Very nice restaurant with inventive cuisine - some dishes (namely, grilled broccoli) were too extreme to my taste (sauce was quite overwhelming), but maybe that's the whole point so I won't hold this one against them - as others were really good (especially "tipsy cake" dessert). Good vine, but the cocktails are really extraordinary - they're delivered from the bar, but the bar itself was too loud for me, so having them at the much quieter restaurant was ideal. Super friendly and efficient service.

Incredible food. We ordered many vegetarian sides to share like tapas and each was delicious. The staff were very friendly too. A must visit whilst in Engleberg.

The BEST meal in Switzerland we have had. On our way back from St Moritz and staying in a nearby 5* hotel, we were lucky enough to dine here. Cannot recommend it enough - this is what Swiss cooking should be about. Great food, lovely vibe and excellent wine (which our waitress patiently helped us decide). Definitely check it out!

The food, service and environment was excellent and we have enjoyed our dinner greatly. Even though the menu is small, it is quite intriguing, so it is not as easy to choose. Ultimately, we went with the SLE burger and grilled baby gem salad with a glass of wine. They offer a free starter, homemade bread and butter, and still water. Unluckily, we experienced some food poisoning the night after the dinner. I am still giving 5 stars in a good will that it was just a coincidence and also because of a swift response of the restaurant (even though they have not offered us a full compensation).

Easy choice for dinner with kids. Good food, normal Swiss prices, kind service. We walked in on a Sunday night with no reservations and got to watch a hockey game with dinner.

The Food was really absolutely amazing. All the snacks were delicious and the starters are also wonderful flavor explosions. The mains were mostly with meet but you can ask the waiter to remove some of the meat. And the desserts were so small and delicious small portions. The food all together is amazing. (Maybe not perfect for vegetarians) The atmosphere is absolutely lovely it is a very small and wood based building with windows around you. All together you feel like you‘re at home enjoying your food among others. And the waitresses were very nice. And the service in general is quick and you don‘t wait very long for your food.

Loved BB burger along with vegetable tempura and grilled ratatouille!! Would come back again.

Best food we've had in Switzerland!! Try the gnocchi. I promise you won't be disappointed. Great music & friendly servers.

I visited a year and a half ago, and I can still remember what I ate! The salmon tatare was one of the best things I've ever eaten, the view was gorgeous, and the staff was great! Highly recommend!
