Great service and excellent food! We had the red sangria and the prato misto and the same but with polvo/lulas, don't miss the pastéis de nata! Reservation highly recommended, there is no option on-line so you have to call.

I've tried Portuguese chicken at various restaurants around Montreal, and without a doubt Braseiro has the vey best. The chicken is seasoned to the bone. The portions you get for the price is really large. It's a small place but the service is great and the ambiance is wonderful any night of the week. My only complaint is that they close too early on a Friday or Saturday night.

Delicious food! The only bad thing is that it takes a bit too long to be served (even when the restaurant was empty), but putting that apart. Its perfect. 9/10

This place is a minestrone in Villeray. Coming here is like reminiscing the history of all arrivals from the Azores. A lovely and must go to if visiting Villera y. 🇵🇹🍻🍗💙🩷💚

we had a reservation at the bar. upon arrival, the waiter offered us a table that just got freed, which was a nice start. he had great advices on the menu and was super friendly, without being annoying. the food was superb, the staff super friendly and respectful. prices are really fair. great experience!

Genuine Portuguese styled cooking. Chicken, ribs, and fish were awesome. Small place with little bar.

Ordered takeout for the very first time and was blown away by how amazing this chicken and the natas were. I had initially read the reviews on here and was worried about the ones claiming that the chicken had no meat on the bones or that there wasn't any sauce etc etc. This was not my experience at all. I decided to give it a go and order despite some of the bad reviews and im happy to say ive discovered my new "go to" portuguese chicken place. Don't skip out on the natas, they taste just like the ones in Portugal!
