Charming venue, nice cuisine, from scenery to food presentation, service quality, workspaces kept clean during the service, staff being very smiling welcoming and caring, easy parking nearby in lot or streets and free after 7pm… The ambiance and service at Brasserie Chavant Voiron were equally impressive, making it a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service quite minimal, and not professional. Cooking: since waiter did not ask our cooking preference for meat, it was overcooked and tough, whilst vegetables were lukewarm. To summarize, a great disappointment. It is a pity since the dining room and the garden are very beautiful. Please do improve level of service and cooking.

The service was great apart from a waiter whose name is Geoffrey who pretend to know about wine... I asked him, are you a sommelier or had oenology courses and he clearly stated that he is neither of them. As a regular customer, I know which wine bottle I normally take and I know my red wine like I know how to write my name. I ordered a nice bottle of chateauneuf du pape "La Sousto" costing about €76 the bottle... I asked one of the waitress to open the bottle prior to us drinking it, a few minutes after that, a waiter came to get the bottle back to check if the wine was ok as they have a doubt about the smell of the cork. So he took the bottle and then came back a few minutes after to say that everything is OK with the wine. When it was time for us to consume the wine, upon tasting it I could taste that the wine was corked. I asked my guests to taste the wine and 2 of the guests clearly agreed with me. So I asked for the bottle to be returned back and to get another bottle but Geoffrey the so called waiter stomped back and said, "I am afraid I cannot change the bottle as he had tasted the wine and everything was ok with the wine" to which I replied to him that the wine is corked. He insisted that the wine was good and if I want another bottle he will have to charge me for both bottles. I chose another bottle of wine because I obviously didn't want my guests to be disappointed with the restaurant given that I have praised this restaurant a few times and also praised the chateauneuf du pape that I have had everytime I have been to this restaurant. The manager was very professional, I explained the whole story to her and she dealt with it very professionally. It is such a shame to have someone like Geoffrey to work for this establishment given that it is quite a well known place and has a lot of great history.

We visited on a busy Thursday evening in July. We arrived 15 minutes early thinking we could have a drink on the terrace but were told we were far too early and the terrace was reserved for hotel guests. We sat outside which is lovely. Wine was nice. Food was hit or miss. The gnocchi was far too dense and gummy. The tuna was fatty and overcooked. French fries and appetizers were good. Servers were overloaded and not attentive. It took 20 minutes to get water and 30 minutes for the check. We won’t be back

Wonderful experience, lovely ambience too. The staff were very professional and welcoming and food amazing ,, We enjoyed the crepe Suzette a fantastic display of expertise and it tasted so delicious it was the best ever

The stuffed quail was one of my favorite dishes I had during my stay in this part of France. They put a tasting menu together for a wedding we attended so I was fortunate enough to sample quite a bit from their menu. The duck is delicious, tender, and perfectly cooked and the creamy polenta is a must side dish for the table.
