Brann's Steakhouse and Grille

It's a chain sports bar with burgers, steak & beers... The highlight for me is the fresh rolls with the whipped cinnamon butter, but the last ones tasted like they'd been under the warmer for awhile. The service was fine, no complaints but nothing to write home about either.

Used to love this place, food quality has dramatically declined. Out of 11 adult meals and 2 kid meals, 1 meal came out correct. Acceptable plating is no longer a big deal for them. I'm attaching photos of 2 lbs of ribs for 2. Heavily sauced, more bone than meat, burnt. Manager was not attentive to the issues. Since we have always loved it here we decided to come again. This time we had 9 people (6 adults, 3 kids) ribs looked the same, steak was over cooked, fries were cold and the kids mac n cheese still had ice chunks in it. So very sad to have to let this place go from our regular dining out rotation.

Worst steak ever!!!! My husband and I both ordered 12 oz prime rib as Branns claims to have sizzling steaks. To our greatest dismay, instead of our steaks sizzling.. boiled steak comes out. The steaks were literally boiled and soaked in gravy, no sizzle what so ever. We both ordered medium well and the insides of our steaks were red. The waitress did offer to take it back to be cooked some more but we decided to box it up immediately and take it home to cook it our selves. The mushrooms were sour as well. Never in our lives have we ever had steak so terrible. How can Brann even call that a steak? If I wanted a home cooked steak, I would have done it my self and would not have spent all that money just to take it back home and cook it myself. If you are steak lover and you are on your way to Branns for steak, please expect it boiled and swimming in gravy. Never again. I repeat, never again!!! This is preposterous!

Great meeting place. Food was great too. Service was superb. I do recommend this steakhouse.

I don't know why anyone would give this place a good rating. The food is nothing special and the wait staff is terrible (high top section). And then there is this: There is a disgusting odor present from the second you open the door. It is a combination of sink/sewer and dirty mop water (mold). It never goes away and has been there for over a year as far as I can tell. Why am I visiting then? To see if they ever get it cleaned up to be honest. It is a nice bar to sit at - a nice 'sports bar' atmosphere up front. I cannot eat here due to that constant smell. I feel sorry for the staff having to put up with it.

Patronized this place on Monday night. They had a steak and potato dinner for only $8 and a really good margarita for $3. The wait staff was professional, courteous and super helpful. We went there after singing practice and they are wonderful to us and so accommodating. A well deserved 5 stars.

First time eating at Brann's was a great experience. If you like to combine eating with watching sports, there are more TVs than anyplace I've been. Brann's menu is a combination of steaks, ribs, burgers, and unique combinations. I had the Korean Pulled pork tacos and my wife had the 6 oz steak. Both were delicious. Everything on the menu offers various side dishes and individuality. The servers were very attentive to us and the manager also. Brann's appeals to all ages, families and groups. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

We stopped in here for the first time because of a Groupon we had, and a gift card a coworker gave me. We were greeted quickly and asked if we preferred high-top table or something else. I admit, it was nice being asked rather than not having to make a specific request for something other than a high-top table. The restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived even though it was 4pm on a Saturday. We looked over the menu and made our decisions as to what we wanted but, unfortunately, had to wait almost 10 minutes before our server made her first appearance. We found this to be strange considering how dead the restaurant was. Nonetheless, the server was polite and answered any questions we had. However, this was the beginning of the waiting game. It took longer than necessary to get us our waters and then our salads, which were fresh. When the yeast rolls showed up we found them to be rather tasty and nice & warm. Nevertheless, from the time we were seated to the time our entrees made their way to our table was almost 30 minutes! This would be a reasonable wait time had the restaurant been busy but, as I mentioned previously, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. For my wife and I, one of the things we focus on when we dine out is the attentiveness of the wait staff regarding our drinks. Keep 'em full and that will help to overcome minor food & service issues. Certainly, our server was polite and friendly but she didn't give the impression that taking care of customers was her primary objective. Instead, it was as if we were an afterthought. Our water ran out twice and we both had to wait for extended period of time before she would appear again. The food that we ordered was tasty and, like I said, our server was nice. However, we didn't leave feeling as though we wanted to return. Instead, we left wondering what the wait times must be like when they are truly busy. For us, we rate this restaurant as "OK" because there are a number of restaurants within this restaurant category that provide the same food and/or the same or better service.
