"With this brasserie, Cyril Attrazic has created the ideal offshoot of his gourmet establishment. The modern decor, adorned with panoramic photos of Aubrac landscapes, provides the perfect foil to sample full-flavoured, well-crafted dishes, whether indoors or on the shaded alfresco area out front. A few dishes you may sample include poultry and foie gras pâté en croûte with vegetable pickles; sautéed fillet of hake, red Camargue rice and pistou of herbs; strawberries, elderflower lactic sorbet and miniature waffles." - Michelin Inspector

Nice and modern setting, indoors and outdoors. Friendly staff but hard to catch. Food was good, although we were disappointed by the "tripes", which were tender but not seasoned properly; the boiled vegetables didn't bring much excitement either. The pâté was excellent. The desserts were pleasant to the eye but too sweet to the mouth.

We really enjoyed our 3-course-dinner with excellent food, friendly & attentive staff and in a very vibey evening atmosphere. The menu offers interesting options of local produce and the garnish and presentation of the dishes was beautiful! The beer was tasty and the wine menu big. It was really a pleasure to enjoy the three dishes and the desserts were our highlight! For the main we really enjoyed the local "Aligot" as a side dish and for the dessert I would definitely recommend to try the "Chocolate-Crème-Brûlée-Crispy-puffed-Rice"-thing - it was to die for! WiFi would have been great at the table, besides that nothing to complain :) Reservation might be smart to get one of the rare tables outside.

Went there Friday lunchtime while travelling to my country house in SW France, as thought this is a known part of France for its natural beauty and good which I have never really visited. Dive through plateau des milles vaches and Aubrac wad beautiful and there was this pit stop restaurant!!! Covid restriction do of course affect interaction with staffl but what a delight of a menu and for 88 euros - we had the sentier de l aubrac one- Price to work/quality/ number of plates was absolutely incredible. Menu is seasonal so little.point in focusing on one dish. Main beef or lamb was just cooked to perfection with meats so tender. We remember the attention to details including sugars for coffee turned in half spheres and lined up vertically, plenty of little tasty extras and a lunch full of delight. We could have taken the highway and gave an 8 hour trip, this more direct route but slower was 10 hours ex stop....for someone to think that saving 2 hours trip and missing this food experience makes sense must border on the sadness. Readers, please think about enjoying live and making these small detours which sometimes end up in revelation!!!

Fantastic meal - second time we have stopped here on the way to / from South France. The chefs are top (Michelins star) quality.

The food is amazingly good showcasing local produce and great value. The deserts are utterly delicious. The staff are exceptional; warm and attentive. Excellent barman Marcel makes wonderful cocktails. Tomas, the maître d’, is the bomb.

Food is good, I had tasty snails and a piece of lamb very nicely seasoned. Quantity in the plate is rather thin, service is swift. Overall rather on the pricey side, almost 50€ with 2 glasses of wine.

Everything was perfect! I will be dreaming of this meal until I can return. I highly recommend the pâte, steak and aligot, and the crème brûlée. My thanks to the kitchen team and the wonderful staff who treated me so kindly
