"On the banks of the Saône, this quayside brasserie boasts a very pleasant terrace right beside the river. In charge of proceedings is chef Valéry Meulien, who was trained by Jean Ducloux and Paul Bocuse, and later earned a Michelin star himself. His dishes focus on the region's classics, including pâté croûte, ham terrine with parsley, calf's head, and sweetbreads with morel cream. The flavoursome red wine sauce sprinkled with chopped parsley that accompanies the œufs en meurette is proof that the chef has by no means lost his touch." - Michelin Inspector

From the coq au vin to the perfectly airy soufflé, every dish was absolutely incredible. Each course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, with rich French flavors. A fantastic dining experience from start to finish.

We had a great meal last Saturday with friends Everything was excellent and it was a real feast. One little thing was missing and we were surprised for a restaurant in Bourgogne and that was the mise en bouche at the beginning of the meal or the mini sweets at the end of it. Pity, Yes it’s a small thing but it makes a huge difference in a restaurant.

We had a fantastic meal at Le Quai, the terrine, eggs en meurette, the quenelles, the chocolate mousse, everything absolutely top. And the service very attentive and friendly. We will defitely come back.

Stopped for lunch on a rainy Thursday and was delighted with a lunch menu for 45€. The trout ceiche and steak tartare was fantastic.

Dinner on the terrace Jul 2023. Very pleasant experience. Food is meticulously prepared and presented, flavours varied and engaging. Service competent and friendly. Prices are not low but feel well aligned with the quality of the product. Recommended.
