"This is MICHELIN-starred chef Tim Raue's take on a French brasserie. As at the Colette brasseries in Berlin and Munich, there is a small à la carte selection, as well as three set menus: one comprising Colette classics, one devised by Tim Raue himself and a vegan menu. The highlight here is the first-floor terrace overlooking the pedestrian area – but seating is limited, so you'd be well advised to book!" - Michelin Inspector

We have been around the world and we love good food for various budgets. If you are willing to splurge a little, go to Colette and choose the chef's selection set menu. I have a new favourite chef. He challenged my palette at times and showed me completely new dishes that I absolutely loved. These are not dishes that one can forget. Our server was very knowledgeable of the wine and helped us pair with the food and accommodated our preferences of half glasses, etc. He spoiled us and deserved the 50 euro tip and then some. I can't praise this place enough and loved everything about it. Spoil yourself for meals you won't forget in a year's time. You won't regret it. BRAVO!

We enjoyed a delightful lunch at Brasserie Colette Tim Raue, savoring the delicious food. We made a reservation a day prior. The service was excellent, and the location was very convenient. We had the onion soup, artichoke pasta, and crème brûlée, all of which were delicious and highly recommended.

Lovely food, lovely waiter, lovely atmosphere, lovely everything! I can recommend the set vegan menu, an unforgettable flavour, texture and colour experience. Free bread was good, too, to mop up the last bit of sauce on every plate.

Service was very welcoming, friendly and easygoing. We felt at home right away. Food was delicious. Well combined ingredients, quality handwork and a lot of attention to detail. Classic french brasserie kitchen in a modern guise. The atmosphere is inviting, relaxing and classy. We will be back soon!

Food was good! Service was not, the waitresses are nice but don’t deliver a good service. The wine menu that is half of the size of the table was on the table the whole dinner with the empty bread dish and they could not realize this and take them away. The fish was amazing but you don’t expect to have fish bones in this type of dish, so not great! And it took too long to get the food. In this restaurant I would expect a lot more but in general it was ok!

Reservation preferred, although I came at opening time without one and some others too after me and we all got tables. Asked for a English menu but was told there’s none, then I highlighted that the bread plate already had breadcrumbs on it, and suddenly the server came with an English menu. Food was good, German French fusion it seems. I ordered a ‘Suckling Pig’ that turned out to be a pork knuckle that tastes like duck confit. The pork fell off the bone and it’s skin was crispy. I would have preferred the dish to be sweeter (I.e. more sweet mustard) but I’m not complaining. Great meal but service can be improved, hence the 4*.

We went to Brasserie Colette for lunch. The service was very good and the restaurant is very nicely decorated. For starters we got the scallops which we really well prepared and we enjoyed them a lot. For the main I got the veal cheeks. The meat was wonderfully cooked and was really tender. It comes on a waffle and with the sauce the food really goes well together. My wife had the coq au vin which I tested and it was also really good and was served with fantastic mash potatoes. For dessert we had a brownie and a crème brulé which were the perfect end to lunch. While lunch was a little bit expensive it was worth the money. We will go back again for sure.
