offers various side dishes and individuality. The servers were very attentive to us and the manager also. Brann's appeals to all ages, families and groups. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

We took the family there in the post-happy-hour, pre-dinner-time slot. Whatever day we went had all-you-can-eat ribs, which were surprisingly good (fell right off the bone, and has the right amount of sauce). Service was great in the bar area, where we sat. We did catch a nose full of the odor mentioned in previous reviews, right when we walked through the door, and the floors seemed a little stickier than they should have been early in the day. If they take care of a little more general cleaning, I would have given Brann's 5 stars. It is exactly what you should expect - at a fair price with great service.
