The Brassbell company has been great to work with. They answered my questions over the phone and replied promptly to my texts. They also gave suggestions for the engraving size, placement and the best finish for my application. I purchased this 10" Polished Brass Bell for my submarine veterans group. We'll use it at each reunion for tolling the bell for shipmates who have passed. The shipmates who have seen the bell can't believe the quality. It actually looks better than the bell that was on our submarine.

Brass Bell did a great job with my bell. I called them on the phone to get some clarifications on what I needed to do. They were very courteous and helpful and explained the process and timing so I knew when to expect my bell. The online ordering was easy. I sent jpgs and docs for the imprinting on the bell and plaque on the stand. They sent me a proof to verify the printing would be correct and they gave me the estimated delivery date which they met. The bell looks fantastic and sounds great. It will be used at Sons of the American Revolution ceremonies and events going forward. Well done Brass Bell.
